This is especially annoying when trying to take pictures of Magneton as there is a large gap in the center of the Pokemon which makes centering the Pokémon on the photo while still retaining the bonus rather tricky.

15	** Since Zubat are so fast and small, it's really difficult to take a picture of them, let alone a good one.
16	** Goldeen is one of the hardest Pokémon to get a good picture of due to how quick it jumps in-and-out of the water during the Valley course. Dratini is also loathed for similar reasons, especially because it's so slender and thus hard to center the shot.

Fast forward over a decade later, and everyone was talking about how ''Pokémon Snap 2'' for UsefulNotes/WiiU would be a perfect fit. A ''Snap''-like minigame was present in 2016's ''VideoGame/PokemonSunAndMoon'', and [[VideoGame/NewPokemonSnap a full-on new installment]] for the UsefulNotes/NintendoSwitch was announced in June 2020 and was released in April 2021.
