* {{Anvilicious}}: The start of a Season 1 episode has a discussion of the sexism between the DamselInDistress and DistressedDude tropes, succinctly summarizing why intentions and motives are much less important than just being mindful of what ends up on the screen.
* SugarWiki/AwesomeMusic: While [[spoiler: Lord Gaga]]'s third fight can be giant a ThatOneBoss moment to some, the music that plays during the fight, [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EHF7UpJUuTc Dancing to the Beating]] is both a fitting song for the boss and a fun beat to listen to on its own, easily being the most memorable song outside of the AnimeThemeSong.
* CompleteMonster: [[spoiler:[[BigBad Lord Gaga]] is an [[AliensAreBastards evil alien invader]]. At some point in the past, he attempted a takeover and permanently crippled Tammy's sister. Despite being defeated, he destroyed the benevolent alien Brain's body, reducing him to the BrainInAJar that you know as Cerebro. Returning in modern day, he tricks the crew into using their show to start his very real invasion, then tries to murder the lot of them when [[YouHaveOutlivedYourUsefulness they are no longer useful]]. Among other crimes, he has a monster kidnap and attempt to murder civilians, commits mass brainwashing, and experiments on innocent people to turn them into monsters, one of which the crew are forced to kill. He targets Tammy in particular purely out of spite, turning her into a monster and trying to force the crew to kill her. In the SixthRanger route, he attempts to sacrifice her to [[GreaterScopeVillain his master, Villain X]], in a cowardly attempt to save himself, while in the Driver Route, he murders her father in cold blood. In the latter route, he also holds all members of the squad but the Assault hostage, trying to force them to fight each other to the death for their freedom. Despite being a minion of Villain X, Lord Gaga [[PsychoForHire enjoys every moment of the horrible things]] he does.]]
* DifficultySpike: Season 4 is harder than previous seasons. Every mission contains a boss, and each mission generally forces you to juggle the boss while completing side objectives and killing enough minions to get your viewer count up. It isn't exactly ''brutal'', but players who had been able to generally max their viewer count in all missions previously may find that to be harder to achieve.
* GameBreaker: The Scout skill ''Biinon's Invisibility'' is both this and GoodBadBugs; it puts the Scout in stealth, heals 30% of their Health, and gives them +100% damage to their next attack... but with how it's worded, the stealth bonus and attack bonus only break when the Scout does a weaponless PHYSICAL attack. With enough Skill Regen to get Biinon's cooldown to 1 turn, you can stack up to -three- instances of +100% Damage at a time, which also calculates incorrectly with the Season 5 Scout skill that has 200% scaling, ''Shockwave''... two stacks of Biinon's can result in a Scout with a 5x3 attack skill that does 3000+ damage '''to all enemies it hits'''. Even Lightning Attack (a Free Action attack) benefits from the Biinon's damage miscalculation, meaning Scout becomes the de facto best damage dealer on the team. Add in Lead's Shout of Courage for another +30% Attack Bonus...
* MisBlamed: Many blame Saban for the change in the cover art from more Super Sentai-oriented gear to cheap {{Bucket Helmet}}s. Behold Studios has stated this was due to the story being about a fledgling sentai studio with very little money -- a lot of the early costumes are made out of cheap material, an early MonsterOfTheWeek is a cardboard box monster made out of a cardboard box, etc. Behold thought this was what the core of the game was about and changed the cover art, even though better costumes can be unlocked later. The misunderstanding comes from the change coinciding with Behold adding "inspired by Saban's Power Rangers" to the game's logo.
* HoYay: Gaga is...pretty friendly towards Lead, even if Lead is a guy. [[spoiler:When he reveals his true colors, he seems all too happy Lead's under his control. Lead themself calls him [[NoYay "master"]].]]
** Techie has a pretty obvious crush on the SixthRanger [[spoiler: Tammy]]. [[PurelyAestheticGender Even if Techie is a girl]].
* MoralEventHorizon: [[spoiler:Lord Gaga kidnapping, experimenting on, and brainwashing Tammy into fighting the heroes.]]
* OvershadowedByControversy: The game got more attention for having copyright issues than for its own merits.
* SpiritualSuccessor: Intentionally so, to Franchise/PowerRangers. [[spoiler:[[RealAfterAll Later plot revelations]] bring [[Series/HikoninSentaiAkibaranger a certain unofficial Sentai to mind]]...]]
* {{Woolseyism}}: The English and Portuguese versions of the game have very different texts; the English version has much more puns and memes while the Portuguese version uses more slang.
** The English version also has many glaring typos and mistakes. Those are intentional to give the feeling of BlindIdiotTranslation that old Sentai shows had.
** Taken to its maximum extreme when one of the bosses, Ironing Man, says in the Brazilian version: [[BreakingTheFourthWall "I was going to make a pun now but i don't think it works in Portuguese."]]
*** Taken up to eleven when in the Portuguese version, the last boss says [[VideoGame/XMen1992 "Welcome to die!"]] ''[[GratuitousEnglish in English]]'', then Techie complains to [[BreakingTheFourthWall the localization team that no one will get the joke]].
