Flash vs. Arrow (The Flash)
- Flash VS Arrow in a downright epic street fight!
- Wells deducing the Arrow's identity in less than a day once he decides to get serious about it. Fridge Brilliance kind of nullifies this though, since he probably just used his future computer to figure it out. Or the fact that he's from the future probably helps too.
- With the Flash and the Arrow teaming up, the outcome is such a foregone conclusion that we cut straight to Bivolo being put in the Pipeline.
- During The Stinger, two crooks try robbing someone who turns out to be alive and with superhuman fire powers.
- Oliver's method of teaching Barry to be more aware of his surroundings: He challenges Barry to avoid being shot, and while Barry easily catches the arrow Oliver himself fires, he runs straight past two automatic crossbows hidden in the grass which both get him in the back. Which then gets a super sweet callback as Barry catches the arrows Oliver had set up to repeat the trick during the street fight. "Fool me once." Then he gets a flechette in the leg. The Arrow landed a hit on a rage-maddened Flash!
- The fact that Oliver does as well as he does against a guy with super speed who's genuinely out to hurt him is nothing short of incredible.
The Brave and the Bold (Arrow)
- The Flash's entrance, snatching two boomerangs out of the air that would have impaled Oliver. The visual effect, combining the motion blur showing how fast Barry was moving even in Bullet Time, the lightning flickering across him, and the action of grabbing the two projectiles was an amazing and beautiful comic book panel brought to life.
- Captain Boomerang tearing through ARGUS and taking on Oliver and Roy simultaneously, and nearly killing Oliver in the process, is a villainous CMOA.
- Barry showcasing his powers by taking down a roomful of Mooks in seconds. Twice. (Though the second time, he misses one and Oliver has to take him out.)
- Barry grabbing the rest of the entire combined team and dropping them off across the city, so that they can simultaneously defuse all of Harkness' bombs. And it works.Cisco: Screw you, Captain Boomerang!
- This exchange when Oliver refuses to kill Harkness:Harkness: You think you've made some kind of point, not killing me? It just proves you're weak!
Oliver: No, it just proves I still have some humanity.- And when Harkness tries to throw a boomerang at him from behind, Oliver spins around and shoots him in the hand.
- After being repeatedly told by Oliver he can't handle Starling City Barry gives a pretty perfect response to Oliver's rather cliched The Cowl speech:Oliver: To do what I do, Barry, takes conviction, but more often than not it's the will to do what's ugly. Every time I do that I'm trading away little pieces of myself. So, you ask what's wrong with me; that's wrong because the part that I'm trading away is Oliver Queen, and lately I've been feeling like there's nothing left except the Arrow.Barry: I think you're full of crap. Look, you've convinced yourself that everything you've been through took away your humanity but I think it's cause of your humanity that you made it through, you wouldn't have survived much less come out the other end a hero, somebody who wants to do good, if you didn't have a a light inside of you.
