- Bash Brothers: With Akane. When questioned on what is the nature of their relationship they proclaim they are comrades.
- Flaming Hair: In her 6★ form the ends of her hair appear as if they were on fire. Justified as she is an origin of fire.
- Hair-Trigger Temper: Her ingame profile states that she has a short temper, which is cut even shorter due to her displeasure for the merged world.
- Tsurime Eyes: Notable when compared to the other Fairy Queens.
Undine
Voiced by: Mai Fuchigami (Japanese), Sarah Wiedenheft (English)
- The Anticipator: Somehow she knew she would meet Aoto, waiting for him at the beach to make his appearance.
- Brooding Boy, Gentle Girl: Gentle and kind to the brooding Aoto.
- Taking the Bullet: Gets in the way of Ariton's attack in order to protect Aoto.
- Childhood Friends: With Ono no Komachi.
- Curtains Match the Window: Blue hair and eyes in her 6★ form.
- Love Triangle: With Ono no Komachi and Aoto, in the beginning it's a Type 3 as Aoto shows no explicit interest in either but he then realizes he loves Undine and it turns into a Type 4.
Sylph
Voiced by: Kana Asumi (Japanese), Natalie Hoover (English)
- Anime Chinese Girl: Has many aspects of one, including liking mooncakes, being skilled in martial arts, wearing a quipao-esque outfit and sporting odangos.
- Childhood Friends: With Yang Guifei, Laplace, and Oriens.
- Curtains Match the Window: Brown hair and eyes in her 5★ form. Subverted in her 6★ form, where her eyes turn green symbolizing her change to the Queen of Wind Fairies.
- Kick Chick: Her main fighting style, she makes tornadoes by "kicking up" the wind. Her ingame art even portrays her mid-kick.
- Modesty Shorts: Wears some under her outfit. Understandable as she is a kick chick specializing in wind attacks.
Will O' Wisp
- Feather Motif: Her hair looks like feathers, possibly due to her being a fairy from Celestia who attempts to bring hope with her heavenly voice.
- Idol Singer: She is an idol in Celestia, and holds monthly concerts in order to cheer up and give all fairies hope.
- Love Triangle: Type 5, Sunflower likes Valkyrie, who is in love with Will O' Wisp who is not aware of Valkyrie's feelings. Turns into a love square if you include Light Blade into the equation.
Shadow
- Elegant Gothic Lolita
- For Happiness: Having known what she refers to as a “great sorrow” she creates pleasant nights in order to bring a sense of ease to others.
- Girls Love Stuffed Animals: Carries with her a purple stuffed rabbit.
- Hybrid Monster: She's half-fairy, half-demon.

- Cleavage Window: Her leotard and crop top in her 5★ and 6★ form respectively have a small window exposing her cleavage.

- Desperately Looking for a Purpose in Life: Her first story has her questioning her reason for being born and if there even is one. When she travels with Ginji to Agartha she realizes there is no meaning to her being born, but the blank space signified the future to come.

- Braids of Action: A single long one, justified as she’s an action girl and part of a military organization. Eventually cuts it off
- Defeat Means Friendship: After her fight with Akane the two become friends.

Tristan / Mirren
Voiced by: Natsue Sasamoto (Japanese), Jamie Marchi (English)
- I Call It "Vera": Calls her weapon "Danna", meaning husband in Japanese.
- Coat Cape: In her 7★ form, referencing the fact that she is the new leader of the Knights. As Arthur wore his coat in the same manner.
- Sexy Secretary: Has the looks of one, however she's actually second in command among the Knights.
- Trademark Favorite Food: Brandy.
- You Are in Command Now: With Arthur becoming Evil Arthur she becomes the temporary leader of Knights.
Gareth / Brown

- High-Class Glass
- Real Men Cook: Before joining the Knights he had retired from the military to become a chef. He still cooks for them from time to time.
Lancelot / Lyle
Voiced by: Kousuke Toriumi (Japanese), Ricco Fajardo (English)
- The Casanova: His first profile outright states that he prefers women over eating, and his special skill is the ability to "read women." This is why he was given the codename Lancelot.
- Interspecies Adoption: Was raised by a fairy, Viviane.
- Jerk with a Heart of Gold: He's rude, mean and made it his life's goal to kill Arthur. However, Noah's in-game story reveals that he loves the other knights and he avenges their deaths by killing all the civilization dragons.
- Kiss of Death: Downplayed. In-game one of his 7★ attacking skills is called Lake Kiss, and according to Word of God this is actually a physical move.
- Rings of Death: His main weapon in his 5 and 6★ form, Aroundight.
- Trademark Favorite Food: Hamburgers.
Percival / Ran

- Heterosexual Life-Partners: With Ywain.
- The Noseless: Drawn without one in his 7★ form.
- Real Men Hate Sugar
- Stealth Expert: Before joining the Knights he was part of the investigation bureau in the military, trained in the name of stealth. Even afterwards he goes on espionage missions for the Knights, killing his targets before they can even notice him.
Gawain / Ferris
Voiced by: Yuki Kuwahara (Japanese), Lara Woodhull (English)
- Daddy's Girl: Loves her adoptive father, Arthur, as if he were her own.
- Does Not Like Spam: According to Word of God she removes pickles from her food and forces them on others.
- Girlish Pigtails: Justified as she is a young girl.
- Little Miss Badass: Can function just fine in the battlefield despite being a little girl.
- Memento MacGuffin: Cherishes and calls Galatine her treasure, as it was a birthday gift from Arthur. Breaks down into tears when it breaks during her fight with Mesopotia.
- Trademark Favorite Food: Hamburgers.
Ywain / Roar

- Accidental Murder: Prior to joining the Knights he accidentally killed his best friend in a freak accident.
- Heterosexual Life-Partners: With Percival.
- I Will Fight No More Forever: Averted. He decides to retire from the front lines after killing his friend, but Arthur forces him to join the Knights instead so that he may reach his full potential.
- Sinister Scythe: His main weapon, Laudine.
- Trademark Favorite Food: Hot dogs.
- Tragic Keepsake: His scythe, Laudine, was originally his friend’s.
Breunor / Azul
Voiced by: Ayumu Murase (Japanese), Justin Briner (English)
- '80s Hair: Has a mullet, which is hard to tell from the in-game art due to hard shadows.
- Distressed Dude: During the Perfect Sunset/Dawn he is held captive by Tilson and the other cult members. Eventually Olina and Lyle are able to save him with the help of Oriens and Amaymon.
- Does Not Like Spam: Dislikes eating Omu-rice because according to Word of God he doesn't want to look childish.note
- Fire-Forged Friends: He initially thought Aoto was behind his father's death, but the two become friends after they are forced to team up to defeat Schrödinger and Samidare.
- Height Angst
- Muscles Are Meaningless: Despite being a skinny and short human kid he is able to swing around a huge hammer with ease.
- Pint-Sized Powerhouse: As previously mentioned he is short enough for others to think he is just a kid but he can handle a giant hammer with ease.
- You Killed My Father: He vows to avenge his father who was killed during the events of the "Blue Christmas."
- Trademark Favorite Food: Kakigōri, a type of Japanese shaved ice. Even his birthday falls on Kakigōri Day.
Kay / Hilda

- Deadpan Snarker: Constantly delivers snark with a smile, this is even the reason why Arthur gave her the codename Kay.
- The Straight and Arrow Path: An interesting case, all of the weapons wielded by the Knights are gun hybrids so Kay’s Wrnach is a gun-bow.
- Trademark Favorite Food: Kiwi.
Lamorak / Olina
Voiced by: Chihiro Ikki (Japanese), Jeannie Tirado (English)
- Defeat Means Friendship: After her fight with Midori the two become good friends and hope to see each other again.
- Forehead of Doom: Has a big forehead, to the point where Arthur gives her the nickname Forehead-suke.
- Kick Chick: Back in her hometown she trained in martial arts.
- Modesty Shorts: Dons this look, appropriate as she is a martial artist.
- Trademark Favorite Food: Taco rice.

- Affectionate Nickname: Has Ginji under the name "Ginyan" in his phone.
- Big Eater: Loves Neko-manma, and claims that the only reason he stays with Ginji is because of all the good food he can eat. His 7★ form even has donuts and sweets all around him.
- Cat Boy
- Disguised in Drag: Ghost dressed him in girls’ clothes to help him escape.
- Non-Action Guy: Says outright that he doesn't like to fight in his Restrict and Release quest story. Averted when he challenges Ume to a fight in place of Ginji, who was attacked by Hervor.
- Tsun Dere: Shows shades of this. In his last profile story he doesn't want to admit that he's investigating the World Council to help Ginji.
- "It's not like I'm doing this for someone's sake nyan."
- An official advertisement for the game outright calls him a tsundere.
