  • Badass Baritone: Especially when Inada voices him.
  • Lightning Bruiser: Incredibly quick for a man of his size and muscles to the point of matching Eclair in agility and quickness before she unlocked her memories.
  • Genius Bruiser: Has expertise in several technological fields and is shown to be a man of restraint and forethought.
  • Gentle Giant: A pacifist and man of justice who prefers to solve things without violence as much as possible.

  • The Stoic: The biggest in the entire franchise.
    • Not So Stoic: In the sequel where he openly expresses emotions in life-threatening situations especially when his friends are in danger.
    • Bruiser with a Soft Center: While he's not vocal about it, Eclair and Lumiere's death affected him and he is shown crying in a movie a play Q-Feulle and Ascour acts in during a dream sequence Ascour has.

  • Anti-Villain: Although it's left ambiguous for quite awhile just what he plans on actually doing, he winds up an extremely sympathetic version of this. Everyone, especially the guys he backstabbed, THOUGHT he was going to take a stupidly powerful terraforming mothership Humongous Mecha to the planet GOTT HQ sits on and level it, but in truth, he was pissed over what happened to Eclair when he was growing up (as she raised him until he was taken away from him due to her "inferiority"), and thus decided to screw the other Nouvlesse over by exposing their bastardy on a galaxy wide scale and ganking their most valuable trump card in the process.
  • Go Out with a Smile
  • Luke, I Am Your Father: He was Éclair's adopted son when he was a little kid.
