Just like the channel that inspired it, VvvvvaVvvvvvr had lore. Much to the chagrin of V.

"There is no lore, fuck you!"

VvvvvaVvvvvvr, also known as Vavr or simply V, is a Living Statue who uploads "super duper epic medium-high varying quality rips".

  • Anarchy Is Chaos: He believes no one should ever have to follow rules, and as a result his channel is a complete chaotic mess.
  • Anti-Hero: Despite being the protagonist, he's not really a good guy, and mostly lives by It Amused Me. Until Ends Here, Ends Now at least, since he gets a little Character Development and tries being nice, but at this point the only person he interacts with is N.
  • Berserk Button: For reasons unrevealed, V utterly detests lore and asking him if his channel has any will set him off.
  • Blue-and-Orange Morality: He seems to consider It Amused Me as his moral code. It's made more clear during his conversation with the two Joyboots that he operates in the mindset of anarchy, believing that everyone is equal and should be free to do what they want to do.
  • Cloud Cuckoo Lander: His idea of what makes good YouTube content is completely devoid of logic.
  • Catchphrase: "There is no lore, fuck you!"
  • Good is Not Nice: He's a bit of an asshole, and is especially rude to N. He finally starts to realize this how much of a dick he's been to N through the years during Ends Here, Ends Now, at least.
  • Grey-and-Gray Insanity: He seems to operate on this notion, as when the Joyboots working for Ray check on him in his prison cell and are explicitly offput by the fact that he doesn't treat them like they're above him, he explains how he believes that everyone is equal and thus there is no system and no one has to follow any rules set by others.
  • Heroic Sacrifice: Uses all the effort left in him to launch himself into Omega Ray as his final attack.
  • Living Statue: Comes with being an Expy of SiIva.
  • No Plot? No Problem!: If he had his way, at least.
  • Redemption Equals Death: Strange example. In the latter half of Ends Here, Ends Now he tries being nicer to N, and in his dying moments N admits that V is his friend and a hero.
  • Suspiciously Specific Denial: Claims that there is no lore.

"I'LL TAKE THE ONLY THING YOU HAVE. YOUR CHANNEL. YOU MIGHT CARE ABOUT THAT."

NnnnnaNnnnnnr, also known as Nanr or simply N, is another Living Statue, with a grudge against V. He believes that the channel should have very strict quality standards for incoming submissions.

Memes

    Ray William Johnson
"What's happening, forum?"
Leitmotif: Rock My Forum (Rock My Emotions)

A once-popular YouTuber known for his series =3. He represents the fairly popular YTPMV Rock My Forum by Xarlable, which is a meme that predates VvvvvaVvvvvvr but was popularized by it.

    Nico Yazawa
"YOU JU$T DON'T APPRECIATE MY WONDERFUL IRONIC HUMOR!"
Leitmotif: Nico Yazawa Scan (Shuric Scan)

Self-proclaimed #1 idol in the universe, Nico Yazawa from Love Live! appears in Ends Here, Ends Now as a personification of the YTPMV "Nico Yazawa Scan".

  • All Caps: Her dialogue is rendered in this way. This might simply be to compensate for her Verbal Tic of replacing S with $.
  • Ambiguous Situation: Whatever history she has with V; while it mirrors the real-life debut, negative reception, and abandonment of the Nico Yazawa Scan meme back in 2018, how this exactly translates to the canon lore is...reported with a bias by both sides. It's also not clear why she is working for RN, since her beef with V is completely unrelated to the rest of the plot.
  • Anti-Climax Boss: Not as anticlimactic as Epic Consent since she at least takes 4 minutes to deal with, but still, she goes down with a single push from Nnnnna. Lampshaded as she says, "You can't just—"
  • Ascended Extra: Was just a minor Running Gag from 2018 that came and went in a month. Then she appeared as a minor obstacle in Ends Here, Ends Now.
  • Convenient Replacement Character: RN and Epic Consent return in Ends Here, Ends Now after being the villains in the Joyless Ending from 2018, but the third villain from that plotline, Sam-I-Am, is missing and Nico has seemingly replaced him. The In-Universe reasons for Nico joining are unclear, but according to Word of God, RN killed Sam after their plot in the Joyless Ending failed.
  • Flunky Boss: She summons ".veg maggots" (as V calls them) to attack V and N.
  • Foreshadowing: Her appearance was foreshadowed during the Fansubber Hijack Week that directly preceded Ends Here, Ends Now, through the sudden return of the Nico Scan joke after 2 years of being completely absent and forgotten.
  • Perky Female Minion: She's the only female antagonist and while she is still a threat during her appearance in Ends Here, Ends Now, her encounter and motivations are noticeably more of a lighthearted conflict compared to other antagonists in the lore.
  • Remember the New Guy?: She's the only significant character in Ends Here, Ends Now who had no prior appearances in the lore. The Running Gag that her appearance represents was also not very significant prior to its surprise Back for the Finale appearance.
  • Thinking Up Portals: She summons .veg portals that lead to the Scan Dimension, which is actually more of a void or empty vaccuum with Shuric Scan .veg replace videos floating about (which, considering how Nico appears to fall inside of one, are likely portals in their own right, though to where is a mystery).
  • What Happened to the Mouse?: Unlike the other Ends Here, Ends Now villains, she doesn't actually die; we simply never see her again after Nnnnna pushes her into the Scan Dimension. (Inspecting that scene reveals that she seemingly falls into the rip "main theme - dog dancing scan", but that's it.)
  • Verbal Tic: All instances of the letter S in her dialogue are replaced with dollar signs ($), which is a reference to the original Nico Yazawa Scan thumbnail, which said "$CAN" for some reason.
