- Broken Bird: Cannot get over that the turkey farm wants him to be the president's dinner.
- Casanova Wannabe: Spent half of the entire movie trying to win Jenny's heart and trust.
- The Chew Toy: He's the film's punching bag.
- Cruel and Unusual Death: The turkey farm forced him to be eaten by the president.
- Deep South: A redneck turkey.
- The Ditz: Being bullied and abused makes him feel dumber as he goes on.
- The Eeyore: He's always sad and depressed

- Fish out of Water: Nobody wants him around, which is why he feels out of place.
- Idiot Hero: He's pretty dumb to not realize he's being used.
- Karmic Rape: Jenny pushed him into Jake's Glutes.
- Meaningful Name: Again, His name rhythms with Wedgie and he gets bullied. Despite this, Jake never gave him one.
- Mummy's Boy: Whines and complains and never get what he wants.
- Pinball Protagonist: He gets caught in random escapades that are out of his control.
- Punny Name: Again, his name rhythms with Wedgie and he gets bullied.
- Small Name, Big Ego; He really wants to prove himself that he's not a joke, but cannot catch a break.

- Too Dumb to Live: Had no idea he's being used by the bully turkey (Jake).

Jake:
Voiced by: Woody Harrelson
- The Ace: Towards Reggie.
- Anti-Hero: To an extent, he turned good out of nowhere.
- Ass Shove: Did this with Reggie while showing off his glutes.
- Body Horror: His glutes are very powerful and his gizzard inflates.
- The Bully: Resort to torcher Reggie until he realizes his fate.
- Cold-Blooded Torture: How he treats Reggie and Ranger.
- Covers Always Lie: The ads want you to think He and Reggie are friends. But really, they're not.
- Deadpan Snarker: Part of what kind of character he's supposed to be.
- Death Glare: How he looks at Reggie (expect he smiles).
- The Dragon: He not only bullies Reggie, but he uses him to go back in time so he can fight the toughest turkey in Jenny's family.
- Gross-Up Close-Up: He gets a lot of these.
- HeelFace Turn: Resorts to this out of nowhere.
- Mistakes Are Not the End of the World: Part of making Reggie's life a living nightmare, he always reminds Reggie.
- The Stoic: No matter what mod he's in, the tone of his voice never changes.
Jenny:

- Brainless Beauty: She believes Reggie's lie about being a great hero before he actually became one.
- Only Friend: She, Pizza Dude and Steve are the only ones who are nice to Reggie.
- Only Sane Man: Along with her father.
Myles Standish:
Voiced by: Colm Meaney
- Advancing Boss of Doom: Nothing can hurt or stop him.
- Advertised Extra: He does not appear a whole lot in the movie, but they want us to think he's a main character.
- Annoying Laugh / Evil Laugh: The way he chuckles.
- Ax-Crazy: And How?
- Bad Boss: He's mean & abusive to everybody & only cares about money.
- Big Bad: The turkey's greatest fear.
- Body Horror: He twerks when walking.
- Camp Gay: He's dress like Mr. Slave and is super flamboyant.
- The Comically Serious: Despite being strict, he can laugh by time to time.
- Corrupt Hick: A evil hilbilly.
- Deadpan Snarker: He was referred to in a review as "Snarky"
- Deep South: A hillbilly hunter who walks around with a hunting gun.
- Did You Just Punch Out Cthulhu?: His jerky nature is enough to turn Jake good.

- Repulsive Ringmaster: To the pilgrims and use them for his evil acts.
- Scary Teeth: Croak and jagged teeth in all the wrong places.
- Simpleton Voice: He's dark, but his voice sounds very goofy.
- Smug Snake: Thinks of himself as the greatest hunter in the world.
- Too Dumb to Live: He thinks Steve is an egg.
- Those Two Gay Guys: With Governor Brandford.
- Vile Villain, Saccharine Show: He's unforgiving and has a dark personality to the point where he makes the entire film dark and grim.
- Woobie, Destroyer of Worlds: He's cold-hearted, so of course you could feel bad for him.
Strict Elderly Farm Turkey:
- Bad Boss: He doesn't treat anyone with respect or dignity. Especially Reggie.
- The Bully: He makes Reggie's life a living nightmare.
- Chaotic Stupid: Extremely dumb and thinks he can be a good mentor.
- Dean Bitterman: He rules a turkey farm with an iron fist.
- The Don: He runs a mafia of red-headed turkeys.
- The Dreaded: Annoyed by Reggie.
- Evil Mentor: He's the farm turkey's guardian and only cares about himself.
- Expy: Of Pigdon Today as being an annoying little creature with childish mannerism. Also has the gangster attitude of Vito.
- The Grotesque: Freakishly small, ugly and is a complete eyesore.
- Grumpy Bear: Means and selfish
- Hate Sink: Reggie has this feeling about him.

- No Celebrities Were Harmed: Basically Bill Clinton. He even sounds like him too.

- Sleazy Politician: Does not know how to run the state.
- Smug Snake: He's a complete idiot about his job.
- Who's Laughing Now?: Laughed after capturing Reggie.
Governor Bradford:

- Advertised Extra: He's barley end it, but they love to showcase the funny way he talks.
- Crapsack World: Governor of one and there's nothing he can do about it.
- Fat Idiot: Overweight and ditzy.
- The Igor: Standish's henchman for his bidding.
- Jive Turkey: Most of his dialog has slang in it.
- Lethal Chef: He runs a restaurant for pilgrims
- Minion with an F in Evil: Despite working for Standish, he's bad a being evil.
- Motor Mouth: He talks EXTREMELY fast.
- No Celebrities Were Harmed: His voice sounds like Kevin Michale Richardson but talks like Snoop Dog.
- Simpleton Voice: He has the derpiest voice of anyone in the entire film.
- Soul-Sucking Retail Job: Had to put up with Standish's childish attitude to get food for his restaurant.
- Straight Gay: He does have a soft side for Standish, but actually knows how to rule pilgrims.
- Those Two Gay Guys: With Standish
- Toilet Humour: His dialog will have pee sounding words.
- Token Good Teammate: He's the only one who believe he can make piece with the turkeys.

- The Mentor: Closest thing Reggie has to one.
- Reality Warper: Can alter time and space.
Pizza Dude:
- Only Friend: One of Reggie's only friends.
- Shout-Out: Chuck E. Cheese appears in his pizza boxes.
- Surfer Dude: A stereotype of one.
Cheif Broadbeak:
Voiced by: Keith David
- Only Sane Man: One of the only characters who have any common sense. As well as being the only level-headed character.
- Papa Wolf: To his kids, Jenny and Ranger.
- Surrounded by Idiots: Pretty much everyone he's around is braindead. Even his own children.
- Voice of Reason: The only character with actual common sense.
Amos and His Lacky:
- Annoying Laugh: Amos has one.
- Bitch in Sheep's Clothing: Basically Jake's goon as the film goes on.
- The Bully: Like Jake, they cause trouble for the other turkeys.
- Fish Eyes: They have weird-looking eyes.
- The Igor: Both serve this to Jake.
- Laughing Mad: Amos is another antagonist who laughs.
- Simpleton Voice: Amos talks like this.
- Sidekick Creature Nuisance: Everyone feels iffy about them
- The Spook: Nobody questions where they came from or why they're here.
- Terrible Trio: With Jake.
- Those Two Guys: Duh.
