Rose Diem
Rose is a witch, whose magic tends to ramdomly decides when it wants to work. When it does work, she is quite powerful. She is argumentative and has a temper. She is also incredibly loyal to her friends.From early 1900s Chicago, she fell ill to The Spanish Flu when she was 12. After Michelle saved her life, her magic got a jump start in the process, and the two lived through the next 80 or so years by travelling around America, before deciding to live in Nick and Ivan's apartment building in the early 2000s.

- Character Tics: Her hair flies outward slightly when mad or shocked.
Michelle Carpe
Michelle is a Fire Elemental Demon, who tends to cause chaos. She can control the fire she creates, can use light magic, and uses her claws with deadly precision. She's random and sarcastic, and protective of Rose, a habit she gained in the last 100 years.From early 1900s Chicago, she was an orphan when Rose's family found and adopted her. After their parents dies of the Spanish flu, Rose came down with it. not wanting to lose her sister too, Michelle summoned the Demon King, Dominic, and made a deal- She gains the powers of a demon to save Rose, and gets to spend the next hundred years with her. When the hundred years were up, she would give up her soul.
- Berserk Button: Taking her chibis, putting a line of salt around your door so she can't get in, or just plain insulting her or Rose.

Maria Moon
Maria is the newest monster in the apartment building. Having just got turned the summer before their sophomore year, she tends to be the one that gets all the explaining done to. She has super strength, sharp claws and teeth, and can fly... when asleep. She, of course, doesn't know that last one, as no one has told her yet. She's just as argumentative as Rose and sarcastic as Michelle, but without those extra hundred years to cause some craziness, so she tends to be the sane person in the room... most of the time.Born in the very town they now live in, she spent the first 15 years of her life as a normal human. When she did get turned, her parents abandoned her on the streets, where Rose found her.
Destiny Liokko
Destiny is a ghost that... doesn't fit the ghost mold. She's a scatter brain and tends to blurt out things that, while she had thought through, hasn't explained, making her look random when she really isn't. That doesn't make her dumb, like most people think, just a scatterbrain. She can't become tangible by herself, so Rose has to do it for her. She has ice powers. When she;s happy, she makes flurries and snow, while ice comes out when she's mad or scared.She doesn't remember much of her past when she was alive. She really has no memories past the day she was summoned excepted for her first and middle name.

- Corrupt the Cutie: When she remembers James killed her. He being there, taunting her about it, didn't help. Her powers turned toward more ice than snow after that.
Bridget Smithson
Bridget is a Peace Fairy. She can control the energy level of the room, or any given person, calming them down quickly. She can also cut the connection of the nerves to the brain for short periods of time, causing the person to lose control of their limbs. However, she cannot fly, much to her sadness. She's sweet and quiet, making sure the group doesn't get on each other's nevers.Her parents died, though she has no idea how. Her magic blocked off the memories because she couldn't handle them, causing her to not to be able to fly. Savina found her soon after she got turned into a fairy and took her to the apartment building. Bridget, of course, had a slight hero woreship on Savina for years that is just fading now that they share an apartment.
Savina Chavy
Savina is a Fallen Angel that still has most of her angel powers. She can create small balls of energy, fly, and create a sword out of nothing. She's the wises person there, being the oldest. Whether or not that means she's the most sane is up to debate. She's almost consently deadpan, and when she's not, she's pranking someone with Michelle. She also has a slight temper and will flip over a table when she gets mad.She was sent to Earth in the late 40s to watch Michelle and make sure the demon didn't do anything really bad. After following her and Rose for years, she finally revealed herself in 2011. She shares an apartment with Bridget, whom she thinks is adorable.
- Collector of the Strange: She collects clouds. There are jars in her room with thunderstorms, sunny days, etc etc...
Mac Issac
Mac is a necromancer. As a necromancer, he can summon ghosts, see auras, and use auras as an engery weapon. Mac can be sweet and honest, treating people polietly, but has a bad habit of being blunt without realizing it. He's the only one that put up with Zane for long periods of time, and calmly lets the black haired boy ride out his jerkass moments.When they were 9 and 8, Zane and Mac summoned a ghost to see if they could do it. However, the ghost was evil and killed their familes, causing a block on their abilities. After a bit alone, Nick and Ivan found them and raised them like their own kids.
Zane Kuleus
Zane is a necromancer who can summon ghosts, see auras, and use auras as an engery weapon. Zane can be rude and sarcastic, treating the other people as idiots on the best of days, and treats Mac like an idiot all the time. However, behind the scenes with anyone that would stick around long enough, they will find him caring for Mac like a brother and protective of his friends.When they were 9 and 8, Zane and Mac summoned a ghost to see if they could do it. However, the ghost was evil and killed their familes, causing a block on their abilities. After a bit alone, Nick and Ivan found them and raised them like their own kids.
- Character Tics: Tends to grab Mac's arm a lot, to make sure he's still there.
Jean Ironwing
- Ignore the Fanservice: Not that Naomi cares, really. She just goes around her house in underwear and Jean tends to just walk in.
James Mounting
- Character Tics: Tenses and blushes when ever he's around Destiny alone.
- Corrupt the Cutie: While he's not cute, per say, he's definitely adorkable and he does get corrupted by Andrew.
Nick Battilus
- Can't Hold His Liquor: Like most of his kind. He really likes it though, so Ivan lets him drink on Weekend nights. Expect to see him smashed quickly then.
Alexander Campbell
- Kick the Dog: When he kills the elf and two fairies from the apartment building. Up until that point, he was just another villain that has nothing to do with the main four.
Elanna Foster
- Character Tics: She likes to mess with her knives when bored. Strangely, she doesn't like to mess with her knives when she's mad.
Logan Wenston
- Card-Carrying Villain: Really, he's just there because of his brother. That does not mean he can't have fun.
Teraphim and Seraphim
- Creepy Good: Acts creepy from time to time to freak people out for amusement.
Domenic
- Card-Carrying Villain: This does not mean he is not a threat, it just means he's doesn't act like one. If he ever wants to get serious, you will die.
- Villain Decay: Was very threatening to the girls when they fought. Now they just get annoyed when he's around.
Dimiri
- Embarrassing Nickname: Dimmy, given to him by Daichi. He doesn't like it.
Daichi
- Children Are Innocent: Firm believer. It's why he likes to be in kid form normally.
- Emotional Maturity Is Physicalaturity: It's unclear if his maturity levels change when he changes ages, or if he just trolling everybody when he's a kid.
