• Immortal Immaturity: She can be quiet childish at times.
• La Résistance: Is part of Partisan Resistance in Reverse World but later gone MIA.

• Necessary Drawback: Happened once per year for every summer, the Time Stop magic will lost it effectiveness and slowly turn Aira to become a demon. It's took about week or two before the effect of the spell become a stable again.

• The Tease: Enjoyed messing with you on daily basics.
• Third-Person Person: Whenever she try to acts like a cute little sister.
• Time Stands Still: The reason she looks like this in this first place is because Isaac Newton applied his time stop magic on her to prevent her from turning into a demon.
• Used to Be a Sweet Kid: Not that she is evil or anything. But it's clear that she used to be just as innocent as any other childs. Living for more than 300 years will obviously changed anyone.
• Wounded Gazelle Gambit: Aira is small and cute and she knows it and has no problem exploit this.

A very shy and quiet girl who mostly let's her doll companion named "Crazy Princess" do the talking. She also has very hard time speaking. Her magic allow her to control dolls/puppets.

• Badass Adorable: She can pull this off with some encouragement.
• Break the Cutie: Her Reverse counterpart, she permanent lost Crazy Princess and Rei appearantly died protecting her.
• Broken Bird: Her Reverse counterpart seem to never fully recovered from it. According to other Partisan members, she had pushed herself too hard and and they feel that it's might be better for her not to join them and fight.
• Character Development: As time pass, she has become more out-going and trying her best to join her friends activity but still has a very hard time speaking.
• The Ghost: Beside her Reverse card. Adult Arisu so far doesn't make an appearance on cutscenes until 3 years later in which the trope finally averted as she finally made an appearance in Chapter 63, recovered from her Heroic BSoD.
• It's All My Fault: Her Reverse counterpart blame herself for her friends death.
• Image Song: Endless Marionette.
  • Eventually you will notice that some parts of the song are gibberish, however if one try to play the song backward you can hear Arisu's thought which are downright depressing.
• La Résistance: Is part of Partisan Resistance in Reverse World.
• The Load: In Reverse World, she considered as having low fighting potential due to her personality and need to be protected. Eventually her friends who has been protecting her died she Took a Level in Badass not long after.
• Lonely Doll Girl: Has no friend prior meeting with protagonist and is often seen alone with her dolls.
• Marionette Master: Her main magic power is "strings" which allows her to control dolls/puppets. Each puppets also has their own personality however unlike Crazy Princess, they can't talk so she can't really understand if they are trying to tell her something.
  • Adult Arisu however has an ability to talks with her doll/puppet but it's appeared to have something to do with lack of her own Crazy Princess.
• Madness Mantra: The ending of her character song.
  Arisu: I don't want to die...I don't want to die!I don't want to die!I don't want to die!I don't want to die!!
• Older Than They Look: Due to her petite nature which made her look even younger.
• Parental Abandonment: Implied to have this.
• Parental Substitute: Crazy Princess is this for Arisu. Taking care of her and praise her whenever she managed to do something.
• Prone to Tears: Is prone to cry when things start to get too much for her.
• The Reveal: Crazy Princess is created by Arisu's true desired to have friends and someone to be with her (It's also the same time she awakend as the wizard). It's will also disappears whenever Arisu is unconscious like sleeping. It's technically the strongest doll depending on Arisu's feeling.
• She Is All Grown Up: Her Reverse counterpart.
• Shipper on Deck: Crazy Princess ships the protagonist and Arisu hard. Much to the latter embarrassment.
• Shrinking Violet: One of the more extreme example of the trope. She barely able to speak normally without stutter or pausing her voice mid-words and manage to get worst in her textbox which somehow made it's harder to understand what she is trying to say. She seem to able to texting just fine however.
  • The Quiet One: Adult Arisu sort of become this. She is now capable of talking normally as well as her textbox is now readable. Though she is still very shy and didn't talk much just like her Front counterpart.
• Shy Blue-Haired Girl: A silver-blue and is very shy and get nervous easily.
• Theme Naming: Of Alice in Wonderland.
• Third-Person Person: Sometimes refers herself as Arisu.
• Token Mini-Moe: Noticeably the smallest girl among the cast even smaller than other girls who is younger than her.
• Took a Level in Badass: In Reverse World, she become one of the Partisan Resistance members. And fight with more fierce looking puppet.
  • Heart Broken Badass: While she had become quiet a fighter, she is still very scared of dying and still blame herself for how useless she was.
• Who Names Their Kid "Dude"?: Her talking doll, Crazy Princess. Even Arisu herself doesn't seem to fond of the name and mostly called it "doll".
  • She also give a name to her 3 goldfish that she got from festival. The name were Alexandal, Emmanuel and your name.
• Undying Loyalty: All of her dolls/puppets have their own life and personality but will gladly do anything to protect their master.

• Alternate Self: Averted, she doesn't have her Reverse World counterpart. This is because she is none other but Reverse!Aira herself.
• The Chessmaster: Chitose has drift into the Front World since 1964. From that point onward she has been provides the Mist Fiber technology and other magic related reserched allows the Front World to access to more better equipment and weapons by the time The 7th Invasion occured (As in her world, many technology come out too late to help with the situation.). She also manipulated some events so that she can gather more student into Grimoire which made the academy become much stronger in the processed.
• Cool Big Sis: One of her featured.
• Could Say It, But...: She could have tell Front World Aira that she is her Reverse counterpart from the very moment she come to Front World, but fears that she may give her counterpart a despair.
• Healing Factor: Begin Aira, she still got this ability.
• Heroic BSoD: Get over this state long ago.
• Image Song: Prologue is actually her song.
• My Greatest Failure: Failing to save her Reverse World and choose to abaddoned it is this to her.
• My Greatest Second Chance: She still hold her promised with Issac dearly even though she failed to do so in her world. When she was drifted into Front World, she immediately took this as her second chance.
• New Transfer Student: Is the second transfer student after protagonist.
• Not So Stoic: She can be seen a little panic anytime the events that never happen in her original timeline did happen in the Front World.
• Older and Wiser: Especially when compare to Aira who can be quiet childish, Chitose is more down to earth though her old habits did come out from time to time.
• One-Winged Angel: A heroic example. Implied that at one point she try to throw her humanity away by stopping the effect of Time Stop magic in her body to increase her power. In the end it's still doesn't enough but she at least manage to reactivated the effect of Time Stop again.
• Other Me Annoys Me: Averted, she didn't hate Aira or anything but sometimes does get annoyed by her counterpart's antics.
• The Reveal: She is actually Aira. To be specific, she is the Aira who goes MIA in Reverse World. To make it's more Mind Screwing, she is Aira that come from the future, 50 years later in that timeline where most humanity are already wiped out and come to the Front World about 50 years before the main story begun to Set Right What Once Went Wrong.
• Really 700 Years Old: She is at least around 400 years old.
• The Reveal: She is actually behind of the many reasons that the Front World managed to get get passed 7th and 8th Invation without a huge lost. By using her knowledge of the events in her original world, she made the humanity have enough power to face off against the Mist Demon.
• Shapeshifting: One of her illusion magic. She also used on herself to cover her identity.
• Significant Birth Date: Her birthday is actually the day she come into the Front World.
• Stepford Smiler: Considered what she had been through, this isn't surprising.. The ending lyrics of her song sum it up.
  "Hiding my sadness and despair. Now, let's repeat for the desired ending. The true story will begin from here."
• Strong and Skilled: A veteran in field and one of the most powerful mage out there. Made sense considered her true identity.

The older of the Fuyuki twins. A girl who aim to be an Elite. An Ice Queen who refuse to communicate with people unrelated to her work as Discipline Committee. She doesn't seem to get along well with her younger twin, Noel. By the end of the first arc, she is now a head of student committee replacing Fuko.

• Defrosting Ice Queen: She is very hard to approached but eventually mellows down.
• Despair Event Horizon: Noel's dead is possibly be the reason she got herself killed in Reverse World
• Fatal Flaw: Her refused to communicate with other people. While she get better thank to protagonist in main timeline. Her Reverse counterpart never get better. This eventually lead to Poor Communication Kills for both herself and her sister.
• An Ice Person: Her main magic is ice.
• Image Song: Snow Dome with her younger sister, Noel.
• Ineffectual Loner: Eve is strong and all but she is not invincible by any mean.
• I Work Alone: Due to her attitude though she get better.
• Killed Off for Real: Her Reverse counterpart is reported to be killed in battle against Musashi Class demon during The 8th Invasion. But the truth is it's was Noel who got killed first while she's pretend to be Eve. The real Eve is the second one to be killed.
• Never Got to Say Goodbye: Combine with Cannot Spit It Out. The reason she was begin cold to Noel is reveal in Reverse World. She love her younger sister dearly but because Noel's magic potential is so high she was afraid that Noel would one day go fight against powerful demons and got herself killed because she believed that Noel isn't cut for fighting. So Eve trained herself so hard that Noel wouldn't had to risk her life and fight in her place. Unfortunately Noel also thinking the same. During the the 8th Invasion she pretends to be Noel only to see Noel who pretending to be her is killed in a fight against Musashi Class Demon which broke her heart. Eve can only regrets the things she never get to say to Noel before and is killed by the demon afterward.
• No Social Skills: She is pretty awkward and borderline Cute Clumsy Girl when she try to do the normal social activity.
• Polar Opposite Twins: She and Noel are polar opposite to each other. She also refuse to get along with Noel.
• Red Oni, Blue Oni: Eve is blue to Noel, red.
• Sibling Rivalry: It's more of one side rivalry. Even though Eve is currently much stronger than Noel. Noel's magic potential could easily surpass her if she put her mind into it and she doesn't want that to happened.
• The Stoic: At first she rarely change her expression but she get better.
• Sugar-and-Ice Personality: She can be very distant but can also very emotional in some situation.
• Theme Twin Naming: Fuyu mean winter and Eve is born on 24th December, Christmas Eve.
• Twin Switch: Pulled this in Reverse World where she pretends to be Noel. It's end badly for both of them.
• Used to Be a Sweet Kid: She used to be pretty cheerful and really love Noel in her younger days. Things changed once she learned that Noel has much magic potential than her.
• Weak, but Skilled: Compared to her younger sister Noel, Eve has lower magic potential but work hard enough to be a league above her.

• Alternate Self: One of a few characters whose Reverse counterpart doesn't exist...yet. Technically she hasn't been "born" (or activated) yet in Back World. It's take 12 years later after the 8th Invasion before she finally activated. Which turn out that the Ui we known is actually from the future version of Reverse World.
• Artificial Human: She is actually an Artificial Lifeforms created by Yuki Reverse counterpart and is meant to be an anti-Mist Demon.
• Become a Real Boy: She start to behave like a normal human would do as years goes by. It's also Reverse!Yuki's last request, "To lives as a normal human".
• Expy: A mysterious emotionless girl with Tachibana as surname with an angel as a theme? Kanade, is Ui your sister by any chance?
• Emotionless Girl: Rarely express any emotion.
• Glowing Eyes: Mostly for a gag where she use them like a flash light.

The game main antagonist. A group of mysterious creatures that attack human. First appeared back in 300 years ago. Mist Demons can come in with many shapes and forms as well as it's strength can be varies.

• Mysterious Mist: Where their name come from. They will first appears as a simple mist before manifest into it's other form. They are very vunalable at this stage but will eventually getting more powerful as time progressed.
• No-Sell: Averted. Normal weapons do works against most type of the demon but are much less effective than magic. And Can't really get rid of them, at best the demons will turn back into the mist state before taking form again.
• Not Always Evil: Not all Mist Demon are hostile. Some type can be non-hostile like Shiro. This type of demons are refers as "Monsters".
• One-Man Army: Ticonderoga Class demon are very powerful demon. In which strength is comparable to a whole military army.
• Zerg Rush: Some will come in large group. it's get worst during The Invasion where they come at least 30 times more than usual.
