While this film is rightly considered to be a flop with poor effects and clunky dialogue, the scene where Clark meets with Mr Hornsby to discuss the sale of the family farm is a touching, well-written scene in itself. Mr Hornsby mentions that there's an offer to buy the farm sight unseen, but Clark is adamant that he wants to sell to a real farmer. While Mr Hornsby is as much about making a quick buck as anyone in the real estate profession, the scene implies that he clearly held Jonathan Kent in high regard and as such, he accepts Clark's stance on not wanting to sell to developers and wishes him well.

Both fights between Superman and Nuclear Man. The filmmakers did the most with what they had, but these sequences could have been really spectacular with a decent budget behind them.
This version of Lex was always a bit more comedic than most, but every now and then he'd say or do something to remind us of why he's Superman's Arch-Enemy, and this line is an awesomely villainous way to kick off the first battle:
