* {{Adorkable}}: Lobster Bisque, and Susan Weebers.
* BaseBreakingCharacter:
** The new addition to the cast. Less so Tori, who many agree another female cast member for Studio C was long overdue, but Aaron and Dalton, while not outright hated, are somewhat polarizing, with many comments on Website/YouTube pointing out that they aren't as funny as the senior cast members. Still many have pointed out that the potential is there for them to grow as comedians.
** Likewise, after how beloved the Original 10 had become, aside from Tori and Dalton, the Nine new cast members of Season 10+, that while no one dislikes them in general, will most likely be subject to this for a while.
* BrokenBase: The fact that the show went on without the original 10, and show runner Jared Shore. Some are glad Studio C is still around, others believe the show should have ended after an amazing run, and new show should have taken its place.
* CrossesTheLineTwice
** In "Lost Plane Crash," kneeling over the body of the "deceased" pilot, Matt says, "Well, [[NoPartyLikeADonnerParty at least now we have food]]. These peanuts... will make a great garnish."
** In "Top Soccer Shootout Ever with Scott Sterling," the ''first'' time Scott gets nailed in the face with the ball looks like an actual injury. The multiple hits that follow, however...
* FriendlyFandoms: Studio C is popular with fans of ''Franchise/{{Danganronpa}}'' of all things, with many animatics and sprite animations made of ''Danganronpa'' characters acting out the sketches. The "Poker Face" sketch is especially popular among this demographic.
* HarsherInHindsight: The Studio C 50th Anniversary sketch is now rather sad since the original cast left after season 9.
* SugarWiki/HeartwarmingMoments: [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PL5q8HOYVU0 "The Restaurant of Life"]] is both funny and oddly poignant, being a lovely metaphor for life and all its highs and lows.
** The part where Mallory gets her grandchildren is especially cute:
-->'''Mallory:''' Oh, these look spoiled...\
'''Waitress:''' You actually did that.\
'''Mallory:''' (''proudly'') [[DotingGrandparent That's right! Three more, please!]]
* HilariousInHindsight: In "The Piano Guys Behind Music/ThePianoGuys", one of the ideas is to float down the Amazon on a raft. In the music video for "The Jungle Book / Sarabande", there is a shot of the piano being played on a raft floating down a river.
** [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ofW4-xePKVA This video]] which humorously treats Mormon missionaries as if they were mafia underlings, predates the [=#MormonMafia=] hashtag by 3 years.
** The opening of "Never Before Seen Sound of Music Footage" has Darryl Zanuk attempting to make disparaging remarks about Walt Disney, when told Disney had done it first, now that Disney owns Fox and "The Sound of Music".
* IronWoobie: Scott Sterling ends every match in a piteous state, begging for it to stop... and yet survives every murder attempt on his face.
* MemeticBadass: Scott Sterling, dubbed as "The Man, The Myth, The Legend" by the LargeHamAnnouncer.
* MemeticMutation:
** The [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8F9jXYOH2c0 Top Soccer Shootout Ever With Scott Sterling]] sketch, by far their most viewed video to date.
*** The [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oY2nVQNlUB8 volleyball version]] has been making the rounds as well, through editing causing people to ask if it's from an actual game.
** The [[https://youtu.be/9VH8lvZ-Z1g Crayon Song,]] with fans creating animations of characters from their fandom singing the song.
* MissingEpisode: Two sketches centering on an incompetent employee of a Cabo tourist attraction named Juan [[http://www.sltrib.com/home/4035705-155/scott-d-pierce-byutv-pulls-mexican were pulled from the YouTube channel]] due to concerns over [[EthnicScrappy racial insensitivity]], despite [[MexicansLoveSpeedyGonzales some Mexicans saying they loved it]]. The [[https://www.byutv.org/e3574426-7b73-4694-8fea-585927175c97/studio-c-juan-who-works-at-cabo two]] [[https://www.byutv.org/12d21a6c-9e3e-412f-ac1e-76d16f0868ce/studio-c-juan-who-works-at-cabo-2 sketches]] can still be viewed on the [=BYUtv=] web site.
* ShallowParody: The season 2 sketch "Real Life Indian in the Cupboard" has pretty much nothing to do with the books or the movie of the same name, aside from featuring an Indian (Native American) being summoned to a cupboard. The sketch depicts Matt turning the key and opening a cupboard, with tiny people simply appearing inside of it, rather than appearing in place of plastic figures that were placed into the cupboard.
* TheyChangedItNowItSucks: Season 8 was divisive, with many long-time fans upset about the decision to no longer do sketches in front of live audiences[[note]]Although, in an AMA on a fan-founded ''Studio C'' Subreddit, Stephen admitted that the cast misses the energy of the live tapings.[[/note]] (it has since been announced that live tapings will return for Season 9); most of the sketches are filmed off-site, with few sketches actually filmed inside a studio. This could also be a case of SeasonalRot, as the show's co-creator, showrunner, and primary director, Jared Shores, left the series after the seventh season to pursue other projects in media. Many people were angered by a sketch in which Natalie's character's father dies in a hospital, only for the staff to celebrate the fact that it was the one-millionth death to occur at said hospital.
** If that isn't enough, the ''Studio C Greatest Sketches'' DVD, released on November 28, 2018, contains sketches from the first seven seasons. The episodes are shot far enough in advance that they could've put some Season 8 sketches if they wanted to.
** Season 10, dear Lord would the new cast love to receive the same ratings, Website/YouTube views and love from the fans as season 1-7. After nearly three years, a video from the Season 10 cast finally hit a million views, [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6KLnlrqdeUc&t Middle-aged Dora the Explorer]].
* WinBackTheCrowd: Season 9 and the return of the live audience has gone over quite well.
** After somewhat middling reactions for Seasons 10 through 12, the announcement that Jason Gray would be returning to the cast for Season 13 stirred up some excitement in the fans.
