2	* When Dio's father, Sadamichi, first appeared in episode 4, the first thing Aoba thought of was "Father", perhaps the sentiment was not "Is that his father"? but "That guy looks like my father". Sadamichi is possibly a descendant of Aoba or his sister.
3	* That could possibly explain why the coupling works so much because they share the same DNA.
4	* Which in addition to explaining why he is so compatible with both of them, coupling-wise, would also explain the fact that his father highly resembles what could be an adult version of Aoba (suggesting a familial tie at least between him and Aoba).
5	* The resemblance between Aoba and Sadamichi could also explain Dio's initial uneasiness with working with Aoba.
6	[[WMG:Aoba's sister Tsubasa is Dio's grandmother]]
7	* With this relation, it explains why Aoba and Dio do not share a surname.
8	[[WMG:Alternatively, Dio is descended from children of Aoba and Hina that were born post-series.]]

18	* It's kinda complicated, but basically it goes like this: 1) Hina meets Aoba in Episode 3 for the first time (her perspective); 2) Hina eventually defects to Cygnus and forms a bond with Aoba, 3) Aoba later tells Hina about the Valiancers in the past, 4) Hina is caught up in a singularity and lands in 2014, 5) Hina saves Aoba from Bizon, and sends him to the future, 6) Aoba meets Hina in episode 3 and the cycle begins anew.
19	** This also means, unfortunately, that Hina is doomed to disappear in the time stream.
20	*** Unless Hina was sent further into the future than Aoba was, in which case it's possible she could reappear later, probably toward the end of the series.
21	** Confirmed by episode 11: [[spoiler:Hina herself is a walking, breathing StableTimeLoop. The Hina who Aoba meets in 2088 is 2014!Hina both before and after her time travel; the Hina who sent Aoba into the future didn't disappear but was de-aged, mind-wiped and dumped in a ruined Zagreb circa 2078 where she was found by Ryazan and raised into 2088!Hina]].
22	*** ButWaitTheresMore! [[spoiler:Hina is actually from ''Aoba's'' time. They first meet in college, where they both join the initial Coupling System research. She got sent to 2088, where she befriends Dio and pretty much took the role of the Luxon's pilot, with Bizon as her Rival. They both got sent back to Aoba's highschool days, where the loop starts up. The circle is finally closed at the end, where Aoba and Hina take the final singularity back to their own time.]]
