* AudienceAlienatingPremise: As mentioned below this show was too far removed from the original show to appeal to fans yet those who hadn't seen the original show would be confused as to what was going on, resulting in its audience being limited.
* SugarWiki/AwesomeMusic: For all the bones people have to pick with the show, the theme song is actually pretty catchy.
* ContinuityLockOut: The show expects you to know quite a bit about its parent series since it doesn't do anything to introduce new viewers.
* DesignatedHero: Captain Man and Kid Danger, our so called "heroes", often act incredibly immature and dangerous, with very little provocation.
* HamAndCheese: It's pretty obvious the voice actors were having a ball with this show.
* HilariousInHindsight: One episode has a billboard touting that ''Good Burger 2'' is coming soon, which would be announced in 2023.
* NightmareFuel: Octo-Charlotte getting merged with Schwoz's car at the end of "Octo-Charlotte". The final shot of her is nothing more than terrifying. Kid Danger sums it up best:
--->'''Kid Danger''': I did not see that coming.
* RootingForTheEmpire: With how dull and/or unlikable most of the ''Henry Danger'' cast is, you'll often end up feeling more sympathy for the various antagonists that show up. They at least have a personality.
** One good example is in the pilot episode "Popcorn Monster". One scene involves a truck driver hijacking a school bus full of children. While definitely bad, he's actually a decent guy considering he was willing to buy the kids snacks, without expecting them to pay. Plus, they don't look that concerned about their current situation considering that they don't have to go to school. The fact it comes after a scene where our "heroes" go undercover in a movie theater and make a mess just to prove that there are identical pieces of popcorn, doesn't exactly make our "heroes" look like the good guys. The fact that the aforementioned hijacking is followed by Charlotte hijacking that same bus when he's away only to accidentally destroy a gas station doesn't help.
* TheyWastedAPerfectlyGoodPlot: This show could've been great, or at least decent, due to how there are virtually no limits of what can be done in animation, unlike live action. Instead, you get a generic superhero gag comedy with the jokes being bland and okay at best, and annoying and cringe worthy at worst. It's not even a good comedic parody. It doesn't help that the show has been panned for its Platform/GoAnimate-esque animation.
* UncertainAudience: This is probably a major factor as to why the show got the shaft so quickly. It's too far removed from the source material to appeal to fans, while also having too much ContinuityLockout for new fans, and not doing enough to draw them in. The show couldn't find an audience before being unceremoniously canned.
