  • Seth's first win comes in episode 4, and it's against a million dollar corporate CEO that's been poisoning his home town and the kids from his elementary school.
  • Jay getting a last minute injunction for Sandra to not only free her client but get her released from being unlawfully handcuffed in a hospital to keep her out of the DEA's way.
  • A pack of federal marshals are out to arrest the son of an undocumented immigrant, but Tina refuses to give him up and dares them to arrest her. A court officer stands with her, setting up a major showdown with Judge Byrne himself telling the marshals they can't do this. While the law is on their side, the fact the court is ready to back up Tina gets the marshals to back off the arrest.
  • A judge is convicted of putting young kid offenders in jail when they didn't deserve it because he got kickbacks from a private prison. When he's found guilty, all those kids are released. The presiding judge then forces the man to sit in the courtroom while each of the kids does a speech on what the judge took from them and put them through and they're happy he'll be getting the same treatment.
