She was also aware of the potential consequences to the bleachers when Milo began tapping his foot, and tried to caution him. It seems more likely that Melissa has witnessed Milo's bad luck long enough to get a feel for how it works. It is "Milo Murphy's '''Law'''", after all, meaning there has to be a system to how it works. She's keen enough to know when and where it's dangerous on most occasions, but even she isn't absolutely protected with that knowledge, as some situations become utterly unavoidable.

448	The ratings weren't good enough for the show itself to get revived, but Dan and Swampy both clearly want to do something to give it a proper conclusion, and they could use the PnF reboot as a way. It probably won't end the same way the first Phineas/Milo crossover did (considering bringing in PNF characters as main cast members for it sister show wound up becoming a BrokenBase topic within ''both'' communities), just one or two episodes could finally follow up on the cliffhanger ending.
