Yeah, so on February 12th, the dub version of the 4th "Series" of the Pokemon Anime, Best Wishes, Premiered. The dub name is Pokemon: Black and White, though for some bizarre reason I keep referring to it by the Japanese title. (Probably because I had been referring to it as that for the six months between the Japanese and English Premieres..) Obviously, it's the Anime's adaptation of the Black and White games. This series shares a lot with the First half of the series(Kanto,Johto) In that Ash is:
- Catching all 3 Isshu/Unova Starters
- Traveling with Two Gym leaders..Maybe. Depends on if They decide to follow White's Plot or not, or do something else.
- Possibly Cycling through his Captured pokemon (As of this writing, in Japan he has 7...Not Sure if he's gonna switch yet.)
It's also Different in that:
- Team rocket is actually a threat. They haven't Blasted off once.
- Just like in the games, No pokemon from other regions, aside from Pikachu and Meowth, because They're, well, Pikachu and Meowth.
Anyway, I'm Liveblogging this because I like this series so far.
I WILL cover some episodes of the Japanese version, (In fact, My first entry is...Episode 22, I think..) and Will edit accordingly for the dub.
