Achmed
Voiced by: Jeff Dunham
An incompetent terrorist who blew himself up and was reduced into a skeleton after a mission went wrong.
- Adaptational Heroism: Achmed can be considered a hero for saving a host family from being wrongly imprisoned for harboring a terrorist.
- Adaptational Nice Guy: Just like on stage, he is still nice. (albeit Affably Evil)
- The Atoner: Achmed becomes this when he sees the Wilsons being taken onto a bus to Guantanamo Bay.
Wayne Wilson
Voiced by: Tom Kenny
The good hearted husband of Ginny and loving father of Kevin and Cassidy Wilson.
- Foreshadowing: Have not been for the car drawing Wayne made, Achmed wouldn't have made a car to help save the Wilsons from the FBI. In the end, a government contractor wanted to by Achmed's car idea to manufacture and sell, ending with Achmed giving full credit to Wayne, making him a successful car salesman.
Ginny Wilson
Voiced by: Susan Egan
The kindhearted wife of Wayne and beloved mother of Kevin and Cassidy Wilson.
- Foreshadowing: In a way, Ginny's foreshadowing was starting out as the mayor's aid, before the mayor resigned and Ginny soon ran for mayor and won.
- Hartman Hips: As a mother, she does have a bit of a wide pair of hips.
Kevin Wilson
Voiced by: Chiara Zanni
The plucky son of Wayne and Ginny Wilson and brother of Cassidy.
- Ventriloquism: That's what he wants to do when he grows up. In fact, his talent did fool the FBI and army toward the end of the movie.
Cassidy Wilson
Voiced by: Amanda Troop
The teenage daughter of Wayne and Ginny Wilson and sister of Kevin.
- All Girls Want Bad Boys: She started to develop a crush on Achmed at the beginning of the movie, as evident by the kiss she gave him.
Hassan al-Hassan
Voiced by: André Sogliuzzo
Achmed’s boss who sent his accomplice to destroy Americaville until he eventually had a change of heart.
Chet & Evelyn Anderson
Voiced by: Chet: Jeff Dunham, Evelyn: Lori Alan
A couple in Americaville who befriended Achmed, but became enemies when they learned Achmed's true colors.
- Big Beautiful Woman: Evelyn is indeed beautiful, and she is chubby.
- Hero Antagonist: In this case, Chet, when he, along with everyone else, learned Achmed's true colors, and he and Evelyn venture out to find and kill Achmed.
- Straight Gay: At the end of the movie, Chet is revealed to be this when he went to help Carl.
