A hacktivist vigilante who targets those in power.
- Anti-Hero: They're a hacktivist who releases reports on corruption... knowing full well that there are those who target those people for murder as a result. They even double down on it.
- Civvie Spandex: Wears a sci-fi helmet and cape, alongside a normal holster and sneakers.
- The Cracker: A hacktivist who targets those in power and publishes records of their corruption.
- Hypocrite: Confesses to this in a Pun. They held those with power accountable and say they aren't above the law... while hacking their information illegally.
- Secret Identity: Their identity is unknown to the public and even the reader.
- Super-Toughness: They take a bullet to the torso and don't even react. They take two more to the arms when blocking some and also don't react past that.

A police chief and father of Aaron Kern AKA Richard Roe, the murderer who killed NO/ONE's targets.- Once Done, Never Forgotten: His son being Richard Roe is a stain on his record and leads to distrust of the police.
- Out Living Ones Offspring: He outlives his other son, Michael, who is gunned down by another Richard Roe copycat.

The son of Ben Kern. Aaron was a gifted student, but after his mother passed away from cancer, he struggled academically and closed himself off. After the NO/ONE hackings, Aaron sought those who were exposed as corrupt and killed them, his signature method being four shots to the chest.- Love Makes You Evil: It's implied that the death of his mother severely affected him.
- Villainous Legacy: His killing spree resulted in at least two copycats that police know of.

A copycat killer who targets Ben Kern.- Jack The Rip Off: Copies the Richard Roe murders, but doesn't only target the corrupt. They target Ben despite him not being exposed for corruption by NO/ONE (the closest is rumours that Ben being a police officer at the time meant Aaron got off for possession as a minor), and even turns their gun on NO/ONE themselves when NO/ONE attempts to stop them.
- Hero Killer: Attempts to kill Ben Kern, despite Ben not even being a target of the NO/ONE hacks. In fact, NO/ONE themselves step in to save Ben and take down the copycat.
