Awesome music is the norm for this band; here are some of the highlights:

Oceanic
- This is Isis' breakthrouh album, hearing "The Other" should definitely convince you that this band has truly entered the realm of greatness.
- It may be a short interlude track, but "Maritime" is lovely.
- "False Light", especially the way it builds up into the what sounds like an incredible climax to the album as a whole.
- The closing track, "Hym", sounds just as amazing.
Panopticon
- "So Did We" is possibly the most iconic Isis song, and with good reason.
- "Grinning Mouths" is an incredible note to end the album on.
In The Absence of Truth
- This album is slightly Lighter and Softer compared to the previous two records. If that sounds worrying, then listening to the opening track Wrists of Kings should ease those worries.
- The closing track, "Garden of Light", is absolutely incredible.
Wavering Radient
- "Hand of the Host", which is possibly one of the best examples of song evolution in their discography.
- Isis' main albums form a sort of continuous concept suite, which makes Threshold of Transformation a finale for their entire body of work (though it wasn't technically their last song). There are very few better ways they could've capped it off.
Other
- Their 2010 split with Melvins gave us "Way Through Woven Branches" and "Pliable Foe", both of which are great tracks.
- Though it was only a demo that was never used in any of their main albums, "Grey Divide" may very well be one of the best Isis instrumentals.
