Awesome Music / Mario Strikers

  • Sudden Death is the intro theme from Charged without the noise. The rapid pace gives a sense of urgency in the need to score that last goal, or it's curtains for your victory! Best part about this track is that that it got remixed for Battle League's similar Golden Goal, which while removes the sirens adds in a great guitar sound to the mix, and also arranges the rest of Charged's opening theme!
  • All of the character themes in Charged and Battle League.
    • Mario's theme is a solid rocker that screams The Ace and Jack of All Stats. Battle League has an even better theme for Mario, as it portrays the character as an actual hero.
    • Luigi's theme is very laid back and friendly sounding, and it's reflected perfectly by Luigi's Nice Guy mannerisms during the game. Battle League's Luigi's theme may not present itself as laidback, but it still fits Luigi's Cowardly Lion and Underdog traits.
    • Yoshi's theme is surprisingly relaxed. It sounds less like you're going into an intense game of soccer and more like you're on vacation. Battle League, in an unusual decision when compared to everyone's themes, actually REMIXES Yoshi's theme from Charged, and it sounds just as relaxed with a bit more emphasis on hard rock.
    • Wario's theme. Its tuba (or at least we hope that's a tuba) and accordion give it a loud and pompous feel, fitting for the brash and greedy guy.
    • Waluigi's Theme, especially with the crazy banjo fitting in with his mischievous personality. Awesome and hilarious at the same time!
    • Peach's theme. Expecting a soft, dainty theme for a Damsel in Distress? She's much more like a Lady of War in this game. This and her posing for the camera makes her look like a model on the catwalk ready to strut her stuff.
    • Daisy's theme is friendly and upbeat while remaining highly competitive.
    • Bowser's theme. Rough and threatening, and it sounds like your arch-nemesis is on the field, up close and personal before going into what wouldn't sound out of place in a boss fight. Speaking of boss fights, it bears a slight resemblance to the boss theme from Super Mario Bros. 3.
    • Donkey Kong's theme is just jungle drums, but it's still awesome.
    • Diddy Kong's theme sounds almost mystical in its quick pace.
    • Bowser Jr.'s theme is relaxed and tame compared to his father's, but it shows a devious side for the Overlord Jr..
    • Petey Piranha's theme is an island beat that wouldn't sound out of place at a festival. All for a giant, menacing plant monster (with loads and loads of swagger).
    • Dry Bones' theme is a hip-hop style remix of the New Super Mario Bros tower theme with a killer organ.
    • Birdo's theme, a playful, short but stylish remix of the Turkish March.
    • Toad's theme. Funky doesn't even begin to describe it. Battle League gives Toad a rock guitar theme like everyone else in the game, but has a huge emphasis on the guitar strings to make it sound like a theme for a High School comedy. Better yet, it can be seen as Toad screaming which fits his actual voice!
    • Koopa's theme is an upbeat piece with some notable similarity to "I like to move it".
  • Crystal Canyon is especially good, for only being able to hear it between goals and power-ups.
  • The Starman theme in Charged is easily the funkiest version of the classic tune. The theme gets another remix in Battle League, this time taking on a hard rock approach.
  • Stormship Stadium. A very heavy, industrial feeling track that perfectly captures the mood of the final stadium.
  • The Classroom is where the tutorials take place, and you couldn’t ask for a funkier beat while brushing up on the basics.
  • The theme used for the Striker's Club menu is perhaps the best version of the game's overall menu theme, pushing the Hard Rock and Guitar genre to its limits!
  • The pause music. Relaxing, catchy elevator music that'll get stuck in your head. It even cameos in Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon.
  • The results screen music. An absolute jam of a song that can make even a crushing defeat worthwhile to hear.
