The Stinger of the movie - Tiffany mails Chucky to Andy Barclay, who's now in his early 30s. Just as Chucky knifes his way out of the package, Andy points a shotgun at his face, cocks it, then says "Play with this." before pulling the trigger.
What makes this scene truly satisfying to watch is how Chucky expects to be able to torture (and presumably, try to kill) Andy like he did when the latter was a child and a teenager. When Chucky turns around and sees Andy pointing the shotgun at him, he can only speak out a terrified "Andy!" before Andy shoots him. After so many years, it's Chucky's turn to be the helpless one.
Also, Andy isn't pulling any punches either. Rather than quickly kill him, even though he knows the heart is Chucky's weakness, he has the gun aimed at his face. Andy intends to make Chucky suffer the way Chucky made him and so many others suffer.
When you think about it, the fact that Andy is living a pretty normal life. Even after all the hell he went through growing up thanks to Chucky, seeing all the people around him dying, and everyone trying to convince him he was insane, he's still managed to become an independent, well-adjusted adult. But he's never forgotten that Chucky is real, and he was more than prepared for the day he inevitably came back.
Andy's phone conversation with his mom before this reveals that she is no longer institutionalized and is an Official Couple with Mike from the first movie. Earn Your Happy Ending indeed!
How can anyone forget Nica's "The Reason You Suck" Speech to Chucky? She's a wheelchair bound paraplegic who's at a major disadvantage, yet still had the balls to give Chucky a cruel lesson in why he's a complete fuck-up.
Nica: So you never actually killed Andy Barclay, did you?
Chucky: What?!
Nica: Y'know it's called completion anxiety. It's very common in males...you are a male, aren't you?
Nica using her paralyzed leg to painlessly catch Chucky's axe. Harmful, but awesome.
Later in their fully-fledged fight, she takes one slice at her fingers from his knife, before grabbing it by the blade to wrestle it away from him to use on him later. Goddamn, Nica is quite the Handicapped Badass.
