    The Main Character

The Main Character

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/232px_main_character.png

An adolescent of 18 years old. In an idyllic summer, he is considering the mystery of how his father recently died in mysterious circumstances. He is a fairly typical student at a fairly typical American High School in the town of Summerville.

  • All-Loving Hero: With the exception of Dexter, Kim, Rump, and The Mafiya, he always goes out of his way to help even the most flawed of people and sees the good in them when nobody else does.
  • Annoying Younger Sibling: His older "roommate" Jenny considers him as such, usually acting like a bitch to him.
  • The Casanova: He can have sex with almost every female character, in no small part due to his massive member. He's even called this by Dr. Singh.
  • Chivalrous Pervert: Though most of his pervertedness is unintentional, except when he's peeping in on Jenny, he's an all around good person otherwise (at least by default).
  • Entendre Failure: Surprisingly not sexual entendres; on a number of occasions he fails to understand what people are getting at when they unleash a Hurricane of Euphemisms (such as Tony telling him that he's sterile or Clyde telling him that his grandfather Jebediah was believed to be crazy) until it gets spelled out for him.
  • Expecting Someone Taller: Gets this said to him nearly word for word when meeting with Nadya .
  • Friend to All Living Things: Is shown to be quite friendly with a few animals and they like him back, namely a dog that was lost from its owner, a pig whose owner thinks is a dog, and a cat they can adopt.
  • Informed Attractiveness: Is frequently called "cute", "handsome", etc, but is rather plain-looking apart from his bowl cut and his enormous penis.
  • Kavorka Man: Downplayed, he’s not ugly, he’s just plain-looking boy with a particularly unflattering hairstyle. The only thing he really has going for him physically-speaking is his enormous wang, and yet he can get with literally almost every single woman in the game.
  • Kindhearted Cat Lover: Can adopt a cat after giving it some food.
  • Master of All: It depends on how you play him, but by the end, he can have a 10 in charisma, strength, dexterity, and intelligence. And that's all in addition to being a living Sex God bedding literally almost every woman in town, a hard worker with multiple unrelated jobs, and a father.
  • No Name Given: The player has the option of assigning a name to the MC or else leaving him as "Anon."
  • Ordinary High-School Student: Which he is, with extraordinary things happening to and around him.
  • Punny Name: His surname is "Cummings".
  • Rags to Riches: Starts off with just a few worldly possessions and living with a close friend of his father. Can end up with a nice car, a beachfront house, and hundreds of thousands in the bank.
  • Selective Obliviousness: In the face of mountains of evidence, he still somehow fails to realise that Kevin is gayer than a tree full of monkeys on nitrous oxide (and apparently has something of a crush on him as well).
  • Took a Level in Badass: Goes from being a scrawny nerd to single-handedly taking out the school bully and Russian mobsters.

The MC's home and immediate circle

Debbie

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/232px_debbie.png

An older woman in her late thirties or possibly early forties. In the Retcon version of the game, she is renting accommodation to younger people, to the Main Character after his father's death and a girl called Jenny, who is working as a "content creator" on the Web.

  • Identical Stranger: With Diane. The resemblence is so strong they are frequently mistaken for sisters, even twin sisters.
  • Like a Son to Me: She treats the MC as if he were her own son, making him breakfast, doing his laundry, and comforting him when he's feeling down.
  • Limited Wardrobe: She's always seen around the house in a morning bathrobe, which is lampshaded by another character who visits MC's home. She only puts on some jeans and a sweater when she has to actually go somewhere.
  • Mrs. Robinson: She definitely has these feelings towards the Main Character and acts on them.

Jenny

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/232px_jenny.png

A 24-year old college dropout who is also renting a room from Debbie. Jenny is extremely money-oriented and makes a living by providing content on the Web. Her relationship with the Main Character could almost be Big Sister Jerkass, except for the fact they're not in any way related. It may be best to think of them as Like Brother and Sister in all respects as they are capable of working closely together, and deep down - very deep down - there is an almost sisterly affection for the MC.

  • Big-Breast Pride: She loves to brag that she has the best tits in the world.
  • Birds of a Feather: She and Roxxy get along great, since they both share a passion for cheerleading.
  • Break the Haughty: If you chose the dominant options in dialogue with her, she becomes submissive.
  • Characterization Marches On: Her gold digger tendencies are downplayed in more recent updates, and she doesn't blame the MC anymore for placing her and Debbie in danger with The Mafiya.
  • The Ditz: Downplayed, but she has a few dimwitted moments, like asking if edible chalk is real, or thinking that drinking apple juice will help her cleanse.
  • Hidden Depths:
    • She turns out to have a Mama Bear instinct towards her and the MC's child.
    • The MC gives her a picture of her as a little girl with the MC's dad (who's obviously not hers too) and she gives her usual Ungrateful Bitch attitude, but starts crying when the MC leaves.
    • There's a few hints that she might have feelings for the MC, or at least actually cares about him, but she represses them pretty deeply.
    • While watching the coverage of Mayor Rump's arrest, she reveals herself to have been a pretty good judge of character; catching onto the fact that he's obviously not as trustworthy or nice as he makes himself out to be.
  • It's All About Me: Thinks everything revolves around her and her ego. She also blames the MC for getting her and Debbie into trouble with The Mafiya.
  • Jerkass Has a Point: She's absolutely right in chewing out the MC for spying on her in the shower and trying to sneak into her bed without her permission.
  • Jerk with a Heart of Jerk: Self-absorbed, greedy, and rude to everybody except for Debbie, Jane, and Roxxy. She also likes charging the Main Character for literally almost anything. Nine times out of ten, just when you think she's about to show some shred of kindness or decency, she'll just follow it up by showing she's every amount the rude and temperamental bitch she presents herself as. Though a few interactions show that she might very well have a sweet and caring side, and that maybe, deep down, that sweet girl she used to be still exists. Earlier, she gave him a hug and thanked him when he presents her with a photo of her as a child, sitting on Frank's shoulders.
  • Like Brother and Sister: Even when she's regularly having sex with the MC, she still refuses to date him because they've known each other for too long and it'd be weird. (Of course, it's phrased like this for a reason...)
  • Mama Bear: Surprisingly enough, she turns out to be incredibly protective of her child once he/she is born, expressing mistrust towards Lucy, who she says she doesn't care if she's "Mary fucking Poppins".
  • Ms. Fanservice: Well, like a majority of the female characters, but notable in that she's a camgirl, so she acts the part In-Universe. Also, she has more scenes in the cookie jar than anyone else as of the current update.
  • Pet the Dog:
    • She instantly hits it off with Roxxy rather than becoming competitive or bitchy, immediately acting like a Cool Big Sis to her. Despite her goddess-tier vanity and arrogance, she even insists that Roxxy's breasts are perkier than hers.
    • In an incredibly out of character moment, she hugs the MC for saving her from Dimitri.
  • Used to Be a Sweet Kid: When the MC is going through his dad's — who is most definitely not also her dad personal affects, he finds a picture of him with Jenny as a little girl and reminisces about the good times they had when they were children.

Diane

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/232px_diane.png

An old friend of Debbie's, of exactly the same age and who shares a lot of life history with her. Their friendship goes back to childhood, in fact, and they attended college together. Diane makes a living as a smallholder and small dairy farmer.

  • Farm Girl: she makes her living via a smallholding/dairy farm.
  • Identical Stranger: With Debbie. The resemblance is so strong they are frequently mistaken for sisters, even twin sisters.
  • Mrs. Robinson: She definitely has these feelings towards the Main Character, and acts on them.

Frank

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/frank_54.png

The MC's recently deceased father who is seen only via family photographs and reminiscences. He used to be an accountant at Saga Financial.

  • The Gambling Addict: It got him into a lot of trouble with Raz. This turns out to be a lie. He had stolen the money from the Russians because he found out what they were doing with it.
  • Mr. Vice Guy: For all his gambling habits and connection with The Mafiya, he seemed to be a nice, loving father.
  • Posthumous Character: He only appears in photographs, but everybody remembers him fondly and are deeply saddened by his death.
  • Nice Guy: He was a loving, kind-hearted family man and generally just an all-around good person who deeply cares about those he considers friends.
  • Strong Family Resemblance: He's basically an older version of the MC with a moustache.
  • Trapped by Gambling Debts: Or so the people demanding payment of Debbie and the MC claim.

     High School Students

Annie

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/232px_annie.png

Student Union President and official hall monitor, and the daughter of Lucy and Richard.

  • Aggressive Submissive: She appears to be in a Dom-Sub relationship with Principal Smith. She is dominant to everybody else but utterly submissive to the Principal.
  • Child Hater: In Diane's route she flat out admits to being one, and gets angry at her mom for telling her to watch over the children at the daycare so her mom can help the MC carry a Milk Delivery inside.
  • Hate Sink: At the moment, Annie is just a nasty, mean-spirited, obnoxious, petty, bullying pain in the ass and an obsequious suckhole to Principal Smith. Nobody at school likes her, not even the teachers. This will presumably eventually be Subverted when she receives her own personal story route.
  • Yellow Sash of Power: The almighty Hall Monitor who abuses her powers.

Becca

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/232px_becca.png

Full name Rebecca Hendicks, daughter of Tina and Luigi. Part of the school's cheerleading squad.

  • Beta Bitch: Is one to Roxxy, alongside Missy.
  • Took a Level in Kindness: She remains dismissive of MC the longest out of the three cheerleaders, but eventually becomes much nicer to him and is hinted to have a crush on him as well.

Camila Martinez

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/232px_martinez.png

Daughter of Consuela and the best friend of Lopez.

  • The Bully: She and Lopez bully Judith a lot.

Chad

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/232px_chad.png

Part of Tyrone's group.

  • Hopeless Suitor: Seems to have small crush on Eve, the fact that he's a part of a group that bullies her is not in his favour.

Chico

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/232px_chico.png

Part of Tyrone's group.

  • The Generic Guy: He's just kinda... there. No real personality to speak of and very little role to play in the game.

Dexter

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/232px_dexter.png

The school bully and Roxxy's boyfriend. Amusingly enough, he's also the student well-being representative.

  • Attempted Rape: While he's not actually attempting to fully force himself on her, he tries to pressure Becca to show him her breasts when he and Roxxy are split up, then gropes her ass when she refuses. Fortunately the MC and Eric arrive to challenge him before he can do any more to her, distracting him long enough for Becca to kick him in his tiny nuts.
  • Break the Haughty: After finishing Roxxy's storyline, he's terrified of the MC and is easily intimidated by him.
  • Crazy Jealous Guy: He regularly threatens the MC to stay away from Roxxy, even when they're seemingly broken up already. He goes livid when he catches them together, culminating in a fight in the school hallway.
  • Dumb Muscle: Exaggerated. He really doesn't have much going on upstairs (or even downstairs), to the point where he reads at a kindergarten level. The only thing he really has going for him is his strength and athletic prowess. It makes it easier for Roxxy to manipulate him.
  • Hate Sink: A complete asshole with no redeeming features. He's a violent bullying thug who hurts people because it amuses him. The game makes it clear just what we're supposed to feel about him.
  • Held Back in School: Implied. He's much taller than the other students and old enough to buy alcohol for Roxxy, so he's probably 21 if not older. Of course, he's also a complete idiot, so this makes sense.
  • Jerk Jock: Obviously. He's a huge tool whose only talent is athletics.
  • Laser-Guided Karma: Gets dumped by Roxxy, kicked in the balls by Becca after he tried to grope and sexually harass her, sees Roxxy and the MC starting to have sex, gets beaten at pushups by the MC, and loses his pants after losing a basketball game, which everyone around laughs at him for. To top it all off, he gets the absolute shit beaten out of him by the MC in front of the whole school.
  • Teeny Weenie: It's tinier than tiny, implied to be a consequence of steroid abuse. He gets laughed at for it by Tyrone, Kevin, Erik, and even Coach Bridget.

Erik

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/232px_erik.png

The MC's sheltered geeky neighbor and best friend.

  • Cannot Talk to Women: He freezes up completely when an attractive girl acknowledges his presence.
  • Fat Best Friend: He's a short, tubby guy and is The Lancer to the MC.
  • Geek Physiques: A sheltered nerd with a very rotund physique.
  • The Lancer: Always supports the MC in his endeavors, getting in situations that could spell trouble for the both of them. He also tries to fend off Dexter for him when Dexter threatens Roxxy, to no avail, but he at least manages to buy enough time for the MC to show up and kick Dexter's ass.
  • Like Goes with Like: When you look for a girl to hook him up with you find June, a gamer chick.
  • My Beloved Smother: His "landlady" coddles him to an unhealthy degree, even breastfeeding him.

Eve Rogers

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/232px_eve.png

A rebellious punk girl and close friend of the MC with a troubled history. She spends her weeknights at the local park, and lives in a tattoo parlor with her sister, Grace.

  • Ambiguous Gender: She's really shy about presenting herself naked to the MC. In his fantasies, you only ever see her naked from the rear. The player gets to choose whether she has a vagina with a scar from her car accident or a penis.
  • Beautiful All Along: After she opens up to MC, she shows up to school dressed much more provocatively, causing everyone in the hallway to be stunned by how pretty she is.
  • Broken Ace: She has a very good singing voice, is a talented artist and gets good grades despite having a less-than-perfect attendance record. She also has a lot of baggage weighing her down until the main character wins her trust and encourages her to come out of her shell.
  • Commonality Connection: She and Roxxy hate each other, but the one thing they can agree on is that Annie is worse, and Roxxy is immediately on board when Eve suggests getting revenge on her.
  • Dark and Troubled Past: Her parents were killed in a car wreck, while she and Grace survived.
  • Nonconformist Dyed Hair: A punk girl with blue hair. It actually becomes a minor plot point when Principal Smith tries to ban it, along with Coach Bridget's pink hair.
  • Teen Pregnancy: As long as she's a cisgender girl and not a transgender girl, Eve is currently the only girl in the MC's age group who can become pregnant and have a child with him.

Judith

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/232px_judith.png

Student at the main character’s school, and the daughter of Beth.

  • Bespectacled Cutie: Has glasses that show her shy nature.
  • Big Beautiful Woman: A teenage version; while not exactly fat, Judith is much plumper and curvier than any other girl at school (even June), with even larger breasts than Roxxy, but is still very pretty.
  • D-Cup Distress: She's very insecure about her large breasts.
  • Friends with Benefits: The MC can start having sexual encounters with her in the girl's bathroom, but does not get a Relationship Upgradenote .
  • Shrinking Violet: Shy, timid, easily-bullied and lacking in self-esteem, with an obvious crush on the MC she's too afraid to really act on. Ironically, she's usually the first person the MC can have a sexual encounter with, though she doesn't yet have a relationship path.
  • Sweet Tooth: Her locker is full with sweets.

June

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/232px_june.png

A gamer girl who can be found in the computer lab.

  • Bespectacled Cutie: She has a huge pair of glasses that compliment her cuteness.
  • Geek Physiques: A much more attractive version than Erik (her other potential love interest), but June is much plusher than most of the other girls in the MC's age group (other than Judith).
  • Like Goes with Like: If you hook her up with Erik, with whom she shares a fondness for video games.
  • Optional Sexual Encounter: The MC can either have sex with her, or pair her up with Erik.
  • Shout-Out: Her pubic hair is in the shape of the Triforce symbol.

Kevin

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/232px_kevin.png

Student at the main character’s school, and his workout trainer for weightlifting at the gym.

  • Gym Bunny: He's always hanging out in the gym after school hours, and will spot for the MC.
  • Nice Guy: While the MC is oblivious to the fact that Kevin has a thinly-veiled attraction to him, Kevin's still a really cool and helpful guy to know.
  • Straight Gay: While Kevin is blatantly gay and constantly (if unintentionally) drops innuendo-laden hints about it (eg. accidentally referring to his last boyfriend before rapidly changing it to "girlfriend", inviting the MC to feel his toned glutes, etc) he's not really camp at all, and is actually a masculine and athletic guy whose primary interaction with the MC is spotting for him when he's weightlifting at the gym. But still obviously gay.
  • Transparent Closet: The only people who don't realize he is gay are the MC and Missy (although Missy gets clued in eventually by Roxy and Becca).

Lopez

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/232px_lopez.png

She is the best friend of Camila Martinez.

  • The Bully: She and Martinez bully Judith a lot.

Mia

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/232px_mia.png

A friend and neighbor of the MC, the daughter of a devoutly religious mother, Helen, and a cop father, Harold.

  • Christianity is Catholic: Though she's not as devout as her mother, she's still Catholic and is hesitant about engaging in premarital sex.
  • Girl Next Door: She lives on the same street as MC, is very demure and undersexualized, and studies with him after school.
  • My Beloved Smother: Her mother is deeply religious, refusing to let her hang out with friends outside of school.
  • Technical Virgin: Even if you complete her route and get together with her, she insists on sticking to anal sex because she's saving her virginity for marriage. Though if your stats are high enough, you can convince her to have vaginal sex with you.

Missy

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/232px_missy.png

Student at the main character’s school. Part of the school's cheerleading squad.

  • A-Cup Angst: She's regularly teased by Roxxy and Becca for having small breasts. She's actually not even close to being an A-cup, but she still does have small breasts by the standards of the game.
  • The Ditz: She's the dumb one out of Roxxy's cohorts, though she unwittingly comes off as sweet as a result.
  • Innocent Beta Bitch: Much nicer than Roxxy and Becca, with a pretty obvious crush on the player character. She's forced to pretend she's not, but does a really bad job at it.

Ronda

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/232px_ronda.png

Student at the main character’s school, and the daughter of Earl.

  • Characterization Marches On: Originally she was pretty much an elitist Jerkass, never treating the MC with anything other than contempt for his lack of athleticism, but more recent updates have had her showing up a few more times in other routes (notably Eve's), having friendlier interactions with the MC and other students, in preparation for her own upcoming route.
  • Passionate Sports Girl: Always seen working out.

Roxxy

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/232px_roxxy.png

Full name is Roxanne. The resident Alpha Bitch, a cheerleader who cares nothing for her academic life. She's always accompanied either by Dexter or by her friends Becca and Missy. She is the daughter of Crystal and the cousin of Clyde.

  • Big-Breast Pride: She's very proud of her large tits, even winning a beach bikini contest with them.
  • Book Dumb: Downplayed. She's really not as dumb as she acts, necessarily, she just really doesn't care about anything but being the head cheerleader.
  • Catchphrase: To Missy and Becca:
    Will you two shut up?
  • Commonality Connection:
    • She and Jenny instantly get along fantastically well because of all the things they have in common.
    • She and Eve are also able to slightly bond over a shared hatred of Annie.
  • Defrosting Ice Queen: Her entire arc consists of this, when she's forced into so many situations where she has to be involved with the MC, she starts to uncover her sweeter half.
  • Do Not Call Me "Paul": She doesn't like it when people call her by her birth name Roxanne; she insists it's "Roxxy".
  • Dumb Blonde: She plays the part at first, but in truth, seems more willfully ignorant than inherently stupid.
  • Freudian Excuse: Her mother is a drug dealer and doesn't care much for her, she never knew her father, and she lives in a trailer park.
  • Jerkass Façade: Eventually, she begins to warm up to the MC, but doesn't want her friends to think less of her, so she refuses to let anyone see the two of them together. By the time her and the MC are an Official Couple, she drops the jerkassery almost altogether.
  • Lovable Alpha Bitch: After the MC manages to help her out of a few ruts, she pulls a Heel–Face Turn and becomes this, eventually dumping Dexter and renouncing her old ways. Still, she remains domineering towards Becca and Missy, and derides the MC for being a nerd.
  • Manipulative Bitch: She doesn't care for Dexter at all, she just uses him to buy beer and act as her bodyguard.
  • Surrounded by Idiots: Her boyfriend is impossibly stupid, one of her two cohorts is an airhead while the other is a stuck-up bitch on par with Roxxy herself, her mother is a trailer trash drug dealer, and her cousin is a stereotypical redneck.
  • Pet the Dog: Allowing the MC to come to the bikini contest with her, despite Becca's objections.

Titty

Student at the main character’s school.

Tyrone

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/232px_tyrone.png

Student at the main character’s school.

  • Graceful Loser: Doesn't seem at all bothered by losing to the MC, even invites him to rap battle with his group again.
  • Took a Level in Jerkass: Originally he was one of Eve's friends. After her story update, he and his friends harass her constantly.
  • Worthy Opponent: Seems to view the MC as one after he is defeated in the rap battle mini-game.

     High School Teachers

Ms. Bisette

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/232px_ms_bissette.png

Vivienne Bisette is the French teacher at the main character’s school.

Coach Bridget

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/232px_coach_bridget.png
See her as Pink Cyclone

PE teacher at the main character’s school.

  • Amazonian Beauty: She's a very tall and muscular woman, but several characters are clearly attracted to her, especially in her role as a masked wrestler.
  • Ambiguously Gay: Her cropped hair and butch appearance give every impression that she is a lesbian. It's unclear if she is or not (Roxxy and her posse are convinced she is), though she laughs at Dexter for having a Teeny Weenie, but then again this could also be a case of Not So Above It All. She could also just be bi, since it's hinted that MC will at some point have sex with her in future updates, given he's already done the same with all the other teachers.
  • Drill Sergeant Nasty: She provides a textbook case of the school coach version, forcing students to do pushups or run laps around the field at the drop of a hat.
  • Hidden Buxom: Like the majority of female characters in the game, she has an impressively large bust, but this is almost always concealed by the sweatsuit she wears as part of her job as a gym teacher, as well as her habit of usually standing either with her arms folded over it, or holding a basketball in front of it. However when you see her in her Pink Cyclone getup, it's immediately obvious.
  • Paper-Thin Disguise: Her Pink Cyclone costume, shown right, given that nobody else in the game matches her physique or possesses the same pink hairstyle. Of course, MC and Erik, whom she teaches, don't suspect a thing.
  • Pet the Dog: She's the only teacher willing to go to bat against Mrs. Smith over Annie's attempt to ban hair dye in the new uniform code (although this is partly motivated by the possibility that it would be applied to her as well).
  • Secret Identity: As luchalibre wrestler The Pink Cyclone.

Doris

The cafeteria lunchlady at Summer High.

Glenn Matthew

The janitor at Summer High.

Ms. Dewitt

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/232px_ms_dewitt.png

Melody Dewitt is the music teacher at the main character’s school.

  • Boob-Based Gag: Even by the standards of the game, her hooters are ginormous. When the MC tries to play the drums while she's standing next to him, he ends up catching his hand on them and shoving them up into her face.
  • Curves in All the Right Places: Her breasts and butt are very shapely. As she puts it:
Ms. Dewitt: I've got curves in all the right places, sugar.
  • Marshmallow Hell: On several occasions, she shoves the MC's face between her large breasts as a "thank you".
  • Meaningful Name: Her first name is Melody. She's a music teacher.
  • Sassy Black Woman: A bit more sweet than stereotypically sassy to be honest, but also a tough cookie who won't roll over for Mrs. Smith's crap.
  • Shaking the Rump: She gives the MC a "private dance" in her office before having sex with him.

Ms. Holt

Catherine Holt is the computer lab teacher.

Ms. Okita

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/232px_ms_okita.png

Tori Okita is the science teacher at the main character’s school.

  • Insufferable Genius: Apparently was kicked out of Cuntech for her disregard for ethics. She makes it perfectly clear that she views the faculty and students alike as intellectually inferior.
  • Pet the Dog: In the MC's first interaction with her, she offers her condolences for the death of his father. She doesn't get much better from there for a while.
  • Shout-Out: She's likely named after Japanese AV actress Anri Okita.
  • Small Name, Big Ego: She's a high school teacher who thinks of herself as a genius and that the school is not worthy of her. Most of her inventions she's ever shown to have successfully come up with were only successfully constructed by the MC.
  • Surrounded by Idiots: She openly hates her students because she thinks of their intelligence as primitive.
  • Took a Level in Kindness: After drinking her sex-drive simulating serum, she's a lot less aloof with the MC.

Ms. Ross

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/232px_ms_ross.png

Barbara Ross is the art teacher at the main character’s school.

  • Bob Ross Rib: She's a gender-flipped version of Bob Ross. She even makes reference to the "happy little trees" phrase while having sex with the MC.
  • Granola Girl: Was a hippie in the sixties, and carries that attitude over into the present day.
  • Hypocrite: When the MC brings up the school dress code Annie is trying to enforce Ross flips out, insisting that students should be free to express themselves through their appearance any way they like. When he clarifies that Annie is just cracking down on Eve's blue-dyed hair, Ross instantly backflips because she thinks Eve was cuter with her natural blonde hair anyway. When the MC calls her out on her instant change of tune, Ross admits she's not going to risk her job over hair dye.

Mrs. Smith

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/232px_mrs_smith.png

She is the principal of the main character’s school.

  • Big Bad Wannabe: At least in the updates so far. She's heavily implied to lead a sex cult and makes a hobby out of tormenting students and teachers alike, but she's ultimately outclassed with The Mafiya in town.
  • Dean Bitterman: She is a dictatorial autocrat. It becomes apparent when she sits for a portrait alongside her loyal underling Annie how she sees herself: Principal Smith wants to be painted as a despotic monarch with a slave-girl on a leash.
  • Evil Principal: There are hints that she's running a Satanic sex cult.
  • Hate Sink: She only exists in the game to be an antagonist, with no real entertainment value.
  • Hollywood Satanism: Possibly. The upstairs hallway and bedroom in her house are covered in satanic imagery and she seems to be the leader of a cult.
  • Hypocrite: She threatens to fire Miss Ross for getting naked with her students, but is receiving oral sex from Annie in her office, forces the MC to strip in front of her, and spanks a student's nude buttocks. While she isn't wrong that Miss Ross' behavior is completely inappropriate, she's the last person who should be calling her on it.
  • Jerkass: An absolutely horrible, unpleasant tyrant to everyone.
  • Psycho Lesbian: she makes it clear she is in charge and brooks no opposition. Annie the hall monitor is effectively her sexual slave, the bottom to her top. She condones bullying among the pupils and bullies and terrorises her teaching staff.
  • Satanic Archetype: Kevin flat-out compares her to the Devil, and she certainly does act the part given how she torments the students and teachers alike. She also seems to lead a cult that's implied to be either Satanic or a Religion of Evil.

     Family of students

Beth

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/232px_beth.png

She is the cashier at the Glazie’s donut shop, and the mother of Judith.

Clyde

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/232px_clyde.png

He is the cousin of Roxxy and the nephew of Crystal.

Consuela Martinez

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/232px_consuela.png

She is the cleaning lady working for the Rump family, and the mother of Camila Martinez.

  • Amazingly Embarrassing Parents: Martinez is not happy to see her mother show up at her school looking for a job, and is even more embarassed when she realizes that Consuela is seeing Main Character and calling him "papi".
  • Shipper on Deck: She attempts to set up MC with her daughter Camila, neither of whom are really into the idea. Hilariously, the MC can actually start a relationship with Consuela instead, becoming the father to Camila's younger sibling(s).

Crystal

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/232px_crystal.png

She is the mother of Roxxy and the aunt of Clyde.

  • Cat Fight: She gets into a drunken and embarrassing brawl with Yumi during her time in lock-up.
  • Hypocrite: She makes a big deal about how important helping out one's family is, but she can have sex with her daughter's boyfriend behind her back. Because of how openly and unashamedly promiscuous she is she doesn't even see it as a big deal, just considering herself and Roxxy to come together as a "package deal" for anyone who dates them (although whether she'd be fine with Roxxy sleeping with any of her boyfriends is a question that will remain unanswered).
  • Jaded Washout: Textbook example. It's stated she's basically an older version of Roxxy before she Took a Level in Kindness, living in a trailer park drinking all day and dealing in meth.
  • Jerkass: Even after Roxxy helps get her out of jail, she's unpleasant. Doesn't help that she's happy to sleep with the MC behind Roxxy's back.
  • Meaningful Name: Crystal deals in crystal meth on the side.
  • Parental Neglect: She really doesn't care much about what goes on in Roxxy's life.
  • Really Gets Around: To the point where she doesn't know who Roxxy's father is.
  • Thicker Than Water: For all her flaws, family is very important to Crystal. She promised her sister that she'd look after Clyde while he was staying up with her, and when the cops raid her trailer and find a pound of drugs Clyde had stashed there, she takes the fall for him and threatens to disown Roxxy if she turns Clyde in, even though she's facing years in prison and losing the trailer if she's convicted.

Earl

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/232px_earl.png

Earl is the chief officer at the police station, and the father of Ronda and husband of Jackie.

Grace Rogers

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/232px_grace.png

Grace works at the tattoo parlor, and is the older sister of Eve.

Harold

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/232px_harold.png

He is a police officer and the husband of Helen and the father of Mia.

  • Cowboy Cop: When he goes in to face the Bratva alongside the MC and Tony.
  • Donut Mess with a Cop: Getting in his good graces requiring getting his favourite donuts.
  • Drowning My Sorrows: After seemingly breaking it off with Helen, he spends his time getting drunk at Raven Hill.
  • Henpecked Husband: He's rather downtrodden by Helen's iron fist.
  • Maybe Ever After: If he breaks it off with Helen for good, it's hinted that he and his partner Yumi will start a relationship, but this is never outright confirmed.
  • Reasonable Authority Figure: For a cop, he's almost always nothing short of helpful towards the MC, and is a loving father to Mia, proving to be much more lenient than Helen.
  • Shout-Out: dressed up like Bruce Willis in Film/Diehard during the game’s climax, even screaming out the iconic “Yipee-ki-ei!” when throwing it down with some goons.

Helen

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/232px_helen.png

She is the wife of Harold and the mother of Mia.

  • Abusive Parents: Refuses to let Mia see friends outside of school. On top of that, she ties her down to a bed and gags her when she walks in on Mia showing her tattoo to the MC.
  • The Fundamentalist: She's a devout and strict Catholic who believes any form of premarital sexual contact is morally wrong.
  • Sex Is Evil, and I Am Horny: Her religious fanaticism seems to be entirely the result of her repressed sexual desires. If MC seduces her, she insists on always having sex with him in front of an open window to show the world "what a whore I am".
  • Took a Level in Kindness: If the MC chooses to let Sister Angelica have sex with her instead of him, she'll become a much better parent to Mia and wife to Harold.

Jackie

The mother of Ronda and wife of Earl.

  • Mrs. Robinson: It's confirmed that she's one of the characters MC can pursue in Ronda's upcoming storyline.

Larry Johnson

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/232px_larry.png

Erik's father and husband of Tammy.

  • The Atoner: Deeply regrets walking out on his family and begs for her forgiveness, giving away the location of his stolen goods to the MC to get back in Tammy's favor, though it's unclear just how sincere he really is.
  • Disappeared Dad: He skipped out on his family so he could pursue his dream of leading a band. After that failed, he decided to become a burglar.

Lucy

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/232px_lucy.png

She is the manager of the daycare. She is the wife of Richard and the mother of Annie.

Richard

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/232px_richard.png

He is the local carpenter. He is the husband of Lucy and the father of Annie.

Tammy

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/232px_tammy.png

Tammy Johnson is the landlady of Erik. She teaches yoga at the gym.

  • Informed Judaism: As of the most recent updates, she's Jewish in the main storyline, but doesn't have anything to show for it aside from knowing a few Jewish dishes, musicians, and saying a few phrases in Hebrew.
  • Mrs. Robinson: Can be one to the main character and Erik himself.

Tina

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/232px_tina.png

She is the manager at Saga Financial, local bank, and the mother of Becca. She is also friends with Tony and Maria.

     Inhabitants of Summerville

Angelica

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/232px_angelica.png

She is the nun working at the church.

  • Bad Habits: Her "sacrament" that she uses to break down Helen is a series of religiously-themed S&M sessions.
  • Nuns Are Spooky: Well, she is to Consuela — herself a devout Catholic — anyway.

Anna

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/232px_anna.png

A local woman at the gym and friend of Tammy's.

  • Hands-On Approach: She asks the MC to help her out with her absurdly sexual yoga poses.

Mr. Bubbles

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/232px_mr_bubbles.png

The cashier at the local cinema.

  • The Peeping Tom: He peeps on Jenny while she's sunbathing in the backyard.
  • Stalker with a Crush: The MC catches him spying on Jenny and taking pictures of her without her consent. He tracks him down so Jenny can give him a Groin Attack, and he offers free tickets if MC doesn't report him to the police.

Cassie

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/232px_cassie.png

She is a lifeguard at the pool.

  • "Blackmail" Is Such an Ugly Word: While she initially bans the MC from the pool grounds for accidentally peeking on the girls, he tries to sneak into the pool at night to practice and catches her swimming in the nude. While he never suggests he's planning on getting her in trouble, she immediately offers to revoke his ban on the condition he doesn't tell anyone.

Cedric

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/232px_cedric.png

Jenny's former boyfriend, well and truly glad to be rid of her. He hangs out in the gym.

  • Characterisation Marches On: Before his character was named, he was just a random jerk who hung around in the gym refusing to spot for the MC and taunting him about being scrawny. After Jenny's story was revised and he was identified as her ex, he's actually a pretty cool guy who gets on fine with the MC, although he still won't spot for him.
  • Everyone Has Standards: When his bitchy ex-girlfriend tries to persuade him to have sex with her on camera, he refuses.

Chef Gamsay

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/232px_gamsay.png

A world-class chef who works for the Rump family.

Iwanka Rump

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/232px_iwanka.png

Mayor Rump's daughter.

  • Dumb Blonde: She's not very bright, and is a college dropout who was really only there for the sex and partying.
  • Hidden Depths: She has a lot of fun spending time with Erik and the MC, and actually doesn't like her privileged life all that much.
  • No Celebrities Were Harmed: She's based off Ivanka Trump.
  • Related in the Adaptation: With her mother. In real life, Ivanka is a result of Trump's first marriage to Ivana.
  • The Ugly Guy's Hot Daughter: She definitely takes after her mother much more than her dad.
  • Womanchild: Some elements of it. Despite being 27, her dad still grounds her and she hangs out with teenagers.

Ivy

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/232px_ivy.png

The owner of the erotic Pink store at the mall.

  • Happy-Ending Massage: She sells sexual services to her clients under the guise of giving them a massage.

Jade

The daughter of Master Somrak and one of his students.

Jane

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/232px_jane.png

She runs the local library. Also Jenny's best friend.

  • Foil: MC openly wonders how Jane can be so much nicer than his bitchy roommate Jenny despite them being best friends.
  • Hot Librarian: She has a sideline to supplement local government funding.
  • Magic Librarian: She can match the MC to the correct book or resource in an almost psychic way.
  • Nice Girl: In stark contrast to Jenny, she's always friendly to the MC.
  • Tropaholics Anonymous: She runs a group session for recovering sex addicts.

Jiang

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/232px_jiang.png

A mechanic working at Saga Dealership.

Josephine Sato

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/232px_josephine.png

A twenty-something intern at Saga Dealership. She is the daughter of Mr. Sato.

  • Asian Airhead: She's lazy and obsessed with her phone whenever she's not trying to piss off her dad in the hopes of getting fired.
  • Deadpan Snarker: Almost everything out of her mouth is sarcastic.
  • Jerk with a Heart of Gold: She's rude and openly contemptuous of her job and her father, but if the MC has high enough charisma he can convince her to waive the payment for Debbie's car engine replacement and she expresses her sympathies for him when he tells her about his father's murder.
  • Like Mother, Like Daughter: Her baby with MC is also immediately glued to his/her phone.
  • Nepotism: Got her job thanks to her dad, not that she wanted it in the first place.
  • The Nicknamer: "Bowl cut" for the MC.
  • No Celebrities Were Harmed: She's based off the "Ok, Boomer" Girl, even addressing her father as such.
  • Troll: A favorite pastime of hers is provoking people on the Internet. She even calls herself one. It extends into her personal life, too, when she calls the MC "bowl cut" much to his minor annoyance.

Justin

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/232px_justin.png

A friend of Erik's and part of his World of Orcettes player circle.

  • Amazon Chaser: Proclaims to be in love with Pink Cyclone.
  • Loony Fan: When meeting Pink Cyclone, he will run up to her and try to hug her, but she knocks him on his ass before that happens.

Karl

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/232px_karl.png

A friend of Erik's and part of his World of Orcettes player circle.

Kassy

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/232px_kassy.png

The owner of the romantic Cupid's store at the mall.

Father Keeves/Johnny Silverdick

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/232px_keeves.png

A really strange and familiar-looking priest at the local church.

Kim Wang

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/232px_kim.png

Employee at Saga Dealership and husband of Liu.

  • Ambiguously Bi: When the MC, with Liu's help, searches their place for evidence of Kim's involvement with Rump, they come across a manila folder containing photographs of feet, leading them to conclude he has a foot fetish. The MC points out how some of these photos show men's feet.
  • Beware the Silly Ones: Though he's a parody of Kim Jong Un and is generally not intended to be taken seriously as a villain, he does have ties to Rump and, by extension, The Mafiya, and is heavily implied to be a Domestic Abuser.
  • Entitled to Have You: He literally bought Liu from a poor Chinese village close to North Korea, so he considers her his property.
  • Japanese Ranguage: Subverted. While he does frequently pronounce "L" as a "R", he's actually Korean, not Japanese.
  • Jerkass: He's incredibly rude and condescending to everyone he meets.
  • Laughably Evil: He's a parody of North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un. However, his villainy is never played straight, and proves to be nothing more than a nuisance for MC.
  • Overly Narrow Superlative: He boasts of being salesman of the month five times in a row... despite being the only salesman working for Mr. Sato (his daughter Josephine is technically an intern).
  • Punny Name: Kim "Wang".
  • Replacement Sibling: After he's forced to flee the country, he's replaced by his equally rude sister.
  • Small Name, Big Ego: He seems to believe he's emperor of the world instead of an obnoxious car salesman, boasting that he will one day "conquer" Saga Dealership. He even has an Our Founder statue of himself in his bedroom.

Lily

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/232px_lily.png

The owner of the Cosmic Cumics store at the mall.

  • Cosplay Otaku Girl: She's always seen in cosplay. Partly it's because she's showing off the store's products, but she also just plain enjoys it.

Liu Wang

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/232px_liu.png

Bank teller at Saga Financial and wife of Kim.

  • Letting Her Hair Down: She's very beautiful once she lets her hair down and swaps her business suit for a kimono.
  • Love Father, Love Son: Downplayed. She was friends with MC's father Frank and admits she considered becoming something more, but she was tied to Kim. MC can start a relationship with her after exposing Kim's crimes.
  • Punny Name: Liu "Wang".

Melonia Rump

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/232px_melonia.png

Mayor Rump's wife.

  • It's All About Me: Even outdoes Jenny in this department. She's upset about having a baby because it ruins her body.
  • No Celebrities Were Harmed: She's based off Melania Trump.
  • Mrs. Robinson: She's quite a bit older than MC, but has kept up her appearance with a strict diet and lots of plastic surgery.
  • Parental Neglect: She barely even notices Iwanka and shows absolutely no affection for her and the MC's baby.
  • Related in the Adaptation: With her daughter. In real life, Ivanka is a result of Trump's first marriage to Ivana.
  • Rich Bitch: Wealthy and extremely unpleasant.
  • Trophy Wife: It's pretty obvious why Rump married her. She's gorgeous and vapid.

Maria

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/232px_maria.png

She is the wife of Tony. They both run the local pizzeria.

  • Dating What Daddy Hates: Her father was vehemently opposed to her relationship with Tony, refusing to speak with her for years. This is because Tony worked for the mafia.
  • If It's You, It's Okay: Both her and Tony allow the MC to have sex with her so they can have a baby.

Nurse Micoe

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/232px_micoe.png

A mischievous nurse at the local hospital.

  • Hospital Hottie: She will "help out" the MC when he has to provide a semen sample so he can have his sperm count tested.

Odette

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/232px_odette.png

A lifelong friend of Grace and Eve, who lives in the tattoo parlor free of rent.

  • Ambiguously Human: She's likely a vampire, although she passes for human easily and you wouldn't be able to tell one way or another. With the current update, it could go either way.
  • Big-Breast Pride: She has the biggest bust of the three goth girls, which she often proudly mentions.
  • Cute Little Fangs: As a vampire, she has a pair of small but noticeable fangs.
  • Jerk with a Heart of Gold: Though she'll shamelessly attempt to seduce the MC despite his relationship with Eve, and constantly puts her own hedonism before almost anything else, she cares about Grace and feels terrible when the party goes awry.
  • Nightmare Fetishist: According to Grace, she's an exophiliac, specifically, she's turned on by the idea of being watched by the spirits of the dead as she engages in sex.
  • Perky Goth: She's a big-breasted goth girl with a love for sex and partying.
  • Vampires Are Rich: Or rather, her father is.
  • Vampires Are Sex Gods: When her vampire self meets MC in the crypt, she's completely nude.

Pilly

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/232px_pilly.png

A local drug dealer and a business associate of Tuuku.

  • Hate Sink: Unlike Tuuku, he's simply a scuzzy drug dealer who tries to sell angel dust to an underaged Eve.
  • Knight of Cerebus: For Eve's story. While her story was more heartfelt than many of the others in the game, when he shows up, he's the first cause of actual conflict in it, particularly driving a wedge between Grace and Odette. To say nothing of it being rather dark for this game to feature someone trying to sell hard drugs to a teenage girl.

Dr. Priya Singh

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/232px_priya.png

A doctor at the local hospital who runs a fertility clinic.

Ricardo

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/232px_ricky.png

The buff Hispanic groundskeeper who works for the Rump family.

  • Incompatible Orientation: While he has no objections to dancing for Mrs. Rump for some extra cash, he makes it absolutely clear that he would never sleep with her, because he's incredibly gay.
  • Manly Gay: He's very muscular and isn't afraid to show off his body. He's also very interested in MC.
  • No Celebrities Were Harmed: He's based off Ricardo Milos, a gay Brazilian man who became a meme for an unintentionally humorous dancing video.

Mayor Ronald Rump

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/232px_rump.png

The mayor of Summerville.

  • 0% Approval Rating: Everybody who knows him personally despises him. Both his daughter and his wife immediately agree to help the MC if it will get him behind bars.
  • Alliterative Name: Ronald Rump.
  • Jerkass: Behind closed doors, he sexually harasses his maids and forces them to work for him under threat of deportation.
  • No Party Given: Despite being a Trumplica and making some vague nativist comments, Rump is not identified with a political party.
  • Not-So-Harmless Villain: He starts out as an obvious Trump parody and nothing more than a Sleazy Politician, but is later revealed to be a conspirator in Frank's murder.
  • Small Name, Big Ego: His home office is styled after the Oval Office, even though he is only the mayor of a midsized town.
  • Trumplica: He's a caricature of Donald Trump, right down to his name.
  • Villain with Good Publicity: Seems to be rather popular in Summerville, and apparently was known to be a rather nice man. But behind it all, he has ties to The Mafiya and in general, is a terrible human being.

Roz

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/232px_roz.png

The mature lady who works as a medical receptionist at the hospital.

  • Abhorrent Admirer: She is over sixty, generously built, and has a torch for the Main Character.
  • Captain Ersatz: A human version of that Roz.
  • Dirty Old Woman: She may be nearing retirement, but she has quite the sexual appetite.
  • Fountain of Youth: Released game art shows that she will regress to her youthful self thanks to a Time Machine built by Miss Okita.
  • I Was Quite the Looker: An old photo shows that she used to be quite beautiful. But, of course, age caught up to her.
  • Older Than She Looks: Appears to be in her sixties, but there's an old photo of her from the 1930s, in which she looks no younger than 25. Since the game appears to be set in the 2010s this would make her more than a hundred years old.
  • Sex for Services: How the Main Character has to get her on side.

Sara

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/232px_sara.png

Captain Terry's wife.

Mr. Sato

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/232px_mr_sato.png

He's the manager of Saga Dealership and Josephine's father.

Master Somrak

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/232px_somrak.png

A perverted Muay Thai trainer at the local gym.

  • Chivalrous Pervert: Despite being a wanted sex offender and a pervert by his own admission, he actually gives some sage advice to the MC whenever he receives a new pair of panties.
  • Cloudcuckoolander: He seems adamant in calling the MC a "monkey", and laughs when he tries to say that he's human. Not helping his case is that he speaks in Ice Cream Koans.
  • The Cloudcuckoolander Was Right: The advice he gives to the MC every time he sniffs a new pair of panties actually sums up the storyline for each girl the panties belong to.
  • Dirty Old Man: The MC has to pay him in panties in exchange for training. He explains this is because he needs the chi energy leaked into the panties, but also readily admits that he's a pervert. Also, a poster can be found in the police station showing that he's a wanted sex offender.
  • Expy: Of the "Perverted Old Martial Arts Master", like Master Roshi or Happosai.

Admiral Sploosh

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/232px_sploosh.png

A strange sailor who's always seen sleeping at the pier.

  • Cloudcuckoolander: If MC tries to wake him up, he'll just blurt out something incoherent before going back to sleep.
  • Dressed to Plunder: Well, he certainly looks the part, down to having a peg leg and an eyepatch, although it's unknown if he's actually a pirate.

Captain Terry

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/232px_terry.png

The owner of the kiosk at the pier, and judge of the bikini contest.

  • Handsome Lech: Although he's a bit of a lech, he manages to come across as charming.
  • Happily Married: He and Sara are quite happy together.

Tony

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/232px_tony.png

He is the husband of Maria. They both run the local pizzeria. Used to be in the Italian mafia.

  • Ambiguously Evil: At least, Jenny and Josephine seem to think so. They suggest that with him being ex-mafia, he might have his own agenda. He certainly does seem a little too overjoyed at the idea of staging a bank robbery. Ultimately subverted; he truly does care about the MC and promises to protect him, Jenny, and Debbie, because he sees them as family. Especially seeing how the MC is his child's surrogate father.
  • Benevolent Boss: MC starts working for him to deliver pizzas, but Tony is always supportive of him even if he screws up a run.
  • Cuckold: He encourages MC to impregnate his wife. Not for any fetishistic reasons, but because Tony is infertile and he likes the MC.
  • Defector from Decadence: He was once a mob enforcer, but has since left that life behind after he met Maria.
  • The Dreaded: Dimitri and Igor flee from him when he shows his tattoo.
  • Everyone Has Standards: Really feels uncomfortable with tying up the elderly security guard at the bank, who isn't even conscious.
  • Expy: He's based on Mario, albeit as the proprietor of a pizzeria and former mafia enforcer. He also mentions a late friend of his called Luigi, and at one point he and MC wear the iconic red and green hats.
  • Heterosexual Life-Partners: Strongly implied to have had this sort of relationship with his late friend Luigi. Tony describes them as "more than friends, like brothers".
  • I Call It "Vera": Quoted almost exactly when he shows off his weapon (to be precise he says "I call her Vera"). However, rather than a gun it's a length of metal pipe, complete with a small tap on it.
  • Parental Substitute: He becomes something very close to a father figure to MC in the wake of his father's death. He even insists on MC providing the sperm for his child and making him the baby's godfather, definitely making them family in some way.
  • Reformed Criminal: He used to work for the Italian mafia, but he decided to retire after his best friend Luigi got killed, and has since become an honest businessman.
  • Stout Strength: He's gained quite a few pounds since his younger days, but he's still able to pack a punch.

Tuuku

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/232px_tuuku.png

A friend of Odette and Grace and a local drug dealer.

  • Jerk with a Heart of Gold: He may be a drug dealer who lets the MC and his friends get arrested, but otherwise he's a relatively nice guy. He also only sells weed, and doesn't dabble in the hard stuff.

Veronica

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/232px_veronica.png

She is the customer agent at Consum-R. Longtime friend of Diane.

Yumi

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/232px_yumi.png

An officer at the Summerville PD and Harold's partner.

  • Maybe Ever After: If Harold breaks it off with Helen for good, it's hinted that Yumi will enter a relationship with her partner, but this is never outright confirmed.
  • Only a Flesh Wound: She takes a bullet wound to the arm while trying to defend MC's family from Dimitri and Igor. This puts her out of any further action for the moment, but she recovers soon enough with no ill effect.

     Mobsters

Dimitri

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/232px_dimitri.png

A high-ranking enforcer of the local criminal gang.

  • Attempted Rape: Repeatedly makes threats to rape Debbie, and comes incredibly close to raping both her and Jenny near the end of the main storyline.
  • Ax-Crazy: He's always eager to hurt somebody violently.
  • The Dragon: Seems to be this in the criminal gang, ordering around the other gangsters in Raz's absence.
  • Expy: Of Nikolai Luzhin from Eastern Promises. However, Nikolai was secretly an FSB mole, whereas Dimitri is nothing other than a straight villain.
  • Hate Sink: Quite possibly the biggest in the game, which already has its share of awful characters who don't have any other real purpose than to be despised. It comes off as incredibly satisfying that the MC gets to personally stomp his ass into the ground.
  • The Heavy: His boss Raz only appears towards the very end of the game, instead sending Dimitri out to torment the Main Character and his family.
  • Jerkass: Besides being a Russian gangster, he's incredibly patronizing and likely a rapist.
  • Knight of Cerebus: Zig-Zagged. Whenever he and Igor show up, he's a genuinely menacing presence and changes the game's lighthearted tone, providing a serious threat to the MC and everyone in his household and lacking the humorous qualities that Mayor Rump and Kim display by virtue of being parodies of real-life controversial characters. However, his banter with Igor tends to make him The Comically Serious.
  • Laser-Guided Karma: After spending much of the game threatening the MC who he underestimates and calls "little bunny", he finally gets beaten up by him and arrested.
  • The Nicknamer: Derisively calls the MC "little bunny". This becomes a lot creepier in hindsight with the reveal that Dimitri had already murdered his father.
  • Sadist: He's all too excited at the notion of torturing and raping Debbie and Jenny.
  • Serial Killer: Dialogue implies that he has tortured and killed a lot of the prostitutes working under Raz.
  • Tattooed Crook: Has a few tattoos on his hands and is not a nice person.
  • Vile Villain, Saccharine Show: Out of everyone in the colorful cast, he's the only one who's a serial killer and rapist with a sadistic streak.
  • Would Hit a Girl: When MC first inspects the Russian warehouse, he sees Dimitri kicking one of the female slaves to the ground while screaming at her.
  • Would You Like to Hear How They Died?: He fondly remembers hanging MC's father from a noose and watching the man slowly suffocate to death in front of him.

Igor

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/232px_igor.png

Dimitri's usual henchman.

  • The Brute: He's the chief physical threat and acts mostly as muscle for Dimitri, but he's really not very smart at all.
  • Dumb Muscle: Might be even dumber than Dexter.
  • Literal-Minded: He doesn't understand that the "little bunny" nickname Dimitri gave to the MC is a figure of speech.
  • Tattooed Crook: Like Dimitri he has a few tattoos on his hands.
  • Vile Villain, Laughable Lackey: His idiocy manages to alleviate some of the tension whenever Dimitri makes an appearance.

Jab

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/232px_jab.png

Another henchman, and Nadya's valet.

  • Heel–Face Turn: After frequently extorting the MC throughout the game, Jab becomes the only survivor of the gang other than Nadya by helping out the MC in taking down Raznikov.
  • Karmic Butt-Monkey: Given his habit of randomly emptying the MC's pockets, many players may find it frustrating that he sides with Nadya in her coup of her father's operations, thereby remaining a part of Summerville's Mafiya under her leadership. Fret not, however; he is treated like crap by her several times, most notably having to clean up after any of the MC's sexual activities in their factory.
