Okay, now with my third badge in hand I set out on my next goal. With Cut in hand I'll be able to cut through that forest that's been blocking my way east of Cerulean City. Making my way through the trainers along my pathway and catching a Cirno.
Passing through the Rocky Tunnel, Cirno and Utsuho both evolve and Reimu and Parsee are pretty close to evolving to their final forms as well. After a long time exploring through the dark tunnel I make my way out. The shining sun has become my reward for successfully reaching the other side, Lavender Town.
The locals around me tell me about the Lavender Tower, a cemetery for deceased Touhou. They also mention something about an old man named Fuji disappearing in the tower. I take up the chance to go look for Fuji, find some new Touhou wandering in the tower, and pay my respects.
The inside of the tower was huge. The first floor was a church for the prayers and blessings to be made. The second floor was the cemetery.
"Wow, this is incredible. It makes me wonder if I'll have to bury any of you guys here. No let's not think about that at the moment. Huh wait that girl over there, it looks like Ren. Hey Ren!"
Ren turns her head and looks over to see me, her eyes filled with tears. "Rai don't tell me that your Touhou are..."
"No of course not! I just wanted to pay my respects. Wait does that mean?"
"Yeah I got careless when Team Rocket appeared. I tried to stop them and now my Youmu is, she's-It's all my fault!"
:A lot has happened since our last meeting at the SS Anne. Team Rocket. Those crooks. Stealing Touhou is one thing but MURDER!? They're gonna pay."
"Wait Rai" Says Ren, wiping the tears out of her eyes "before you go. Let's have a battle. We have to get stronger, so we can beat Team Rocket."
"Right, let's do this!" —- Sorry the installment took so long. School is killing my schedule right now and whatever free time I have is usually invested in watching anime or reading manga.
Luckily, Fall Break's next week so I should get one or two up by then.
