ZellyGo (Hangul: 젤리고) is a South Korean All-CGI Cartoon.
The plot revolves about two blue creature on red jumpsuits, named Gogo and Roro, who found a giant jelly bean machine once they arrive on an abandoned candy store, they found a coin, but when they insert it on the machine, it falls of. Now Gogo and Roro, and later recently arrived Popo and Jojo, must think of a plan to get the jelly beans out of the machine.
The first season debuted on December 2017 and concluded on January 2018. The second season debuted on January 2020 and concluded on Spring 2020, with a third season following.
ZellyGo provides examples of:
- Beware the Quiet Ones: Jojo may not speak much, but he is not the guy you should mess with.
- Crossing the Desert: The premiere episode, "Eureka", starts with Gogo and Roro has done this before finding the abandoned candy store, "Zelly Go". Popo and Jojo had done this as well in their debut episode.
- Inflating Body Gag: In "Zombie Roro, the episode ends with Roro accidentally being inflated by Gogo's gas and flying all over the place.
- Insufferable Genius: Popo is self-centered, narcissistic, and condescending and brags over him and Jojo both being intelligent and having the highest technology in comparison over the original duo's analogue tech.
- Meat-O-Vision: In "Zombie Roro", Roro began to hallucinate Gogo as a giant jelly bean, and began to adopt a zombie-like appearance and chase him around.
- Speaking Simlish: How the characters usually verbally comunicate.
- The Speechless: Jojo, unlike the other Zelly Go, does not speak, instead he communicates through gestures and facial expressions.
- Squashed Flat: In "Rolling Ball", Gogo and Roro repeatedly get squashed flat by the jelly bean ball.
