Other Heroes

    Rey

The Chosen One of the Galaxy, who is balanced between Light and Dark. She starts off as an arrogant woman that feels invincible, only to realize she isn't. After a lot of adventures, she learns to trust her friends more and becomes the heroine she was always meant to be.

  • Adaptational Villainy: Subverted. While some of her actions are portrayed in a more negative light, she was gaslit by Kylo and imprinted thanks to the Dark One's magic, meaning she is just as much of a victim as Finn and Leah are.
  • Ain't Too Proud to Beg: Her final confrontation with Finn has her kneel and beg for forgiveness after she has realized the full extent of what she has done.
  • Break the Haughty: After Finn has enough of her neglect and lack of trust in him or anyone else in the Resistance, he leaves her. Then she learns the Dyad she had was a result of black magic. Then she starts looking for Finn, but he has already moved on, and she loses a duel with a dragon because she had no assistance. She gets then manipulated by Palpatine until Finn tries to stop her peacefully and gets injured. Later, Rey has to heal him after begging him for forgiveness. Eventually, when she improves, things start going much better for her.
  • The Chosen One: She is a Chosen One, Anakin's worthy successor. She has helped save the Galaxy several times, using both the Light and the Dark.
  • Crusading Lawyer: She becomes a lawyer in her sparetime and this skill is vital to the plot twice.
  • Dark Is Not Evil: She can use the Dark Side, including Force Chokes and Force Lightning, but she is a hero most of the time.
  • Easily Forgiven: Averted. She is forgiven but has to earn it.
  • Everyone Has Standards: She sees racists as "evil and stupid", even in her Dark phase.
  • A God I Am Not: She rejects an offer to be included in fourty religions.
  • Good Is Not Nice: Even as a hero, she can be arrogant and ruthless against evil.
  • Heel–Face Revolving Door: From a true Jedi to the Dark One's Unwitting Pawn, to hero driven by revenge and sorrow, to actual villain in the end of Season 1 due to Palpatine's schemes, to the most powerful member of Stormwolf.
  • Hero Antagonist: While she is at odds with Stormwolf in Season 1 due to her attitude, she also mostly wants to reconcile with them and is still a true Jedi.
  • My God, What Have I Done?: When she realizes how she drove Finn away, she feels very ashamed.
  • My Greatest Second Chance: She faces a similar situation to her imprint, where she was forced to trust and help a handsome, but vicious criminal over her friends due to blackmail. She succeeds at making the right choice this time, fixing her bonds with her friends completely.
  • Mythology Gag: All Skywalker protagonists have a scene where they massacre enemy troops in a hallway outside of the main series. Since she is adopted as a Skywalker, she gets such a scene herself in the final battle with the Remnant.
  • Shock and Awe: She can cast Force Lightning, just like her grandfather.
  • Smug Super: Deconstructed. Being the most powerful person in the Galaxy, it gets to her head several times. Under the imprint, she saw herself as the only hero in the Resistance. Which is why she takes too long to trust her friends and improve herself.
  • Unskilled, but Strong: Her Force abilities are very exceptional, so she doesn't have to be too creative with them. When she joins Stormwolf, she is the strongest member, though not the most skilled.

    Kitty

A heroine who admires Finn and Rey.

  • Animal Motifs: Cats. Apart from her name, she has the Feral Claws, which allow her to slash her foes.
  • Ascended Fangirl: Of Finn, Rey, Poe and Pan, becoming a heroine just like them.
  • Badass in Distress: She is the defendant of a courtroom case. Once she is found Not Guilty, she fights some cultists and wipes the floor with them.
  • Everyone Has Standards: While she doesn't like the Dyad at all, she calls Pan out for rejecting Rey from their team and being rude to her.
  • Hero of Another Story: She is a heroine in her own right, but she isn't the main focus of the main story, and sometimes she meets Stormwolf. She has a few spinoffs around her, though.
  • Heroic Willpower: She gets to learn Armament Haki in the Grand Line.
  • Improbable Weapon User: She has used tree trunks to fight off enemies.
  • Megaton Punch: She has an attack she names like that, and it's just as effective as its name implies.
  • Playing with Fire: Her Feral Claws can be set ablaze.
  • Super-Strength: Her main power, she is actually physically stronger than even the average vampire and able to throw entire trees as projectiles despite being a human. Her strongest punches can even bring down the beasts of the Red Eye tribe. And that's before she starts using Haki.
  • Took a Level in Badass: Her Armament Haki makes her much stronger than before.

    Pan Hancock

A veteran hero who assists Stormwolf occasionally.

  • Acquired Poison Immunity: Through mithridatism (intentionally poisoning himself non-lethally) he has developed an immunity to poison, although it's not complete.
  • Author Avatar: A self-admitted one.
  • Badass in Distress: After his trip to the Grand Line, where he has defeated several enemies, it turns out Charlotte Smoothie has captured him.
  • BFS: The massive Sword of Truth, which is more powerful than even a lightsaber and can also cast spells.
  • Big Damn Heroes: He saves some fleeing allies of the Fake Stormwolf, who were innocent, from a gang of pursuing Revenants.
  • The Dog Bites Back: He is the captive of Smoothie for a whole month. He stands up to her once his friends weaken her and knocks her out.
  • Everyone Has Standards: While he can be merciless to his foes, being an asshole to your own friends is a good way to piss him off.
  • Fake Weakness: In the Grand Line, those who have magical abilities usually cannot swim. Pan can, and so drops into the sea while fighting Kalifa, so he neutralizes her powers on him and fakes his death. This allows him to win the fight.
  • Good Is Not Nice: He might be on the side of good, but he also isn't exactly the nicest person. For example, he tells Rey her attitude makes her more trouble than worth in a team, despite her skills, and tells a village that if they don't stop their civil war, they will get under the protection of the Celestial Dragons, which makes them stop immediately. He still helps innocents whenever he can and encourages those who are in a dire position to stand up for themselves.
  • Heroic Second Wind: After a long fight with Onigumo, he is cornered because he runs out of energy. So, he finally drinks the Chateau Romani he was saving for a dire situation, regains his life force, gets unlimited magic and proceeds to curbstomp the Vice Admiral.
  • Heroic Willpower: He learns to use Haki in the Grand Line.
  • Hero of Another Story: While he is one of the good guys, his adventures are separate from Stormwolf and only sometimes seen.
  • Light 'em Up: His powers are based on light.
  • One-Man Army: He and SunTzu demolish a Nazi horde.
  • Shock and Awe: He can use electricity in many forms, like Lightning Bomb, Lightning Rocket and Lightning Spear. One of his titles is Master of Lightning.
  • That Came Out Wrong: Before he duels Kalifa, he taunts her in accidentally sexual ways. Of course, Kalifa keeps saying his taunts are sexual harassment. He also points this trope out to Tashigi when she says she likes when men are rough and ruthless with her.
  • "The Reason You Suck" Speech: He delivers one to Rey incorrectly assuming all of her actions were completely out of her free will, about how, while she is powerful, her attitude makes her more trouble in a team than worth.
  • We Win, Because You Didn't:
    • Essentially the contribution of Pan and his crew in Wano. They knew they couldn't beat the Big Mom Pirates all by themselves, so their goal was to make sure the enemy was distracted and doesn't endanger the Straw Hats. Thus, they succeeded at stalling Smoothie's forces and allowing the Alliance to win the Battle of Wano.
    • He does that again when fighting Magellan. He covers the escape of his friends until Magellan's poor bladder forces him to take a break, allowing everyone including himself to safely escape.
  • White Man's Burden: Subverted. When he saves a weakened Dogstorm from Jack the Drought, Jack tells the Minks they are so weak they have to be saved by a human, while also questioning Pan's personal stakes on the fight. Pan is not happy he is accidentally sending this message, so he frees Dogstorm and lets him finish the duel on his own. Jack sees him as a coward for this.
  • Worf Had the Flu: He is forced to not use his most destructive abilities while on a ship full of slaves, which results in a near-defeat against Raptor.
  • Worthy Opponent: He is aware Tashigi hates when her male opponents hold back against her since she believes she is being discriminated for her gender. As a result, he doesn't hold back when they are sparring.

    Din Djarin

The Mand'alor, who is still a fearsome bounty hunter, but also a hero of his planet.

  • Combat Pragmatist: He is not afraid of using every dirty trick in a duel.
  • Enemy Mine: In all three cases he fought Stormwolf, he ended up cooperating with them. The last time, he switched sides permanently.
  • Face–Heel Turn: He starts the story as an antagonist working for the Black Legion. He gets better.
  • My God, What Have I Done?: When he learns Grogu is alive and Rey only helped Kylo get away with everything due to the imprint the Dark One made he is ashamed of what he had done before and joins Stormwolf.
  • No-Sell: His Beskar can stop most projectiles and melee attacks.
  • Papa Wolf: Do not harm Grogu in any way. Even being an enabler of someone who tried to kill Grogu is enough for him to try to kill you repeatedly.
  • Token Good Teammate: While he was still in the Legion, he was one of the few members who was just misguided.
  • Unstoppable Rage:
    • Rocky Road, a minor Starfleet officer, punches Grogu hard enough to draw blood. Din ends him immediately.
    • When the Tight Flower kills Logray in front of his eyes, Din gets pissed off and kills the monster easily.
  • Worthy Opponent: He acknowledges Finn as such after he gets two draws against him.

     Leia Organa

The former General of the Resistance, she died before the beginning of the story, but has passed the torch to other heroes.

  • A Day in the Limelight: The spinoff The Rise of the Organa focuses on her.
  • Deadpan Snarker: She often snarks at friends and enemies alike.
  • Death by Origin Story: She is dead since shortly before the story starts. She still returns as a Force Ghost and helps out occasionally.
  • Defiant Captive: She is captured by Titan's Trio and continues snarking at them as if nothing happened, calling out their methods of trying to kill her.
  • Heroic Resolve: The Force Resolve, which tires her out faster but makes her stronger.
  • The Mentor: Even after death, her Force Ghost still teaches and helps the heroes.
  • Took a Level in Badass: She goes from struggling with each member of Titan's Trio in a duel to beating all of them at once when she became a Jedi.

     Smoker

The White Hunter, a Marine Vice Admiral who is one of the most honest members of the army he is in.

  • Animal Motifs: Befitting the "White Hunter" motif, sharks. He uses one as his ultimate attack and is a relentless hunter, despite being nice to those he doesn't hunt.
  • Batman Gambit: When he explains to Tashigi what to do if Spandam asks them of Pan's location, he tells her to tell him the truth. He is too paranoid and aware of them to trust them, but not smart enough to think they will be counting on him doing so.
  • Batman Grabs a Gun: Seeing Haman caused a lot of mayhem in the world, and that either he will leak information to Akainu or escape with teleportation without Seastone being able to stop it, Smoker, who is averse to killing, especially people in cold blood, actually executes the cult leader on the spot.
  • Blinded by Rage: Played with when he fights Charlotte Snack. His rage sometimes helps him out during the fight, but it's also used against him at a few points.
  • Dudley Do-Right Stops to Help: During the raid of the Ivory Tower, he encounters an enemy full of Hero Water. He could easily use his Fruit to get past him and let him die, but he still chooses to fight him to protect Tashigi.
  • A Father to His Men: He really, really cares about those under his command, and is willing to protect them with his life from the cult and other threats.
  • The Leader: Despite Pan and Tashigi getting slightly bigger roles in the former's quest in the Grand Line, Smoker is the leader of the team.
  • Logical Weakness: Bullets pass right through him, but he is not immune to strong laser beams because they can dissipate smoke.
  • Mundane Utility: He uses his smoke to rob a fire of its oxygen so it won't burn some trees.
  • Mythology Gag: Pan mentions some people censor his name as "Chaser".
  • No-Sell: Smoking heals and doesn't kill him.
  • Rank Scales with Asskicking: He is a Vice Admiral and the leader of G5. Also one of the strongest heroes in the Grand Line arc and above any direct subordinate of his.
  • Shut Up, Hannibal!: When Gaisborn talks about his Might Makes Right philosophy, Smoker tells him he is not going to listen to Spandam's subordinate.
  • Smoke Screen: He can make one due to his powers. This allows him to defeat Haman. His use of Observation Haki means his smoke screen doesn't hinder him at all, and it doesn't hinder his friend, Tashigi, either.
  • Unstoppable Rage: He gets really pissed off against Snack, which allows him to turn the tables, even though it's also used against him.
  • Willfully Weak: He can fill someone's lungs with smoke and kill them very brutally, but never chooses to do so because he considers it too merciless. Not even against Haman, whom he just kills quickly with his jitte.

    Tashigi

A brave swordswoman and a good friend of Smoker and Pan.

  • Berserk Button:
    • Don't hold back against her, and don't underestimate her. Especially because of her gender.
    • Also, don't misuse Meito swords.
  • Beware the Nice Ones: As nice as she usually is, she flat-out decapitates Jezebel for sacrificing people.
  • Cutting the Knot:
    • When she faces a Fruit user who can turn into lead, the enemy hardens himself, which makes him immobile but immune to her sword slashes. She would have to struggle a lot finding a way to solve this tradeoff normally, but she simply uses her Haki and cuts through his tough form.
    • When Charlotte Kato makes a minefield of explosive pumpkins, she just skywalks over it with no trouble at all.
  • Establishing Character Moment: Her first scene in the main story has her easily clear a training session that could literally kill an average soldier.
  • Heroes Prefer Swords: She is a heroic swordswoman who loves blades more than anything else.
  • Heroic Willpower: Apart from her sword, she mostly relies on Haki. It helps her a lot, especially against a pirate who could become lead and a giant monster made of water, as well as other Haki users.
  • Nice Girl: She is nice to most people, and is even willing to spare most criminals.
  • O.O.C. Is Serious Business: When she learns Pan had to sacrifice one of his swords to save everyone from Smoothie, she tells him to not worry about the sword. Considering she is obsessed with swords, this sheds light on the situation everyone is in.
  • Rapid-Fire Fisticuffs: Her Automatic Finger Pistol, which is essentially rapid finger jabs.
  • Super-Speed: Not only is she much faster than a normal person, but she can use Soru as well.
  • That Came Out Wrong: Sometimes she says accidental innuendos.
  • Took a Level in Badass: In canon, even post-timeskip, Tashigi only knows some Rokushiki moves, while in this story she learns the rest of them like Iron Body. Also, she is visibly stronger in the main story than in the spinoff that introduces her for the first time. Eventually, she can fight Big Mom Pirates.
  • Worthy Opponent: She calls Pan her favorite sparring partner.

    Gin

A pirate who once worked for Krieg before becoming a captain himself, then a slave and then Pan's ally. Currently, he is a Revolutionary.

  • Animal Motifs: A starving hound. Loyal, fierce, a survivalist, all in all a reliable an ally. His name for his temporary crew was also Starving Hound Pirates.
  • Elemental Powers: He is a Mercury Logia.
  • Emergency Transformation: He ate his Fruit so he could survive being poisoned by Krieg's toxic gas. It worked.
  • Logical Weakness: Apart from Haki, Gin doesn't fear most physical attacks. However, when he challenges Pan to a duel for the leadership of the Raging Thunder Pirates, he backs down when he sees his ally has electricity.
  • Poisonous Person: His power is mercury, which is very poisonous.
  • Took a Level in Badass: He has have become much stronger than in canon, eating a Logia Fruit that makes him immune to poison and fire. Now he can take on Daifuku, a Big Mom Pirate, poison the food supply of the Celestial Dragons while getting past their defenses, and take on his former boss who has now technology from a galaxy far, far away.

    Isuka the Nailer

A powerful swordswoman who is a good-natured Marine.

  • Fiery Redhead: She has red hair and is a spunky, powerful warrior.
  • Flash Step: She can use Soru.
  • It's Personal:
    • While she doesn't like most pirates because she thought pirates killed her parents for years, she especially hates the Blackbeard Pirates because they embody everything wrong with piracy, kill innocent people and have led Ace to his death. In fact, one of the reasons she joins Pan's rescue group is to stop Van Augur from capitalizing on the campaign.
    • She does tolerate many corrupt Marines for the sake of justice, but not Dorrow, because he was once her mentor, until it turned out he was a corrupt Marine who killed her parents as collateral damage and didn't care. So, she personally had him sent to Impel Down.
  • Master Swordsman: Her sword skills are greater than most swordsmen.
  • Red Baron: The Nailer.
  • You Killed My Father: What made her very disillusioned with Dorrow and his mockery of justice.
  • You Remind Me of X: She joins Pan's rescue without knowing Pan himself. The reason why is that rumors make him similar to Ace, whom she has fond memories of, mostly because Pan has been captured by evil pirates, is on the run from corrupt Marines and has a kind Marine swordswoman, similar to Isuka herself, who cares about him.

    SunTzu

A traveller from another dimension, he occasionally helps out against evil.

  • Ace Pilot: A very skilled one that can take on squadrons by himself.
  • Anti-Hero: He is in the side of good, but in no way incorruptible, just like his original incarnation.
  • Cool Starship: AICA, his A-Wing, is powerful and has her own attitude.
  • It's Personal: Do not mess with AICA in front of him. Also, because of their past atrocities, he really doesn't like the more cruel Yuuzhan Vong.
  • Malicious Misnaming: Sometimes he calls the Yuuzhan Vong just "Vong", and is very much aware this is an insult to them.
  • Purple Is Powerful: He is a balanced Force user, and his purple saber reflects that.
  • Willfully Weak: He shows himself to be just a decent Force user with basic Force skills most of the time. That's because his true power to turn the time back for a bit drains him a lot and can have dangerous consequences.

Black Legion

    Al Astor

The Minister of Truth and a main antagonist of the first Season.

  • Disc-One Final Boss: He is built up as the main villain of the whole story. He is. For the first story.
  • Normal Fish in a Tiny Pond: He is by far the mightiest foe faced by Stormwolf in the first Season. He also is shown to be afraid of his master, Zant, and doesn't really stand out compared to other Archdemons.
  • Paper-Thin Disguise: His human identity. His fake name doesn't try to hide his real one.
  • Red Eyes, Take Warning: He has red eyes and is a demon and a bastard.
  • Smug Snake: He is a good schemer and propagandist, but he is also full of himself.
  • Unreliable Narrator: In the final battle, he narrates how Finn and Leah fight his demonic minions in a way that demonizes them to the public.
  • Unskilled, but Strong: He is a very powerful Archdemon who pushes Finn and Leah to their limits. He is physically one of their strongest, but because he is rusty, has next no no skill and grace.
  • Weak Boss, Strong Underlings: Subverted. He looks like he is an ordinary human propagandist and has two Vampire Lords as bodyguards. He is far stronger than them.

    The Tower of Chaos

The first serious threat Stormwolf faces.

    The Minotaur

The revived Minotaur of Crete.

  • Arc Villain: The main antagonist of the Greece arc.
  • Brutish Bulls: Being the original minotaur, he plays this straight.
  • Hidden Depths: He might look like a big dumb brute, but he chooses an arena that fits him, the Labyrinth, and emits smoke to not let Finn and Leah see him.
  • Our Minotaurs Are Different: He is the original one from the Greek Mythology, but now he can emit a Smoke Screen.
  • Smoke Screen: He makes one from his nostrills, making the battle harder for his enemies.
  • Warm-Up Boss: The first villain to make Finn and Leah cooperate and have to use their powers to a greater extent.

    Armilla

A Vampire Lady with aspirations.

  • An Arm and a Leg: She loses a leg in her fight with Finn. She succeeds at reattaching it, but it leaves a scar that is detrimental in her final battle with Leah.
  • Arch-Enemy: To Leah, because the werewolf kills those of her kind. Similarly, Leah hates her for kidnapping Finn.
  • Chainmail Bikini: Her battle armor is described as something only acceptable in anime.
  • Combat Pragmatist: She is not afraid to use any dirty trick in a fight, from summoning flunkies to setting traps.
  • Even Evil Has Standards: She is fine with kidnapping, forcibly kissing and trying to seduce Finn, but disobeys an order to outright rape him so he can break faster.
  • Femme Fatale: She has no problem with using her charms to try and seduce men to her cause. She is also ruthless about her goals.
  • Forceful Kiss: She forcibly kisses Finn when she has him in her clutches.
  • Ms. Fanservice: She flirts with her enemies, draws knives out of her cleavage, and pole dances to distract Stormwolf.
  • Pragmatic Villainy: She doesn't change Finn into a vampire because that would make him more powerful than her.
  • Psycho Knife Nut: She uses daggers a lot, which she mostly throws, and is also not very well in the head.
  • Pyrrhic Victory: She actually does beat and kidnap Finn, but he leaves a crippling injury in her leg, which costs her the fight with Leah later.
  • Sore Loser: "I will let you know, my bad leg beat me, not you!"
  • Teleport Spam: She can teleport all the time and uses it effectively in battle.
  • Villainous Friendship: She respects and cares about the Hammer, and the feeling is mutual.
  • The Woman Behind the Man: She is the one behind most of the Legion's forces in the Battle of Crete, and only directly takes action in the next arc.
  • Wound That Will Not Heal: Finn permanently scars her leg during their duel. Leah exploits it and kills Armilla this way.
  • You Taste Delicious: She says this after forcibly kissing a captive Finn.

    The Hammer of Abyss

A demon who is Armilla's co-general.

  • Acrofatic: Despite being fat, he is a very strong demon who has to be beaten by Master Toni after a grueling fight.
  • Bad Powers, Bad People: A demon guilty of blackmail and mass murder, whose powers are based on destruction.
  • Brutish Character, Brutish Weapon: He wields a massive hammer, which he takes his name from. He is also a brutal warlord.
  • Disproportionate Retribution: Finn tries to escape Armilla and burns her mansion. He retaliates by threatening to demolish Cairo, kill everyone and frame Finn for it. He actually attempts to go through with it, and gets many people killed.
  • Even Evil Has Loved Ones: He is very ruthless, but he genuinely cares about his friend Armilla.
  • Fat Bastard: He is overweight and willing to level a city if Finn escapes Armilla's clutches.
  • Genius Bruiser: He is strong enough to temporarily beat Master Toni, and also a skilled blackmailer and strategist.
  • Unreliable Narrator: He describes Armilla as kind to Finn.
  • Villainous Friendship: With Armilla, they respect each other very much.
  • Would Hurt a Child: He sends his army to slaughter a whole city, including children, all to paint Finn as a villain.

    Benjamin

The vampire that rules Egypt and leads the Egyptian Coven.

  • Adaptational Villainy: From a trump card of the Cullens in his original story to a tyrannical pharaoh who is an ally of the Legion here. Downplayed, as he canonically had red eyes, meaning he always ate people, but here he has more agency in the Egyptian Coven.
  • Ascended Extra: From a vampire who, even though he is hyped as the strongest vampire, doesn't do a lot in Twilight, to a very dangerous Arc Villain.
  • Arc Villain: The true main antagonist of the Egypt arc.
  • The Dog Bites Back: He was taken by Amun and used as a weapon. He has killed and usruped him before the beginning of the story.
  • Hero Killer: Not only does he knock out a tired Leah in one hit, but he kills Master Toni brutally as well.
  • Hoist by His Own Petard: Finn kills him by reflacting a massive fireball at him.
  • Klingon Promotion: In his backstory, having been informed by Tia that Amun was using him, he killed his former master and took his place.
  • Mistreatment-Induced Betrayal: He killed Amun for being abusive to him.
  • Superpower Lottery: One of the luckiest characters, as he can control all four basic elements. This makes him more than enough of a match for the whole early Stormwolf, and he would have killed all of them if he hadn't gotten cocky.
  • Unskilled, but Strong: He can't fully control his powers and can be outsmarted, but he still can control all four basic elements, which makes him the strongest vampire that isn't a Vampire Lord.

    Spike

A vampire general who is loyal to his dark masters and often leads the enemy armies.

  • The Brute: He loves fighting and uses his raw strength a lot. He is more brutish than some of his co-generals.
  • Let's You and Him Fight: He turns Padawan Axel into a vampire and makes him attack his friends. It works at first, but then backfires.
  • Meaningful Name: His power is all about spikes, which makes him dangerous in melee combat.
  • Mouth of Sauron: Sometimes he speaks for his master, Zant.
  • Not-So-Harmless Villain: Usually, he puts up a fight, but loses to the heroes without leaving a lasting impact. Until he makes Axel a vampire.
  • Undying Loyalty: To his master, High General Zant.

    Tabo

A hawkman who is a fearsome assassin.

  • Animal Motifs: Hawks. He is a humanoid one, and a pragmatic predator who wants to end battles fast.
  • Arch-Enemy: To Alix, as the two see each other as rivals.
  • Blow You Away: Being a hawkman, he has a few abilities related to air, like a tornado.
  • Combat Pragmatist: He is not above asking for help, ambushing his foes, using poisoned knives and feigning a truce to land a cheap shot with the aforementioned poisoned knives.
  • Evil Counterpart: He is this to Alix. He is a combination of her human and hawk form, and combines her abilities from both of them. Also, both love fighting and rely on agility. However, while Alix is a freedom-seeking protector, Tabo is a ruthless assassin.
  • Flechette Storm: He can throw barrages of both knives and feathers.
  • I Surrender, Suckers: He lies to Alix he wants to offer a truce and thus lands a cheap shot with a poisoned knife.
  • No-Nonsense Nemesis: He does not hesitate in killing his opponents before they are ready. Or after a big battle unless they are still ready for him.
  • Psycho Knife Nut: He is a psychotic assassin who loves using knives.
  • Worthy Opponent: His offer to Alix for a truce might be a lie, but his respect for her is real.

    Ah'tilla

A Yuuzhan Vong Supreme Commander who lives up to the infamy of his race.

  • Blood Knight: He loves fighting and killing for the sake of it.
  • Eviler than Thou: When Kudos tries to openly defy him, Ah'tilla punches him out and keeps telling orders as if nothing happened.
  • Final Solution: He releases two Dread Weapons to devour Starfleet's home planet with Starfleet and Stormwolf on it. He comes close to committing total genocide.
  • Hero Killer: He kills a named Padawan in a duel, namely Taroh.
  • Names to Run Away from Really Fast: He is named after Atilla, and he is also a leader of savages.
  • Obviously Evil: He is a scarred officer who belongs to the Yuuzhan Vong and is named after an infamous Hun leader. He is also worse than the average Yuuzhan Vong.
  • Politically Incorrect Villain: Hates everyone who isn't a pure Yuuzhan Vong, including Shamed Ones, whom he happily sacrifices to Kudos. His solution is to kill and torture anyone he hates.
  • Shock and Awe: How his amphistaff stands out from those of his underlings. It has bioelectricity.

    The Doctor (Spoilers unmarked

Doctor Emil Kudos is a mad scientist who makes sadistic experiments on people so he can create a Master Race and advance science forward. He is also very salty about being dumped.

  • Abhorrent Admirer: To Peach Berry. She dumped him because he was too controlling, but he still pins for her.
  • Entitled to Have You: He is willing to summon demons and cause destruction just to punish his ex for leaving him. He also has threatened her with suicide so she could be with him.
  • Evil Laugh: "Wahahahahahaha!"
  • For Science!: One of his motives for being evil. He is an immoral scientist who wants to create a powerful master race.
  • Living Weapon: Several of his experiments. The Trunkblade, his own elephant sword, however, stands out.
  • Never My Fault: Nothing is ever his fault. In his head, Peach Berry shouldn't have left him since he threatened her with suicide and his prisoners should not make him hit them.
  • Not-So-Harmless Villain: He is a weak coward with a pathetic motive, but has powerful gadgets and has made powerful killing machines like the Force Hunters and the Vagaries.
  • The Friend Nobody Likes: His own allies dislike him for his cruelty and for joining them because he was dumped.
  • Weak Boss, Strong Underlings: He is book smart and ruthless, but even though he has a few gadgets, he is still far weaker than his creations, most notably the fearsome Force Hunters.

    Austen Plane

Austen Plane is the true leader of the Way of Truth, a cult that worships the Black Legion. While he relies on a figurehead, he takes action once said figurehead is down.

  • Ain't Too Proud to Beg: Being at death's door, he begs some civilians to save him. Nobody does, and Charlie Swan shoots him in the face.
  • Bullying a Dragon: He has the nerve to threaten Charlie Swan, who has a shotgun. While Austen usually could back it up, he was too weakened and Charlie could and did kill him.
  • Greater-Scope Villain: Of Pan's spinoff. He sends the Way of Truth to the Grand Line, and while he is never even mentioned, he leads the cult that causes all the conflict in the first half of the story.
  • The Man Behind the Man: Is the de facto leader of the Way of Truth, and the one giving orders to Haman.
  • Mind Rape: He usually breaks the minds of his enemies as his preferred attack, leaving them empty shells. Though it doesn't work on Finn and Leah.
  • Small Role, Big Impact: He only appears in very few scenes. Yet he founded a cult that framed Kitty for a crime and caused a chain of events that led to Pan being captured by Charlotte Smoothie and Spandam rising to power again. He himself is beaten by Finn and Leah, but sends them to the second layer of Hell, showing Hell can be more vicious than just Limbo, forcing them to fight a Goetic and leaving them out of the battles with Titan's forces until the Trio gets involved.
  • Starter Villain: Leading the Way of Truth that caused trouble close to the end of the second Season, he is the first proper foe of the third one.

    Black Maria

A former Tobi Roppo and a flirty brothel owner.

  • Animal Motifs: Spiders. She has the powers of an ancient spider and lures men to trap them.
  • The Fighting Narcissist: She loves flexing and flaunting her appearance in a fight.
  • Giant Woman: She is over eight meters tall, able to hold a man in her hand like a toy.
  • Good Old Fisticuffs: She loves boxing and can fight like a boxer.
  • I Have You Now, My Pretty: She has many men she considers her pets. In the Grand Line spinoff she wants to make Sanji one. In the main story she wants to claim Pan for herself.

    Ogama

A toad Yokai general.

  • Animal Motifs: Toads, he is a humanoid toad demon and he primarily employs other amphibians to work under him.
  • Demolitions Expert: He has a wide variety of bombs and can throw many of them at once.
  • Enemy Mine: He cooperates with Finn and Leah against Jack the Drought.
  • Good Smoking, Evil Smoking: He smokes a pipe and is relatively evil.
  • Noble Demon: Literally, he is a demon, is a nobility among them and is also very honorable for an antagonist.
  • Poisonous Person: He has a variety of attacks involving poison and also the even stronger Defilement, the latter of which can even stop the healing factor of an Ancient Zoan.
  • Worthy Opponent: He sees both Finn and Leah as such.

    Shuten Doji

An Archdemon who is one of the Nine Big Heads of Japan. He kidnaps the Nutty Poet to get her to make him unlimited sake.

  • Carry a Big Stick: His giant kanabo.
  • Drunken Master: He can use many attacks related to drinking, and get drunk for a power boost.
  • Evil Is Petty: His reason for kidnapping the Poet? Wanting unlimited drinks.
  • Greater-Scope Villain: He appears in the Nutty Poet's spinoff for the first time, but he is not fought or meant to be fought. In fact, the Poet only visits him for a favor.
  • I Am a Humanitarian: He has eaten a lot of people.
  • Not-So-Harmless Villain: A brute that drinks a lot doesn't sound intimidating, but a brute that drinks a lot and has soundly beaten Leah in a duel in Season 2 is worthy of being called an Archdemon.
  • Playing with Fire: Fire is his primary element, as he can breathe it, use his fiery hair and in general utilize fire-based spells.
  • Unskilled, but Strong: When he is drunk, he is even stronger, but his skills and fighting ability suffer otherwise.

    Astaroth

An Archdemon who, while one of their weakest, is still very smart and powerful, and one of the most difficult challenges Stormwolf faces.

  • Attack Its Weak Point: His armor is impenetrable, only his head can be wounded.
  • Belly Mouth: He has one, which can breathe Hellfire.
  • Blood Knight: He wants a fight that will mark him in history as a great warrior.
  • Due to the Dead: As much as he hates the living, he respects the dead very much, and considers disrespecting them in any way a cardinal sin.
  • Fake Weakness: He has Princess Prin Prin say he is only vulnerable to a slingshot in Kakariko Graveyard. This would make Stormwolf waste a lot of time by stopping the siege, doing some pointless fights and then return with a weaker weapon, making things much easier for Astaroth.
  • Gone Horribly Right: He does get a battle worth retelling, but gets killed during it.
  • Hellfire: He is extremely skilled with it, developing techniques far above the normal demons.
  • One-Winged Angel: He has a much larger, much more feral and much stronger form, which he only uses against his most dangerous foes.
  • Overshadowed by Awesome: He is called the weakest Archdemon, as in the weakest of the most powerful evil creatures in existence.
  • Red Baron: The King of the Beasts.
  • Worthy Opponent: He respects two people as his most worthy foes, Sir Arthur and Finn.

Imperial Remnant and Sith

    High Priest Kor

The official leader of the Imperial Remnant, he is the master of Palpatine's acolytes.

  • An Arm and a Leg: Cuts Jannah's right arm. Finn does the same to him.
  • Artifact of Doom: His Sith Holocron that makes him stronger, to the point he can cast Force Lightning strong enough to blow up a ship.
  • Combat Pragmatist: He doesn't just use the environment in his advantage, he also can summon zombies during a duel and shoots Finn in the back when he is busy trying to get Jannah to safety.
  • Even Evil Has Loved Ones: When he presumes his friend Kaeden is killed by Vi, he grieves for a bit before he gets pissed and personally kills her in return.
  • The Heavy: He is the acting leader of the Remnant because Palpatine is technically dead.
  • Hero Killer: Kills Vi Moradi and amputates Jannah before barely losing to Finn.
  • King Mook: He is the leader of the Sith Acolytes and fights like a much tougher version of them.
  • Red and Black and Evil All Over: His robes are both red and black and he leads Palpatine's cult.
  • Undying Loyalty: Very loyal to Emperor Palpatine to the point he is willing to make a Snoke to lead for him. Until Palpatine betrays him.

    Kaeden

The ace pilot of the Remnant and leader of the Alpha Squadron.

  • Ace Pilot: He is a pilot skilled enough to face Poe and Wedge.
  • Badass Normal: He has no powers, but is very skilled on foot and even more in a ship. In fact, he is the best Imperial pilot.
  • Cybernetics Eat Your Soul: After his defeat and near-death at the hands of Vi, he returns with cybernetic implants, and is just as vicious as before.
  • Evil Counterpart: To Poe Dameron. He is a cruel, fanatical Imperial who is an ace pilot, the highest ranking member of his side without powers and leads his own elite squadron. He is also loyal to a Force user that leads his side, just like Poe.
  • Not Quite Dead: He almost dies in the hands of Vi, but recovers, even though most of his body is artificial afterwards.
  • Sore Loser: He doesn't take his defeats with dignity.
  • Undying Loyalty: To his master Kor, whom he sees as the true leader of the Remnant. He goes as far as fighting Vi Moradi on foot to defend his master.

    Snoke the Second

A second Snoke built up to lead the Remnant until Palpatine gets revived.

  • Dumbass No More: The first Snoke could not see Kylo betraying him even though a lightsaber was moving near him, which resulted in his demise. The second one senses Finn sneaking up on his troops and warns them, although it's too late.
  • Glass Cannon: His Force abilities allow him to fight well against Finn and Rey at once. He still goes down in a few hits.
  • Shock and Awe: He can use Force Lightning, which can rival and surpass Rey's.
  • So Last Season: Two-fold example.
    • On his side, he can now survive being cut in half and has to be blown up to be properly defeated.
    • At his expense, the original could curbstomp Rey and had to be betrayed by Kylo. Now Finn and Rey can beat him properly.
  • Taking You with Me: Once cut in half, he uses the Force to prevent Finn and Rey from escaping because he knows he will be blown up by their detonator and wants them to suffer the same fate.
  • Took a Level in Badass: He can outsmart and defeat Lightning Dawn, and now being cut in half no longer works.
  • Villainous Breakdown: As Rey is holding him off and Finn keeps beating up his guards, he starts getting mad.
  • Zerg Rush: The main tactic he employs is blitzkrieg, catching foes off-guard and gaining ground very quickly. But, after his first defeat, he loses his gains just as fast.

    Darth Crona

An old Sith revived by the Imperial Remnant.

    Trias

A grandson of Palpatine who wants to be the next Emperor.

  • Arch-Enemy: To Rose Tico, he faces her twice and the two have grueling fights.
  • Big Bad Wannabe: He is a legitimately good pilot with enhanced senses, and has a high position, but is nowhere near as dangerous as Palpatine, or as great as he thinks he is.
  • Composite Character: From Trioculus and Andrew Oikonny. He has the three eyes and can pilot a ship, but like both of them, he is an average foe who relies on the name of someone far more dangerous.
  • I Want My Mommy!: "Grandpa Palpatine!"
  • Not-So-Harmless Villain: He might not be as competent as he thinks, but he still nearly killed Rose twice and also came close to stopping the stealthed bombers from breaching the Sion, as he was the one who spotted them.
  • Overshadowed by Awesome: He is a good pilot, but pales in comparison to the rest of the Alpha Squadron, who are all aces. He also has enhanced senses, but not to the level of normal Force users.

    Emperor Palpatine (MAJOR UNMARKED SPOILERS)

The Emperor of the Galactic Empire, a tyrant who wants to rule the Galaxy again even after being slain twice.

  • Always Second Best: He is the second greatest Dark Lord, and very bitter about it.
  • Bad Boss: He sees everyone under him as disposable. Even Kor.
  • Bad Future: He shows a vision of one to Rey, pushing her further into the Dark Side. It is basically what would happen if Rey stayed imprinted for the rest of her life, and involves her being terrible to her friends, helping slavers but not their slaves and dismissing Leia's death as necessary for her own future.
  • Dual Wielding: He wields twin lightsabers.
  • Evil Mentor:
    • To Rey, as he plans to corrupt her and make her his successor. He, just like with Anakin, plans to turn Rey's love for Finn into a destructive obsession to corrupt her faster.
    • To High Priest Kor, as he teaches Kor to be the acting leader of the Remnant, so Kor can revive him.
  • Glass Cannon: While he was alive, his physical body was frail. Subverted in the final battle, where his soul isn't limited by his body and is stronger while in Hell. That surprises the Dark One, who has to damage him repeatedly in their fight.
  • Greater-Scope Villain: He has a lot of impact in the story, even while dead, and is responsible for the final battle with Dark Rey in the first Season, as well as the true mastermind behind the Remnant.
  • Mythology Gag: As in every trilogy, he ends up electrocuting himself during his final defeat.
  • A Nazi by Any Other Name: Just like his canon self, he acts a lot like Nazis, being a human supermacist, not above genocide, who has a Cult of Personality and exploits crises to gain power.
  • Not-So-Well-Intentioned Extremist: Palpatine is a tyrant who has made planet-busting weapons, but claims to protect the Galaxy from the Black Legion and the Yuuzhan Vong. In reality, he wants to become the Dark One himself.
  • Shadow Archetype: To Grand Ruler Celesto of all people. Both will exploit a crisis to expand their empire, but only Palpatine will create the crisis in the first place. Celesto might let people die, even on purpose, but Palpatine actively sends forces at anyone who opposes him. He also has no problem killing and replacing his generals, unlike the Grand Ruler. Finally, Palpatine has blown up planets very casually and with no remorse, while Celesto is not so willing to do so.
  • Shock and Awe: He is the greatest at using Force Lightning, even casting planet-busting storms of it.
  • Spirit Advisor: He is one both to Rey and Kor, and a very dark example.
  • Villainous Breakdown: When both Rey and Finn reject his offers at different points, he panics. Also, in his final fight, he becomes increasingly more desperate as he starts losing.
  • Villainous Legacy: A Remnant led by Kor survives him and plans to bring him back to life.

Starfleet

    Grand Ruler Celesto

The true leader of Starfleet, king of Unicornicopia and its whole empire.

  • Adaptational Villainy: He is someone who saves planets from threats, which he didn't make up, only to take over the planets and make them follow his culture. Also a shady dictator.
  • Blue-and-Orange Morality: He believes Emil Kudos, who is sending Yuuzhan Vong to slaughter several civilians for petty reasons, is not the true villain responsible for the attacks, but it's Peach Berry, because she dumped him and so he became a criminal who wants revenge. He also believes that Leah has ruined Finn for helping him heal from his anger towards Rey.
  • Energy Weapon: He has invented the ability to create weapons out of Uniforce, and only he can master it.
  • Even Evil Has Standards: While he saves other races from threats for the price of ruling them, he never engineers the threats, and he also doesn't casually blow up planets, unlike Palpatine. Also, he is strongly against sending troops on a mission with exactly zero chance to survive.
  • Godzilla Threshold: The Serpent Monarch, a planet-busting ship he uses only when his whole empire is in grave danger.
  • Hanging Judge: He is the supreme judge in his own empire, and can give brutal punishments to anyone who defies him.
  • I Owe You My Life: Weaponized. He saves worlds from existing threats so they will be indebted to him and he can colonize them.
  • Irony: A meta example. It was fairly common to criticize Celesto's appearance of a three-horned Alicorn as comparing him to a Triceratops. In this story, Celesto makes a point of singling out SkullFace to be assassinated due to having been left with a nasty albeit long since mostly healed wound in his torso left by SkullFace. SkullFace, as noted elsewhere, is a very literal Triceratops from the EarthWalker Tribe.
  • A Lighter Shade of Black: His atrocities are directly comparable to Palpatine's, but he always comes off as the better one of the two. For example, he will let someone die if that helps his colonialism, but never sends his troops to their deaths or betrays them first. When he learns a zealot of his knowingly sent soldiers in a battlefield he would destroy soon as meat shields with no way of escape, he furiously tells him to call off the fodder and that if he completes the mission, he will merely be imprisoned. He also claims he never blows up planets, and while he has done that, he is not proud of it, unlike Palpatine who doesn't care.
  • Murder by Inaction: He never actively gets any important authorities he wants to replace with his generals killed: he just lets them die to external threats.
  • Not-So-Harmless Villain: He might look like a delusional leader who enforces silly values and gets fooled by an evil actor who just happens to be smart, but his way of expanding his empire, eliminating existing threats at the price of being the new ruler, helps him be supported by the people he rules over. He also defeats Jannah and Leah in their first encounter, and, while SkullFace stops him and Finn saves Leah's life, Celesto still comes very close to beating the Triceratops as well through using a Stand before his injuries exhaust him. While he loses a courtroom case which he rigged and throws a tantrum because of it, he proves to be a very hard enemy in physical combat.
  • Punch Catch: Subverted when he tries to stop Leah's Sonic Overdrive with one finger. He does stop the punch, but his finger is sore and the soundwave still hits him.
  • Scars are Forever: Averted: the initial wound SkullFace dealt to his torso has almost entirely healed by this point, at least, physically that is. Mentally, with how much this wounded Celesto's pride, he still tends to feel the pain at times.
  • Skewed Priorities: He won't send anyone to save a princess, but will send an assassin after someone who wounded him once and stopped one of his military expansions.
  • Super-Toughness: Took a goring attack from SkullFace at one point and managed to survive it; the wound would've killed just about anyone else of similar size to Celesto. He also takes several powerful attacks head-on in the final fight of the second Season.
  • Taking You with Me: His final attack, once he is about to lose, sacrifices life force to spite his killers.
  • Villain with Good Publicity: A white savior and Knight Templar who, while he is ruthless, due to his pragmatic tactics, is seen as a hero by many of his subjects.
  • White Man's Burden: Believes his race is superior to all the others, and so makes it his duty to protect them and rule over them in his own terms.

    Lightning Dawn

The Admiral of the Starfleet forces, and the one who usually leads their army.

  • Amoral Attorney: He is the Chief Prosecutor of the empire he serves. And he prosecutes a dissenter for defying his and Celesto's orders, forcing Finn to defend her in court.
  • Boisterous Bruiser: He is strong and loves boasting about his power.
  • Calling Your Attacks: Deconstructed. It's the reason Finn beats him in their first fight, as he can telegraph his moves and so none of Lightning's strongest attacks hit.
  • Everyone Has Standards: Unlike other adversaries Finn faces, he cares a lot about hostages and civilians. He also is strongly against anyone who has no problem with killing innocents.
  • Hidden Depths: He does surpass Finn at something. He is the better dancer of the two.
  • It's Personal: Lightning is willing to ally with Stormwolf against Palpatine, who is blowing up planets, because he had lost his and wants nobody to suffer the same fate.
  • Leeroy Jenkins: He often rushes into fights head first. It usually is ineffective, except when the enemy is far weaker than him.
  • The Mentor: To Swift Star, who brings the best out of him.
  • Recurring Boss: He is fought no less than three times by Finn.
  • Redemption Demotion: Double subverted. He does not become weaker after his redemption, but he is literally demoted in rank, willingly.
  • The Rival: To Finn. The two compete a lot, with Lightning doing his best to upstage him at everything, so he can show his ideals as superior.
  • Superpowered Evil Side: The Enticorn. It's more ruthless than even the normal Lightning, and also much more powerful.
  • "The Reason You Suck" Speech: He gives one to Snoke and Palpatine, while also addressing his own troops, saying they are nothing like the Grand Ruler.
  • Took a Level in Kindness: He starts as a jerk who thinks everyone who opposes Starfleet is evil, but slowly becomes more independent and accepting of people who disagree with him. In the end, he even sides with Stormwolf against Celesto and then Titan.
  • Undying Loyalty: To Grand Ruler Celesto. Insulting Lightning's mentor is a good way to piss him off. However, later in the story, he starts questioning him.
  • Unskilled, but Strong: He is physically very powerful and his few spells are devastating, but he has very little finesse and creativity both in terms of magic and physical abilities.
  • Worthy Opponent: He ends up respecting Finn's skills and acknowledges him as an equal.

    Rhymey Ward

A rhyming swordsman who is also an officer of Starfleet, and the leader of the elite Neo-Starfleet or so it seems.

  • Adaptational Badass: In comparison to his original series, instead of having to team up with his allies to take down an enemy, his enemies have to team up on him to take him down. He also has a few more special attacks, like a hot gust of wind and a tornado spin.
  • Back from the Dead: Subverted. He does appear in the final battle of the second season, long after he got cut down, but it's a robot made to act like him.
  • Blow You Away: He has the power of wind, and in this story he gains two more abilities relevant to his element.
  • Brains and Brawn: He is the brawn to Talon's brains, being the fighter while his partner is the planner.
  • The Dragon: He is the leader of Neo-Starfleet and directly answers to Grand Ruler Celesto. Behind Celesto's back, he is also this trope for his seemingly pathetic apprentice Talon Ted.
  • Master Swordsman: Can keep up with fellow master swordsman Pierre, and also beats the experienced Virago in a swordfight.
  • Noble Demon: He is not a good person, since he is a blackmailer and a killer, but he does fight with honor most of the time.
  • Rhymes on a Dime: He only speaks in rhyme.
  • Spectacular Spinning: His Wind Spin move turns him into an invincible tornado for a short while with the assistance of his sword.
  • Token Evil Teammate: The most ruthless member of Starfleet, and also the only one with connections to the Underground.

    Starla Shine

Lightning's wife and a general of Starfleet.

  • An Arm and a Leg: She loses her left wing in the final battle with Leah.
  • Blaming the Victim: In a flashback, she has done that to Medusa, about the reasons she became a monster.
  • Blood Knight: She loves fighting the enemies of Starfleet, moreso than even the male members of the core team.
  • Cherry Tapping: Attempted in her final duel with Leah, where she tries to finish her off with an ordinary arrow, although it's because of caution. Had Leah been unable to sense vibrations, it would have worked.
  • Demonic Possession: She becomes a victim of this by High General Veran. She is saved by a princess, even though Starfleet was willing to sacrifice her.
  • Enemy Mine: Apart from the one time Starfleet helps Stormwolf against the Imperial Remnant, Starla makes a truce with Leah until the dread weapons threatening her planet are down.
  • Handicapped Badass: She is still a fighter, even after losing one wing in a fight with Leah.
  • Homing Projectile: She can change the direction of the Starlight Arrow due to her telekinesis.
  • Master Archer: She is very good with a bow, and several of her attacks involve arrows.
  • Red Baron: After Operation Valkyria, she is sometimes called the One-Winged Angel.
  • Took a Level in Kindness: After her final battle with Leah, she has become kind, just like her husband.
  • Trick Arrows: The Starlight Arrow has magical energy from the stars.
  • Worthy Opponent: She is one to Leah, both respecting each other's skills.
  • You Are in Command Now: When Stormwolf attacks Unicornicopia, she is leading the defense against them, because her superiors are busy trying to imprison a dissenter.

    Swift Star

Lightning's apprentice, who just wants to do the right thing.

  • Badass Normal: Even before his ice powers, he is still skilled enough to hold off a horde of Myconids because of physical training alone. With his bare hands.
  • Brainwashed and Crazy: He temporarily imprints on En Shi and becomes evil, but is saved after she dies.
  • Broken Pedestal: He used to admire Starfleet until he saw how corrupt the Grand Ruler is.
  • I Choose to Stay: When Rey offers him to join Stormwolf, he refuses to switch sides, wanting to make Starfleet more heroic instead.
  • Empowered Badass Normal:He starts with no powers whatsoever and has many fights while normal, but then gets two techniques related to ice.
  • Four-Star Badass: He becomes a General and keeps being relevant after Celesto is defeated for good.
  • An Ice Person: After he gets imprinted on an evil stalker, he gets some weak ice powers, which he keeps even after the imprint breaks.
  • Screw the Rules, I'm Doing What's Right!: He often defies orders to stay back to save his friends and innocent civilians. Most importantly, he warns Peach Berry and saves her from being imprinted on Kudos. This is despite orders to the contrary, which sends him to Conva.
  • Token Good Teammate: He is by far the nicest person in Starfleet. He can be reasoned with easily, he respects the opinions of others and will question orders if they put lives in danger. He is also friendly to Stormwolf and aspires to fix Starfleet from the inside. He succeeds post-Valkyria.
  • Took a Level in Badass: After a certain point, he learns to use some ice powers.
  • Weak, but Skilled: He is nowhere near as powerful as the main officers of Starfleet, but he has very good skills in melee combat and can outsmart his enemies.

    Buddy Rose

A Starfleet officer who may be a colonialist, but he is also a loving family man.

  • An Arm and a Leg: His right arm gets obliterated in his very final fight against Mano, albeit he still wins.
  • Berserk Button: He is normally not too violent, unless you hurt Daphne Dil or the rest of his family in any way.
  • Green Thumb: He commands the power of flora. This allowed him to defeat one of Titan's strongest monsters, Oceanus, in the past, and allows him to be very effective on planets like Herboss and Endor.
  • Handicapped Badass: He actually defeats the enemy that destroys his right arm.
  • Parental Substitute: To his little cousin, Daphne Dil. He is very protective of her.
  • Retired Badass: He has to retire from Starfleet after he loses his right arm and Titan is permanently beaten. He is glad he can now spend more time with his family.
  • Super Mode: He has a super armor, like other Starfleet elites, and he shows this power-up more often than the others except maybe Starla.
  • Took a Level in Badass: He has new moves like a shield and poison.
  • Weapon Specialization: A whip made out of vines.
  • White Man's Burden: His biggest flaw. He is a very strong proponent of Starfleet's colonialist methods.

    Artie Bristles

A Starfleet officer with a passion for art.

  • Berserk Button: Do not use art for evil. He was loyal to Celesto until Celesto misused Artie's paintings.
  • Defector from Decadence: He betrays Starfleet because his paintings were used for forged evidence against an innocent.
  • Heart Is an Awesome Power: He has the power of art, and is just as strong as the other Starfleet members.
  • Mirror Boss: To the Nutty Poet in Valkyria, as they are the respective warrior artists in their ranks.
  • Offscreen Moment of Awesome: During the Raid of Conva, he takes on many, many criminals offscreen. The result? He looks beat up, but is still victorious.
  • Token Good Teammate: He might not be Swift Star, but he is still the nicest member of the main team, even after Cookie Dough joins.
  • Unskilled, but Strong: Not compared to the other Starfleet members, but definitely compared to the Nutty Poet, his Stormwolf counterpart. She can do more creative attacks with her art, but he is far stronger in a fistfight.

    Dyno and Myte

Twin miners that work for Starfleet.

  • Bash Brothers: Literal brothers who usually fight together.
  • Because You Were Nice to Me: They are more lenient to Ace Ray after he saves their lives from a force of Revenants.
  • Combination Attack: They perform all their strongest attacks together.
  • Demolitions Expert: They are both good at smashing and blowing up stuff.
  • The Dividual: They have similar personalities.
  • Logical Weakness: Since they rely too much on being together, they are in trouble if the enemy chooses to separate them on purpose.
  • Playing with Fire: All of their attacks are related to fire and explosions.
  • Royals Who Actually Do Something: They are actually princes, yet they choose to help people out in mining and fight in the front lines. Somewhat decreased when they get the responsibility of running a whole planet.

Other villains

    Jonnie

A leader of an alternate humanity, who has committed several atrocities.

  • Charles Atlas Superpower: He is very strong for a normal human, to the point he is considered a Rookie Killer.
  • Earth-Shattering Kaboom: He has blown up planets to secure the reign of humanity.
  • A God Am I: He gets himself worshipped in fourty religions.
  • He-Man Woman Hater: He believes women aren't fighters. He also feeds his horse twice as much as he feeds his wife.
  • Humiliation Conga: He tries to shoot Finn for his black skin, only to lose fast despite Finn not having to land a direct hit. Then his army is beaten and his wife ruins his attempt to blow up a planet and make everyone submit to him out of fear. And then, he fights Rey, believing a woman can't beat him. He loses with relative ease and dies.
  • Normal Fish in a Tiny Pond: He has a massive army and a galactic empire, he even succeeded at blowing up several planets. He is the biggest name in his universe by far. The reason why is that his opposition was pathetic. Once his forces fight Stormwolf, they are crushed in a few battles.
  • Politically Incorrect Villain: He had exterminated all the black people in his planet, whom he considers dirty cannibals, and also will slay whole alien races if one member of them wrongs him. When he sees Finn, he immediately calls him a cannibal because of his skin.
  • Villain with Good Publicity: A genocidal leader who is literally part of several religions.
  • Would Hurt a Child: Has clubbed Ilia before she had grown up.

    Mori Ranmaru

The leader of the Children of Oda Nobunaga, a reincarnation of Nobunaga's most trusted assistant.

  • Adaptational Badass: While the real Ranmaru did set a palace on fire, he never could generate fire on his own.
  • Animal Motifs: Dogs, as he is loyal like one. His signature move is the Fire Hounds.
  • Berserk Button: Don't insult Oda Nobunaga if you value all your limbs.
  • Disc-One Final Boss: He seems to be the Arc Villain of the third Arc of the first Season, being the very competent leader of the Children of Oda Nobunaga. But Takara takes his place once he is defeated.
  • Early-Bird Boss: A non-video game example. Being a Master of Fire and wielding a beam katana, he is a threat whose skill level is similar to those of the second season, but faces Stormwolf in the first season. Which is why he causes as much damage as he does.
  • Hero Killer: He kills minor hero Hanzo, amputates Q and temporarily knocks Finn out.
  • Historical Villain Upgrade: Downplayed. He is the real Mori Ranmaru, who has come back to life, and he is an antagonist who will go to extreme lengths to accomplish his goals, but he was fiercely loyal to Nobunaga even in real life and this version isn't one of the most monstrous villains.
  • I Let Gwen Stacy Die: He is still bitter over his master's death, and intends to revive him at all costs.
  • My Greatest Failure: Not saving Nobunaga at Honno-Ji. He wants to redeem himself for it at all costs.
  • Noble Demon: He is an extremist, but also very honorable and respects his foes if they respect Nobunaga.
  • Playing with Fire: He is a Master of Fire, and has several techniques related to flames.
  • Undying Loyalty: Even with Nobunaga long gone, he still does his best to revive him.

    Takara

A woman who changes history for her own gain.

    Don Krieg

The leader of the Pirate Armada, he is a Space Pirate that wants to conquer planets.

  • Badass Normal: He has no superpowers whatsoever, yet he is strong and a walking arsenal.
  • Big Bad Wannabe: He has a powerful fleet and very advanced arsenal, and his goal is to conquer planets. However, while he does score a few victories, he not only fails to conquer the supposedly primitive Sauria twice, but loses to Poe Dameron in a duel. In the final battle with Starfleet, he returns, but has no big fight and only focuses on escaping, as several fighters are out of his league. Later, he returns to the Grand Line and goes straight for the One Piece... until Akainu shoots down his new ship in one hit.
  • Combat Pragmatist: He will do any dirty trick to win, from faking surrender to getting help.
  • Humongous Mecha: The Kriegborg is huge, flies and has even heavier weapons that Krieg himself.
  • I Surrender, Suckers: When the Kriegborg is down, he draws a white flag and feigns surrender. Then he lands a cheap shot on Poe and fights on foot.
  • More Dakka: His shield can fire needles rapidly, while he also has several machine guns and blasters that fire all at once.
  • Normal Fish in a Tiny Pond: While he has upgrades, including the Kriegborg and minor Haki, he still is not the greatest threat Stormwolf faces, something Poe Dameron tells him after he wins. When he returns to the Grand Line, he has become far more competent than before, being able to cross the Red Line this time, but he still is not in the level of the New World.
  • Sore Loser: Very much so. Losing a fair fight will make him run and throw poison gas, faking surrender or try to attack the winner while unconscious.
  • Super-Toughness: He took quite a lot of punishment from his opposition during the Battle for Sauria, and wound up managing to stay in the fight right up until the very conclusion of it.
  • Took a Level in Badass: His weapons are improved from canon, and he even has his unused mech this time, and even some weak Haki. When he returns to the Grand Line, he easily crosses the Red Line in a single day.
  • Underestimating Badassery: He thinks that Sauria is an easy target because the natives are primitives and he has beaten some more technologically advanced foes like Buddy Rose. He is dead wrong.

    The Fake Stormwolf

An organization that terrorizes Earth, pretending to be the real Stormwolf.

  • Animal Motifs: Fake SkullFace has the additional name of "Gopher", owing to the fact he's a Psittacosaurus, a very small relative of Triceratops known from fossils in Asia dating to the Early Cretaceous Period. The nickname not only reflects how absolutely puny he is compared to the real SkullFace, but also is emphasized by his burrowing ability he uses to make a quick entry or escape with.
  • Blood Knight: Fake Alix loves fighting for sport.
  • Boob-Based Gag: Fake Rey has very big breasts to show how poorly she imitates the genuine article, who is flat-chested.
  • The Brute: Unlike the original, who is a small woman with a paintbrush and has to be creative, the Fake Nutty Poet is a big, muscular woman with a bazooka. Similarly, Fake Rey is a large woman with a claymore.
  • Cornered Rattlesnake: They might be weak cowards, but when it's their time to die, they refuse to go down easily until Din Djarin has to come for them.
  • Curb-Stomp Battle: They pick on weak monsters, which helps them maintain their cover as they win easily. But they are crushed swiftly by Din and the first Force Hunter in the end.
  • Dissonant Serenity: Fake Finn acts as if nothing happens when he has his men massacre an entire Goblin village, including the children.
  • Dirty Coward: They prefer facing weak, easy monsters, and are merciless against them. But when they face actually strong foes, they panic.
  • Out-of-Character Alert: Fake Finn shoots civilians remorselessly, Fake Leah has no problem with stereotyping Native Americans, and overall the team is more evil than the real deal. Din figures out the ruse fast.
  • Paper-Thin Disguise: They don't really resemble the real Stormwolf. Fake Rey is huge and well-endowed, and so is the Poet, Fake Poe uses an old bombing plane, Fake Leah is petite and dressed like a Native stereotype, and Fake Finn isn't even black. Fake SkullFace is a different species from the original and tries to capitalize on his false identity even though the other impostors have been disbanded.
  • Weak Boss, Strong Underlings: They have recruited some minions far stronger than themselves, like Raven Eye, who is more powerful than everyone in Fake Stormwolf and could keep up with the real deal for a while.

    Titan

The old enemy of Starfleet, a dark warlord that conquers planets through brute force.

  • Actually a Doombot: His appearance in the battle of Kallan turns out to be just a puppet.
  • And This Is for...: During his final fight, he screams the names of his fallen Trio as he beats up their killers.
  • Arch-Enemy: To Grand Ruler Celesto. The two have fought each other a lot and are zealous regarding eliminating the legacy of each other. They are also the exact opposite in several ways and aware of it.
  • Arc Villain: The true main antagonist of the first arc of Season 3.
  • Attack of the 50-Foot Whatever: Both of his stronger forms. As a disembodied head with hands, he is bigger than an X-Wing. As Colossal Titan, he is the size of a planet.
  • Chronic Backstabbing Disorder: He betrays Biomeka at a crucial moment. It backfires.
  • Dark Is Evil: A cruel warlord that mostly relies on darkness.
  • Disproportionate Retribution: He was shunned from his people unfairly, including his ex-girlfriend, earning a bit of sympathy from Leah. However, to her disgust, he blew up his own planet in response.
  • Evil Sounds Deep: His voice is explicitly deep.
  • Foil:
    • To Grand Ruler Celesto. The two are opposites in many ways. Celesto is a being of order and Light, while Titan is a being of chaos and Darkness. Celesto is better than him in some ways. For example, Titan uses brute force to conquer worlds, while Celesto saves worlds from threats like Titan and then asks to be their new ruler as a reward. But Titan is better than him in other ways, as he cares about his generals, unlike the Grand Ruler.
    • To Leah Clearwater, of all people. They both were outcasts for very similar reasons, got dumped through no fault of theirs, were misblamed for a person's death and eventually took revenge on their bullies. However, Titan went as far as blowing up the planet, while Leah never hurt a single innocent. So, Leah sees him as everything she never wants to be.
  • Giver of Lame Names: Most of his monsters and some of his attacks have accidental sexual double meanings.
  • Greater-Scope Villain: In The Rise of the Organa, where his generals are the main antagonists and commit their crimes in his name. He is also mentioned a lot before he shows up, mostly by Starfleet, and his revival is the initial goal of his Trio and Biomeka.
  • One-Winged Angel: He becomes a gigantic disembodied head with hands, which powers him up. When the three fleets led by Poe Dameron defeat it, he becomes the planet-sized Colossal Titan.
  • Shadow Archetype: He is what Leah Clearwater never wants to become.

    Titan's Trio

Three powerful generals who want to conquer planets for their master. Their names are Dementia, Mysterious and Rep-Stallion. Until they change them to Waverline, Specter and Razor respectively.

  • Beauty, Brains, and Brawn: Dementia, Mysterious and Rep-Stallion, respectively.
  • Casting a Shadow: Mysterious has powers associated with darkness.
  • Combination Attack: All three need to concentrate to cast their strongest attack, Titan's Wrath.
  • Even Evil Has Loved Ones: They have a healthy relationship with their master and each other.
  • Hero Killer: Rep-Stallion humiliates Isolder and, as Razor, kills King Topaz. Dementia , as Waverline, would have killed Alix herself if Stormwolf didn't unfreeze her on time. Mysterious, as Specter, kills L'ulo of the Black Squadron.
  • An Ice Person: Dementia can use several icy attacks, like Dance of Ice, which evolves into Glacial Ballet.
  • Meaningful Rename: They change their names after they return to threaten the Galaxy. Both their names and they themselves become more serious. Dementia is now Waverline, Rep-Stallion is now Razor and Mysterious is now Specter. Similarly, their strongest abilities have evolved in power and get new names to show that.
  • Not-So-Harmless Villain: While they are comedic and bad at planning or naming, and lose to Leia when fought individually, they beat and capture her the first time they fight her all at once. They are also quite strong, which allows them to score minor victories and be a physical threat to the protagonists.
  • Oh, Crap!: Specter panics and screams insults when he realizes Finn has charged a massive metal ball with electricity, meaning it can now harm him.
  • Opponent Switch: They do this in the final battle against Finn, Leah and Rey. They get much better matchups this way, and are winning until the Stormwolf champions simply switch opponents back.
  • Rogues' Gallery Transplant: They are a recurring enemy of Starfleet, but they are also some of the greatest enemies Leia has ever faced.
  • Shock and Awe: Rep-Stallion can use lightning.
  • Stupid Evil: They gloat a lot and attempt to use flashy execution methods, which costs them battles they would have won otherwise.
  • Took a Level in Badass: When they return with new names after Starfleet's downfall, they are much more powerful than before, able to compete with the heavy hitters of Stormwolf, who are more powerful than Leia, who had beaten all three of them at once.
  • Undying Loyalty: They are all incredibly loyal to Titan, and nobody else. So much they adamantly refuse to switch sides when asked to and their Combination Attack is named after Titan.
  • Unfortunate Names: Leia calls out all three because she can't take their names seriously. So, they have changed them.
  • Vanity Is Feminine: Dementia cares about her appearance a lot.
  • Vitriolic Best Buds: They bicker all the time, but genuinely care about each other.
  • Why Don't You Just Shoot Him?: Rep-Stallion always goes for simple and effective methods in terms of executing foes. The other two don't take his advice at heart. Once they take five hours to find how to execute Leia, despite Rep's protests.
  • Why Won't You Die?: Waverline screams "You still refuse to die?" when preparing her ultimate attack against Rey.
  • Worthy Opponent: Rep-Stallion sees Leia as this. As Razor, he sees Leah as this. Specter ends up respecting Finn during their battle as well, but also feels a little fear.

     Charlotte Smoothie

A Sweet Commander of Big Mom, and one of the most powerful women in the Grand Line.

  • Adaptational Badass: In her canon, she doesn't get any major fight scenes in the first two major arcs she is in. In this series, she is a very powerful woman who easily overpowers nearly anyone she comes across, and also shows canonically informed abilities like her Haki. She even takes on Pan, who at that point had beaten some very powerful enemies, in open combat and wins.
  • Arc Villain: She is the main antagonist of Pan's spinoff. Also the primary and most dangerous obstacle when it comes to Pan's rescue.
  • Badass Boast: "Let me be clear about something. I am the predator, and you are just a big prey."
  • Big Sister Instinct: Don't hurt her brothers and sisters in front of her if you value your life.
  • Cast From Lifeforce: Her Space Ripper Stingy Eyes, which fire highly pressured juice from her eyes, come at the cost of a little of her life force. Her Sweeter Smoothie form also consumes life force.
  • Double Entendre: Some of her taunts are intentionally dirty. For example, once she blocks an attack from behind and says she swings both ways.
  • Eviler than Thou: She pulls this on Avyanna, by using the other pirate's obsession against her. She forces Avyanna to trade one fifth of her fleet with the man she loves, which is a very unfair trade. She also has executed Joseph of the CP0 so he cannot spill information about her family to the Government.
  • False Dichotomy: She tells Pan he should stay with her because she is a better choice than "the bad man in the leather mask", and that if he gets freed from her clutches he is vulnerable to the Government.
  • Fluffy the Terrible: Smoothie is not an intimidating name. But Charlotte Smoothie is a very intimidating woman.
  • Good Powers, Bad People: Smoothie can create juice out of anything, which sounds innocent. She loves creating juice out of human bodily fluids.
  • Heart Is an Awesome Power: Her power allows her to... make and use juice out of anything. She is also a near-unstoppable juggernaut.
  • Hero Killer: While she doesn't kill any important heroes, she still qualifies because she defeats and captures Pan in single combat, beats up Mike Stevens when he comes to Pan's rescue and sells him to Avyanna, personally destroys the Iron Kraken when the Ivory Corps use it to aid Pan's rescue group, and it takes four powerful heroes to team up so they can defeat her.
  • I Have You Now, My Pretty: She succeeds at capturing Pan, whom he considers her favorite pet.
  • I Let Gwen Stacy Die: She feels guilt for not doing much in the Battle of Wano, leading to her mother's death.
  • A Lighter Shade of Black: She tells Pan that while he is still her captive, she treats him better than "the man in the leather mask" would. Pan actually agrees with this, although he points out this is not a high bar to clear.
  • It's Personal: In Pan's spinoff, she wants to hunt down Nami for stealing Zeus and humiliating her mother. Then her attention gradually shifts to Pan himself as he keeps sabotaging her.
  • Master Swordsman: She is a great swordswoman, at least as skilled as Pan himself.
  • Noblewoman's Laugh: Ahohohohohoho! She rarely laughs, but it happens.
  • Nothing Nice About Sugar and Spice: She wears pink, looks sweet at first and is themed about juices and other beverages. She is also a very dangerous pirate.
  • Pyrrhic Victory: She actually takes out Pan in her duel with him, as he collapses before she does. But the result is disastrous for her. While she captures her opponent, she can't do anything to save her mother's life and end the war in her favor anymore, which results in Big Mom getting defeated and the Big Mom Pirates losing their status as a Yonko crew.
  • Statuesque Stunner: She is a beautiful woman whose looks distract men, and she is also much taller than the average human, able to pick up people in one hand.
  • Terms of Endangerment: She calls Pan "Pancake", and is his most fearsome opponent.
  • Thicker Than Water: She is aware her mother was not a good person, yet loves her too much to have anything but loyalty to her.
  • Took a Level in Badass: When cornered in her own home, she shows she has become even stronger than she was in Wano. She even achieves the equivalent of Gear 2.
  • Villainous Breakdown: When Pan's friends escape with him, Smoothie gets livid and chases after them, screaming, cursing and trying to sink them all.
  • Villainous Valor: She is brave, determined to keep fighting and loyal to her family. Otherwise, she is a horrible person who drinks people and is very possessive of her captives.
  • We Can Rule Together: She offers Pan to rule by her side and claim the One Piece with her.
  • White Hair, Black Heart: She has long, white hair and is a sadist.
  • Worthy Opponent: She and Pan develop a mutual twisted respect for each other.
Smoothie: Ahohohohoho! This is the best fight of my life!
  • You Have Failed Me: When a Kallanian screws up royally, making things worse for her, she drinks his bodily fluids.

    Charlotte Amande

A sadistic daughter of Big Mom, who is a swordswoman.

  • Cold-Blooded Torture: She inflicts this on anyone she defeats by using her sword. When Pan is captured by Smoothie instead of her, she is disappointed she can't make cuts on his body.
  • Combat Pragmatist: She can use her long neck to bite people during a fight.
  • Dick Dastardly Stops to Cheat: During her duel with Tashigi, she disarms her and has a chance to cut her down. But she deliberately makes her finishing blow as slow and painful as possible, so it does not build up enough momentum to properly get through Tashigi's Iron Body.
  • Eviler than Thou: She proves to be a superior antagonist to Buchephalus, as she ends up destroying his forces with the help of the Kallanians and personally tortures him to death.
  • Good Smoking, Evil Smoking: She is a villainess who always smokes cigarettes.
  • I Am Not Left-Handed: She doesn't just fight to win, she fights to torture her opponents. Most of her special attacks are deliberately as slow and painful as possible. But if you push her hard enough, she will start using Quickstep, meaning she is going all-out at speed.
  • Theme Naming: She names all her attacks after dances, and also adds "slow" before most of them.

    Charlotte Kato

A swordsman with a pumpkin head, who is a son of Big Mom.

  • Enemy Mine: He might be working for Smoothie, his more powerful sister, but he still helps out against Titan's forces on behalf of the Kallanians.
  • Even Evil Has Loved Ones: He cares about the future of his whole family first and foremost, even though he is a villain.
  • Heart Is an Awesome Power: Being able to twist your limbs in inhuman ways is a weak power compared to anything else, but it can make a very skilled swordsman notably even more dangerous and unpredictable.
  • Took a Level in Badass: After he fights Titan's forces, he trains enough to have better Haki and Fruit powers outside of unnaturally twisting his limbs.
  • Worthy Opponent: He has nothing but respect for fellow sword-wielding speedster Tashigi.

    Biomeka

An alien who conquers worlds, mostly targets the Kingdom of Purapril and is the one who had brainwashed Fratello in the past.

  • Arch-Enemy: To Fratello, because Fratello was once brainwashed by him.
  • Cybernetics Eat Your Soul: Inflicts this trope by making robotic armors that brainwash their hosts into doing his bidding.
  • Evil Mentor: He is the one who taught Medusa how to control her stone gaze. This hints at him having a stone gaze as well.
  • Eye Scream: He gets stabbed in the giant main eye by Fratello's arm blade.
  • For Science!: He is a strong proponent of the advancements of science.
  • Galactic Conqueror: He has conquered several planets.
  • Greater-Scope Villain: The mastermind between the attacks of Fratello and the Meka Dragon in the backstory.
  • It's Personal: He keeps going after the Kingdom of Purapril because his forces, led by the Meka Dragon, faced their first defeat there.
  • One-Winged Angel: After Fratello kills him, he turns into a less powerful, but much more mobile demon of hatred to keep living.
  • Red Baron: The Fear Incarnate.
  • Starfish Aliens: He is a pink, round creature with two minor heads, several tentacles and a main head with a colossal eye.
  • The Revolution Will Not Be Civilized: He slaughtered the spoiled nobles of his kingdom because they wouldn't let him get in a position of power he deserved more than they did.

    Mississippi Queen

A giant beast that serves Titan.

  • Animal Jingoism: With Hell Creek directly located along the shores of an inland sea full of monstrous aquatic reptiles, and Triceratops being one of many large sized herbivores in such environment, her aggression against SkullFace somewhat mirrors the interactions between crocodiles and hippos in Africa. Also helps that SkullFace's own Animal Motifs are Hippos.
  • Bait-and-Switch Boss: She is introduced eating a Black Lynel that was Stormwolf's target.
  • Combat Pragmatist: She is not above using ambushes and homefield advatnage to win a fight.
  • Heart Is an Awesome Power: One of her powers is mud, but her Mud Armor is much tougher than it looks.
  • Making a Splash: She can control water.
  • No-Nonsense Nemesis:
    • She deals with the Black Lynel, which could give her trouble in terms of brute force, by ambushing it from below and eating it instantly.
    • When Skull Face grows up and is now able to overpower her, she retreats in the water for homefield advantage. She also tries to end him quickly with her death roll, but misses.
  • One-Hit Kill: Get caught by her death roll and you have no chance of survival.
  • Unfortunate Names: Her name is a reference to a dirty song. It's more subtle than for most of Titan's monsters, showing she is more serious than them.
  • Worthy Opponent: Once Skull Face grows in size and power, she stops calling him a calf and calls him a bull instead. She also says it's no longer a hunt, rather a fight.

    Meka Dragon

A mechanical dragon that is Biomeka's best warrior.

  • Attack Its Weak Point: Through the hieroglyphs of the Mayhuam, Mana figures out the dragon's weak point is his head.
  • Composite Character: Of Meka Dragon from the Wonderboy series and the Dragonoid from My Brave Pony: Starfleet Magic, having the powers and history of both of them.
  • Combat Pragmatist:
    • How did he wipe out the civilization of the Mayhuam that stood against him? He dried the river they relied on.
    • When he fights Mana, he activates a toxic gas to have time on his side.
  • The Dragon: A literal one that serves as Biomeka's top enforcer.
  • Early-Bird Cameo: He is present in the hieroglyphs of the Mayhuam.
  • Hero Killer: He actually temporarily kills Mana. Once she does beat him, he turns her into a lizard and she stays like that for several chapters.
  • Last Breath Bullet: His curse that turns Mana into a lizard.
  • Macross Missile Massacre: He can fire a barrage of missiles.
  • Mythology Gag:
    • Since in this story Fratello is working for Biomeka, the Meka Dragon and the giant mechanical dragon that worked for Fratello in the past are one and the same.
    • The toxic gas is a reference to the very strict time limit you have when you fight him in Wonderboy In Monster Land.
  • Took a Level in Badass: In Wonderboy In Monster Land, he only has his fiery breath and curse in its direct sequel. Here he also has exploding beams and missiles.

    Spandam

A manipulative World Government agent who has a lust for power. He is also the Ivory Leader.

  • Blind Obedience: What he wants from his troops above all else, which is why he surrounds himself with yesmen.
  • …But He Sounds Handsome: When he disguises himself to help Pan's rescue group, he says whoever framed Pan for terrorism must have been a genius.
  • Character Catchphrase: "I, as/being the great and merciful hero I am..."
  • Disproportionate Retribution: Pan denies him access to black magic. So Spandam frames him for terrorism. He has done such frame-ups for similarly petty reasons to others beforehand.
  • Everyone Has Standards: Despite his usual approach to military, he personally calls off the Charge of the Light Brigade when he realizes it will accomplish absolutely nothing.
  • Fun with Acronyms: He wants to make a superweapon named Supremely Powerful And Not Destructible Assault Machine.
  • Hate Sink: An unpopular, selfish, two-faced individual who manipulates others into doing his bidding. He also abuses his prisoners horribly and calls himself a hero while he is anything but.
  • Living Weapon: Funkfreed, his elephant sword.
  • Manipulative Bastard: He can use false identities and exploit the selfish desires of others so he can have power over them.
  • The Neidermeyer: He is a despicable officer who couldn't care less about the lives of his men and sometimes gets them killed. When he learns there is a water that can make his troops a hundred times stronger but kill them in five minutes, he is excited about using it.
  • Not-So-Harmless Villain: As Pan describes him, "he is weak and not very bright, but he has a lot of influence and is very ruthless". Also, he finds a way to control his least loyal and most competent underling.
  • Properly Paranoid: How he handled the Soldier Hound serum. He did actually give the promised boost to the power and skills of all of his underlings, so they do trust him with it and are more effective, but he also used a failsafe that makes them sense him and be completely unable to attack him at all. This saves his life against Gaisborn.
  • Smug Snake: He can scheme and manipulate, but he is not as smart as he thinks he is.
  • Super Weapon, Average Joe: He is not physically strong or skilled at all, and Rose Tico can put up a fight against him. Nevertheless, he can still be a threat because of his Seastone Gun, his Seastone Chains, the tampering he has done with the Soldier Hound Serum so his underlings can't attack him and especially Funkfreed, all of which are powerful weapons.
  • Thicker Than Water: One of the few people he respects is his own father.
  • Treacherous Quest Giver: He is the one to direct Pan's rescue group to their actual destination, but he did not do it out of the goodness of his heart.
  • Why Did You Make Me Hit You?: He complains about how his captives make him torture them. An example is when he tells Rose "it's not too late for you to stop making me do this!" while he beats her up and she is in chains.

    Gaisborn

A powerful and fanatical Government agent. Also a member of the Ivory Corps.

  • Axe-Crazy: Literal axe aside, he is a very violent individual who is out of his mind.
  • Berserk Button: Do not remind him of his role as Spandam's subordinate.
  • Blood Knight: He loves fighting and killing the foes of the Government.
  • Cain and Abel: The Cain to his sister, Epsilon, whom he had mutilated and nearly killed for being too soft with outlaws.
  • Dragon-in-Chief: He is much more competent and powerful than his boss. Except his own lust for power prevents him from becoming the boss himself.
  • Even Evil Has Standards: He is ruthless, kills the foes of the Government with an axe and feels nothing but contempt for the weak. But he still hates the Ivory Leader for crossing some lines that shouldn't be crossed.
  • Kick the Dog: Literally, he stomps on a dog because its noise can alert his position.
  • Shout-Out: His name is based on Guy of Gisborne from Robin Hood.
  • Social Darwinist: He has nothing but contempt for the weak and unworthy. Even his biological sister.
  • The Starscream: He is not loyal to the Ivory Leader, although he endorses the brutality the Ivory Corps preach about. He just doesn't want to serve a coward.
  • Unknown Rival: He wants to replace Lucci, but Lucci doesn't care about him much.

    Jack the Drought

A former commander of Kaido's forces, and a nearly unstoppable brute.

  • Adaptational Badass: Unlike in canon, he is shown using his hybrid form and named attacks.
  • Berserk Button: Don't compare him to Arlong just because he is a cruel Fishman. Jack really looks down on Arlong because he considers him a coward.
  • Blood Knight: He loves nothing more than fighting strong foes, even when the odds are against him.
  • The Brute: His fighting style is full of brute force and good defense, and he is also merciless.
  • Cruel Elephant: A bloodthirsty man with the power to become a mammoth.
  • Even Evil Has Standards: He might do a lot of atrocities, but he is not cowardly at all.
  • Eviler than Thou: He proves to be more evil and in general a bigger threat than Ogama.
  • Fantastic Racism: He despises Minks, and thus beastmen. Downplayed, because his reasons have nothing to do with any physical characteristics, he attacked them first for Kaido's sake and they rightfully consider him an enemy of their nation, but he still despises them enough to qualify.
  • I Resemble That Remark!: "Anyone who calls me vengeful will pay dearly for this!"
  • Undying Loyalty: He is loyal enough to Kaido that he refuses to follow the Black Legion after his defeat, unlike some of the Beasts Pirates.
  • Unskilled, but Strong: He is less skilled than Finn, Leah, Ogama and even Elite Mooks like the Skull Overlord, but Leah describes him as having the strength of an Archdemon.

    Vice Admiral Onigumo

A fanatical Vice Admiral of the World Government.

  • Chekhov's Gunman: He is mentioned a few times as a serious threat and a ruthless enforcer of justice, and also instigates the battle between Gin and Don Krieg. But his most important role is when he defends the Ivory Tower from the alliance of outsiders, Marines and pirates.
  • The Dreaded: Pirates fear him for his power and cruelty. That includes Vanessa of the Raging Thunder Pirates.
  • Eviler than Thou: He bests Don Krieg and sends him in a suicide mission against the Revolutionaries.
  • Knight Templar: He fully endorses Absolute Justice and wants all threats to the Government dead.
  • Mouth of Sauron: He is the trusted representative of Akainu when the Fleet Admiral can't or won't attend something in person.
  • Multi-Armed and Dangerous: He has the powers of a spider, so he can grow eight arms. Which makes him a serious threat since he is a Master Swordsman.
  • Rapid-Fire Fisticuffs: He can unleash a very fast barrage of punches. While his eight arms definitely help, he is still fast enough to make them look like they are even more.
  • Undying Loyalty: To Akainu, whom he has nothing but praise for.

Civilians

A renowned therapist.

  • Achievements in Ignorance: Due to saving people from their addictions, she accidentally drives Harlequin's business into the ground, costing potential soldiers of the Black Legion.

  • Damsel in Distress: She has to be saved by Stormwolf when they meet her.
  • Non-Action Guy: Even when she joins Stormwolf, she doesn't fight. However, being a therapist, she is very helpful.
  • Spanner in the Works: Helping people get over their gambling addiction costs Harlequin soldiers for the Black Legion.

    Phoenix Wright

  • Distressed Dude: He is one of the people who were slaves of the vampires due to Alicia's activities.
  • The Mentor: He teaches Finn how to be a defense attorney. This allows him to show Lightning the true colors of Celesto.
  • Non-Action Guy: Downplayed, he is a normal person and his true skill lies in being a master lawyer. He does beat a cultist in a fight, but it takes him effort to do so.
  • Offscreen Moment of Awesome: He defended Shawn when he was framed of murder, and defeated the lesser demon Sterk through the law alone.
  • Took a Level in Badass: From a great lawyer to a great lawyer who outsmarted and exposed a demon, defied a vampire several times his size, and beat a cultist in a fight.

    Cremia

A farmgirl who owns the Romani Ranch.

  • Badass Normal: She might be a mere ranch girl, but she can still throw a millstone exactly where she wants to, and fend off some minor undead.
  • Big Sister Instinct: She is very protective of her biological sister Romani and her adoptive brother Shawn.
  • Beware the Nice Ones: She is very nice to everyone who doesn't hurt her friends and family. But she still can fight minor monsters when she wants to and they threaten her loved ones.
  • Nice Girl: She is kind to most people, as well as her animals.
  • O.O.C. Is Serious Business: She gets mad when she learns Pan got kidnapped.
  • Related in the Adaptation: To Shawn, because she and Romani have adopted him.
  • Small Role, Big Impact: In the Grand Line arc. She does not directly join the rescue group, since she has to protect her farm, but she still makes one bottle of Chateau Romani which saves Pan and indirectly his friends at a crucial moment.

    Talon Ted (MAJOR UNMARKED SPOILERS

Talon Ted seems to be an actor who refused to get a job out of his petty ego, and an ideal role model for Celesto. He finally gets a job after proving his own ideals right, and kept serving the Grand Ruler. But in reality, he is something far more sinister.

  • Adaptational Intelligence: From an actor who refuses to get a job because of a discrimination that only exists in his head to a criminal mastermind that has enormous influence across an entire empire.
  • Arc Villain: Of the first arc of the second Season, he is the mastermind behind the murder Stormwolf investigates and exploits the corruption of Starfleet.
  • But for Me, It Was Tuesday: He doesn't even remember the names of some of his victims properly.
  • Combat Pragmatist: He is a weak fighter and knows it, but makes up for it by fighting dirty, as he will get help and land cheap shots at every opportunity. This also helps him nearly defeat the much stronger Leah with seven silver daggers during her speech.
  • Even Evil Has Standards: Even he despises Emil Kudos for his disgusting experiments and toxic obsession with Peach Berry.
  • A Glass of Chianti: He loves swirling chalices when he shows his true colors.
  • Heart Is an Awesome Power: His only spell is to make glasses of brandy appear out of thin air. However, he demonstrates they can be useful in combat when he throws one at Leah, as it's easy for someone to slip on the brandy and thus step on the glasses.
  • Just Giving Orders: He technically is one of the few villains in the story with zero kills. This helps him cover his tracks.
  • Master Actor: Literally. He is as good of an actor as he claims, and he can pretend to be completely harmless.
  • Mundanger: Compared to the other enemies Stormwolf faced at that point, Ted is nothing physically, all of the threat comes from his brains and manipulation skills.
  • Obfuscating Stupidity: An utter moron who is too incompetent to hurt a fly on the outside, he seems to be a blowhard who is proud of not getting a job and vastly overestimates his acting skills. However, he actually is a brilliant actor, who has fooled everyone into thinking he isn't a mastermind with influence all over Celesto's empire.
  • Sadistic Choice: He loves putting them on others. His trial has him blackmailing Stormwolf with the life of one of their friends, and he also forces Finn to either let him get away or break his values by not fighting back when he loses the trial.
  • Small Name, Big Ego: His fake self. He keeps boasting about his acting skills, but seems to be so pathetic he can't back up his boasts.
  • Super Mode: The Nickel Samurai, which is the only way he can fight at all.
