''Bratz'' is an AllCGICartoon that aired from September 2005 to October 2006 based on the hit ''Franchise/{{Bratz}}'' toyline. The cartoon was later revived again in 2008, with season 2 airing in February of that year. In total, the cartoon had 40 episodes.

The cartoon stars four teenage girls - Sasha, Yasmin, Cloe, and Jade - as they run a fashion magazine. Their magazine, ''Bratz'', began after Jade was fired from an internship from ''Your Thing''. Jade's former boss, Burdine Maxwell, hates the girl's success and, along with her interns Kirstee and Kaycee, will do anything to stop the girls.

The 2000s ''Bratz'' series is unrelated to the future cartoons ''Bratzillaz'' and ''Bratz: C.I.Y. Shoppe Webseries'' as well as the direct-to-video films.
----
!!''Bratz'' contains examples of:
* AdvertisedExtra: The marketing for ''Rock Angelz'' prominently features Roxxi alongside the four main girls as the titular band. The film itself is actually mostly about the girls trying to run their own style magazine; they don't think of forming a band until near the end (as part of a plan to get into a concert after the Tweevils steal their tickets), and they don't meet Roxxi until shortly afterwards.
* AffectionateNickname:
** Cloe = Angel
** Jade = Kool Kat
** Sasha = Bunny Boo
** Yasmin = Pretty Princess
* AllJustADream: "Jade's Dream".
* BadBoss: Burdine.
* BadBadActing: In "The Cloe Life", when the girls try to get back at Portia.
* BigBad: Burdine Maxwell.
* BillBillJunkBill: Burdine is known to do this whenever she gets mail.
-->'''Burdine:''' Junk, junk, junk! More junk! Mother of pink, don't you know junk mail when you see it?
* ButtMonkey:
** Dylan.
** The same applies to the Tweevils, but Kaycee is the biggest, always getting bonked on her broken nose.
* CasanovaWannabe: Dylan.
* CastingGag: It's ''probably'' not a coincidence that Kaycee is voiced by Creator/KellySheridan, {{Toys/Barbie}}'s longest-running voice actor.
* {{Catchphrase}}: Among the Bratz gang: [[SpeakInUnison "Not cool!"]]
* CrankyLandlord: One appears over the phone in "Bye Bye Burdine".
-->'''Kirstee:''' ''(picks up and scoffs)'' She isn't here...
-->'''Building Manager:''' Then ya better ''find her!'' This is the Building Manager! Tell Burdine her rent's overdue! You got a week to pay up, or you're out on the ''street!'' ''(hangs up)''
-->'''Kaycee:''' Rude dude! What does he want us to do? Write the magazine ourselves?
* DigitalDestruction: A majority of the post-lawsuit videos from the CGI films and episodes have this treatment. The footage is rendered in PAL instead of the normal NSTC from past videos, and the audio is pitch shifted up, making the characters sound much younger than normally. The only videos that didn't get affected are ''Pampered Petz'' and ''Bratz Babyz Save Christmas''.
* DisguisedInDrag: Dylan pulls this off in one episode for a dance competition as "Delilah".
* DoesThisRemindYouOfAnything: The Fashion Pixiez movie contains a scene that looks surprisingly like a rave party, with everybody attending high on [[GRatedDrug 'evil pixie magic']].
* DramaQueen: Cloe.
* DumbBlonde: The Tweevils.
* FlowerPotDrop: In "To Catch A Thief", this happens to Kaycee when she trips while carrying a tall flowerpot.
* {{Foreshadowing}}: In ''Fashion Pixiez'', Breeana and Cymbeline's dad calls them "Princesses" as an AffectionateNickname. Later in the movie, he's revealed to be the King of the Pixies, making Breeana and Cymbeline actual princesses.
* GirlyBruiser: In the episode "It's Not About Me Week", Yasmin actually drops a bully with one punch.
* HardWorkMontage: Occurs in "Bye Bye Burdine", as Kirstee and Kaycee write fraudulent ''Your Thing'' articles.
* IfYouDieICallYourStuff:
** In "To Catch A Thief", Dylan proclaims to the Bratz girls that he will call first dibs on their [=CD=]s if they don't come back alive. He gets a "Goodbye, Dylan!" in response.
** Also, played with in "Sasha's Big Interview", when Cloe says who gets all of her stuff when she dies. Of course, this was brought about by a 99-degree fever.
* INeverSaidItWasPoison: In "Not So Hot For Teacher", the Tweevils frame the Bratz girls by putting up an embarrassing picture of Burdine all over school. When Kirstee and Kaycee pretend to call out the Bratz for doing such a thing the next morning, Burdine questions the twins of when they saw the pictures, revealing that she took them all down last night and that the woman in the picture is not even her. Runaways ensue.
* LimitedWardrobe: Burdine and the Tweevils.
* MistakenForMurderer: The Bratz and the Tweevils thought Burdine killed her former intern (a girl named Heather Stone) and tried to get rid of her bones in "Skeletons in the Closet." It later turns out that the "bones" were just dog treats and that Heather's just fine--she simply quit without telling Burdine.
* NiceGirl: All four of the girls, especially Cloe and Yasmin; they don't call the former "Angel" for nothing.
* NoCelebritiesWereHarmed: London Milton in "Kidnapped" is obviously a parody of Creator/ParisHilton.
* OnlySixFaces:
** The animators were really lazy with the direct-to-DVD movies and cartoon leading us to see the same person dancing in seven different locations in the same club. Also, Cameron and Dylan show up in the strangest locations in ''Forever Diamondz''.
** Sometimes the animators would change the characters' clothing, hair, and sometimes skin color to fill in the background.
* PinkMeansFeminine: Ms. Burdine and the Tweevils.
* PrecisionFStrike: In "Jade's Dream", after nearly getting themselves crashed, Burdine furiously calls Kirstee a "technotard", a variant on the R-slur (itself already a major no-no word in childrens' programming, even in 2006).
* RunningGag:
** "Goodbye, Dylan!"
** Kaycee and [[OwMyBodyPart "Ow, my nose!"]]
** "Do you know who I am? I am Burdine Maxwell: the founder, president, and editor-in-chief of Your Thing Magazine, and the reigning Queen of Fashion!".
* RushedInvertedReading: When following Burdine in "To Catch A Thief", Kaycee holds a magazine upside-down.
* SingleMindedTwins: Kirstee and Kaycee.
* TemporaryBulkChange: In "Jade's Dream", eating as much as a single cheeseburger causes Burdine to instantly gain a massive amount of weight as she's eating it... then [[PopGoesTheHuman explode like a glitter filled balloon.]]
* ThemeTwinNaming: The series features twins named Kirstee and Kaycee.
* ValleyGirl: The Tweevils. Sometimes Cloe.
* VomitDiscretionShot: Kirstee and Kaycee throw up into barf bags numerous times from airsickness in ''Rock Angelz''.
