* BaseBreakingCharacter: Drakkon is either a badass awesome villain, or an overpowered boring InvincibleVillain ''despite'' the massive number of heroes he's up against.
* CompleteMonster: See [[Monster/PowerRangers here]].
* CrackPairing: Jason/Lauren is a couple nobody ever thought of before ''Shattered Grid'', but it's become incredibly popular since the story began.
* CrossoverShip: Issue #30 implies that Jason and Lauren have developed feelings for each other after spending so much of the crisis working together and gaining an appreciation of each others' abilities. Shattered Grid #1 confirms that the two mutually like each other, but because [[spoiler:undoing Drakkon’s damage will create a time paradox that erases everyone’s memories of everything after Tommy’s death, not only will they forget each other, but - barring any time travel shenanigans - they won’t meet each other until the [[Recap/PowerRangersSuperMegaforceS2EP20LegendaryBattle Legendary Battle]], roughly twenty years later in Jason’s life when he'd be around twice Lauren's age]] ([[AlternateContinuity assuming it will happen at all]]).
* EpilepticTrees: The finale has spawned a ''lot'' of them. The most common conception is [[spoiler:when the team resets the multiverse, they accidentally erased the BOOM! universe and created the TV universe instead.]]
* EvilIsCool: Lord Drakkon, an EvilOverlord and a HeroKiller ''par excellence'', whose [[HateSink utterly despicable nature]] doesn't keep him from being dangerous. As a bonus, his design and costume just look really cool, being a variation on Tommy Oliver's traditional outfits with plenty of evil trimmings.
* FanNickname: Due to the premise, some have taken to calling this ''[[ComicBook/CrisisOnInfiniteEarths Crisis of Infinite Rangers]]''.
* FridgeBrilliance: Why is there no big moment between the Mighty Morphin' & Zeo Rangers? [[spoiler:Whilst both teams have lost Tommy to Lord Drakkon, it would ''really'' suck for the MMPR teens to find out that Zeo!Tommy succeeded Jason as the leader of the Rangers & was still killed by Drakkon.]]
* HilariousInHindsight:
** During Jonathan Tzachor's time directing the ''Samurai'' and ''Megaforce'' eras, he proclaimed that all ''Power Rangers'' seasons existed in their own continuity, similar to how ''Super Sentai'' had done until ''Series/KaizokuSentaiGokaiger'', though fans dismissed this because of all the problems it brought. [[spoiler:The idea here is brought up again, but this time in a more serious tone due to the fact that, thanks to Drakkon's actions, the Morphing Grid literally broke all the teams apart into separate universes to minimize the damage.]]
** From the trailer: "So many Rangers... so much potential... squandered." This term could easily be described as a TakeThat to most of the Neo Saban era seasons of the TV series.
* ShockingMoments: How do you show how high the stakes are? [[spoiler:You only seemingly kill off the face of the franchise ''in the first issue!'']]
* TheyWastedAPerfectlyGoodPlot:
** Despite the entire premise revolving around different Rangers of different teams working with and encountering each other, the [[Film/PowerRangers2017 2017 movie team]] are completely absent for some reason.
** With Drakkon merging powers together and Orion present, Orion's power fusing ability isn't used despite it being a logical counter.
* UnexpectedCharacter
** The EarlyBirdCameo of the Series/PowerRangersBeastMorphers team. Who'd think they'd show up when their series was just announced before the story kicked off?
