- Pretty much all of Roxanne is one for Steve Martin, especially the 20 (actually 25) insults scene. "Has he fallen yet?"CD: Uh... ah. Dirty: Your name wouldn't happen to be Dick, would it?
- C.D.'s Establishing Character Moment is when he crosses paths with two drunk ski-bums. He calmly gets out of their way when they rudely demand him to, but when they insult his nose he delivers an epic Curb-Stomp Battle with a tennis raquet.
- The climactic scene. After being told by people throughout the movie that his nose must be that huge for a reason, CD uses it to smell a burning building...from at least ten miles away. And then the entire fire department shows how they've improved their competence since the earlier training scenes.
- CD effortlessly scaling Roxanne's house to let her back in:
- CD: "God, I hate heights..."
