- The Unintelligible: He only makes honking noises.

Others
Harley
The main child character of the movie, Harley is a big fan of the Banana Splits, with his personal favourite being Snorky.
- Ambiguous Disorder: Harley is described as being a weird kid. He's only got one friend, still believes in fairies, and is apparently one of the only kids he knows who watches The Banana Splits.
- Ascended Fanboy: He's a big fan of the Banana Splits, and gets to meet them on his birthday.
Austin
Harley's older brother, he's a 19-year-old slacker who still lives at home.
- Casanova Wannabe: He asks for Paige's phone number when he gives her his phone, and agrees with her that it was a lame attempt.
- Cool Big Bro: When Harley sees he didn't get a backstage pass to meet the Banana Splits, he goes to Paige to try and pull some strings to help him out.
- Hidden Depths: He may look and act like a burnt out slacker, but he would do anything for his family. He helped his brother get a chance to meet the Banana Splits, and stood up for Beth against Mitch when the latter's infidelity came to light.
- Nice Guy: Tries to pull some strings to get Harley to meet the Banana Splits after the screening.
- Official Couple: With Paige.
Beth
Mother of Harley and Austin, Beth takes her sons to see The Banana Splits show live from Taft Studios for Harley's birthday.
- Action Dress Rip: When Austin is captured by Bingo, Beth ends up losing her coat while chasing after them, sporting a red tank top for the rest of the movie.
- Action Mom: What she becomes after Bingo snatches Austin away.
- Shut Up, Hannibal!: Her response to Mitch begging her to take him back at the end of the movie is to deck him, stand over his prone form, and tell him she wants a divorce.
- Tank-Top Tomboy: For the latter half of the movie.
- Tranquil Fury: At the end of the movie, when Mitch begs her to take him back, she socks him to the ground and calmly tells him she wants a divorce.
Mitch
Beth's husband and stepfather to his kids, he's more interested in his career than his family. He gets drug along to the screening against his will.
- Asshole Victim: This douchebag was cheating on his wife and pretty dismissive to his stepkids. It's hard to be sad when he gets run down, is what we're saying.
- Car Fu: With him on the receiving end. He gets run over by Snorky's buggy, twice. The second time does him in.
- Death by Irony: He earlier shows no concern when Harley is almost run over by the Banana Splits' buggy and only says "Jesus, that would have been an embarrassing way to die". Guess how he ends up getting killed?
- Entitled Bastard: When his infidelity is discovered, he tries to put all the blame for it on Beth for "being too distant".
- Jerkass: He insists Harley is too old to call him daddy, seems more interested in his phone than his family, and his sleeping with his assistant behind Beth's back.
Zoe
A classmate of Harley's who is forced by her parents to accompany him to the Banana Splits show on his birthday. She thinks he's weird at first, but ends up befriending him.
- Black Best Friend: Subverted, she isn't Harley's friend at all to begin with and only becomes one by the end of the movie - and even then, "best" would be a stretch.
- Little Miss Snarker: Spends much of the movie making cracks at other people.
- Tomboy and Girly Girl: Tomboy to Parker's Girly Girl.
Stevie
The Token Human of the Banana Splits Show, he loathes working with the Splits and is their first victim when they go rogue.
- The Alcoholic: Off-camera, he's seen drinking from a booze bottle.
- Asshole Victim: The Banana Splits kill him after he spent much of his screen time drinking, rubbing it in their faces that their days are numbered, and generally being an unpleasant person.
- Canon Foreigner: He never existed in the original show.
- Cruel and Unusual Death: He chokes to death on the prop lollipop that Drooper shoved down his throat.
- Jerkass: Big time. He's an alcoholic jackass who sexually harasses Paige, hates the Banana Splits, and takes joy in the fact that their show is being cancelled.
- Nice Character, Mean Actor: In the show, he's a jolly guy who hangs around the Banana Splits. Off-camera, he's an alcoholic douchebag who LOATHES The Banana Splits and likes hitting on Paige.
- Token Human: Of the Banana Splits Show.
Thadd
A blogger who, along with his girlfriend, plan to stream inside the studio for their fans.
- Cruel and Unusual Death: Gets sawed in half by Fleegle.
- Death by Irony: He's a huge fan of the Banana Splits, yet he dies by their hand not long after he proposed to his girlfriend.
- Half the Man He Used to Be: Courtesy of Fleegle's "magic trick".
- Nice Guy: Is a loving boyfriend who proposed to his girlfriend inside the Banana Splits studio.
- Periphery Demographic: In-Universe example. He and his girlfriend are adult fans of The Banana Splits. They even run a blog about them.
Poppy/Hooty
Thadd's girlfriend who comes along with him to the Banana Splits screening. By the end of the movie, she believes herself to be the fifth Banana Split, Hooty, and now wears an owl costume.
- Break the Cutie: Is Forced to Watch her boyfriend die right in front of her soon after he proposed to her. By the end of the movie, she's completely lost it.
- Forced to Watch: Fleegle forces her to watch him saw Thadd in half.
- Laughing Mad: At the end of the movie, she's driving off in he Banana Buggy while laughing to signify just how broken the events of the movie have made her.
- Love Makes You Crazy: Or, in this case, watching the love of your life die a horrible painful death right before your eyes makes you crazy.
- Sanity Slippage: It starts with Thadd's death. Is it any wonder she's gone off the deep end by the end of the movie?
Andy
The new Vice President of programming of the studio, he plans to cancel The Banana Splits and take the studio's direction in a new path.
- An Arm and a Leg: How he dies. Specifically, the Banana Splits pull all his limbs off.
- Asshole Victim: Wanted to cancel The Banana Splits, so the Banana Splits cancel him.
- Cruel and Unusual Death: Gets tied to a "Wheel Of Endings", which lands on "Banana Split". In this case, the "Banana Split" involves Fleegle and Drooper pulling all of his limbs off at once.
- Take That!: Is seen as this towards TV executives who cancel good shows because they don't like them, regardless of how well they do in ratings.
- Unwitting Instigator of Doom: It was his decision to cancel The Banana Splits that ultimately lead to the massacre of countless people, himself included.
Jonathan
A Stage Dad who's trying to get his daughter, Parker, an acting career. He brought her to the Banana Splits screening in hopes of getting her a producer.
- Cruel and Unusual Death: Fleegle uses the blue key to open up his backside, then he gets pushed off a high drop.
- Determinator: He's willing to do everything in his power to get Parker an acting career.
- Facial Horror: At one point, he gets a face full of fire, leaving his head burned and lumpy.
- Stage Dad: He wants nothing more than for Parker to be famous.
Parker
Jonathan's daughter. He brought her to the Banana Splits screening to get her to a producer.
- Nice Girl: She's unfailingly polite, to a fault given that it makes it easy for Jonathan to push her around.
- Tomboy and Girly Girl: Girly Girl to Zoe's Tomboy.
- Troubling Unchildlike Behaviour: Jonathan has Parker do a very risque dance for Rebecca, who orders the performance to stop because she finds it "disturbing".
Rebecca
The producer for the Banana Splits show.
- Cruel and Unusual Death: Gets a hammer to the face courtesy of Drooper.
- Death by Irony: Before screening started, she demanded a bigger mallet for the show, not liking the one provided. Guess what Drooper uses to do her in.
- Eye Scream: One of her eyes pops out of the socket slightly when Drooper kills her.
Paige
A page who works on the Banana Splits show.
- Official Couple: With Austin.
Karl
An engineer who built The Banana Splits. He seems very attached to them.
- Fingore: At some point, he gets two of his fingers cut off.
- Karmic Death: He is killed by Poppy, whose boyfriend was murdered by his creations. And she does so with the parts of yet another creation he was working on, no less.
- Mad Scientist: He shows some remorse for what happens, but it's not enough to end up opposing his beloved creations.
Sal
A security guard who works for Taft Studios. Harley meets him on his way into the studio.
- Off with His Head!: When Mitch finds him, he tries to get his attention by shaking his shoulder. This causes his decapitated head to roll off his body.
