Playstyle: Amazonian War Artist (Stance/Rushdown)
- Action Heroine: Diana is the princess of the Amazons and is probably the most famous super-heroine of all time.
- Choice of Two Weapons: Like in Injustice: Gods Among Us, Diana can switch between her lasso of truth and sword-and-shield variations on command. Both modes have different moves.
- Friend to All Children: Her friendship involves having a mock sword fight with a group of little girls dressed up like her.
- Good Is Not Soft: Diana may be as noble as Clark, but she is still a warrior through and through.
- Half the Man He Used to Be: Diana can use her lasso as a Razor Wire to cut her opponent in half for one of her Fatalities.
- Made of Indestructium: Both her Lasso of Truth and Bracelets of Submission are indestructible.
- Proud Warrior Race Girl: She is an Amazon and a proud warrior, after all.
- Religious Bruiser: Diana is a devout worshiper of the Olympians and is one of the strongest characters in the DCU to boot.

Batman
Name: Bruce Wayne
Age: 42
Race: Human
Title: The Dark Knight
Chosen Voice Actor: Hamish Linklater (formerly Kevin Conroy and Troy Baker)
Stage: The Batcave
Playstyle: Relentless Utilities (Rushdown/Setup)
- Action Dad: Is the adopted father of Nightwing and Red Hood.
- Badass Normal: The premiere example in the DC Universe. Batman relies on his gadgetry and martial arts to keep up.
- Barrage of Bats: While Batman isn't affiliated with the forces of darkness, he does use a swarm of bats to attack the enemy in his Cape Stun and I Am The Night moves.
- Battle Boomerang: Utilizes his trademark batarangs, and can throw up to three at a time.
- The Casanova: As always, he's very popular with women. Lampshaded by Terry."How many women did the old man date way back when?"
- Composite Character: More like composite gameplay. His moveset seems to be based off of Injustice: Gods Among Us, and he utilizes his fighting moves and gadgets from the Batman: Arkham Series, like the explosive gel and electrical gauntlets.
- Dark Is Not Evil: His frightening costume is meant to strike fear in the hearts of criminals, not the innocent.
- Fiction 500: Is probably the wealthiest man in the DC Universe.
- Good Is Not Nice: Bruce may fight to protect the innocent and has his heart in the right place, but he certainly has a way to rub people the wrong way.
- Headbutting Heroes: With his ward Jason Todd, for ditching the no-kill rule.
- Irony: Despite Batman being famous for refusing to kill, he can use Fatalities in this game.
- Mentor Archetype: To Nightwing, Batgirl and Red Hood, having taught them how to combat crime during their youth.
- The Stoic: Generally known for not showing much emotion, for better or for worse.
- Thou Shalt Not Kill: Subverted, despite him criticizing people who regularly break this rule, Batman has lethal Fatalities in this game, so he doesn't have a leg to stand on.
- "World's Best" Character: The greatest detective in the DCU and one of its greatest martial artists.
Superman
Name: Kal-El/Clark Kent
Age: 39
Race: Kryptonian

- All-Loving Hero: Probably one of the most empathetic and compassionate characters in the roster.

- Birds of a Feather: He gets along with Aang, as they both possess a lot of compassion and understand the burden of being The Paragon.
- Eye Beams: Heat Vision is one of his most famous powers.
- Friend to All Children: His friendship has Clark living up to his moniker as "The Big Blue Boyscout" by helping a group of scouts help an old lady cross the street. He even saves them from getting run over by a speeding car.
- Ideal Hero: He's Superman, so this is a given. Other paragons of virtue like Captain America and All-Might seem to acknowledge this, and he feels the same about them as well. Those from more cynical worlds like Starlight agree.
- Nice Guy: Naturally, Clark will often go out of his way to praise some of his more heroic opponents before and after battle. On some occasions, he tries to appeal to the better nature of anti-heroes, and even some villains like Darth Vader.
- The Power of the Sun: The source of Superman's power is the earth's yellow sun.
- Signature Move: Utilizes the famous Superman punch
in his moveset. - Super-Breath: Can be used to knock his opponents back or to freeze them (at the cost of some of his super meter).
- Super Mode: His "Sun Dip" mode is this to a "T". Superman's attacks are increased and he takes even less damage. In this mode he can utilize the "Infinite Mass Punch" and it is described as being a practical One-Hit Kill move.
- Weak to Magic: One of Superman's few weaknesses is a vulnerability to magic.
- Worthy Opponent:
- Despite his annoyance with Goku from time to time, it's clear that he does respect him as his ending points out. Furthermore, he refuses to let Goku Black ruin Goku's good name in his victory quote against the former.
- He regards Gojo as one as well, wanting to see if his Infinite Mass Punch can break though Gojo's Infinity.

- Badass Normal: Beyond his warsuit and super-genius intellect, Lex has no superpowers.
- Bald of Evil: Probably the most iconic example of this trope. He is a bald supervillain and ruthless executive.
- Force Field: Can use this as a special move that either reflects projectiles or stuns an enemy after they physically hit it.
- Green-Eyed Monster: His animosity towards Superman stems from this, as he feels Superman and his abilities will always overshadow him despite his genius. Before Superman, Lex was Metropolis' premiere citizen.
- Insufferable Genius: Lex loves to boast about his intellectual superiority.
- Jet Pack: His suit is capable of flight from the thrusters from its arms and legs.
- Macross Missile Massacre: His "All-Out Assault" special move fires out numerous missiles from the suit.
- Meet the New Boss: Makes it clear to Maeve, A-Train, and Starlight that he plans on taking over Vought International. If Lex wins against any of them, it's implied he plans on firing them all.
- You Will Not Evade Me: Can use his "Gravity Beam" attack to pull opponents close to him. If they are already in close range the attack is followed by a haymaker.

- Badass Normal: Is easily one of the most dangerous villains in the DCU despite lacking any superpowers.
- Combat Sadomasochist: Whether dishing out pain or receiving it, Joker laughs all the way through, as though it's all a big joke to him.
- The Corrupter: The reason Harley Quinn went from being a psychologist to his henchgirl/lover was because of the Joker's influence. In fact, Joker is so skilled in drawing out people's inner demons and the psychotic aspect of their persona that even Superman had fallen prey to his manipulations.

- Death Dealer: Throws razor-sharp playing cards.

- Large Ham: He just loves his theatrics...
- Mysterious Past: No one knows who the Joker was before he became the Clown Prince of Crime, not even the Joker himself. He has multiple inconsistent backstories, but the only thing that can be confirmed is that he fell into a vat of chemicals that bleached his skin, turned his hair green, and locked his face in a near-perpetual smile.
- Poison Is Evil: One of his fatalities involves the utilization of his infamous Joker toxin.
- Slasher Smile: Constantly has a too-wide grin, as do victims of his Joker Venom.
- There Can Be Only One: He tells Ren Amamiya that there can only be one Joker.
- The Sociopath: All the Joker cares about is spreading mayhem in theatrical manners and trying to bring Batman down to his level.
Doomsday

Title: The One who Killed Superman
Chosen Voice Actor: Khary Payton

- Adaptive Ability: Just like in canon, he can adapt to just about anything. In gameplay, this is used in a Super Move where Doomsday covers his body in bone-like armor, boosting his strength and stamina at the cost of speed and becomes unable to flinch. When the move's duration ends, Doomsday throws out his arms and the bones explode outward like shrapnel to damage opponents.

- Evil Counterpart: He's disciplined and highly intelligent, like Batman, but unlike Bruce, he grew up imprisoned, hated, and abused, forcing him to become a ruthless criminal.
- Genius Bruiser: Not only is Bane a strong fighter, with or without the use of venom, but he's trained his intellect to match Batman's.

It's also Played for Laughs when he tells Scooby Doo that he did not create Velma. He also states he has nothing to do with Wile E. Coyote's traps backfiring on him and didn't get Kyle Rayner's girlfriend Stuffed in the Fridge, though he absolutely would've done the latter if given the chance.(Vs. Guts): "Your life's all KINDS of screwed-up? Kicker was I had nothin' to do with it!"(Vs. Rick) "I don't need to mess up your life. You did that just fine all on your own, Rick-O."(Vs.
