The leader of the Wild Villains, a dangerous villain who wants to dominate mankind. His Quirk is "Whale", which allows him to turn into a giant whale, and it's believed that he uses a special helmet to contain his Quirk in normal times.

The leader of the Volcano Thieves. His Quirk, "Eruption", allows him to burn his fat to produce a lava-like substance as hot as magma. His right hand can scatter a wide range of magma, and his left hand can extrude lava lasers.


  • Arm Cannon: He has one that allows him to fire his lava farther.
  • Energy Weapon: He can shoot lava lasers out of his left hand.
  • Fiery Redhead: Obviously, it's the only color that would fit him.
  • Hand Blast: He can shoot a "lava laser" from his left hand.
  • Hot-Blooded: Fittingly, for a guy with a lava-based Quirk.
  • Magma Man: His Quirk allows him to burn his fat to produce a lava-like substance.
  • Meaningful Name: His surname contains the kanji for "rock/boulder."
  • Punny Name: His given name sounds like the Engrish pronunciation of "magma."
  • Required Secondary Powers: Zig-Zagged. He can withstand the heat to a degree, but not entirely. The pores on his shoulder device and his mask, which has a mercury thermometer in the middle of it, help him regulate his body temperature. He also needs heat-resistant shoes to walk on his own lava.

A member of the Volcano Thieves. Her Quirk, "Dust", allows her to create ash-like dust from her body, that she often uses as a distraction. Her skin will become dry and rough if she overuses her Quirk.

A member of the Volcano Thieves. His Quirk, "Fan" allows him to create winds by spinning his wrist, but he can only use it for a maximum of 1 minute, otherwise, he'll get tenosynovitis.


  • Astonishingly Appropriate Appearance: His head is shaped like a hair dryer, and his hair looks like an electric fan.
  • Body Horror: He looks very... not normal. His head is shaped like a hair dryer, which just looks creepy, and his fingers are flat and lanky.
  • Blow You Away: His Quirk allow him to make winds using his hands.
  • Goggles Do Nothing: Subverted. His goggles protect his eyes during combat.
  • Hour of Power: He can only use his Quirk for a minute, Otherwise he'll get tenosynovitis.
  • Meaningful Name: "Tsumuji" means "rotation," and his surname contains the kanji for "wind."

Villains

     Violent Vandal

Quirk: Pulsing Notes

A dancer villain that attacks Honnei City. He loves the attention he brings with his moves and his Quirk allows him to attack with his music notes.


  • Afro Asskicker: He has an afro and is not afraid to fight the player when pushed.
  • Attention Whore: He loves drawing attention to himself and it's likely the reason why he even became a Villain.
  • Cowardly Boss: He doesn't want to get arrested, so often bolts from the scene after taking some damage, thus forcing the player to chase after him.

     Thug & Rascal

Quirk: None

Two Quirkless thugs that serve as some of the reoccurring minor enemies of the game. Thug usually wields clubs, Rascal specializes in firearms.


  • Fat Bastard: Both of them are quite on the hefty side, and both are often on the side of bad news.
  • Mooks: They're often reoccurring, easy, enemies for the player to quickly beat compared to the actual bosses of the game.

     White Blade

Quirk: Unknown

A ninja-esque villain that serves as minor reoccurring enemies of the games. Attacks the player by throwing knives at them.

  • Elite Mook: White Blade is a slightly stronger variation of Sharp Blade.

     Scavenger

Quirk: Hammer Control

A large rotund man in a purple jumpsuit that wields a giant yellow sledgehammer. His Quirk 'Hammer Control' allows him to efficiently use his sledgehammer like a professional. A game original boss.


  • Carry a Big Stick: He's a Villain that wields a large sledgehammer as his weapon of choice.
  • Fat Bastard: An obese man that's a Villain attacking the player.

     Dark Blade

Quirk: 'Sword Tornado'

A samurai-esque man whose Quirk allows him to charge his aura into tornados to send at his enemies. A game original boss.


     Thief S

Quirk: None

Takes money by whatever means necessary, not leaving a single coin behind. Notably, he doesn't have a Quirk and compensates by using small-time explosives and his own stolen goods. A game original boss.


  • Badass Normal: He's a Quirkless boss, yet he's stronger than most Quirk users in a game with just weak explosive and a bag full of money to his name.
  • Made of Iron: A Quirkless boss that, depending on your choices fighting the likes of Deku or All Might himself and is able to hold out a lot more than most minor, Quirk using, enemies in the game.
  • Stock Money Bag: His ill-gotten goods and his own method of attack as well.
  • Weak, but Skilled: Quirkless, yet is able to hold his own in combat against Heroes and/or Villains he goes up against.
