[[WMG:The Plinkett Reviews take place after Half In the Bag]]
So some where after Half in The Bag, Plinkett murdered Mike and Jay as revenge for not fixing his VCR, and as stated PlinkettReview!Plinkett's traits are similar to Half in The Bag Mike's(due to being the same actor), and Plinkett got possessed once, so apparently he got possessed by Mike and Jay
[[WMG:Plinkett is the real person and Mike is a decoy so people don't think that Plinkett is an actual person.]]
[[WMG: Mike and Jay had a deal that if Jay could make Mike crack-up Jay would get his own segment.]]
After episode 44, Red Letter Media began to host a new segment titled ''WebVideo/BestOfTheWorst'', which appears to be largely driven by Jay. In episode 45, we see Jay make Mike burst out laughing for perhaps the first time EVER. While episode 45 was released after the first episode of ''Best of the Worst'', it's POSSIBLE it was filmed first, and thus ''Best of the Worst'' was born.

[[WMG: The Plinkett Reviews are written, edited and produced by Mike and Jay from Half in the Bag]]
Lets look at the facts: Half in the bag Mike and Jay are pretty knowledgable on movies and movie-making, they both have dark, ironic senses of humor (Mike especially), Mike in one episode is shown to do his own Plinkett impersonation, and perhaps most importantly, HITB Plinkett is nowhere near as homicidal and violent as shown in the reviews, just senile and quirky

It's possible that Mike and Jay have created their own fictionalized version of Plinkett (Based on the poor old man they've been scamming all this time) with Mike providing the voice, and use him as the mouthpiece of their more controversial movie reviews

[[WMG: Recipe For Disaster is what Mr. Plinkett sees when he's off his drugs.]]

[[WMG: The timeline split at some point and created the two different Plinketts.]]
In fact, you don't even exist anymore.

[[WMG: Stoklasa's Plinkett is the grandfather of Evans' Plinkett.]]
Stoklasa!Plinkett's son killed himself when he realized how his son ended up like his father.

[[WMG: Plinkett's murderous attitude towards women is a result of him not liking things that are different.]]

[[WMG: Both Plinketts are the same person, and he suffers from borderline personality disorder.]]

[[WMG: Plinkett is possessed by a violently misogynistic demon, and the two repairmen are his unknowing disciples.]]
This would explain Plinkett's superhuman abilities as well as the repairmen's apparent compulsion for spending so much time at his house, reviewing movies.
[[WMG: WebVideo/HalfInTheBag is Stoklasa!Plinkett's StartOfDarkness]]
Think about how similar Mike from Half in the Bag and Stoklasa!Plinkett are. Looking and sounding similar is [[ActingforTwo obvious due to Mike Stoklasa playing both,]] however the way Mike executes such jokes and the [[BaitandSwitch types of jokes used by him in general]], is very similar to Plinkett. Also very similar is their hyper-analization of minute details. Take away Plinkett's homicidal tendencies, and really you could make a case that it's really just Mike's character/personality. So, Half in the Bag could as well be a origin story for Stoklasa!Plinkett dressed as a movie-review show.
* Furthermore, how Mike becomes Plinkett could already be hinted at. When do we see either actor do Plinkett? Evens does Plinkett whenever he appears onscreen, and Stoklasa does Plinkett when we're in Plinkett's head. In other words, Evens!Plinkett is third-person, and Stoklasa!Plinkett is first person. [[UnreliableNarrator Plinkett LOOKS and SOUNDS like Evens, but perceives himself as Stoklasa.]] Now, how does Stoklasa get into Plinkett's head but look like Evens? Well, [[CallBack Plinkett did say he got possessed...]]
[[WMG: Plinkett's cat did NOT in fact steal his merkins]]
The order was misplaced by Skymall, who then refused to take responsibility for their mistake.

[[WMG: Harry Plinkett's mother was somewhat of a sexual deviant.]]
Harry did say he was half-pig. Either this is just senility, or [[{{Squick}} he really is half-pig.]] Not to mention that he threw his psychologist out of a window because he tried to talk about his mother, suggesting some serious FreudianExcuse. Plinkett's mother was rather promiscuous, indulging in some rather questionable acts. Possibly [[SonOfAWhore as her job]]. This gave Plinkett some major issues when it came to sex and women, explaining why he's "a psychopath who butchers women." Depending on [[BrainBleach how squicky you want to get]], [[ParentalIncest he could have learned this from his mother.]]

[[WMG: Mr. Plinkett is woefully underendowed.]]
It would explain his violent hatred of women - it stems from having been laughed at so many times. It would also explain how he's physically able to fuck a cat.

[[WMG: One of the Star Wars: The Clone Wars writers have seen WebVideo/RedLetterMedia.]]
In his Star Wars review, Mr Plinkett joked about how somebody like Jak Dex-Starr(or "This Asshole" as he puts it) would be able to use a lightsabre. In the Star Wars: The Clone Wars, Jedi/([[spoiler:turncoat]]) Pong Krell is both [[{{Jerkass}} this asshole]] and the same species as Jak Dex-Starr. Maybe they thought it would be funny if they answered Mr Plinkett. For all we know, Creator/GeorgeLucas himself saw it and wanted to troll Mr Plinkett. [[TrollingCreator We still aren't sure whether he's the only person he's trolled.]]

[[WMG: The identities of the two VCR repairmen]]
Mike is Mikey from WesternAnimation/{{Recess}} grown up and 'Jay' is Hans Klopek from Film/TheBurbs living under witness protection having turned on his family.

[[WMG: Stoklasa!Plinkett got Evans!Plinkett to pretend to be him in ''Revenge Of Nadine''.]]
In the trailer for the ''Film/IndianaJonesAndTheKingdomOfTheCrystalSkull'' review, the Plinketts are two different people who just happen to be very similar. However in ''Revenge of Nadine'', the Plinkett that reviews movies [[note]] (usually played by Mike Stoklasa) [[/note]] is played by Rich Evans. It is possible that Stoklasa!Plinkett got Evans!Plinkett to pose as him while he left the country to avoid going to jail and/or getting attacked by Nadine by promising to fix his VCR and former home.

[[WMG: Mr Plinkett will call bullshit on the [[AlternativeCharacterInterpretation "Darth Jar Jar" theory.]] ]]
The trailer of "The Plinkett Awakens" suggests he have disdain towards theories/ideas that the Prequels are smarter than they seem ("idiotic millennials think George Lucas is a secret genius"), so he'd probably not buy into this popular idea.
* The "idiotic millennials" line is about various online writers trying to defend the prequels by claiming that they're smarter than they really are. The Darth Jar-Jar theory isn't discussed, presumably because that's primarily a joke that no one is meant to take seriously.

[[WMG: Stoklasa's Plinkett is from an alternate universe]]
The two Plinketts are the same person, but from 2 different universes. One universe Plinkett is a serial killer, the other one he is a bumbling old man.

[[WMG: Rich's Plinkett and other characters in Half of the Bag are figments of Mike and Jay's imagination]]
