->''"How do you get ''dressed'' by yourself?!"''
-->-- '''Josh to Drake'''

Most works by Creator/DanSchneider don't usually follow logic, and ''Series/DrakeAndJosh'' is no exception. Several situations could easily [[DarthWiki/WhatAnIdiot be avoided]] if they just used their common sense.
----
* "Pilot": Due to Drake blackmailing Josh about [[ItMakesSenseInContext Josh secretly being their school's advice columnist]] and a wacky misunderstanding, Josh gets threatened by the local bully Buck to a showdown; Drake was dating the bully's girl Tiffany, but when Buck stormed to their house he mistook ''Josh'' as the one going on the date. Josh tries to take rapid-fire martial arts lessons in time for the showdown but gets knocked down after one punch. Drake gets a JerkassRealization and feels awful about this since he used Josh's knowledge about a girl he liked and got Josh in trouble. \
'''You'd Expect''': Drake to be proactive in confessing to Buck that ''he'' was dating Tiffany to break the news gently and own up to his actions, and that he would give Josh some time to heal from his concussion after blackmailing him.\
'''Instead''': He tosses away Josh's alter ego dress and wig as Miss Nancy, to prove to Josh that he doesn't need the wig and dress. As in, he goes through Josh's things and tosses away his personal property.\
'''Predictably''': Josh threatens to use all the martial arts skills he used until Drake explains. Tiffany also blabs in TheStinger that she was dating Drake, which leads to Drake getting a beatdown in turn rather than confessing on his terms.
* "Dune Buggy": Josh accidentally breaks the TV (granted Drake was more to blame as he put the root beer on the TV to begin with) and tries to hide it from their mom after Drake convinces him to lie.\
'''You'd Expect:''' He would clean the soda off the TV and let Audrey just assume the TV broke on its own.\
'''Instead:''' He hides the remote and deliberately tries to keep Audrey from watching the TV.\
'''As A Result:''' Inevitably she [[MundaneSolution walks up to the TV to hit the power button]] and discovers it won't turn on and Josh's behavior result in her pegging Josh as the culprit.
* Megan isn't immune to these, as evidenced in "Believe Me, Brother" when she sabotages Drake's music video project for school.\
'''You'd Expect:''' Megan to leave no incriminating evidence in the video leading to her as the culprit.\
'''Instead:''' She films herself with a sign [[EvilGloating admitting that she ruined the video]] and puts it in near the end. Though they let her get away with it because the footage shows Drake's girlfriend Susan kissing an unwilling Josh, humiliating ''her'' in front of the entire class.
* "Alien Invasion": The boys had enough of Megan's pranks on them that they decided to get even with her by making her believe that there are aliens.\
'''You'd expect''': One of them should keep a close eye on her just in case she tries to make any backups on this.\
'''Instead''': They just prank her with all they got. Megan gets back at them by hiring someone to dress up as an alien.
* "The Bet" has this in spades.
** Both Drake and Josh got grounded because their respective addictions (to junk food and video games) made them forget to walk Megan home from a playdate on a rainy day, leading to Megan coming home soaked. When they fight about it, they challenge each other about going without their vices for a few days. Drake says they should make it official with a contract, and bet on who could survive longer.\
'''You'd Expect''': They would ask their parents to set the terms. Walter and Audrey are pretty reasonable and would be able to enforce the terms.\
'''Instead''' They go to ''Megan'' and have her draw up the contract.\
'''The Result''': It turns out that Megan changed some terminology in the written agreement. Rather than the loser of the bet being the brother that caves first if they cave ''at all'' then they lose and have to dye their hair pink, meaning that to win they'd have to give up junk food or video games forever. Not to mention that both Drake and Josh suffer some nervous breakdowns from the sheer withdrawal, and Megan is enjoying their agony.\
''' To Make Matters Worse''': Audrey and Walter also sign the same contract! It means that everyone in the family sans Megan has to dye their hair pink.
** Audrey and Walter agreed to humor the boys about this bet, feeling it's healthy for them to give up their vices. Drake and Josh, however, start manhandling each other when Drake's face breaks into rashes from the junk food withdrawal (don't question it), and a new gaming device comes for Josh courtesy of his Grammy.\
'''You'd Expect''': They would break up the boys and tell them it's not okay to get into a physical altercation.\
'''Instead''': They watch as Josh shows Drake a mirror and Drake reminds him of the game sphere.\
'''The Result''': Drake and Josh cause a huge mess when Josh turns their bedroom into a candy room, Drake brings the sphere, and they fight with each other after they both break. It lands them in a kiddie-wading pool filled with chocolate milk.
* "Mean Teacher":
** Starting in her debut episode, Mrs. Hayfer is shown to openly hate Drake for seemingly no reason, and later on pushes her boundaries by threatening to send Drake to summer school if he breaks up with her daughter.\
'''You'd Expect''': Josh, or any of the other students, to report her to the school principal, considering she's taking advantage of her job and inappropriately harassing a classmate.\
'''Instead''': No one says anything, with Josh even teasing Drake about it later on.\
''' As A Result''': While Drake was able to convince his girlfriend to break up with him, his teacher still got away with mistreating him.
** Meanwhile, Josh gets a new shirt from his grandmother that's been giving him endless good luck, including being immune to Megan's pranks. Naturally, she catches on to this and wonders what gives.\
'''You'd Expect''': Josh to be extremely careful with what he says and not mention his shirt, knowing how devious his sister can be.\
'''Instead''': He straight-up gloats about it.\
'''The Result''': Megan literally announces that she plans to get rid of it, and later on, tricks their mom into giving it away.\
'''You'd Then Expect''': Audrey to wait until Drake and Josh come home to confirm whether or not they truly don't want it anymore.\
'''Instead''': She falls for it, as usual, and donates it to Goodwill.\
''' As A Result''': Not only did the brothers lose their only tool to surviving Megan's pranks, but a post-credits scene shows the homeless guy who got it finding a winning lottery ticket.
* In "Driver’s License", after Drake promises to pay for the traffic ticket Josh received for accidentally running a stop sign, Josh tells him that he's really saving his butt. Megan then strolls into their room and asks Josh how Drake is saving his butt.\
'''You'd Expect''': Josh and/or Drake to sternly tell her that it's none of her business, ask what she's doing in their room in the first place, and tell her to get out.\
'''Instead''': [[LameRhymeDodge Josh awkwardly claims that he didn't say that Drake was "]]''[[LameRhymeDodge saving]]'' [[LameRhymeDodge his butt", but rather, "]]''[[LameRhymeDodge shaving]]'' [[LameRhymeDodge his butt"]], and Drake, meanwhile, says nothing.\
'''The Result''': Megan obviously doesn't buy it (but ''does'' agree that Josh's butt is in dire need of a shave), and vows to find out what horrible thing Josh has done (which, thankfully, she never does).
* "The Gary Grill":
** Drake and Josh are tricked by two burglars into selling some stolen Gary Coleman grills. It doesn't take long for the FBI to catch onto this and take them in for questioning.\
'''You'd Expect''': The two agents to check for more details about the thieves, as well as ask the brothers for any alibis.\
'''Instead''': They only went by the clue of them being two "clean-cut Caucasian males", and actually thought that two teenagers were the culprits.\
'''The Result''': They arrested them, and if it hadn't been for Megan's help, the boys would've spent years in prison. It also doesn't help that they wasted part of the interrogation asking stupid irrelevant questions about the product itself, in a very mean and aggressive manner.
* "Peruvian Puff Pepper":
** The titular duo and Megan are taking part in a salsa contest, it soon turns out that Megan is apparently using a Peruvian Puff Pepper for the contest.\
'''You'd expect''': In the case that Megan might be using it for a bigger plan, and especially after the part where they find out the Peruvian Puff Pepper is only available in "South Amarika", that Drake and Josh would throw it away or sell it to somebody else taking part in the contest.\
'''Instead''': They decide to use it in their salsa, and when it's revealed that the Peruvian Puff Pepper causes kidney failure and/or chapped lips, they are disqualified.\
'''Thus''': [[TheBadGuyWins Megan wins once more.]] The boys confront her, thinking that she was behind all this, but [[NotMeThisTime she explains that despite what they think, she's not smart enough to enact a plan that complex.]]
** Also from the same episode: Drake and Josh finally have proof that Megan has been either hoarding or stealing money from her parents to make her room extravagant with hidden computers and terminals and flat screens.\
'''You'd Expect''': Them to take a picture or three of the room so they have proof.\
''' Or:''' One of the boys to stay in the room while the other leaves to alert the parents.\
'''Instead''': They both leave and tell their parents immediately and Megan switches the room to make them look like liars ruining her room.
* "Drake & Josh Go Hollywood":
** Drake and Josh are kidnapped and held in a private room. Josh pulls out his phone.\
'''You'd Expect:''' Josh to keep quiet, wait, and then use his phone to call the police to save himself and Drake.\
''' Instead:''' He doesn't hide his phone, and one of the bad guys walks into the room that Drake and Josh are in, takes his phone, and walks out. [[SarcasmMode Way to go there, Josh.]]
** Earlier in the same movie, Josh accidentally switches his G-O (basically an [=MP3=] or [=iPod=]) on the plane with the one owned by the bad guys. The bad guys can track him down at the hotel.\
'''You'd Expect:''' The bad guys to calmly approach Drake and Josh and play it cool, just tell them there was a mix-up and switch back. After all, Drake and Josh don't know their plan yet, and maybe they can make up a lie about the strange money contents.\
''' Instead:''' They immediately start acting aggressively toward the boys and threateningly demand the G-O back. This makes Josh even more suspicious that the guys are up to something illegal. And one of the bad guys accidentally leaves his wallet behind, which clues Megan into what's going on and leads to her enacting their undoing.
* "Helen's Surgery": In a NoFourthWall moment, Drake can't tell a story so he called in Josh, who refuses to tell him his story because he might steal it. Therefore, he tells him that he needs an idea so the latter ended up telling his story. Then, the former puts down the phone, obviously, he's going to steal his story.\
'''You'd Expect''': That Drake should turn off his phone after the call. Even if he attempts to use Josh's story, it can't be traced back to him.\
'''Instead''': He ended up leaving his phone on while Josh can hear what he is planning. Drake ended up being tackled by Josh as a result.
* "Two Idiots and a Baby": Drake and Josh [[BabysittingEpisode have to look after Josh's Dad's Boss' infant son]]. At one point, they, along with Megan, [[TheDiaperChange must change his diaper]]. They are about to put a clean diaper on him, when [[TinkleInTheEye he pees all over their faces]].\
'''You'd Expect:''' They would find some paper towels and use them to wipe their faces with.\
''' Instead:''' They wipe their faces with the baby's diapers.\
''' As A Result:''' They have no clean diapers to put on the baby. They eventually resort to using the kitchen curtains as a diaper. It's also implied that the baby used them at the end of the episode when Audrey asks Drake and Josh why her kitchen curtains smell like pee.
* "Smart Girl": Drake is on a game show with a smart girlfriend of his, Craig and Eric. They are one point away from winning, and Josh is trying to give one last answer to Drake, but there is interference from Mega Burger which is keeping Drake from hearing Josh's response. But at the same time, you can clearly hear the intercom in the room that Drake and the contestants, as well as the game show host, are in.\
'''You'd expect:''' That after this happens ''twice'', the host or someone else would get suspicious and ask to see if Drake has anything on him that would be transmitting information to him to see if he's cheating.\
''' Instead:''' Drake's team can remain in the competition. Drake gives the host $20 to stall for a time-out.\
'''However:''' It's a Dan Schneider show, and [[AdultsAreUseless it's expected that adults are not meant to be smart]], but still...\
''' You would also expect:''' That Drake would catch on that there is radio interference happening. He should at least recognize that that isn't his brother's voice he's hearing in his transmitter.\
''' Instead:''' He (albeit hesitantly) repeats back what he hears from the Mega Burger drive-thru signal twice. He then calls a time-out to go blame Josh for feeding him the wrong answers. [[ScrewThisImOuttaHere This leads him to walk out on Drake in frustration.]] Luckily for Drake, he knows the answer to the final question without Josh feeding it to him.
* "I Love Sushi": Drake and Josh find two people at the movie theater who are supposedly producers from a reality TV series called ''Pump My Room'' holding a contest for a room makeover with suspiciously easy rules which include shooting a video showing the producers the room you want redone and why you feel you deserve it. The boys decide to get the makeover for their parents' fifth anniversary to compensate for their half-assed gifts in the past and they end up winning. The producers then tell them to make sure their whole family is out of the house between 11 AM and 5 PM, a good six hours, while they redo the room.\
'''You'd Expect:''' The boys to know better than to give complete strangers access to their house while nobody is home and to refuse, or better yet, mention it to their parents or the police.\
''' At Any Rate:''' You'd think they'd smell something fishy about a reality TV show they've never even heard of and try to look it up online.\
'''Instead:''' [[TooDumbToLive With no questions or suspicions whatsoever, they just comply with the producers' unusual requests.]]\
'''[[SarcasmMode Big Shocker]]:''' When they return home after driving all over town, the boys and their parents find not a made-over living room but a completely bare one. The police even [[LampshadeHanging call the boys idiots]] after hearing of the situation.\
'''Earlier:''' Drake and Josh hear the doorbell ring and are approached by a boy offering them free nachos.\
'''You'd Expect:''' The boys to question why someone would give them nachos they didn't even order.\
''' Instead:''' While Josh tries to point out that they didn't order nachos, Drake takes them willingly. The nacho cheese turns out to be glue as a prank by Megan and her accomplice, Tyler. The boys' mouths are glued together, and they're unable to maintain a proper conversation when trying to talk on the phone.
* "The Demonator": Drake, Josh, and Megan are trying to ride the titular roller coaster and get back home before their parents do so they'll never know they rode it. They were already forced to the back of the line once when [[PottyEmergency Josh had to go to the bathroom]]. When they get close to the front of the line again, behind them are a mother and her [[BrattyHalfPint bratty young son]], and a guy in a costume of the park's mascot, Milford Mouse. The boy yanks off Milford's tail.\
'''You'd Expect:''' Josh to avoid getting involved. That way, [[LaserGuidedKarma the boy would get punished]] and he, Drake, and Megan would still get to ride the Demonator.\
''' Instead:''' Josh takes the tail away from the boy and tells him not to yank it off of Milford.\
'''The Result''': The guy in the Milford costume thinks Josh ripped off his tail and attacks him. Drake tries to break them up, and park security forces them to the back of the line again, while the boy [[KarmaHoudini gets off scot-free]].\
'''[[FromBadToWorse But Wait! There's More!]]:''' When she's asked by park security, Megan lies and denies being related to Drake and Josh.\
''' Thus:''' She gets to ride the Demonator without her brothers.
* "My Dinner With Bobo": Dr. Favisham has locked the boys in his closet to keep them from saving Bobo. He asks to see their cell phones to prove that it has Bluetooth.\
'''You'd expect''': That Josh would see through this, keep his phone away and try to get him and Drake out of there while Favisham was distracted.\
'''Instead''': When Favisham opens the door, he holds his phone out, and Favisham takes it then proceeds to lock the door again. Seriously, you can ''immediately'' tell that things are going to go bad right when he opens the door. Drake even [[LampshadeHanging lampshades]] this by saying, [[SarcasmMode "Yeah, nice going, BLUETOOTH!"]]
* In the post-finale "Merry Christmas Drake & Josh" after Josh first gets arrested he calls Drake and tells him to withdraw $3,000 from his bank account and call a lawyer. We see that the lawyer has requested Drake pay him in advance on the street corner.\
''' You'd expect:''' Drake would think something is suspicious and refuse to pay the lawyer ahead of time.\
''' Instead:''' Drake pays the lawyer ahead of time. Asking why he must, the lawyer bolts away with the money.\
''' To Make Things Worse:''' The guy's license plate read "FKELWYR" or "Fake Lawyer".
* "The Affair": Walter is in talks with a woman from ''Good Morning Today'', which is said to be a highly respected news anchor, about earning a job as a weatherman. While this could be a huge step up in his career, Walter is reluctant about getting his family's hopes up about the offer.\
'''You'd Expect''': Walter to tell his family the news, but also tell them to not be disappointed if he doesn't land the job, thereby being honest and keeping things from spiraling out of control.\
''' Or''': Him to tell his family that he has a possible surprise for them so that he can break the news to them more easily if it doesn't come to fruition.\
'''Instead''': He not only withholds the information from his family at all times but makes up BlatantLies as cover stories.\
'''The Result''': PoorCommunicationKills. Drake and Josh grow increasingly suspicious about Walter's obviously secretive behavior, eventually concluding that their dad is cheating on their mom with the newswoman. This leads to them confronting the woman at a very important dinner for Walter, and shoving various foods in her face as punishment. Disgusted and humiliated, the woman scolds Walter for his family's behavior and refuses to give him the job, robbing Walter of his opportunity for good.
* "The Treehouse": Drake and Josh screw the last wall to the rest of the treehouse. The problem is, Drake forgot to saw a hole in one of the sides for the door and now they're trapped inside. Soon Megan shows up and they ask her to hand them the saw through the window.\
'''You'd Expect''': That knowing Megan, Josh would tell her that they need it to fix a few things from within the treehouse.\
'''Instead''': Josh immediately tells her that they got stuck inside and need the saw to get out and of course, she leaves them trapped inside.
** And on top of that, the power drill, which Josh used to screw in the last wall, ''was still in the treehouse'' with the boys the whole time, and was plugged in.\
'''You'd Expect''': Josh to immediately use the power drill to unscrew the wall and bring it down again so Drake can cut out the doorhole, and then screw it back in.\
'''Instead''': Josh calls for Megan to help him and Drake since they're trapped, which leads to her leaving them there.\
'''But wait, there's more!''': After Megan leaves, Drake and Josh waste time calling for Megan to come back instead of using the drill. By the time Josh remembers about the drill and is ready to unscrew the wall, Megan comes back and unplugs the drill. Leaving Drake and Josh trapped in a treehouse is certainly one of Megan's worst moments, but not using the drill immediately is also one of the boys' dumbest moments, and everything that happened to them in that treehouse, they brought on themselves.
** Earlier in the episode, Megan tries to help Drake & Josh put the fuel pod in their model rocket from the bottom, but she can't do it that way because they put the restrictor plate on first; she points out they were supposed to put that plate on ''after'' putting the pod in.\
'''You'd Expect''': That they would rethink their strategy and take out the restrictor plate to make room for the fuel pod. Drake even suggests dropping the pod in from the top by taking off the nose cone.\
'''Instead''': Josh, being the one who suggested putting the plate in first, arrogantly forcibly jams the pod into the rocket from the bottom and goes with Drake to find a hammer to fully tap it in. But with the imbalanced order of the components, the rocket lands on its side and immediately flies out the window when the boys aren't looking, destroying the treehouse; causing the three of them to get punished by forcing them to rebuild it. Drake even calls out Josh on his actions.
* "Josh is Done": Drake accidentally causes Josh to miss an important chemistry test because he was impressing a girl by driving her to school, leaving Josh stranded and kicked out of class. This is the last straw for Josh; after he tries to charge at Drake in school, he walks away, starts studying for his makeup, and says that he and Drake are done being brothers or friends because Drake can't be trusted. Drake, being Drake, tries to apologize with a toy he stole from the neighbor's kid. Josh calmly walks away without accepting the gift, and the neighbor's kid comes to get it and kicks Drake's leg. Megan, in a rare PetTheDog moment, warns Drake that he really messed up if Josh is ''this'' [[OOCIsSeriousBusiness calm]] when talking about estrangement.\
'''You'd Expect''': After a few days of Josh cutting him out of his life that Drake would make a genuine apology and effort to get back into Josh's good graces.\
'''Instead''': Even when Josh doesn't fill up the car with gas and calls security on him for attempting to watch a movie without buying a ticket, Drake keeps insisting that Josh is just mad at him and will get over it.\
'''The Result''': A few weeks pass. When Josh refuses to be his chemistry partner -- and this is after Josh aced his makeup test and doesn't get a docked grade as their teacher warned -- Drake has to take a chemical bath in class and suffers a breakdown. Josh finally forgives him when Drake apologizes and suffers a HeelRealization on how Josh is better than he is at handling life. But this could have been avoided if Drake had made a sincere apology in the first place and changed his behavior.
* "Battle of Panthatar": Drake and Josh are invited to the birthday party of rich teen Thorton Locke, which will be broadcasted on MTV and have the cast of [[Franchise/StarWars "Galaxy Wars"]] reenacting a scene from the movie. But when Drake puts the moves on a hot chick at The Premiere, who unbeknownst to him is Thornton's girlfriend and Thornton happens to see this, their invitations are revoked. Since Thornton is a huge Beatles fan, Josh is certain that offering Drake's newly acquired Beatles album that's autographed by all four members will make Thornton reconsider for sure. Drake isn't psyched about this but ultimately decides it's worth it to attend the party. Thornton accepts the gift, but still denies the boys entrance to the party.\
'''You'd Expect:''' Drake and Josh to simply tell Thornton that he can't have the album unless he lets them in.\
''' Instead:''' The boys knock out two of the actors from the Galaxy Wars (who are [[CaptainErsatz knockoffs]] of the clones from ''Franchise/StarWars'' and steal their suits to get into the party and try and find the album, only to realize that [[DidntThinkThisThrough they have no idea where Thornton put the album and they're expected to take part of the "Galaxy Wars" reenactment soon.]]
* "Helicopter": Drake and Josh are offered a ride in a helicopter, but a chain of events leads to their pilot getting knocked unconscious. Luckily, Drake and Josh can get him to come around.\
'''You'd Expect''': Drake and Josh to help the pilot to his seat, and probably tell him to bring them back to land to avoid any other disasters.\
'''Instead''': After the pilot asks what he hit his head on, Josh, rather than simply telling him, grabs the fire extinguisher that was the cause of it and pulls the hose out, accidentally spraying the pilot and sending him tumbling out of the helicopter with the only parachute.\
'''The Result''': Drake and Josh are back to where they were when the pilot was knocked out, forcing them to find a way back to safety on their own, and eventually resulting in their family having to pay the pilot a fortune for his lost helicopter. What's more, if the pilot didn't have the parachute to help him land safely, Josh would have just committed ''manslaughter''.
* "Megan's First Kiss":
** Drake and Josh learn that Megan's new boyfriend after Drake bribed him to take back Megan, is cheating on her. While Drake wants to go pound him and tell Megan, Josh tells him they need proof first to avoid CryingWolf. They find the other girl Monica and tell her about it, including that Megan is on a date with the boy.\
'''You'd Expect''': They would wait until the movie is over before introducing Megan to Monica. So Megan wasted her first kiss on a cheater? She'll have other kisses in life.\
'''Instead''': As the two are about to make out, Josh uses his theater job to turn on the lights and stop the movie.\
'''Predictably''': This results in the whole theater staring daggers at them, with two patrons walking out in a huff, and Megan threatens to drown her brothers. It's not until they produce Monica that she goes OhCrap and believes them.
** Following this, Megan apologizes to the boys for not believing them. She asks them to take her home.\
'''You'd Expect''': They would do that.\
'''Instead''': They try to beat up the kid for cheating on their little sister.\
'''The Result''': It turns out the boy knows kung fu and puts Drake and Josh in casts. Though Megan makes sure they are comfortable and says she loves them.
* "Megan's New Teacher": Josh is accepted into the "Tomorrow's Teachers Today" program where high schoolers teach students below their own grade level. He is assigned to teach Megan's science class, a class full of 5th graders.\
'''You'd Expect''': Josh would assign materials appropriate for his students' grade level.\
'''Instead''': He grossly overestimates his students and assigns these ''5th graders'' college-level material beyond their understanding, his reasoning being that he believes that children are smarter than they let on.\
'''The Result''': Nobody in the class finishes their homework because they can't understand it.\
'''You'd Then Expect''': For Josh to relent and assign his students actual 5th grade learning material. Because if your entire class isn't learning, you are doing something seriously wrong.\
'''Instead''': Josh, [[NeverMyFault believing that his students are just being lazy]], doubles down on his flawed approach to teaching and assigns the class a pop quiz, knowing well that everyone would fail it. This is despite one student telling Josh that even her parents couldn't figure out the material.\
'''The Result''': Megan's entire class hates her now for being related to Josh, and Drake's substitute drummer (who is in Megan's class) is forced by his parents to leave the band for failing his pop quiz. Drake and Megan are ''pissed'', and rig Josh's next class to backfire on him in front of Megan's regular teacher during an evaluation. The next day, [[HumiliationConga Josh humiliates himself in front of her]] [[LaserGuidedKarma and is promptly fired.]]
* "Sheep Thrills": Drake and Josh find out that Megan bought herself a sheep and makes a deal with them to take care of it, hide it, and in return, she won't pull any pranks on them for three months.\
'''You'd Expect''': Them to not fall for this, knowing that she has a history of not keeping her word at all about her actions, like when she attacked them with her paintball boombox earlier.\
''' Instead''': They immediately agree and keep it in their room.\
''' As A Result''': Not only does the sheep give birth, but it also escapes and wanders around the house, making it even more difficult to hide it from their parents.\
'''Predictably''': Audrey and Walter find out about the sheep eventually.
** Following this, Drake and Josh once again try to convince them that it was all Megan's fault, but they once again don't believe them.\
'''You'd Expect''': Josh to go into Megan's room, grab her laptop, and pull up her browsing history, that way he can find the website where she bought the sheep and show the proof to their parents.\
'''Instead''': When their little sister walks into the room, they demand her to tell them the truth, believing that she'd keep her word.\
'''Predictably''': She pulls out her old "innocent little girl" act and pretends that she didn't know about it.\
''' It Gets Worse''': Drake and Josh are both grounded for a month and Megan once again gets away with another one of her schemes.
* "The Wedding": Drake and Josh are tasked to bring the cake to their Aunt Catherine's wedding, and Audery leaves the keys to the SUV so they have a car. Before they leave, Craig and Eric stop by to borrow Josh's laptop.\
'''You'd Expect''': Them to wait until Josh comes downstairs since it shouldn't be that long.\
''' Alternatively, You'd Expect''': Drake to pull out Josh's laptop and hand it to Eric.\
'''Instead''': He just gives Eric the whole bag, which also had the keys and Josh's cell phone, even though he should've had the latter in his pocket.\
'''The Result''': They don't have a car at first. Luckily, Drake remembers that his friend Trevor has a spare car and they call him to borrow it. Unfortunately, the car is ancient and breaks down on the way to the wedding and they're stranded.
** At some point, both brothers have to pee.\
'''You'd Expect''': Them to take turns: one goes pee while the other stays by the car in case someone else passes by.\
'''Instead''': They both go at the same time.\
'''The Result''': A police car pulls up, leaves a ticket, then drives off. By the time they get back, it's too late.
** A little while later, a tow truck shows up. While the driver makes terrible jokes at first, he is still willing to help them out, smashing the window so they can get the car registration and they can make it to the wedding. While waiting, Drake finds out that the driver is the Leslie of "Leslie's Towing Company".\
'''You'd Expect''': Drake to simply say "Ah" or "cool", or better yet, ''nothing at all'' about that.\
'''Instead''': He starts laughing, and when asked, he points out that Leslie's a girl's name.\
'''You'd Then Expect''': Josh to apologize and explain that Drake just doesn't know any better.\
'''Instead''': Being a suck-up as usual, he [[BlatantLies claims they don't think that at all]].\
'''The Result''': Drake keeps insisting that it's true. [[DumbassHasAPoint He's actually half-right:]] "Leslie" is a unisex name, but still he should've kept it to himself.\
''' So Now You'd Expect''': Leslie to simply shrug it off. Given that he's been in the towing business for 26 years, he's bound to have experienced that a few times before.\
'''Instead''': He flat-out abandons them, while telling them to [[KickTheDog "rot in a sack"]]. Seriously, how has he not lost his job already if he's ''that'' sensitive about his name?\
'''The Result''': While the boys do manage to get the engine running again, it immediately catches fire which spreads to the rest of the car. This forces them to walk to the wedding empty-handed.
* "The Theater Thug": Ohh, where to ''begin'' with this episode?! After Drake and Josh appear on FBI's Most Wanted, people all over San Diego keep mistaking Josh for the Theater Thug and have been beating him up everywhere he goes, even though he keeps telling people he's not him. Even when he tries wearing a disguise, it still happens.\
'''You'd Expect''': At least the police to know he's not the guy and arrest those who keep assaulting him.\
'''Instead''': Even ''they'' think he's the Theater Thug and keep arresting him.\
''' Alternatively, You'd Expect''': The people from the TV show to go on the news and remind people that Josh is not the Theater Thug, it was just a reenactment, as well as the warning they gave the viewers about what to do when they see the real criminal.\
'''Instead''': They do nothing and Josh just keeps getting tortured, with Drake being no help at all.
** Later on, the ''real'' Theater Thug shows up and tries robbing the Premiere. Luckily, Drake and Josh manage to stop him long enough until the police show up.\
'''You'd Expect''': The officers to ''finally'' realize who the real criminal is, and apprehend him accordingly.\
'''Instead''': [[TooDumbToLive They once again mistake Josh as the criminal and arrest him instead.]]\
'''[[FromBadToWorse But Wait, There's More!]]''': Not only does the real Theater Thug manage to get away, but on a more meta level, this becomes known as one of the most hated episodes in the entire series.
