Erica Mason

Portrayed by Holly Earl and Poppy Purchase (young)

  • Animal Motifs: She has a butterfly-shaped birthmark, like her mother before her.
  • Broken Bird: She spends a good portion of the game looking like she's on the verge of tears. To be fair, she has every right to feel that way.
  • The Chosen One: She has the power of seeing the future if she stares into flames and is stimulated with oliander serum.
  • Flashback Nightmare: Frequently dreams about the moment when she found her stabbed father.
  • Meaningful Name: Her name was her mother's middle name. It's also the name of a family of flowers.
  • Player Character
  • Prone to Tears: Ends up tearing up whenever she's confronted with a memory of her parents or a situation that makes her anxious.
  • Waif Prophet: Gets it from her mother, apparently.

Lucien Flowers

Portrayed by Terence Maynard

  • Big Bad: Leader of the Delphi cult, and the one who orchestrated the whole plot to bring Erica onto Delphi House.
  • Meaningful Name: Oleander (the flowers the perfume is made of) is one of the visual motifs of the game.
  • Parental Substitute: Aspires to become one to Erica.

Sgt. Duncan Blake

Portrayed by Duncan Casey

  • Affably Evil: Always concerned for Erica's safety, but has ulter motives as he only wants her to be the new Butterfly in the rituals.
  • Evil All Along: Has been part of the Delphi cult's scheme since the beginning.
  • Love Interest: May become one to Erica.

Chief Insp. David Caulker

Portrayed by Ian Pirie

  • Doomed by Canon: Will end up killed by Mia no matter what the player chooses.]]
  • Nice Guy: He's just a good policeman trying to do his job. He also tries to warn Erica of the Delphi cult before being murdered by Mia.

Dr. Rosa Ballard

Portrayed by Louise Bangay

  • Psycho Psychologist: She's the one to make the girls undergo the cruel treatment Peter Mason designed. She's so evil that if the player chooses to murder her, Kristie isn't even bothered by it.
  • The Smurfette Principle: The only female character that is a willing part of the Delphi cult in the present. However, the "Confidential" folder's papers Erica may find when she's helping the doctor make perfume may suggest otherwise.

Peter Mason

Portrayed by Brian F. Mulvey

Hannah Kaye

Portrayed by Sasha Frost

  • Doomed by Canon: Will die at the hands of the Delphi cult no matter what the player does.
  • Establishing Character Moment: While Kristie is first shown as a Neat Freak and Tobi as a cold smoker, Hannah appears calmly playing the piano, and even teaches Erica a few notes so she can play with her.
  • Kill the Cutie: She's the one of the nicest characters Erica meets at Delphi House, and she's also the first to die.

Tobi Neumann

Portrayed by Chelsea Edge

Kristie

Portrayed by Elaine Fellows

  • Animal Motifs: She loves rabbits, and draws them often, along with deers, foxes and butterflies. However, bunnies are her favorites.
  • Break the Cutie: She loses her father and Hannah no matter what the player does, and becomes utterly broken if Tobi dies.
  • Neat Freak: Her Establishing Character Moment is shouting at Erica before she steps on the carpet she just cleaned.
  • Hidden Depths: Not quite as cheery as she pretends.
  • The Ingenue: Acts particularly childish and innocent, even writing Hannah a get-well soon card before her operation.

Mia Greene

Portrayed by Nakeba Buchanan
  • Being Tortured Makes You Evil: Had violent breakdowns prior to entering Delphi House, but it was the Delphi rituals and the torture suffered at the hands of the cult that made her into a murderer.
  • Serial Killer: Commited the saga of murders of those involved in the Delphi rituals.
  • Yandere: Was obsessed with Alodie during her stay in Delphi House. Her death is the reason she started commiting the murders.
