• Banica outdoing her father as a gourmet (before contracting, mind you) to such an extent that due to her cultural contributions to Beelzenia's cuisine she nets her family a full pardon for Muzuri's crimes earlier in the novel.
• A minor one—At the the Oruhari dinner it's suggested that some of the other nobles have been making fun of Banica for her weight. When she finally arrives (having made the contract previously), she impresses them with being a slender, beautiful woman, and then terrifies them by eating live bugs for dessert.
• Conchita eating the Demon of Gluttony, not only protecting her baby from the demon and overtaking the force that's been telling her what to do all this time, but also, as the narrative suggests, conquering her childhood fears of her mother, who she began to see the demon as being like. The fact that this turns her into the demon itself only compounds on the awesome.
• Elluka taking the master thief Platonic completely by surprise and managing to capture her, thanks to the Purple Dreams.
