In Aliens in the Sky, Sally manages to overpower two aliens and take their weapons. The aliens are even afraid of her after that.
She pulls this off again in The Creature in the Teacher. Not wanting to be outdone, the otherwise shy George gets a shot in on an alien as well.
In The Dark Corner, the kids are put on trial by demons and they weigh their virtues vs their vices. When they decide Sally's vices outweigh her virtues, Adam and Watch offer to stay in the demon world in her place. This is awesome on its own, but this is enough to tip things so much in their favor that they are all let go.
In Invasion of the No-Ones, Sally and Cindy are being chased by Adam, who has been possessed by one of the titular No-Ones. Sally has the chance to run away and save herself, but chooses to save Cindy instead. This is especially awesome given how they are each other's throats most of the time.

Watch sacrificing himself at the end of The Dangerous Quest.
In Phone Fear, Watch is able to defeat Neernit by making it think he is working for it in trying to help his evil plan, when he really wants to put it in a body that Watch can easily turn off.
And early on, Sally and Cindy manage to stop Savannah when she attacks Adam. Sally immediately jumps into action without thinking of her own safety and works with Cindy quite well.
The Series
In Blood Drive, Principal Blackwater manages to kill the head vampire, in a moment similar to the Night of the Vampires one mentioned above.
