Princess Teegra

Portrayed by: Cynthia Leake
Voiced by: Maggie Roswell
The Princess of Firekeep and the female heroine of the movie. She is kidnapped by Nekron's subordinates at his mother's orders to provide him with a concubine.
  • Action Girl: At the start of the movie, she is willing to fight alongside her brother against Nekron's forces and she saves Larn's life from the giant squid in the lake.
  • Artistic Age: She is rather tall, busty and curvy, despite her age being stated to be 15.
  • Bare Your Midriff
  • Bathing Beauty: Quite deliberately so in the lake scene to escape the sub-humans that captured her.
  • Be Careful What You Wish For: Teegra desired to aid her family directly stand against Nekron and his invading forces at the start of the movie. She ended up aiding the heroes against him, though it took her being kidnapped, her best friend and pet panther being killed by Nekron's minions and her brother being murdered by him before her eyes.
  • Damsel out of Distress: Teegra gets kidnapped more than once in the entire movie and she also saves herself most of the time.
  • Advertisement:
  • Does Not Like Shoes: Which is impressive when she wanders around the snow barefoot.
  • Even the Girls Want Her: Roleil is very affectionate in a suggestive way towards her before figuring out her identity.
  • Heroic Seductress: She escapes from Nekron's minions in the first time by bathing seductively in the lake, distracting them long enough so she can slinking below the water and swim away.
  • Ms. Fanservice: She struts around in nothing but a micro-bikini the entire movie.
  • Raven Hair, Ivory Skin: Despite living in a supposedly hot environment and being scantily-clad the whole time, her skin is very pale specially next to Larn.
  • Rebellious Princess: Teegra resents her royal duties of lounging about her room all day and soaking up lessons from her tutor, her real dream is to go out and help her brother fight. She sorta gets her wish...
  • Screaming Woman: The girl can't be exactly blamed since in the two main instances this occurs, her beloved pet panther and her handmaiden are murdered by the sub-humans and later she wakes up next to her brother's own corpse.
  • Walking Swimsuit Scene: ''Just look at her!!''
  • Younger Than They Look: She's much taller and more curvaceous than one would expect of a fifteen-year-old.

Portrayed by: Sean Hannon
Voiced by: Stephen Mendel
Lord of the Icepeak. He summons glaciers and icebergs over the realm with the intent of conquering everything around him.
  • Agent Peacock: An Ambiguously Gay Squishy Wizard at first glance, but a formidable Magic Knight (and still Ambiguously Gay) in a straight up fight.
  • Ambiguously Gay: He is disgusted with the thought of mating with Teegra (who is an extremely attractive female) and looks forward to the prospect of fighting Larn. Although he later claims having have second thoughts on taking Teegra as his concubine, he likely said to Taro's face to let his guard down. Of course, his "lesser beasts" comment about Teegra also might make him Ambiguously Bi and brings implications that the thought of mating with those outside of his own ethnic group offends him, ironic considering his parents don't appear to be of the same group.
  • Antagonistic Offspring: He seems pretty ready to murder Juliana at a whim. He may be possibly Darkwolf's son as well.
  • Authority Equals Asskicking: An Evil Overlord and the most powerful villain in the film.
  • Big Bad
  • Blood Knight: As his interactions with Larn show, Nekron is takes great delight in fighting.
  • Evil Gloating: Tells Taro that he might take his sister as his bride after all just to make him lower his guard.
  • Evil Overlord: Rules over a frozen domain and desires to take over the known world. The only thing he lacks is the spiky armor.
  • Evil Sorceror: With domain over ice and the cold, though he does have some telekinesis.
  • Grim Up North: He rules over the aptly-named Icepeak.
  • He-Man Woman Hater: Either this or Fantastic Racism as he refers to Teegra as both a "lesser beast" and a "little slut."
  • I Have You Now, My Pretty: Subverted. Queen Juliana orders Nekron's minions to kidnap Teegra as a consort or concubine for her son. Nekron is instead absolutely revolted by the idea of mating with Teegra.
  • Large Ham: Watch the scene the summons icebergs and he hams it up like crazy.
  • Lean and Mean
  • Magic Knight: In a surprising twist, he holds his own pretty well against Larn in a duel.
  • Mind over Matter: Besides his control over ice, his most prominent power is to move things with his mind. He uses it to great effect to stop Larn from attacking him, force Taro to kill himself and attempt to hold off Darkwolf, though in this case to no avail.
  • Names to Run Away from Really Fast
  • Sissy Villain: Downplayed. While he is flamboyant and a somewhat effeminate pretty boy, he's still a viciously skilled fighter and sorcerer.
  • Villainous Cheekbones: Fittingly, they contribute to him looking like a frozen corpse.
  • White Hair, Black Heart: His hair and skin are snow white and he is pure evil.

Portrayed and voiced by: Steve Sandor
  • Ambiguous Situation: The appearance of his likeness in the ruins of a city brings up the question of just what Larn's mysterious ally is. Is he a god? The ruler of a fallen city state? The member of a tribe whose warriors just wore masks like that? A descendant of the ruler? It is never established what Darkwolf is besides an enemy of Nekron.
  • An Axe to Grind: His weapon of choice. A big, wicked-looking axe.
  • Barbarian Hero: Even more so than Larn, since he tends to be a solitary figure.
  • Big Good: Most powerful good guy around and also the one to kill the Big Bad.
  • Dark Is Not Evil: Both his name a motif are dark and is one of the heroes.
  • Expy: Of Conan the Barbarian and Batman.
  • Heroic Willpower: Manages to overpower Nekron's telekinesis.
  • One-Man Army: He takes down dozens of Nekron's Mooks without working up a sweat.
  • Offing the Offspring: If Nekron is his son, Darkwolf is forced to kill him at the end.
  • Physical God: Larn briefly sees a stone carving that is the exact likeness of Darkwolf, and Darkwolf has a persistent habit of showing up at just the right time to save the other heroes, as well as escaping odds that ordinary humans would consider impossible.

Queen Juliana

Portrayed by: Eileen O'Neill
Voiced by: Susan Tyrrell
Nekron's mother. She orchestrates Teegra's kidnapping to provide Nekron with a bride and produce an heir.

Portrayed and voiced by: Elizabeth Lloyd Shaw
A jungle witch that lives in the woods with her son.
  • Absolute Cleavage: She wears a white dress with a deep neck plunge.
  • Affably Evil: Towards Teegra, at least until figuring out her identity.
  • Anti-Villain: Despite her rather sinister appearance and willingness to sell Teegra to Nekron, she is more neutral than outright evil, since she is technically not allied with him or supporting his invasion, and would rather deliver the girl to throw his minions off her back. She ends up being killed by his minions either way.
  • Avenging the Villain: She briefly returns to life as a skeleton to beg Larn and Darkwolf to avenge her.
  • Does Not Like Shoes: Much like Princess Teegra, Roleil and her son don't wear shoes in the jungle. It is unknown if this is due to poverty or by choice.
  • Evil Redhead: She has auburn hair and is willing to sell Teegra to her pursuers to throw them off her back.
  • Impaled with Extreme Prejudice: One of Nekron's minions runs her with his sword. He also killed her son with a spear in his back.
  • Hot Witch: Roleil is a fairly attractive redhead despite the creepy aura surrounding her.
  • Oh, Crap!: Has this reaction after realizing who Teegra is and she is being hunted by Nekron's forces. And once again after her son is killed by the subhumans.
  • Solitary Sorceress: She lives by herself in the jungle with her son.
  • We Hardly Knew Ye: She has only two scenes before being killed.

Portrayed and voiced by: William Ostrander
Prince of Firekeep and Teegra's older brother.
  • Big Brother Instinct: Taro goes on a search for Teegra after her capture and doesn't waver in the presence of the Evil Overlord holding her captive.
  • Hero of Another Story: Taro visits another foreign land to arrange ships so he can assault Nekron's stronghold. His story could make another movie entirely. Though it would have ended on a Downer Ending note in his case, given his death.
  • Psychic-Assisted Suicide: Nekron kills him by forcing him to impale himself with his own dagger.
  • Supporting Leader: He leads Firekeeps's forces against Nekron's minions and is on his mission to rescue his sister.

  • Frazetta Man: Has the Neanderthal features and skin color of the Sub-Humans, and once the gloves come off they jabber and fight rather like Sub-Humans as well. Unlike they and Otwa, though, he and his fellows are intelligent enough to serve as diplomats.
  • Glowing Eyes of Doom: His hooded eyes glow yellow beneath his hood.
  • In the Hood: Partially hidden beneath a sinister cloak.
