'Wuffle'' is a {{Comedy}} FurryWebComic created by Piti Yindee. It is about Wuffle, a [[NiceGuy Big Nice Wolf]] who's a FarmBoy by trade, and his everyday life in [[{{Arcadia}} Gingerbread Village]] with friends Pui Pui the [[PricklyHedgehog hedgehog]] and [[SpeciesFirstName Foxxo]] the [[CunningLikeAFox fox]].

''Wuffle'' is for all ages, aiming to be more like the nostalgic comic strips of old.

The comic publishes every Wednesday on [[http://wufflecomic.tumblr.com/ its website]], and is free to syndicate and reuse for any reason.

Has a [[Characters/{{Wuffle}} character sheet]].

!!Tropes:
* AffectionateParody:
** Of folk tales with a big bad wolf (not to be confused with TheBigBadWolf who appears in fairy tales as a StockCharacter, of course).
** The artist has also made one of ''Manga/AstroBoy'', but cast with Wuffle characters and personalities.
%%* {{Arcadia}}: Gingerbread Village is basically this.
* ArtEvolution: The art has improved greatly from the first few strips.
%%* BattleButler: Foxxo's butler, Joe.
* BeCarefulWhatYouWishFor: [[http://www.wufflecomics.com/2012/08/foxxos-tv-the-sequel/ This strip]] has Foxxo telling Wuffle to make his TV work like the old one. Naturally, Wuffle being Wuffle, [[DontExplainTheJoke he literally makes the TV works just like the old ones.]]
%%* BrandX: The [=PinePad=].
* DigitalPiracyIsOkay: Creator Piti Yindee actively encourages (on his the comic site's "Free License" page) for people to copy, recreate, and even sell copies and derivative works of "Wuffle." This is made as legally official as possible thanks to Yindee's use of the "Creative Commons Zero" waiver, a fairly unprecedented move for most webcomics artists (and artists in general).
* ExplosiveBreeder: When at a book signing, Matilda notices that she's second - and last - in line, with plenty of books left. The first in line is a mother rabbit who wants all of the books for her several children, who she holds in her overcoat.
* FacePalm: Foxxo does this when [[http://wufflecomic.tumblr.com/post/20236317706/wuffles-april-fools-2012-comic-special Wuffle outpranks him during April Fool's]].
* FashionableAsymmetry: Wuffle's trademark suspenders always have the left strap missing, leaving them to droop on that side.
* FieryRedhead: Debbita, who has [[FurryFemaleMane red hair]] and brown fur.
* FracturedFairyTale: In one story arc, Wuffle has to act as the Big Bad Wolf in a school play of Little Red Riding Hood. Of course, since Wuffle is a NiceGuy, HilarityEnsues and the play becomes something else entirely.
%%* FunnyAnimal: Well, ''it is'' a FurryWebcomic.
%%* FurryWebcomic: Obviously.
%%* GenkiGirl: Debbita, with Wuffle being a male example.
* GoneHorriblyRight: [[http://www.wufflecomics.com/2012/05/aunty-pinkys-fan/ Wuffle's attempt to fix Pinky's fan.]]
* HandOrObjectUnderwear: Used by Wuffle [[http://wufflecomic.tumblr.com/post/20720684101/the-final-special-easter-comic-happy-easter in an Easter special]], after an overzealous group of kids [[ClothingDamage tear up the lower half of his bunny costume]] while trying to get the eggs.
* HugeGuyTinyGirl: Well, actually Huge Guy, Tiny Guy, with Chuck and Dr. Greyham.
* ImagineSpot: [[http://www.wufflecomics.com/2013/09/mini-comic-joes-scar/ What Debbita thinks Joe's scar is for]].
* LeanAndMean: The recurring fox. Subverted in that she's [[PunchClockVillain usually just doing her job]], and only coincidentally antagonistic. That said, they does find delight in what goes on around her, though never perpetrates it.
* LoadsAndLoadsOfCharacters: There are already more than two dozens characters introduced in the comic, all with own character tags.
* LeetSpeak: [[CoolOldLady Aunt Pinky]], but only when she's gaming, though.
* MrFixIt: Wuffle, taken UpToEleven. Most notable is he once broke a tablet, and fixed it so well that it's turned into a holographic projector.
* NoSenseOfPersonalSpace: Debbita, evidenced by her tendency to sneak up on people.
* OddCouple: Wuffle and Pui Pui. Wuffle is genuinely nice, helpful and hardworking. Pui Pui is very lazy and prone to fits of anger.
* OneWordTitle: Also a ProtagonistTitle, as the story follows Wuffle.
%%* OnlySaneMan: Well, Woman, actually, with [[NiceGirl Matilda]].
* OutGambitted: Foxxo pranks Pui Pui and Wuffle by asking them to fix his car (when they get there, it's a box on wheels). Wuffle gets Foxxo back but ''good''.
* PerpetualSmiler: Subverted in Wuffle's case, though played straight with Chuck.
* ProtagonistTitle: Also a OneWordTitle, as the story follows Wuffle.
* PublicDomainCharacter: Wuffle himself, and the entire cast, are all public domain characters thanks to creator Piti Yindee's use of the "Creative Commons Zero" waiver on the "Wuffle" comic series. Unlike most public domain characters, who reside there thanks to an expired or invalid copyright, Yindee's copyright was actually given up willingly with the intention of making the Wuffle comics free for anyone to copy, sell, reuse, recreate, and distribute in general.
* PuniPlush: After ArtEvolution, along with giving everything a much rounder and more pleasant look.
%%* RidiculouslyCuteCritter: The entire cast.
%%* RuleOfCute: Yup.
* RunningGag: Whenever Wuffle cooks eggs for breakfast, it's expected Wuffle would not get what he expects.
** [[http://www.tumblr.com/photo/1280/wufflecomic/18441521446/1/tumblr_m044l0MZBi1r7ftkr In this precious strip]], Wuffle collects a fresh egg from the hens, and cooks it for his meal. Right as he's about to eat it, the egg's '''cooked yolk''' hatches into a live chick, right on the dinner plate.
*** Another one has a large one that Wuffle thinks would make a good omelet, but when he tries to crack it on the side of a bowl the entire table breaks from the force.
*** [[http://wufflecomic.tumblr.com/post/146633475686/crack This one]] has the egg function like a matryoshka doll.
** Wuffle also seems to have the supernatural ability to instantly fix broken appliances & electronics, only for them to ''unintentionally'' turn out significantly better than they were before.
* SceneryPorn: [[http://www.wufflecomics.com/2013/01/happy-new-year-2013/ This.]]
%%* SpeciesFirstName: Wuffle and Foxxo.
* StatusQuoIsGod: When Wuffle gets a pair of new overalls, they look like his old ones within a week.
* StraightGay: Chuck the mail horse and his boyfriend Dr. Greyham.
** DiscriminateAndSwitch: When Chuck states that fact in the Christmas comic, Pui Pui is ''shocked''...that the village has a doctor! Apparently, everyone is so healthy that Dr. Greyham doesn't get to do his job that often.
* StuffBlowingUp: [[http://www.wufflecomics.com/2012/09/debbita-3/ This strip]].
%%* SugarBowl: [[{{Arcadia}} Gingerbread Village]].
* UnstoppableMailman: Chuck takes his job very seriously.
