The Louds

     General
The titular family of the Loud House.
  • Brain Bleach: The kids all have this reaction (besides feeling like their efforts in making their own spa were All for Nothing) when watching "Suite and Sour" and finding out the real reason they got kicked out of the suite: Their parents went skinny-dipping.
  • Gasshole: Most of the kids.
    • During a few points in the fanfic, Lori farts, still claiming it's her shoes, though no one believes her.
    • In "Voices", Leni burps the loudest out of everyone, much to Chaz's amusement.
    • On occasion during the meal breaks, Luna burps loudly.
    • Luan burps in "Last Meal Before Bed".
    • Lynn and Lana let out large farts every time an episode shows one (much to everyone's disgust). The two burp loudly at several points as well.
    • Lincoln's no slouch to burps and farts during the viewing and food breaks.
    • Lola lets out her biggest burp from "Come Sale Away" in "Pizza Time".
  • Hypocrite: When the time to watch "Back in Black" has come, the Loud sisters (except Lily) are called out for trying to change Lucy into something she's not despite having gotten angry at Lincoln for doing that to them in "Picture Perfect" (not to mention the latter action was merely for a picture) and for thinking that they know what boys like in spite of laughing at Lincoln for doing the same thing about girls in "Lincoln Loud: Girl Guru" and not all boys being the same. Ronnie Anne outright calls them sexist hypocrites for it, and not even Lola can rebuff her.
  • Inner Monologue: In response to Stella's Armor-Piercing Question in "Room With a Feud" over if Lincoln and his sisters were actually compatible, the Loud sisters (other than Lily) start thinking about their relationships with Lincoln. Upon realizing that they had few, if any, good memories with him (and a few other things), they accepted that Stella was right: They and Lincoln have been drifting away.
  • It's All My Fault: All the Louds, especially Lynn (for blaming Lincoln for losing the game), Lincoln (for deciding to take advantage of being called "bad luck"), and Leni (for spreading Lincoln's "bad luck" lie), blame themselves for the events of "No Such Luck".
  • Once Done, Never Forgotten: Whenever new characters are sent to watch episodes with the rest of the cast, the Louds become worried about how they'll react to certain incidents.

     Lincoln Albert Loud
"Voiced" by: Asher Bishop (Chapters 1-92), Bentley Griffin (Chapters 93+)
Archive audio: Grant Palmer (Chapters 2-49), Collin Dean (Chapter 50 onwards)
The middle child and only son in the Loud family.
  • Ain't Too Proud to Beg: While watching "The Price of Admission", he begs Joe not to show what happened at the cinema.
  • Amicable Exes: He reveals that he's on good terms with Cristina and Paige.
  • Big Brother Instinct: Lincoln vehemently declares he won't let anyone mess with his younger sisters, especially Lucy and Lily due to their sensitiveness. He even shakes his fist at the Junior Morticians' Club when it looks like they're about to make fun of Lucy.
  • Bilingual Backfire: Some people, particularly Carl and CJ tend to tease the relationship of Lincoln and Ronnie Anne in not only English, but Spanish as well, however unbeknownst to the majority of the audience Lincoln has revealed himself to able to speak in Spanish and easily roast Carl in the process.
  • Deadpan Snarker: Lincoln employs increasingly snarky responses to watching his sisters messing up and interfering with his life.
  • Deconstructed Character Archetype: He's a deconstruction of the Butt-Monkey in this fic, as watching episodes that involve him suffering misfortune makes him Took a Level in Cynic.
  • The Dreaded: Whenever the audience sees him angry enough, be it on screen or in the room, it scares them.
Luna: (whispering) "Dudes, our bro is scary when he's that mad."
Lola: (muttering) "Even scarier than me…"
    Lucy: (muttering) "Even I'm scared…"
Haiku, Boris, Dante, Morpheus, and Persephone: (in unison) "So are we…"
  • It Seemed Like a Good Idea at the Time: Lincoln went to the playoffs in the squirrel suit in "No Such Luck" to prove that he wasn't bad luck after all. The outcome made Lincoln call his plan "the worst plan of [his] life."
  • Mr. Imagination: Carlos, Rita, and Lori compliment Lincoln's imagination and creative mind after seeing that most of "Butterfly Effect" was all in his head.
  • My Greatest Failure: He considers his behavior in "Out on a Limo" to be "the worst side of [him]."
  • Not Afraid of You Anymore: After Clyde explains why he saved Lincoln from the Harvester, Lincoln gains the courage to stand up to the Harvester; inspiring the others who feared him to do the same.
  • The Other Darrin: invoked In-Universe, during the "One of the Boys" chapter, Sam notices his voice has changed (that episode being the point when Collin Dean took over from Grant Palmer). Lisa claims this was more due to puberty.
  • Rhymes on a Dime: The Morticians' Club is impressed with Lincoln's rhyming skills: Helping Lucy with her poems, and especially with his protest chants in "Chore and Peace".
  • Throw the Dog a Bone: He gets his much needed respect and appreciation from his friends and family (and others) after seeing how hard he tries to be himself.

     Lori Loud
"Voiced" by: Catherine Taber
The oldest of the Loud siblings.
  • Character Development: Watching many of the episodes results in Lori understanding she needs to stop putting her relationship with Bobby above looking out for her siblings, and Bobby that he needs to be more attentive of Lori's faults. Lynn Sr., Rita, Albert, Maria, Arturo, Hector, and Rosa happily approve of this sign of maturity.
  • Double Standard:
    • In "Save the Date", she protests against Carlota defending Lincoln, saying that Lincoln shouldn't insult Ronnie Anne because she's a girl.
    • In "Study Muffin", it's revealed she believes girls can swoon over boys without being suspected of cheating and control themselves, but not vice versa, to which at least Benny gets offended.
  • Jerkass Realization: After seeing Lincoln and Clyde get turned into human pretzels by Hank and Hawk in "Tricked!", she begins to feel guilty over her own (empty) "human pretzel" threats.
  • Knight Templar Big Sister: In "Making the Grade", Lori seethes at Rusty, Zach, and Liam and threatens to turn them into human pretzels over their treatment of Lincoln.
  • Premature Birth Drama: Downplayed. In "Not a Loud", her conehead and webbed toes were the result of being born early. Over the course of the weeks, her deformities went away.

     Leni Loud
"Voiced" by: Liliana Mumy
The second-oldest of the Loud siblings.
  • Cannot Keep a Secret: While reacting to "No Spoilers", it’s revealed she’s been spoiling surprises ever since Luna was born.
  • Exact Words: She says that bringing Lincoln to "Take Your Daughter to Work Day" would be acceptable because Lynn Sr. taking all of his daughters to work was already breaking the rules.

     Luna Loud
"Voiced" by: Nika Futterman
The third-oldest of the Loud siblings.
  • Hide Your Lesbians: Justified, as she and Sam want to hide their relationship from those who don't know to surprise them when "L is for Love" airs.

     Luan Loud
"Voiced" by: Cristina Pucelli
The fourth-oldest of the Loud siblings.
  • Character Development: Luan winds up learning to not pull off dangerous pranks or make inappropriate jokes after being told off by the others and being warned by Joe of how things could've gotten worse.
  • Child-Like Voice: After the flashback to 8-year old Luan in "Head Poet's Anxiety" Sid asks her why she still sounds like a little kid. She becomes nervous that no one will take her seriously, especially after Leni says that the other Louds think that as well. Benny says that he likes her voice, saying that "it just adds to [her] adorable nature.”
  • Pungeon Master: As usual, her puns and jokes can induce both laughter and groaning. She also laughs at others' puns, including Mr. Grouse's Accidental Pun in The Whole Picture.

     Lynn Loud
"Voiced" by: Jessica DiCicco
The fifth-oldest of the Loud siblings.
  • Deconstructed Character Archetype: Of the Big Sister Bully trope, while she claims to love Lincoln, is constantly pointed out her behavior towards him is nothing short of bullying and her actions in "No Such Luck" causes her brother, friends and love interest to almost lose all respect for her.
  • Digging Yourself Deeper: In "Deal Me Out", when Rita scolds her for running off without Lincoln, she says "I wanted as much candy as possible, it’s not my fault he couldn’t keep up!” Rita's glare deepens, forcing her to backtrack.
  • I Can't Believe I'm Saying This: In "Health Kicked", she remarks, "I hate to say it, but... even I have my limits and boundaries."
  • My Greatest Failure: While all of her family views the events of "No Such Luck" as such, she is the one who most regret it due to kickstarting it.
  • "Take That!" Kiss: Lynn gives one to Lincoln during their match in episode 58.

     Lucille "Lucy" Loud
"Voiced" by: Jessica DiCicco
The fifth-youngest of the Loud siblings.

     Lana Lena Loud
"Voiced" by: Grey Griffin
The fourth-youngest of the Loud siblings, and Lola's older twin.
  • Everyone Has Standards: Even she is really disgusted upon finding out that Lisa installed cameras in the bathroom. Or the revelation that Lisa has a giraffe brain soaking in chemicals.
  • Named by the Adaptation: While watching "Future Tense", which reveals her middle name starts with an "L", she admits her middle name is Lena.
  • She Cleans Up Nicely: The cast, even Lola herself, thinks this about her in "Toads and Tiaras".

     Lola Loud
"Voiced" by: Grey Griffin
The third-youngest of the Loud siblings, and Lana's younger twin.

     Lisa Marie Loud
"Voiced" by: Lara Jill Miller
The second-youngest of the Loud siblings.
  • Agent Scully: She rejects the paranormal, and finds card-reading predictions to be too vague to be taken seriously. She got into an argument with Lucy over it, but in the end, they agreed to disagree.
  • Arbitrary Skepticism: She rejects the existence of blessings and curses both while in and while watching "Study Muffin". Lucy mentions the Harvester, shutting her up.
  • "Groundhog Day" Loop: This is the Adaptational Explanation as to how three separate April Fools events ("April Fools Rules", "Fool's Paradise", "Fool Me Twice") can happen within the same year: after watching Groundhog Day, she spent up to Valentine's Day making a machine that can cause a time loop, but accidentally activated it twice after April Fool's Day.
  • I Hate Past Me: Although the Louds and others were disgusted by their past behavior, she was particularly furious with how she used Darcy to raise her grades in "Friend or Faux?".
Lisa: "WHAT IN THE NAME OF FORNICATION ARE YOU SMILING ABOUT, YOU WENCH?!"
  • My Greatest Failure: Remembering how she made a friend for a means in "Friend or Faux?" and then ditching her left her guilt-ridden.

     Lily Loud
"Voiced" by: Grey Griffin
The youngest of Lincoln and his sisters.
  • Baby See, Baby Do: Deconstructed. Harshly. While reacting to "Brawl in the Family", Ronnie Anne asks why Lily's upset about Lincoln interfering in the Sister Fight Protocol. She admits that she was mad because the others were mad. After later admissions that she gets mad at/laughs at Lincoln because her other sisters got mad at/laughed at Lincoln, Ronnie and Clyde become worried that Lily seeing her sisters teasing or ganging up on Lincoln will make her think that these things are okay to do in life.
  • Broken Pedestal: Despite "Silence of the Luans", Lily loses all respect for Luan's April Fools pranks in "April Fools Rules", after it's made clear that they could've seriously injured Lincoln.

     Rita Jillian Willard-Loud
"Voiced" by: Jill Talley
The mother of Lincoln and his sisters.
  • Dirty Coward: She and Lynn Sr. didn't want the others to see the real reason that the Louds got kicked out of the hotel in "Suite and Sour". When Joe gave them 30 seconds to tell the truth, the two spent that time saying the other should do it. When the time ran out, Joe showed the audience what really happened.
  • Named by the Adaptation: Her full name in this fanfic is Rita Jillian Willard-Loud. In Loud House canon, her maiden name is unknown, and it's unknown if she even has a middle name.
  • Parental Fashion Veto: Watching "Cover Girls" and "Come Sale Away" made her think that Lincoln got his ears pierced. Lincoln says that his costume earrings were fake, and that the other piercing was the result of a lying title card.
  • Parental Hypocrisy:
    • In A Tattler's Tale, she yells at Lucy for ruining her wedding gown, to which Albert reveals she herself wore and ruined her own mother's wedding gown when she was about Lucy's age.
    • Despite disciplining her children for their jerkish and/or irresponsible moments, to the point of sometimes making empty threats to have a discussion about it with them when they get back home, April Fools Rules and No Such Luck Part 1 both have her attempting to justify her actions to her father instead of taking responsibility for them.
    • In No Such Luck Part 1, she attempts to reprimand Lincoln for trying to escape from going to his sisters' events, despite her actions in "Rita Her Rights".
  • Tempting Fate: In "Last Meal Before Bed", she wonders out loud what Season 2 has to offer. Oh Rita, you have no idea...
  • Tuckerization: Her middle name is derived from Jill Talley, her voice actor.

     Lynn Loud Sr.
"Voiced" by: Brian Stepanek
The father of Lincoln and his sisters.
  • Dirty Coward: He and Rita didn't want the others to see the real reason that the Louds got kicked out of the hotel in "Suite and Sour". When Joe gave them 30 seconds to tell the truth, the two spent that time saying the other should do it. When the time ran out, Joe showed the audience what really happened.
  • Sudden Lack of Signal: After seeing Lincoln and Clyde get arrested by an undercover mall cop in "For Bros About to Rock" for buying scalped tickets from the same cop, he decides to call mall security about this. However, he just gets the dial tone, as phone calls don't work between dimensions.

The Santiagos and Casagrandes

     Ronnie Anne Santiago
"Voiced" by: Izabella Alvarez
Archive audio: Breanna Yde (Chapter 33 onward)
Lincoln's best female friend and girlfriend. She's also Bobby Santiago's younger sister.
  • Actually Pretty Funny: She admits that she thought the idea of being raised by trolls was awesome. She then pretends to be a troll to amuse Lily and Carlitos.
  • Desperately Craves Affection: Her real motive for bullying Lincoln when she did. In "Save the Date", she reveals that after her parents broke up, it was just her, Bobby, and their mom. But she wasn't a social person back then, so when Bobby started dating Lori, she became jealous. She then says that that was no reason to bully Lincoln.
  • I Knew It!: invokedShe jokingly suggests during "Job Insecurity" that Brian Stepanek is the perfect guy to play Lynn Sr., and later finds out during "Voices" that she'd accidentally guessed his voice actor.
  • Jerkass Realization: She realizes how much of a jerk she was to Lincoln in "City Slickers". She apologizes to Lincoln, who not only forgives her, but even stands up for her whenever she gets called out.
  • Loving Bully: Reconstructed. After getting called out by her friends and family in "Heavy Meddle" for bullying Lincoln because she likes him, it's revealed that Lincoln had forgiven her. Both because he got to know her better, and because she eventually became a better person.
  • Saying Too Much: When telling Lori off over her crush on Hugh, she accidentally reveals that Bobby wants to have kids with Lori.
  • Touché: When Joe warns her of a possible bad ending to "Dance, Dance Resolution", where she threatens to "make [Lincoln's] life a living nightmare" for "cheating" on her, she admits that it would sound like something she would've said back then.

     Bobby Santiago
"Voiced" by: Carlos PenaVega
Lori's boyfriend and Ronnie Anne’s big brother.
  • You Just Had to Say It: When Lori calls Lincoln "one of the girls" in "Roughin' It", after all of the males in the audience shout "NO!", he tells Lori that "that is literally our activation code for 'Do something stupid!'"

Stella: “Wait, so that means that he had even less compatibility with the other sisters?”
  • Hypocritical Humor: Lampshaded by her in "One of the Boys", noting how ironic it is for Lola to tell Lincoln to have class considering that she and their other sisters are rambunctious all the time.

Archive audio: Wyatt Griswold (Chapter 21 onward)

     Mr. Bud Grouse

At the end, however, she apologized for putting all the blame on Lincoln.
  • This Cannot Be!: When Lincoln gets caught gaming in "The Green House", and his use of the polar bear picture fails, she says "What?! But how?! No one can resist the polar bear! No one should!" Lincoln convinces him and Ramirez that it was "a quite extreme isolated incident" and that it didn't happen again. They decided to give the Louds another chance, but he warns that if they find more things like this happening, then they will "have words."
  • Reasonable Authority Figure:
    • When asked why no one is doing anything about the people laughing at and taking pictures of Lincoln being humiliated in "Heavy Meddle", he says that he's been cracking down on people who record others' misfortunes.
