Division 31- Assassin's Division (Strike Division)

Blitzkrieg aka Blitz

"Another lamb to the slaughter..."
Strongest assassin unit amongst the Enforcers, but was barred leadership position due to his violent tendencies. Despatched when the Enforcers really need to take care of somebody.

  • 0% Approval Rating: All the Enforcers and Defiance dislike him for his sheer cruelty. The only one who admires him is Dyno Myte, whom Blitzkrieg cold-heartedly rips to shreds for attempting to rat on him.
  • Arrogant Kung-Fu Guy: Starts off like this at first. Gets a lot worse later.
  • Ax-Crazy
  • Blade Below the Shoulder: He uses one on each shoulder, and they are armor piercing One Hit Kills.
  • Blood Knight: Simply adores fighting. After meeting Geno Cyde, he becomes Psycho for Hire.
  • Bond One-Liner: Says one after defeating an opponent.
"Too bad your invincibility couldn't save you from me..." to Adaman, after killing him
  • Deal with the Devil: After Blitz becomes completely useless, suicidal, but unable to terminate himself, Geno Cyde appears and offers to take away his pain. Blitz accepts and Geno Cyde turns him into one of The Virus.
  • The Dreaded: One mention of Blitzkrieg is enough to scare even the most battle-hardened of people. Mainly because of his ungodly assassination abilities and his extermely murderous nature.
"When (insert evil alien race) wants to scare each other, they tell Blitzkrieg stories!"
  • Driven to Suicide: When he becomes completely useless due to the disabling program that I.C. put into him. He is unable to do the thing that he loves most, and tries to end himself- only to find out that he's become so useless to the point where he cannot even self-terminate!
  • Evil Costume Switch: Blitz is golden at first, like ZYrAZ. Then when you see him again, he starts getting new black parts to his armor.
  • Evil Counterpart: To I.C., after his love for killing drives him crazy and evil.
  • Evil Laugh: Gets one after he goes crazy.
  • Fate Worse than Death: In the final battle against Blitz, I.C. implants a De Powering program into him, which makes Blitz intangible and disables his very deadly abilities. This makes Blitz completely useless and literally unable to hurt a fly. Being unable to do the one thing he loves most sends Blitz into suicidal depression.
  • Flash Step: Combined with Teleport Spam.
  • Glowing Red Eyes, Take Warning: Your first indication that something is wrong with him- his evil red eyes.
  • A God Am I: Defied.
"I don't consider myself a god because I DESTROY them. And it's not like I want to destroy myself."
"Gods were meant to be destroyed."
  • Gone Horribly Right: Blitz was designed to be "the ultimate killing machine" to be used against enemies of the Enforcers. It went a little too well...
  • Hero Killer: He finishes off Adaman with a powerful armor piercing move. Later on, he kills off a good number of The Federation's heroes!
    • And a Villain Killer too. He erases some of the Enforcers from reality just because he wanted to kill stuff!
  • Insult Backfire:
"You called me a crazed killer... I'd hate to admit it, but what you said was an understatement!"
  • Jerkass: Calls I.C. a wimp, and I.C. calls him a jerk.
  • Kick That Son Of A Bitch: Blitz DESTROYS Dyno Myte in one of the most cruel, torturous ways possible. Yes, he destroys the guy who looked up to him as a hero... for telling the Enforcer Leader about his behavior.
  • Kick the Dog: He does it to anybody he comes across, frequently. By killing them in a very brutal fashion.
  • Killed Off for Real: Becomes a Virus and gets destroyed, preventing any hope of regeneration for him.
  • Knight of Cerebus: After he kills Adaman, your strongest unit, you know that stuff just got real.
  • Lack of Empathy: "Caring for other people's feelings? What rubbish!"
  • Lightning Bruiser: Able to do massive amounts of damage in a short period of time? Check. Able to dodge attacks with lightning-speed reflexes? Check. Able to shrug off a building falling on top of him? Check. It would be a great thing if he was on your side, but horrible if he wasn't...
  • Limit Break:
    • Crossed Delta, a slashing move that instakills and leaves a "crossed delta" mark.
    • Slaughter Hour, a Speed Blitz move where Blitzkrieg traps the opponent in a stasis field then does a brutal slashing Speed Blitz that instakills the opponent. To the opponent, it seems like an hour before they die.
  • Loves the Sound of Screaming: After being upgraded by Geno Cyde.
  • Nigh Invulnerable: After his "upgrades" by Geno Cyde. Those who attack him learn the hard way that he's immune to harm- the only way to harm him is via hacking the code of reality itself.
  • Not Quite Saved Enough/Shoot the Shaggy Dog: Blitz loves doing this trope to others, especially kidnapped lovers. And he does it For the Evulz. Suffice to say, he isn't well-liked.
    "I hate happy endings."
  • One-Man Army: Can shred most armies into bits in seconds. It doesn't help that his blades cut through almost anything.
  • The Only One Allowed to Defeat You: To I.C. There's a reason why he doesn't want you to get destroyed at the start of the game, even though he's a Jerkass...
  • Perpetual Smiler: A Slasher Smile, no less.
  • Pre-Asskicking One-Liner: Does this to his opponents.
To Adaman, before killing him: "Your so-called invincible armor is not going to save you from me..."
  • Psycho for Hire: After his "upgrades" from Geno Cyde, he changes from "love to fight" into "love to see others' pain".
  • Retcon: Was originally supposed to be a nice, respectable, friendly partner to I.C. Got changed into an Ax-Crazy, Jerkass Arrogant Kung-Fu Guy who loves fighting and murdering of innocents. This was due to 4rx taking the "nice friendly partner" role.
  • The Rival: To I.C.
  • Rush Boss: All fights against him are like this. The first few of which I.C. is supposed to lose.
  • Serial Killer: Turns into this after his upgrade by Geno Cyde.
  • Single-Stroke Battle: How most of his battles end up as. With the opponent being curbstomped, of course.
  • Slasher Smile: Notable for being one of the few Metas to actually have a mouth. And of course, it's permanently stuck like this for the entirety of the games until his Villainous BSoD.
  • Speed Blitz: How he assassinates his targets. His name is even part of the trope!
  • Taking the Bullet: Or more accurately, taking ZYrAZ's halberd.
  • Teeth-Clenched Teamwork: With I.C. at the start of the game. He doesn't like working with I.C., but since they share the same goal of escaping the Enforcer ship, they work together (and it's a good thing that they do!)
  • Teleport Spam
  • Villainous BSoD: After his powers have been negated by the program that I.C. places in him. Becoming an Ax-Crazy Blood Knight / Psycho for Hire who can't even hurt a fly makes him scream in anger, being deprived of the one thing he loves most. And then Geno Cyde comes along and offers him a Deal with the Devil...
  • Zorro Mark: Not exactly, but his "mark" is that of the "Crossed Delta". Three quick strokes, to dice the enemy up into at least seven pieces. The body is then identified as a victim of Blitz by the way it was cut into bits.
    • Shout-Out: To the brainteaser "Divide a square/rectangle into seven parts using three lines" problem.

Dyno Myte

Another assassin unit of the Enforcers, he is usually sent to extract information or sabotage missions. Respects Blitz and himself, looks down on everything else.

"May the Darkness take you!"
A virus-infused assassin sent to kill the higher-ups of the Universal Federation.
  • Applied Phlebotinum: Uses a Hard Light gas known as Obscurium, which blocks out all light as well as jamming visual, heat, sound and motion sensors of robots and Metas.
  • Atrocious Alias: everybody makes fun of his name because it sounds like the name of a crappily-made Marty Stu original character.
  • Blackout Basement: He shrouds the place in Obscurium every now and then, turning the place pitch black.
  • Seppuku: After defeat, he stabs himself with two large floating blades before eviscerating himself with them.

ENVISION is the Enforcers' business corporation. They own a similarly-named massive shopping mall in Metaspace- so massive, it is an entire universe. Because of this, most systems under Enforcer rule have no shopping centres. People have personal teleporters that allow them to warp here to shop instead.

"Don't worry- the Enforcers have a solution for every problem!"
CEO of ENVISION. A Meta in charge of the corporation. Not a Corrupt Corporate Executive, which makes him even more dangerous as he gains the trust of entities everywhere as part of the Enforcer's multiversal domination scheme.

HEX-ONE, Best Employee:

"Who's the best employee here? It's ME! ME! ME!"
Always wins Employee of the Day/Month/Year/Decade/Century/Millennium/Eon, and doesn't hesitate to rub it into other workers' faces.

Second Best Employee:

"One day, I'm going to be better than HEX-ONE! And I'll laugh at him when it happens!"
Always second best employee.

Sugar, Head of the Confectionary Department:

"♥ Wanna have a sweet time with me?~♩"
A female Meta in charge of the Confectionary department. Don't let her sweet looks and demeanor fool you, she packs a bunch of nasty candy-based attacks.

Ammo=Nite, Head of the Weapons Department:

The ammonite-looking Meta in charge of weapon manufacturing. Besides being in charge of weapon producers and testers, he also tests weapons on anybody who gets on his bad side. Unfortunately, every side seems to be his bad side.

RuoVed, Head of the Restaurant Department:

"If you can't beat 'em, EAT 'EM!"
The car-thing in charge of all the restaurants in ENVISION. Also, he eats from them. His weaponry include a gun that launches dangerous foodstuffs, and a vacuum that sucks in anything.

Head of the Digital Entertainment Department:

"Party first, work later!"
The guy in charge of all the digital entertainment, like music, movies, sound systems, etc.

Wash, the Janitor:

"Clean up on Aisle 314159265359!"
The head janitor of ENVISION. After all, somebody has to clean up the place.

Phantom Shoplifter:

"It's not stealing if you don't get caught!"
A frequent shoplifter who harasses ENVISION. Up to now, he has never been caught.

    The Inquisition (Anti-supernatural forces)

ZYrAZ the Valiant:

"Glory to the Enforcer Inquisition!!!"
Leader of the Enforcer Valiants, an Anti-Magic team of Metas assigned to destroy any supernatural enemies. ZYrAZ was once a border guard who prevented Arcanes from entering Metaspace, which was a boring, tedious job. When Transcendent offered him the chance to join the Enforcers, he jumped at the call.

  • Anti-Magic: His main schtick, as well as the other Valiant units. It prevents all supernatural activity in a massive radius around them, as well as preventing supernatural occurrences or effects being done on them.
  • Archaic Weapon for an Advanced Age: ZYrAZ and his fellow Valiant units use Enhanced Archaic Weapons. No guns.
  • Blade on a Stick: His Weapon of Choice. ZYrAZ is almost never seen without his VALIANT HALBERD. Beware: it acts like a raygun too!
  • Braggart Boss: Sort of- he does not put down his opponents (and in fact respects them!), but he does brag about his strength.
"You may be powerful, but I'm MORE powerful!"
  • Crippling Overspecialization: To a lesser extent than most Valiants. Like most Valiants, he's not suited against technological foes, but will wreck anything supernatural.
  • Combat Compliment: Does this to his opponents... while praising himself as being better than them. It's kinda weird.
  • Crouching Moron, Hidden Badass: His dumb idiot personality was actually a facade- he was working for Metaspace all along.
  • Dumb Muscle: Sort of. He doesn't have much planning sense, so he lets his advisor Xilus to give him plans. Actually, he's a lot smarter than you see.
  • Even Evil Has Standards: When he sees the actions of the Defiance' anti-magic division, he's disgusted by their sheer misogyny.
"I may be an exterminator, but I'm not a misogynistic exterminator! I'm equal-opportunity!"
  • Fake Ultimate Hero: ZYrAZ The Valiant is renowned amongst the mechanical Enforcers for destroying dragons, demons and Eldritch Abominations with his VALIANT HALBERD... which is false, as his Anti-Magic ability is so strong that any supernatural being in a 10 mile radius immediately becomes nonexistant. The real truth is that he has NEVER seen any of these monsters at all.
  • Flat-Earth Atheist: ZYrAZ pretty much erases any supernatural activity in his radius, as such, he never believes that such stuff exists.
  • From Nobody to Nightmare: Once a lowly border guard who prevented Arcanes from entering Metaspace. Then he got a promotion and upgrade. Then he got a new job, another upgrade, and the ability to travel outside Metaspace...
  • Game Changer: In the backstory. When the Enforcers were getting blown apart by extremely powerful mages, they hired ZyrAZ to help them. He and his army began to turn the tables on the magic users in no time.
  • Guns Are Worthless: He prefers Meelee combat and says that it's a true man's way of fighting.
    • Hypocrite: His halberd doubles as a laser rifle.
  • Hard Light: Valiant armor is essentially this.
  • Knight Templar: Is convinced that magic and other supernatural powers are evil (no thanks to his previous job). He even works for an order called the Inquisition, whose job is to exterminate the "heretic" magic users.
  • Large Ham
  • Laser Blade: Secondary weapon.
  • Light Is Not Good: He looks like a paladin. His modus operandi is pretty much genocide.
  • Lightning Bruiser: Fast (in human terms), very strong, and has Nigh Invulnerable armor. Amongst Metas, though, he's considered slow and a Glass Cannon due to his rather average health.
  • Limit Break:
    • Lance of the Valiant: Throws his halberd at the ground, causing a huge Pillar of Light where it hits the ground. If the opponent is caught in this it stuns them, after which ZYrAZ does a rapid slash combo on the stunned foe. After some time, the lance boomerangs back to him.
    • Valiant Wave (a.k.a Val Wave), where he slams his halberd to create a huge energy shockwave that gets larger as it travels across the ground.
  • Made of Indestructium: His armor. To damage him, you gotta go for his exposed face.
  • Man of Kryptonite: His mere presence makes even the most powerful of mages, espers and ki users completely useless due to his extremely strong, wide-area Anti-Magic field.
  • Mage Killer: Their main purpose in the Enforcers is this.
  • No-Sell: In the event where his Valiant aura somehow fails to nullify any magic, psionic, ki or supernatural attacks, he's still naturally immune to them. He's also immune to any physical attack thanks to being an Energy Being.
  • Obfuscating Stupidity: He acts like some dumb, easily-controlled Enforcer unit. Turns out he's actually one of the agents of Metaspace, and a very smart and competent one to boot!
  • One-Hit Kill: His blade and halberd against supernatural/magical foes.
  • One-Man Army: Against magical and supernatural units. He's managed to beat some Eldritch Abominations without even seeing them at all!
  • Outside-the-Box Tactic: He doesn't have much defense against technological weapons. However, don't expect Imperial Space Marines, Terrans, Covenant or Komatos to beat him- he can spin his halberd to ''disintergate'' enemy attacks.
  • Spin Attack
  • Stance System: He can use a halberd of a sword.
  • Story-Breaker Power: Subverted. He would've been this in a fantasy setting, what with being immune to physical damage and having an ability that completely shuts down anything supernatural. But it does jack to technological characters and other Meta, which include the main characters.
  • TechnoKnight: ZYrAZ can also use spell-like Meta attacks too.
  • A Villain Named "Z__rg": His name starts with a Z and is supposed to sound otherworldly, due to being extradimensional.
  • Weak Point: Head. His regular armor, unlike his troops, is Nigh Invulnerable. His face, however, is that of a Meta's, and as such isn't very well protected.
  • Xtreme Kool Letterz: ZYrAZ's name is purposely made to be like this, as his name is supposed to be an ambigram (the "r" looks more like an $, though)

MaxeW the Valiant

Subordinate of ZYrAZ, he serves as the ZYrAZ' second-in-command. Like ZYrAZ, his name is also spelled as an ambigram.
  • Anti-Magic: Like most other Valiants, he has an aura that cancels any supernatural abilities and effects.
  • Attack Its Weak Point: His head, joints, neck, and midriff are devoid of armor.
  • The Berserker: His strategy is to charge at the foes and cut them to bits, without caring for defense.
  • Blood Knight: Much more eager for battle than his leader, and will not hesitate to jump into fights.
  • The Dragon: To ZYrAZ
  • Lightning Bruiser: He's fast, durable, and has a high damage output.
  • Master Swordsman
  • Xtreme Kool Letterz: MaxeW's name is purposely made to be like this, as his name is supposed to be an ambigram.

PAxYd the Valiant

Subordinate of ZYrAZ, he serves as the Valiants' muscle. Like ZYrAZ, his name is also spelled as an ambigram.
  • Anti-Magic: Like most other Valiants, he has an aura that cancels any supernatural abilities and effects.
  • Attack Its Weak Point: His head and arm joints, which are the only parts that isn't armored. Problem is that his spinning staves will get in the way.
  • Ground Punch: Causes a shockwave.
  • Mighty Glacier: He's not fast on his feet, but he can still deal the hurt.
  • No-Sell: In the event where his Valiant aura somehow fails to nullify any magic, psionic, ki or supernatural attacks, he's still naturally immune to them.
  • Nigh Invulerable: Thanks to being made of Omni-Proof armor.
  • Spin to Deflect Stuff: He's constantly spinning his staves at extreme speeds, deflecting attacks aimed at his vulnerable head.
  • Top-Heavy Guy
  • Weapon of Choice: Two spinning elongated stave-like blades.
  • Xtreme Kool Letterz: PAxYd's name is purposely made to be like this, as his name is supposed to be an ambigram.

XelaX the Valiant

Subordinate of ZYrAZ, she serves as the Valiants' archer. Like ZYrAZ, her name is also spelled as an ambigram.

"Magic is nothing but a scourge, a corruption that needs to be cleansed from this very universe"
ZYrAZ's Treacherous Advisor and right hand man. He's actually manipulating ZYrAZ and using him to commit a mass genocide against supernatural beings.

  • Affably Evil: To I.C. and co, initially.
  • Agony Beam: His Mana Drain is combined with one. It wasn't exactly necessary, but he included this to inflict as much pain as possible when draining a victim's mana/ki/psychic powers.
  • Animal Motifs: When he becomes one of the Virus. He loves to suck the enemy's life force, so he becomes a gigantic female mosquito.
  • Antimagical Faction: The true mastermind behind it.
  • Energy Absorption: His main ability, and quite a dangerous one to boot. This makes him only weak to physical attacks, unfortunately, his armor is also very tough.
  • Gender Bender: After becoming one of Geno Cyde's Virus units, he turns into a large female mosquito due to his love of sucking his enemies' "lifeblood".
    "Curses! I'm a girl! UGH!"
  • He-Man Woman Hater: Xilus dislikes women. Especially those with magical or other supernatural powers, and especially young-looking ones. This is because he knows that they will carry on their supernatural race and powers, and hence Xilus tries to kill them off.
  • Hopeless Boss Fight / Heads I Win, Tails You Lose: No matter how well I.C. and 4rx try to physically damage him, Xilus eventually drains both of them to the point where they can't fight.
"Don't forget, you're also made of energy too!"
  • Hope Spot: After I.C. and 4rx are defeated by him, ZYrAZ decides to attack Xilus for making him look like an idiotic killer. Unfortunately, ZYrAZ leaves his face open to be drained by Xilus. Xilus is just about to destroy I.C. and co along with the supernatural squad when a less-than-happy Steel appears...
  • Karmic Transformation: When turned into the Virus, he becomes a female mosquito. The one thing Xilus hates as much as magical beings is girls.
  • Kung Fu-Proof Mook: If you've been relying on energy-based weapons (which you will, as physical moves are useless against most of the mooks you fight), you'll have lots of problems against him.
  • Level Drain: As part of his Energy Absorption abilities, no less. If he does grab you, kick him away with a melee attack or else you'll lose your hard-earned energy upgrades!
  • Magic Is Evil: Believes supernatural powers as a corruption, taint and blight. He also declares that he would cleanse all the supernatural.
  • Manipulative Bastard: ZYrAZ isn't quite bright and is oblivious to Xilus' true plans, so he is able to instruct ZYrAZ into committing a genocide on supernatural beings!
  • The Power of the Void: Xilus is half a being of energy, and half a being of void. The void half allows him to absorb attacks that are caused by a lack of energy, such as ice, darkness and void.
  • Rock Beats Laser: As Xilus can absorb any energy attacks (supernatural or technological), it's not a good idea to use those. Drop a rock/anvil on his head or just punch his lights out.
  • Treacherous Advisor: By being ZYrAZ's guidance, he's actually manipulating ZYrAZ into massacring supernatural beings!
  • Villainous BSoD: After his "champion" ZYrAZ is defeated. He quickly snaps out of it and attacks you and the supernatural units on your side. While ZYrAZ's Antimagic field is still on.
  • Weapon of Choice: An attachment on his arm that can generate a huge Laser Blade or fire it out like a laser.
  • Well-Intentioned Extremist: He views magical beings, espers, ki practicioners and demons/monsters as "tainted" by supernatural energy, and seeks to destroy them with ZYrAZ.

     Public Relations Division

"You are our people, and we will protect you"
A calm and assuring Enforcer officer, Anthem seems like a hero of the civilizations allied with the Enforcers. He's actually using a mind control ability to brainwash citizens into believing that the Enforcers are their benevolent masters, turning them into patriotic "zombies".

"Drop your weapons, for you will not need to fight"
Another Enforcer public relations officer. He emits a powerful aura that removes his enemies wills to fight, so he can declare peace with them. When the opponent's weapons are down, he calmly walks up to their leader to talk... then stabs them through the body. Most of the time he uses his minions to do the execution.
  • Anti-Magic: His aura of peace also heavily dampens any form of magic, psionic or ki energy.
  • Combat Pragmatist: Uses the peace aura to subdue his foes then his minions attack them while they're unable to retaliate. He usually does this as a last resort.
  • Friendly Enemy: He's friendly towards the resistance... until they send a guy to destroy him. He disposes of said guy and then stays friendly towards them.
  • Good Powers, Bad People: While he the power to instill peace in others, he takes advantage of it and sics his minions on the subdued opponent.
  • Heel–Face Turn: You can induce this on him by exposing the Enforcer Leader's deeds to him and the public.
  • Hero Killer: He kills one of the Resistance officers who tried to make peace with the Enforcers (said officer had a plan to off him).
  • Impaled with Extreme Prejudice: His body can project a huge spike to impale the person he's talking with.
  • "Instant Death" Radius: A passive example. Go within his galaxy-wide aura of peace and you'll lose the will to fight, defend or dodge, making you a sitting duck for his troops.
  • Kick Them While They Are Down: He's not like this, but his minions on the other hand have no qualms attacking you while you're helpless.
  • Mind Manipulation:
  • Nice Guy: Only if you're on the side of the Enforcers. If you're Resistance or Defiance, he's more of a Bitch in Sheep's Clothing.
  • Only Known by Their Nickname
  • Out-of-Character Moment: Inflicts this on those with violent thoughts or tendencies.
  • Roboteching: Creates homing energy balls that teleport and charge at you.
  • Squishy Wizard: His mind manipulation ability is extremely powerful, but he goes down very easily in a fight. Trying to fight him is a hassle, however.
  • Stupidity-Inducing Attack: Has a beam that induces this on those whose mental powers are strong enough to resist the peace aura. He's quite reluctant to use it however.
  • Telepathy: He'll know if you have any thoughts of harming him.
  • Walking Techbane: Only towards devices which pose a threat to him.

"I'm doing this for the people."
An Enforcer who's the size of a galaxy cluster, has taken over it eons ago, and rules over it... benevolently. He learned the ways of the various races living under his rule, and genuinely cares about their well-being with no ill intention. However, he needs a special crystal in order to exist outside Metaspace- without it, he must retreat and this will cause chaos amongst a huge number of people, which is what he fears the most. Unfortunately, the only entities who supply him with it are the Enforcers, who demand that he traffic people to the Enforcer Leader or (Enforcer Scientist) for cyberization.

"Lovely breeze we have today, don't we?"
Cool, laid back but tactically intelligent, Alpharios is the leader of the Enforcer's Air Force, and the Greater Meta of Air. He is an airplane-like being with arms, which hold his katanas. In battle, Alpha uses fast, quick and powerful dodging movements while attacking with his katanas, as well as his manipulation of wind and electricity. Other than that, he follows the instructions of the Enforcer Leader.

"This is my energy plant. Get lost or I will have to take action."
In charge of the Enforcers' (emergency use) power plant should there be a lack of Init energy for the Enforcers to use.
  • Split Personality: One level-headed Enforcer side, another crazy Defiance side. Represents Direct Current and Alternating Current.

"You will never escape from this prison!"
Once the prison chief of a high security Prison Ship-cum-labor camp, until a portal to Metaspace opened in it. All the prisoners and guards inside were turned into Metas due to exposure to the strange energy. Since then, the chief has to keep up with superpowered prisoners... that is, until the Enforcers asked him to join them.
  • Disproportionate Retribution: Frequently dishes out super-long labor sentences for those who insult him.
  • The Gulag: He's named after this place. Considering that his prison is also sort of a labor camp, it kind of fits.
  • The Jailer: Usually prefers to lock his opponents up in jail. Heck, one of his abilities is trapping you in a prison made of Hard Light bars!
  • Mêlée à Trois: Resistance v.s. Gulag and his Jailers v.s. the transformed inmates.
  • Red Baron: Gulag isn't his real name but a moniker.
  • Regenerating Health: The second phase of the fight. After his floor-electrifying component is damaged, he then turns on the electrical floor, which regenerates him when he stands on it.
  • Shock and Awe: His main element. He even shoots electrical shockwaves through the floor just by walking!
  • Shout-Out: His quote when he traps you in an energy prison is "You go to jail, bad boy!"
  • Static Stun Gun: His weapon is basically a huge cattle prod.
  • Wardens Are Evil: He's a rather nasty person who pushes around the inmates, even before he was turned. This comes to bite him right back in the ass during his battle.

Captain Warblade

"You're the one messing around with my unit? Now you've done it..."
A Captain of the Enforcers, who's also a giant helicopter-like thing with two transverse rotors.

"Your argument is invalid, because I'm a FREAKING MOTORBIKE!"
A motorbike Enforcer that is capable of warping the environment around into into a city-like place. It is also extremely fast and deadly.

"Pillars of the Immortal"

"You'll have to do better than that to harm me."
One of the Enforcer God-Generals, beings with a God Mode-like ability that makes them completely invulnerable to all harm (except from having said God-Mode taken away). This one summons strange otherworldly crystal spears that make him invulnerable as long as he is near them.

"I don't give a ***!"
An Enforcer God-General with the ability to... ignore. Including any harm dealt to him. So named because of his typical response, IDGAF is a dangerous foe who is nearly unstoppable. He's usually sent out to destroy important structures and bases, as he has high probability of reaching his destination.

One of the leaders of the Enforcer Space Division. Quasar can absorb and amplify the power of light to use against his opponents. He is also able to transform into a Kill Sat as well as summon small attack satellites. For a "shining star" in the Enforcers, Quasar is actually very cold hearted and will destroy those who do not conform to the Enforcers.

Pulsar (a.k.a. Legion)

"You could call us Legion, for we are many. Well, seven of us."
Another leader of the Enforcer Space Division. Pulsar is a commander of no less than SEVEN planet-busting satellites known collectively as "Legion". Turns out, Pulsar is nothing but a physical projection created by the seven satellites. Unlike Quasar, Pulsar isn't so rigid in his beliefs, and believes that some restricted degree of free will should be allowed.
  • Attack Its Weak Point: Inverted, instead of Pulsar being the weak point of the satellites, the satellites are Pulsar's weak point!
  • Combining Mecha: When six of the seven satellites are defeated, the last one combines up with Pulsar to form a Humongous Mecha-like being.
  • Heterosexual Life-Partners: With Quasar.
  • I Am Legion: His satellite formation is called Legion. Pulsar also talks in this way. Justified, as he's actually the physical projection of the seven satellites.
  • Kill Sat: Seven of them!
  • Morality Chain: Quasar has a program linked to Pulsar- should Quasar go down, Pulsar's rage will activate.
  • No-Sell: Pulsar is immune to all direct damage as he's not even real.
  • One-Hit Kill: The beams from any of the Legion satellites will disintegrate any opponent instantly.
  • Puzzle Boss: Pulsar cannot be harmed directly. You have to destroy the satellites to harm him.
    • Rush Boss: Once the first six satellites are defeated, the seventh one combines up with Pulsar to form a Humongous Mecha. It's extremely fast and damaging, forcing you to defeat it before it kills you off.
  • Satellite Formation Of Mass Destruction
  • Unstoppable Rage: Once Quasar is downed, Pulsar gives up his cool composure and starts nuking your troops and ships in a blind rage. (You can save him, though.)

General Epsilon

One of the Enforcer Generals, and a powerful one at that. He wants to create an utopia of eternal order along with the Enforcers and will not hesitate to eliminate any opposition. To do this, he created the Strike Unit and the "Special Forces", units developed solely to counter overpowered opponents.
  • Flunky Boss: His main schtick is creating robots.
  • Instant Armor: He can create a Humongous Mecha armor around himself. In fact, that is his main method of fighting (as well as protection.
  • The Minion Master
  • Power Trio: Used to be one with Raysilon and another similar being, until conflict broke the three.
  • Technopath: Metas are these to some extent, but Epsilon can completely take control of anything mechanical. Plus, his tech creation ability also counts.
  • Walking Wasteland / World-Wrecking Wave: Epsilon has a nasty way of destroying planets. He lands on a planet that has been mostly destroyed or one devoid of magic. Then he emits out a radial wave that turns the entire planet into a hollow, metallic metropolis-like skeleton shell, destroying all hopes of planet regeneration. From there, he just summons his robots and Metas to take control over the defenceless citizens.
  • Weakness: Use a Armor-Piercing Attack against him, as he forms an armor around himself. Alternatively, Ray can "disassemble" the armor.
  • Weapon of Choice: He doesn't have a weapon. However, he can create armies of Enforcer Metaroids, W.E.A.P.O.N.S, AND form a Humongous Mecha armor around himself.

Energy X

"Who bring you here? Leave me alone before you're vaporized!"
An Energy Being who was once an organic being but infused with a "Source of Infinite energy".

"Feel No Fear... feel no pain..."
A large and powerful Meta whose only goal in existence is to follow the orders of the Enforcer leader.
  • Nigh Invulnerable: "Only the act of betrayal can hurt him". This means that Hound is completely immune to any kind of harm, unless he is harmed by something Enforcer-aligned. (This also includes the environment)
  • Puzzle Boss: As Hound is immune to anything that isn't Enforcer-allied, you have to drop the ceiling of the Enforcer ship on him to damage him. Or just get a Heel Face Turned Enforcer to do the job.
  • Seven Deadly Sins/Seven Heavenly Virtues: Averted for both- he was made to have neither neither sin nor virtue (unless you count loyalty as a virtue).
  • The Stoic: He's emotionless.
  • Survival Mantra: "Feel no fear... feel no pain..."
  • Undying Loyalty: His mind was programmed this way. He will not go against the orders of his master, even though he knows that the Enforcer Leader is a pretty evil person.

Enforcer Scientist (name not decided on yet)

"It's quite simple, really. Those who enter my realm are my newest subjects"
A member of the Enforcers' Research Division, who researches on lifeforms and souls. He conducts some rather unsettling experiments, to say the least. He also resides in an encrypted pocket dimension that not even 4rx can scan. Outside his home dimension, he's a doctor who can cure any disease or curse- cancer, HIV, vampirism, lycanthropy, zombification, you name it. Just don't expect to stay human (or whatever race you originally were) for long if you do get cured, though...

"Leader" (Code Name Transcendent)

"Forgive me for what I have to do, but it is necessary for the well-being of reality"
The Enforcers' leader. A strange being whose ideals are to protect the multiverses from the rampant Defiance, by making friendly ties with them and then serving as protectors. Unfortunately, it soon seems that his intentions are far worse, as his main goal is somewhat akin to enslaving pretty much everybody, while purging the world from the corruption of supernatural powers.
