2	** Seonga's reaction after she and Frost find and help save Pavlov, only to discover if he doesn't get adopted soon, he'll be put down anyway. Especially when you put into consideration Frost wondering why they saved him when he'll just die anyway. Is her desperation to save him because she wants to save him, or to prove Frost wrong?
3	** Seon's hatred of Frost. Is it really because she thinks he's [[spoiler: responsible for Seol's suicide,]] or is it because she feels [[spoiler: guilty over not being able to answer her phone and get to her in time?]]
4	* BaseBreakingCharacter:
5	** Moon. Is he an interesting, complex antagonist who may not be likable, but should be appreciated as a MagnificentBastard and well written character? Or is he only a ManipulativeBastard who doubles as a HateSink after he [[spoiler: is revealed to have been involved in many homeless people committing suicide, definitely influenced Jeonghyun into committing suicide after he had just started getting better, and for having Chun killed?]]
6	** Song. Some people find her reasons for hating Frost [[spoiler: (as in, her sister being his first patient, and after her suicide, hearing him call her an experiment)]] utterly justified, and some think that since ten years have passed, her feelings are blown out of proportion.
7	* BrokenBase: The fact that this went from a psychological mystery series into a near crime drama. People are still wondering whether the shift was a good thing or not.
8	* DiagnosedByTheAudience: What most of the client's problems begin as. This also applies to Frost; while we know that [[spoiler: his frontal lobe damage]] is a major part in his problems, we still don't know how it happened.
9	* EnsembleDarkhorse: After his introduction, try and find a top comment that doesn’t mention Pavlov in some way or another.
10	* GeniusBonus: Needless to say, if you’re a psychologist, or a psychology student, you will likely pick up on smaller clues than the general audience.
11	* IKnewIt: There were some fans who suspected that Moon [[spoiler: would become the main antagonist]] from his very first appearance. They were right.
12	* JerkassWoobie: Song. She's not a jerkass, per se, but while Frost isn't very likable as a person, she hates him on another level. [[spoiler: First, she grows up with a sister who has borderline personality disorder, who gets more attention from her parents than Seon. Then as they grow older, Seol begins to get more easily jealous whenever Seon gets close to a boy, and she steals away their attention too. And then when Seon is a student, her sister wants to get counseled by Frost, who is still a student himself. It doesn’t help that Seon has a crush on and also considers him a friend, and worried that Seol is only doing this to make her jealous. Then Seol makes another false suicide attempt, except this time, she can’t get ahold of Seon, and ends up dying. The final blow is when she overhears Frost talk about Seol and her suicide as little more than an experiment.]] In the end, she’s definitely allowed to hold a grudge.
13	* TearJerker: So, so many moments.
14	** "The Empty Man", the first episode, can be this, especially for readers who [[spoiler: had demanding parents like Mr. Oh, and who can relate to his feelings of emptiness.]]
15	** The reveals in "Tears of Princess Pyeong-Gang" [[spoiler: when it has the scene where Sihyun's step-mother, Ms. Kim, meets her for the first time and they immediately bond. Also, when they visit her father's lab, and Ms. Kim gets scarred on her face and loses an eye while trying to protect Sihyun, despite not being blood related.]]
16	** The entire arc when they get Pavlov.
17	** In "Happy Birthday, Dr. Frost", when [[spoiler: Chun is murdered.]]
