  • There was a cool quick-thinking moment from Latios himself where he, Latias and Cresselia managed to stop the first wave by forming a giant barrier. But it was a very short-lived Hope Spot...
• Mewtwo's confession in front of everyone about his love to Mew, even giving Legion permission to go as far as to kill him just as long as the others were free. Shortly then after, Legion wailed on him.
  • Which would lead to Mew breaking her wrist to stop Legion from killing Mewtwo.
  • How about just Mewtwo in general? Legion had been trying his hardest to break him, and he still stayed strong out of love for Mew. Even when he was beaten to near-death, he went out of his way to slowly but surely climb the Tree—rather hesitantly since his friends were at stake—to fetch Mew and give her the remnants of Clarity Lake that everyone else said he needed the most.
• The Big Damn Hero moment in chapter sixteen.
• In a demented way, Legion himself counts just for terrifying pretty much every single character with his mere presence—including the cynical Giratina. The legendary Pokemon were all stated to be powerful god-like beings, but they were quickly brought to their knees without him hardly lifting a finger. But then again, given who he's possessed...
