5	Hunter Johnston (born December 19, 1980) is an American {{Professional Wrestl\|ing}}er, trainer and booker known to fans of the sport as '''Delirious.''' After being trained by Tracy Smothers and Kid Kash, Delirious debuted on July 19th 2001 at a Gateway Championship Wrestling show in Hillsboro, MO alongside Wrestling/MsChif, where he would defeat Billy [=McNeil=]. [=MsChif=] would join Delirious in the ring a month later at the [=DeSoto=] Wrestlefest, where they would defeat [[Wrestling/EvanBourne Matt Sydal]] and Christine in an inter gender tag team match and establish themselves as the first members of a group that would terrorize the rest of the GCW roster for years to come, Diabolic Khaos.

Delirious pulled out the Eye of Tyr and used it on them, turning them against Mantis.[[note]]The 2012 Season Premiere ''CHIKARA The Thirteenth Hat'' had begun with Mantis and Hallowicked finding Delirious, still in his [[Wrestling/DieBruderschaftDesKreuzes BDK]] gear, in a cave by some railroad tracks. Mantis told Delirious that the BDK was history (well, Tim Donst and Jakob Hammermeier were still hanging onto the name, though they would abandon it in June after GEKIDO surpassed them). Mantis used the Eye on Delirious and cast a spell, expecting that Delirious would join he and Hallowicked in the Spectral Envoy. Instead, Delirious grabbed the Eye, ran off, smashed it, and proclaimed in clear English, "I REMEMBER EVERYTHING!" He subsequently announced his intention to destroy Mantis in 2014 as retaliation for losing two years of his life to the Eye of Tyr, first due to Mantis in 2009 and then due to BDK leader Ares in 2010. At ''King of Trios 2014'', Jakob revealed that he had the Eye, never explaining how he got it, only alluding to a vague DealWithTheDevil.[[/note]] Hallowicked spoke Frightmare's name in clear English and they left together.

Better in the sense had more taped matches, worse in the sense that meant more people were seeing his losses, though it didn't really detract from Delirious's popularity. Eventually, Wrestling/JimCornette gave him a "win or be fired" ultimatum, which made Ricky Reyes his first ROH victory. After that, Delirious was allowed to win more ROH matches and became more of a jobber to the stars. Upon entry to the International Wrestling Cartel he was able to shed his jobber image almost completely.

Like most wrestling promos, his usually boil down to him saying he's going to defeat whoever his opponent is that night, he just doesn't take the shortest route to get there. Until he destroyed the Eye of Tyr at ''CHIKARA The Thirteenth Hat'' January 28, 2012, and shouted "I REMEMBER EVERYTHING!". He would speak intelligibly for the rest of his CHIKARA run, where he made clear that [[TheUnfettered he wasn't happy about what he went through]] while brainwashed by it.
139	** Even after the Eye of Tyr broke, Delirious's handwriting and typing remain unintelligible, even moreso than his speech used to be...though if one looks at it hard enough, one can usually get the general idea even of what his text is trying to tell you.
