Doctor Whooves: Equestrian Travels is another audio play based on an iconic background pony from My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic. It was created by a YouTube user named stulte and its first episode was released on January 31st 2014. It features The Doctor exploring his new surroundings with a companion, currently, Fluttershy. - In the Secret of Everfree serial, it was a Raston Warrior Robot named Slender who stole The Doctor's TARDIS to use in rerouting a time fissure in the Everfree Forest to Raston for the purpose of bringing in more Raston Warrior Robots to conquer Equestria. He tries to lure The Doctor into a trap by wounding a colt named Rough Rouser and sending him to Ponyville with a message.
- Deus ex Machina: Discord in the last part of the Secret of Everfree serial. He saves The Doctor and Fluttershy from a group of Raston Warrior Robots by replacing their ammunition with confetti.
- Fish out of Water: The Oncoming Storm is stuck in a world where nobody knows his name.
- Mistaken Identity: When Fluttershy takes The Doctor into Ponyville, he is mistaken for Time Turner, the mayor's time keeper. This irritates him because he realizes his pony form isn't unique to him.
