Rework the definitions of both. Anticlimax Boss is for bosses that got a lot of buildup, or are expected to be tough, but proved easy. Breather Boss is for easy bosses among tougher bosses, but without any special buildup.


Rework the definitions of both. Anticlimax Boss will be for bosses that pose no challenge, and Breather Boss is for surprisingly easy bosses.


Leave Breather Boss as it is. Make Anticlimax Boss about final bosses that are easy compared to the bosses before it, and rename the current trope to No Effort Boss.
