''Famicom Dojo'' is a webseries by That's Orange, LLC in association with 4 Color Rebellion and POWET.TV. The show is hosted by Sean "[=TheOrange=]" Corse from POWET.TV and Kevin "Vinnk" Tambornino from 4 Color Rebellion.

The show educates viewers on classic gaming, the history of Nintendo, the evolution of gaming, technical stuff such as battery backup in the NES and Famicom, and more.

There are couple of subseries:

* ''Famicom Denshimail''[[note]]formerly a segment called ''The Dojo Mailbag''[[/note]]: Viewers ask questions about classic gaming and Sean and Vinnk answer them. This series has mostly moved to the podcast.
* ''Train Your Game [[note]]formerly Training Exercises''[[/note]]: They talk about things that don't have enough material to warrant their own episodes.
* ''Stuff Vinnk Sent Me'': Sean unboxes items that Vinnk has sent him from Japan and hints of future videos. Sometimes has ''Stuff Sean Sent Me'' where Vinnk unboxes items from America.
* ''Future Retro'': They talk about games that will be remembered and become classics.
* ''Pile of Shame'': Starting to go though their back catalog of games that have been sitting on the shelf for a long time.
* ''Dojo Snacks'': Small bits where Vinnk reviews weird items he finds in Japan, along with food.
* ''On the Go'': Exploring Japan and showing viewers what can be found in Japan. Such as Gashpon machines or Arcades.

There is also a [[https://itunes.apple.com/podcast/famicom-dojo-video-game-podcast/id282442598 podcast on iTunes.]]

!!''Famicom Dojo'' contains examples of:
* AffectionateParody: ''The Angry PC Engine Nerd'' to ''WebVideo/TheAngryVideoGameNerd''.
* AnimateInanimateObject: There are two talking Japanese-speaking Famicoms (one labelled "Famicom Family" and the other "Family Computer"), a talking NES, and (in season 2) a talking NES 2. In a similar vein, the [=SG-1000=] line, the UsefulNotes/SegaMasterSystem, and the three Sharp Twin Famicoms.
* AscendedExtra: Sara, Vinnk's Daughter, was originally in the background in some videos. In the Podcast, Vinnk said that she wanted to make her own videos so he made "Sara Plays" as an experiment. It went over very well with the community and she has her own mini series called Sara Plays or does random videos with her father about items in Japan.
* BaitAndSwitch: In Retro 3D Special episode, Vinnk notes how upset Sean is and decides to send him something to make him feel better. He goes off camera.... and puts his daughter in a shipping box to send to Sean. However, Vinnk comes to his senses.... and says how she has no food so he gives her some cookies but again thinks about how stupid it is to mail a child to America.... because she will get bored so he hands her a Gameboy. Vinnk then notes that what he is doing is crazy... because he already sent Sean a kid last month and decides to send him the Famicom 3D Glasses.
** Later in the episode, Sean says that because of the Nintendo 3DS Launch, he will explore Nintendo's earlier 3D technology and Phil Bond holds up the Virtual Boy and Sean says.... the Famicom 3D Glasses.

* CrossOver:
** Creator/JewWario makes a brief appearance in SE 2 EP 2 and again in ''Training - NEC Turbo Booster and [=CoreGrafx=].'' He is also Mario in the Minus World episode
** [[https://www.youtube.com/user/PhilBond/videos Phil Bond]] guest stars in the ''Retro 3D Special''.
** Sean and Vinnk guest stars in Retro Gamer Girl's video about the NES Power Pad and Barcode Battler episodes. Even having a race using the Power Pad.
* GratuitousNinja: Season 2 opens with Sean fighting ninjas.
* GrumpyOldMan: Grandpappy.
* HypocriticalHumor: When The Angry PC Engine Nerd says that turning on the PC Engine exposes orange paint behind the switch, Sean asks who says that. [[CallBack He said the same phrase in the first episode SE 1 EP 1.]]
* LettersToTheEditor: ''Famicom Denshimail'' (formerly called ''The Dojo Mailbag'').
* LoadsAndLoadsOfLoading: An In-Universe example in SE 1 EP 2: Zelda II takes so long to load it gives Sean enough time to go to the bathroom and play Elite Beat Agents.
* {{Mockumentary}}: ''Nintendo Has Moxie.''
* NeverTrustATrailer: The "next time" segments at the end of each episode often don't have anything to do with what the next episode is about.
* ShoutOut: The Season 2 Special "Sega Family Tree" is one big homage to ''Series/HowIMetYourMother'', complete with doo-wop version of the show's theme.
* WritingAroundTrademarks: ''Famicom Denshimail'' was called ''The Dojo Mailbag'' before Sean discovered that someone else was using the name.
