Lee Hanmi
The main character of the series in her second year of highchool and cousin of Junhyuk and girlfriend of Gun.- Afraid of Blood: When she sees a student beat up and bloodied after a long time she runs to the bathroom puking and texts Gun to come to her.
- All Girls Want Bad Boys: Subverted. She did date Yeong back at her old school, however, she didn't know his true nature at first and thought he was just a goofy, and obnoxious boy. She still continued to date him even after it was revealed, however, once Junhyuk got hurt as he was trying to save her she left him. She is now attracted to Lee Gun who is way nicer and lovable than Yeong.
- Almost Kiss: With Junhyuk in recent chapters. She doesn't try and stop him from doing so.
- Subverted when its revealed that they did kiss eachother.
- Ambiguously Bi: According to her, she is "probably straight" but she does have her moments, particularly with Yuen. It even states that girls are her weakness. However, its mostly played for laughs.
Hanmi:[holds Yueuns hand] I know that Yueun will always be on my side.
Ginny: Let go of that hand right now. I've said this before but the way you look at your friends is just way to flirty. You're out.
- Annoying Younger Sibling: Is this to Junhyuk.
- Battle Couple: Sort of. Although they were fake dating, they do work together during that time period in their own way to take down obstacles.
- Berserk Button: She has a very short temper.
- Big Brother Attraction: It is implied throughout the story then outright stated that Hanmi is in love with Junhyuk although she doesn't realize it. Further emphasis on this is shown in how Jun and Hanmi act very close, subconsciously/physically, around each other so naturally and easily, even after they "break up", to the point where even people who do know that they are cousins questions/realizes the nature of their relationship.
- Eventually subverted when its confirmed that Hanmi doesn't like Jun that way but she just really cares about him alot.
- Blunt "Yes": When Jun's mom asks if she is making Hanmi uncomftorable, Hanmi answers without a heartbeat.Jun's Mom: Am I making you uncomfortable?Hanmi: Yes. Very.
- Body Guard Crush: Makes it her mission to protect Gun from her enemies because she likes him.
- Clingy Jealous Girl: Doesn't like it when Ginny was trying to woo Gun even if she know Gun is a dense idiot who most likely wont recognize her advances. She shows shades of this toward Jun, claiming that he's rubbing the fact that he has a girlfriend in front of her face.
- Dark and Troubled Past: Got involved with Yeong and his gang of bullies and drug dealers in her previous school. It reaches it climax as Jun gets beaten up when trying to save her from then.
- Deadpan Snarker: Very good at teasing and insult others when she wants to.
- Determinator: Wont back down from any obstacles and continues to try and fix her problems.
- Devoted to You: As Yeong states, once she considers you on her side or her friend she will always have your back. However, at of all her companions she is mostly this toward Junhyuk as he is her most important person in her life and vice versa.
- Delinquent: Used to be one back in her previous school.
- Distracted by the Sexy: Hanmi is considered and stated to be very beautiful and is occasionally shown distracting others even when she is not really doing anything.
- Do Not Taunt Cthulhu: Discussed. When Jua reveals to Hanmi that he and Yeong are talking she becomes furious - telling him that Yeong is dangerous and that he is asking to get his brother hurt.
- Emotionless Girl: Implied to be this as a child.
- Even the Girls Want Her: In a conversation with Jua, Gun's brother, it is revealed that girls have confessed to her before.
- Genre Savvy: Wouldn't be able to manipulate others if she wasn't.
- Good is Not Nice
- If It's You, It's Okay: Justified. This is shown when she doesn't push Junhyuk away as he is about to kiss her even though they are cousins. He stops himself and angrily asks her why she doesn't push him away or is disgusted by him. She replies that she'll never say that because she doesn't want him to leave which shows that even if she doesn't love him romantically she is too afraid of him leaving her life and loves him enough to let him do such actions.
- Innocently Insensitive: Because of her and Jun's close relationship, and her "apparent" lack of awareness on her own questionable bond with Jun, Gun becomes insecure about their relationship.
- I Work Alone: Prefers to do things herself so that no one else gets hurt.
- Jerk with a Heart of Gold
- Kissing Cousins: It is implied and stated that Hanmi is in love with Jun and vice versa.
- Eventually subverted when she confesses to Gun that she does love Jun but she is not in love with him.
- Lady in Red: In one chapters, the students compares and visualizes Gun and Hanmi's relationship to a Master and Butler in which she is wearing a sexy red dress and is being served by a blushing Gun in butler outfit.
- Love Hurts
- Luminescent Blush: Sports these as a result of Gun being and doing adorkable things.
- Manipulative Bastard: Sometimes even has to Junhyuk call her out on this.
- My Greatest Failure: It is implied that in the past her actions and involvement with Yeong's gang got Junhyuk badly injured. This is one of the main reasons why when her past comes back she actively pushes her friends, particularly Ginny and Junhyuk, away so they don't get hurt and so she can deal with it herself.
- Nominal Hero
- No Sense of Personal Space: Has this dynamic with Jun which is one of the indicators of their questionable relationship.
- Oblivious to Love: Seems to be unaware of the extent of her feelings for Jun or is atleast in denial. Its eventually confirmed that she doesn't love Jun romantically but that she is in-denial about his feeling for her as she doesn't want to address it in a way that will end up making him leave her.
- Tsundere
- Weakness Turns Her On: One of the few reasons she likes Gun. His dense and oblivious nature is adorakable to her.
- We Used to Be Friends: Discussed this with Ginny where she says that she's glad that Ginny didn't come back for her and Jun's previous relationship but for their friendship.
Oh Junhyuk
A third year in highschool and the cousin of Hanmi- Almost Kiss: With Hanmi in recent chapters. He becomes angry when he she doesn't try to stop him.
- Big Brother Instinct: He shows his scary side when others harm Hanmi. The girls who were messing with Hanmi says that they are both pyschos
- But Now I Must Go: He was waiting for the right moment to separate himself from Hanmi before things got out of hand

- It's Not You, It's Me: When Hanmi begs him to come back he invokes this saying that he can't pretend to be family anymore
