This is my first Liveblog so forgive me if I make any big mistakes or need a little more direction before it's any good. This liveblog is gonna depend a lot on user feedback so we'll see how this goes;

Do you like The Sims? I like The Sims. I just bought the PS 2 version on Amazon and was eager to play the story mode. I played it quite a bit and had fun with it. But it would be a lot funnier with some input. So here is how it goes...

In case you didn't know The Sims is the single most addictive life simulator ever released! If you don't know about it I'm surprised you know how to get on TV Tropes an get to the liveblog section. Anyway The Sims Play Station 2 version has a story mode. It's called "Get a Life!" Your mission in the game is just that. You start living with Mom in a run-down small house with literally no skills and have to get your sim to retirement age, (Miraclously he or she will look like a young adult even several decades later) and make them rich. This is actually easier than it sounds. The Sims economy is in such great shape that companies can afford to give new employees hundreds of dollars a day and they give out promotions like candy. You'll need it though, living in upscale Sim City is hell on your bills. If you don't pay your bills or if Somebody else feels like moving in you can be evicted in less than a week!

"Whadya mean I have to pay $800 every three days?" I bet the government in Sim City doesn't have taxes cause all this money goes directly to Will Wright. I guess now we know how Alice And Kev became so poor. But with that out of the way we need to bring a new sim into the world.

We Start off the game with a prompt to name our sim and give it a gender. Well Tropers and Tropettes, what do you think we should call this one?

Continue entertainment, perhaps Feebil can get enough promotions and skill to convince Zara he is some kind of international super-spy.

Continue entertainment, primarily so you can get the heck away from Dudley before he 'blows your cover'. As for the big guy, be nice to him & follow his orders, and maybe he won't be tempted to punch you in the face.
