Gigi Darcy is a younger sister of Pemberley Digital CEO William Darcy. Gigi has come to Sanditon under the direction of her brother and boss to coordinate the Domino beta test.

Clara Breton

Clara Breton is a young single woman and owner of the Sanditon Scoops ice-cream shop. She's very popular in Sanditon and organises regular craft nights.
- Adaptation Name Change: Minor one. Clara Brereton was shortened to Clara Breton.
- Character Blog: She tweets. She has one account for herself and another for her shop.
- The Cutie: She's a sweet young woman and absolutely lovely. She makes ice-cream and loves feeding people with sweet things.

Edward Denham

Ed Denham works as an assistant in the mayor's office, though he's not very enthusiastic about his job. He's a major geek who loves vintage sci-fi.

- Geek: He's a lot into sci-fi.
- Sharp-Dressed Man: Sometimes if he wore a vest or shirt with a tie. Sometimes his outfits looked a bit sloppy.
Tom Parker
- Played by: Joel Bryant
Tom Parker is the mayor of Sanditon. He has big plans for the town’s revitalization and is eager to turn old beach resort Sanditon town into a new popular health spot and sports centre. He's married and has three crazy siblings.
- Character Blog: He has a Twitter account.
- Composite Character: He combines Tom Parker's enthusiasm and Lady Denham's pushiness.
- Hopeless with Tech: He says he has his assistant Ed for tech stuff. Exemplified with his twitter feed.
- Jerkass: As of episode 7, Tom Parker. After being called out on the non-existence of the town he's promoting, he responds by giving Gigi empty politician talk and sending Edward to try to force Clara to become a juice bar. He also refused to accept Ed's resignation.
- Jerk with a Heart of Gold: He's actually not all bad and has the best interest of the community in mind, but he needs to learn a lesson.

- Sassy Black Woman: She's sassy especially to her brother. Otherwise she's actually very professional and proper.

Beau Griffiths

Beau is Letitia's brother and her direct competitor. He wants to open his spinning gym Sit & Spin.
