''Crush Crush'' is a UsefulNotes/{{Unity}} DatingSim IdleGame created by Sad Panda Studios as their first game. It was released through Steam Early Access in May 2016, and fully released in October of that year.

The basic premise of the game is that you meet various girls by wrecking some part of their life, apologizing, and then eventually becoming their lover. This game does not take itself too seriously, with many pop-culture references, fourth wall and meta jokes. It's available for free on [[http://store.steampowered.com/app/459820/ Steam]] and [[http://www.kongregate.com/games/sadpandastudios/crush-crush Kongregate]]. (On Steam, the uncensored version is a paid for unlock). In 2018, SPS have announced a visual novel named ''VisualNovel/HushHushOnlyYourLoveCanSaveThem'' with the same characters (seven of them, plus two more as stretch goals). It got funded on Kickstarter in three days.

Now it has a GenderFlip version called ''VideoGame/BlushBlush'' where you're dating cute boys instead of girls.
----
!!''Crush Crush'' provides examples of the following tropes:
[[foldercontrol]]

[[folder:Tropes A-B]]
* AccidentalHandHold: {{Discussed}} when Luna gets to the Awkward Besties relationship level:
-->'''Luna:''' This next relationship level is called Awkward Besties. What does that mean? Am I supposed to blush when you accidentally graze my hand?
* ACupAngst:
** {{Discussed}} with some of the A-cup girls, like Luna:
--->'''Luna:''' You don't think I'm... Umm... Lacking in "plot", do you? You know... Tracts of land?
** Fumi mentions trying to artificially give herself breasts similar to Elle's. It took her less than thirty minutes to develop severe back pain.
* AffectionateParody: The game pokes fun at common DatingSim tropes a ''lot'', especially with how most of your {{Meet Cute}}s with the girls are such disastrous failures that you need to "atone" before they give you the time of day.
* AgeLift: Prior to her removal and replacement with Ayeka, Ayano[[note]] ([[TheCameo a cameo]] from ''VideoGame/YandereSimulator'')[[/note]] was aged up from 17 to 18 in order to make the NSFW version's sex scenes legal in more territories.
* AlienSky: Luna remarks that the Earth is one to her after a Moonlight Stroll, as the moon isn't the color of blood. Fumi makes a similar observation, remarking that she thought the sky being blue was a [[ExpospeakGag "malfunction in my [glasses] chromatic sensors.]] [[spoiler:Fumi's change is most certainly a result of the Lustpocalypse, and hints at just how catastrophic you unleashing Pamu actually is.]]
* AllWomenLoveShoes: Shoes are one of the gifts that can be given to the girls to get hearts, so they all like them.
* AllGirlsWantBadBoys: With skills like Badass, Angst and Mysteriousness needed to win over all the girls, this applies.
* AmbiguouslyBi: Fumi also shows interest in Bonnibel (and in the other girls in general).
** Mio mentions that she's had crushes on other "girls in video games" during her Lovers scene.
** All the girls to an extent, as there's no change in your ability to woo them if you set your gender to female.
* AmbiguouslyBrown: [[spoiler:Bearverly's LittleBitBeastly human form has a reddish brown tint to her skin.]]
** On the other hand, Karma and Sutra are both very definitely Indian, albeit from clearly different castes.
* AncientAstronauts: After the Sightseeing Date, Brie talks about visiting the "sandy quadrahedrons" which were built by her ancestors.
* AndYourRewardIsClothes: You can spend diamonds to purchase new outfits for the girls, but only "completed" girls (those brought up to Lover level) are willing to wear them.
* {{Animesque}}: The whole game is styled this way.
* ApocalypseHow: Fumi mentions she comes from a future where Mankind's libido and sex drives have been thrown irrevocably out of whack following an event called the Lustpocalypse, which is apparently also a good time to invest in lube.
* ArtShift: Bearverly initially appears to be this, being drawn as a realistic brown bear with pink clothes and lipstick (she was originally an April Fool's Day prank).
* AscendedExtra: Several girls like Peanut, Wendy, Generica, Ruri, Sawyer, Lake, and Renée began exclusive to Phone Flings, but have since become fully datable characters.
* AssShove: Pops up occasionally in the games unlockable pinups, and a few of the girls will drop hints about enjoying it, but Pamu is the only one to flip it around.
-->'''Pamu:''' "I heard a wise man once said I should love my neighbor as I love myself. Sounds great! Try not to clench!"
* AttentionDeficitOohShiny: Alpha's thoughts get a little scrambled...
-->'''Alpha''': My RAM is filled with thoughts of you. It's causing weird fragment issu-you've got a nice butt!
* AutoSave: There is an autosave slot in addition to the two manual save slots.
* BaitAndSwitch: Once you click on Generica to start her intro cutscene, she loses her slot in the lineup of girls, and Ayeka takes over that slot.
* BeachBury: {{Sleepyhead}} Elle has this happen to her when you take her on a date to the beach. When she's seen, she's asleep.
* BeachEpisode: The Beach Bash event is a parallel universe event, where some the characters (including the vampire) are in some sunny world.
* BecomeARealBoy: Alpha wants to be a real girl as you get further along in her relationship, [[spoiler:and succeeds with the help of a Magic USB at the end of her story.]]
* BestialityIsDepraved: Subverted - although Bearverly is a literal bear, [[spoiler:you have to give her a potion that turns her human in order to reach the final level with her]]. The game lampshades it.
* BeingWatched: After unlocking Ayeka, some of the random things another character will say upon your arrival are...
-->'''Elle:''' Do you ever have the feeling you're being watched? Especially in the shower? What a weird feeling...\
'''Bonnibel:''' Sugar, you ever get the feeling you're being watched? Like - with a "stabby" vibe?\
'''Bonnibel:''' [[IncrediblyObviousTail Have you noticed a schoolgirl hanging around lately?]] She looks a bit troubled. Maybe a few free cupcakes will cheer her up.
* BeerGoggles:
** Nina perceives Marshmallow as more attractive after some stout, which is a kind of beer, as said in a Girlfriend Flirt:
--->'''Nina:''' You know, after a few cups of the stout, you start looking pretty good...
** Luna has a similar line at Awkward Besties/Crush level:
--->'''Luna:''' You know, in a certain light, at a certain time of day, after a certain number of drinks... you're kind of a cutie!
* BetterThanABareBulb: Most of the girls will either outright address the fact that it is a game, or make note of some other oddity of the game format.
* BigEater:
** Bearverly demands 50 chocolates at Frenemy level and 50 cakes at Acquaintance level.
** Wendy is all about food, both eating and feeding it.
* BilingualBonus: "Iro" fittingly means "color" in Japanese.
* BlandNameProduct: Fappy Bird for ''VideoGame/FlappyBird''[[note]]ironically, there ‘’is’’ an app in the Play Store named as such, but that’s besides the point[[/note]], the Starving Games and the Hangry Gamez for ''Literature/TheHungerGames'', Pokey and Fountain Dew for Pocky and Mountain Dew, among others.
* BloodIsTheNewBlack: Several of Ayeka's outfits feature prominent blood splatters on them. This gets exaggerated for her "Don't Notice Me, Senpai" pinup, which depicts her utterly soaked in gore and cackling maniacally.
* BlueWithShock:
** Elle, upon being informed there is no spoon.
** Happens to Luna if you poke her at Nuisance level:
--->'''Luna:''' Are you groping my armor?! You're bad at this!
* {{Bowdlerise}}: The mobile version of the game is noticeably tamer than the PC version. For example, the condom on Blanche's banana in her first pic is removed, Peanut's line about a threesome removes the words "having sex", and Nutaku is completely absent. This means that it only carries a 12+ rating on the App Store or an ESRB rating of T on Google Play.
* BrainsAndBondage:
** Hinted at with Nutaku, who is able to quote fairly obscure literature while simultaneously altering it to flirt with you, and absolutely craves being tied up and punished.
** Bonnibel has shades of it, since she mentions enjoying a good spanking (giving or receiving is never quite clear) and finds smart people very attractive.
* BreakingTheFourthWall: Mio, Nutaku, and Pamu do this regularly. Nutaku even ''literally'' breaks the fourth wall during her introduction!
* BreastExpansion: Ayeka, rather notably, has a bust size listed as "variable".
** Female!Marshmallow's cup size noticeably increases as she levels up her skills, starting with being almost as totally flat as Male!Marshmallow, and seeming to end around a D cup.
* BrokeTheRatingScale: {{Discussed|Trope}}. Iro uses it when you try to Atone and she talks about how miffed she is at you for destroying her motorcycle:
-->'''Iro:''' I'm not gonna lie, I'm pretty miffed. On a scale of 1 to 10, I'm 'zebra'. The scale is broken, in other words.
* BullyingADragon: The first attempt might count as MuggingTheMonster, but Ayeka keeps pulling the same stunt...
-->'''Ayeka:''' Wow! I [[BlatantLies jokingly]] pulled a katana on Fumi and she had a retractable one in her glove. You'd better be polite to her, Senpai!
* BurgerFool: The first job is to work fast food, and your avatar does get to wear a goofy outfit!
* BurningWithAnger: Bearverly gets flames out of her mouth from anger if you poke her at low relationship levels.
* BuxomBeautyStandard: Mio and Nutaku are [[BigBreastPride at least a bit proud that they're on the higher end of the cup size scale]]. Elle and Bonnibel, on the other hand, seem sad or even a little resentful that people usually see them as nothing but a pretty face with big boobs.
** Nutaku puts it rather bluntly:
--->'''Nutaku:''' "My favorite part of a girl is the boobies."
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Tropes C-D]]
* CardboardBoxHome: Quill lives in one until it gets CRUSHED.
* CashGate: The price of gifts can get ''pretty ridiculous'', with all of them being overpriced versus their real life counterparts. For instance, the donut costs $5880, and prices just keep going upwards from there! Luna might be the worst in this department; want to make it to Lover level? All it takes is a mere ''sixty-five quadrillion dollars.''
* CastOfSnowflakes: As expected with a harem game, there's a wide variety of body types and personalities among the girls to appeal to a vast array of tastes. In the Uncensored version, this also extends to the girls breasts, with several of the girls showcasing non-traditional designs like Lustat's inverted nipples or Esper's lopsided boobs.
* CasualDangerDialogue: After unlocking Ayeka, some of the other characters might mention odd events upon your arrival. The way they word their report is [[ZigZaggedTrope usually peeved or mildly concerned, but there are some exceptions]].
-->'''Alpha:''' My handlers told me that I received some poisoned chocolates.[[note]](this could be a possible reference to the game ''VisualNovel/LongLiveTheQueen'')[[/note]] I wonder if by accident?\
'''Alpha:''' I think someone tried to hack my servers today. And by "hack" I mean with a meat cleaver.\
'''Alpha:''' Fortunately, [[JustifiedTrope I'm programmed to respond politely]] to all stalkers and potentially dangerous fans. They're so cute!\
'''Bearverly:''' [[NoInsideVoice BEARVERLY FIND BULLET ON FRONT STEP!]] [[AvertedTrope SO SCARED!]] IS BEAR SEASON!?\
'''Bonnibel:''' Oh dear! Someone left a meat cleaver stuck in one of my cakes. That's no way to cut a cake!\
'''Cassie:''' Some sicko left a decapitated doll on my doorstep. I'm about to go second amendment on somebody![[labelnote:Clarification]]The Second Amendment to the United States Constitution grants the right to keep and bear arms. So in other words, Cassie's about to use that right and arm herself.[[/labelnote]]\
'''Elle:''' I need to be more careful. I fell asleep on the bus, and woke up in a swamp.\
'''Fumi:''' My proximity alarm detected an intruder last night. They escaped before I could subdue and eliminate them.\
'''Iro:''' Some punk tried to swap my shampoo with bleach. That's some hardcore trolling.\
'''Iro:''' I was taking a bath, when I caught [[ElectrifiedBathtub a toaster]] that had fallen from a shelf. I don't recall keeping a plugged in toaster there.\
'''Luna:''' Ugh! I think I have a stalker or an assassin chasing me. They're BOTH annoying!\
'''Luna:''' Heh heh! I saw someone sneaking up with a knife. [[DoubleEntendre Rogues do it from behind]], am I right?\
'''Luna:''' I found a knife in my door today. So I left a battleaxe. Ball's in their court, I would say.\
'''Mio:''' The other day, I found my favourite arcade with a hammer put through the screen. Someone must have gotten frustrated.\
'''Nina:''' I found a garrote wire strung up in the conservatory. I think we've got an infestation of assassins or something!\
'''Nutaku:''' Uh-oh. I think I've got a stalker. Being in danger makes me so horny.\
'''Quill:''' Are Cat-Catchers allowed to use steak knives for their jobs? Because the one that's chasing me sure is.
* CasualKink:
** Apparently, Bonnibel [[KinkySpanking likes to spank or be spanked]], it's a little vague. [[spoiler:In the uncensored version, poking her when she's naked will confirm she likes to deliver the spanking, promising Marshmallow one if they don't stop tickling her.]]
--->'''Bonnibel''': Ya'll[[labelnote:sic]]The game developer(s) either made a typo or failed to research contractions and/or the Texas accent. It's supposed to be "Y'all", not "Ya'll. It's a contraction of "you all", and an apostrophe is supposed to replace the letters that got dropped.[[/labelnote]] remind me of a wooden spoon. Great for mixing it up, and you'll do for a [[KinkySpanking spanking]] in a pinch... Tee hee!
** Nutaku is about as casual as one can get, asking the main character directly and often how she can best get them to tie her up, ravish her and spank her.
** Cassie will, at high levels, mention that she's got a thing for being made to wear revealing or kinky clothing in public, and exhibitionism in general. And possibly for biting (see ManBitesMan below).
--->'''Cassie:''' Anything saucy you want to dress me in, feel free. I love the feeling of lace AND latex. I'm an equal opportunity exhibitionist!
--->'''Cassie:''' I just want to cruise around with my top down... Hee hee, you KNOW what I mean!
** Quill's sex scene at the Lovers level reveals [[spoiler:she's been wearing a buttplug tail sex toy the entire time she's been interacting with you. The scene even revolves around her having purchased a ''bigger'' plug for you to put in her.]]
** Nina jokes early on that she's not accustomed to wearing clothes during moonlit strolls. [[spoiler:She, like Cassie, is an exhibitionist, and admits to having a thing for being made to perform her duties nude, in addition to generally preferring to be naked.]] [[spoiler:She's also very submissive, enjoying being bossed around to the point where working as a maid might just be a way of fulfilling her kink.]]
* CatGirl: Quill and Catara
* CatsHaveNineLives: {{Discussed}} in a Flirt with Quill:
-->'''Quill:''' Let's spend all 9 lives together.
* TheCameo:
** Ayano was, well, Ayano "Yan-chan" Aishi from ''VideoGame/YandereSimulator'', complete with the same voice actress after voice acting was added. She was later removed from the game and replaced with an original character named Ayeka.
** Generica is clearly a stand-in for Kokona Haruka from the same game, and the setting of ''Yandere Simulator'', Akademi High, is the background of the first encounter with her.
* CerebusSyndrome: When you unlock the [[spoiler:Wizard]] job things start to get [[{{Foreshadowing}} ominously dark]] and once [[spoiler:the Dark One]] shows up, the comedy completely vanishes and is replaced by a CosmicHorrorStory [[spoiler:and both endings are depressingly bleak.]]
* ChocolateOfRomance: Well, it's a gift that you're giving to the girls to romance them, and they come in a heart-shaped box. However, Ayeka in particular has it as her preferred gift.
* CoveredInGunge: When you first meet Bonnibel, you knock over her cakes and cover her in frosting, which just so happens to be white. She can't help but feel that someone somewhere was getting off on that.
* CrazyCulturalComparison: Bearverly, while defying FumblingTheGauntlet.
-->'''Bearverly:''' GIRL BEARS USUALLY ATTACK SUITORS TO SHOW THEY MEAN BUSINESS. BUT I WILL STICK TO SAUCY TEXTS!
* CreatorCameo: Mio '''is''' Morgan Long, head developer of Sad Panda Studios, with the hairstyle of one of her former cats, to the point she has her own VTuber channel [[https://www.youtube.com/@MioArtistPanda ''as'' Mio.]]
* CrossPoppingVeins: Some girls have it when they're mad...
** Alpha and Cassie at Adversary
** Ayeka [[spoiler:bashing a pigeon with a baseball bat]]
** [[spoiler:When a crab steals Cassie's bikini top at the beach]]
** Nina when poked at Adversary
** Pamu when poked at Nuisance
* CrushBlush:
** Iro, when you give her a gift at Crush level:
--->'''Iro:''' Thanks. Damn. I'm actually blushing here. What are you doing to me?
** And in Generica's introduction scene:
--->With blushing confidence, you approach your high school crush, Generica, and give her a love note confessing your feelings. It works; she has a crush on you too!
* CuteLittleFangs: Cassie has one when she falls at the beginning of the game.
** Bearverly, after she's transformed to a human bear girl.
* DeadMansSwitch: Fumi has [[DefeatEqualsExplosion an explosive one]].
-->'''Fumi:''' If I wind up murdered, please escape to a minimum distance of 5 kilometers. My heart is wired to a [=Sweet16=] explosive device.
* DefrostingIceQueen: Most of the girls treat you rather coldly at first (usually because you made a rather bad first impression on them) and gradually start warming up to you as you level up your relationship with them.
** Fumi stands out in particular, as most of her early levels involve her coldly demanding help from Marshmallow to return to the future and breaking down your gifts as fuel to that end. By the end, she's forsaken the future, become hopelessly smitten with Marshmallow and instead chosen to enjoy the past and it's quaint but convincing arguments for this thing called "monogamy."
-->'''Fumi:''' ''(upon receiving a gift at Girlfriend level)'' I understand now the meaning of these gestures. Thank you. You are accurately interpreting my material desires.
* DemonicPossession: At certain relationship levels, when you buy Nina things, she references you being possessed by [[{{Satan}} the big man (er, demon) himself]]:
-->'''Nina:''' Hahaha! What possessed you to buy this? Satan?
* DepartmentOfRedundancyDepartment:
** {{Discussed}} in a Flirt with Mio:
--->'''Mio:''' Successful dialogue was successful. Heart points increased. Congratulations!
** {{Exaggerated}} with Luna:
--->'''Luna:''' Lord of Darkness of the Dark World, I call upon you. Grant me your dark darkness so I may darken the darkest regions of the dark, and bring darkness to the great darkness within the darkness!
* DepravedBisexual: Pamu can be a little bit ... direct.
** Nutaku lives almost entirely controlled by her libido, makes no secret she'd like to share the other girls you're dating, and has some very esoteric kinks that she's only too happy to tell you about.
* DistractedByTheSexy: Lampshaded by Mio.
-->'''Mio:''' You know I can see you staring at them? No worries, of course. They're pretty distracting. [[labelnote:Hey, wait a minute...]][[FridgeLogic Is she referring]] to the [[DistractingDisambiguation other girls or her own breasts]]? [[AmbiguousSituation Either way]], DistractedByTheSexy still applies.[[/labelnote]]
* TheDitz: Elle, who got CRUSHED by being told [[Film/TheMatrix there is no spoon]].
* DoesThisRemindYouOfAnything:
** When you flirt with Ayeka at Sweetheart level, she makes a comment that's probably about her newfound emotions, [[DoubleEntendre and yet is rather suggestive]]...
--->'''Ayeka:''' Something inside is overflowing out of me. Oh how lovely.
** Either Nutaku is extremely short (shorter than our four foot protagonist), or she's blowing Marshmellow in her Movie Theater date.
* DontSneakUpOnMeLikeThat: Downplayed when you poke Mio at Lover level - her fists are raised, but she smiles and blushes instead of attacking.
-->'''Mio:''' Ooh! Stop sneaking up on me! Or I'll go Chun Li on your butt!
* DownerEnding: [[spoiler:In either ending, either you or Q-Pernikiss have to die in order to save the world. The game automatically soft resets if you sacrifice yourself meaning that since the game itself tells you this is the canon ending your marshmellow character is KilledOffForReal, while letting Q-Pernikiss sacrifice herself causes her to be unavailable to select from the girls until the next soft reset.]]
* DramaticWind: Parodied during a sightseeing date with Luna; the wind dramatically billows her cape... over her face.
* DreamWithinADream: Elle, who, when selected at certain stages, says:
--> I dreamt that I had a dream I was dreaming of you last night yesterday afternoon. It was trippy.
* DreamWalker: Clicking back and forth between Pamu and Ayeka eventually has Pamu saying she eavesdropped on Ayeka's dream.
-->'''Pamu''': I crept into that crazy girl's dreams last night. Oh man, she's got a hard on for you.
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Tropes E-F]]
* EmbarrassingHospitalGown: In the uncensored mode, at Adversary rank Cassie wears one, backwards, and is less than pleased about the situation. In censored mode, she becomes a BandageMummy instead.
-->'''Cassie:''' [[SarcasmMode Oh good. I was hoping my breasts would be seen by perfect strangers today.]] Check mark that fucking box!
* EmotionallyTongueTied: Cassie, even at lover level. She's still a tsundere, after all.
--> "Don't say the 'L' word. Just... Feel it, I guess."
* EroticDream: Referenced when selecting Eva at the Girlfriend level:
--> I dreamt of you last night. It was... It was a dream I could not tell others about...
* EroticEating: Bonnibel will compliment you on ''not'' trying to do this and lick her clear while she's CoveredInGunge from you dumping a whole cake on her. [[spoiler:Upon reaching the Lovers level, she'll ask if you would like to do exactly that: frosting her body like a cake and then eating it off.]]
* EveryoneIsBi: While only Fumi, Pamu, Mio and Nutaku specifically mention an interest in women, all of the girls will date you regardless of whether you're playing as a male or female character.
** Nova's phone fling has her mention that she hasn't had a proper boyfriend or girlfriend in a long time. Indicating she is open to either option in a romantic partner.
* EverythingIsWorseWithBears: Bearverly, who is a ''literal'' bear, is a pretty spendy girlfriend, [[BigEater demanding huge quantities of food]] to appease. The food items are fairly cheap compared to what the later girls demand in similar quantities, but it's a shocker when she's first unlocked!
* EverythingSoundsSexierInFrench: Nina recommends you pick up a foreign language or two, claiming there's nothing better than a cunning linguist.
* EvilCounterpart: The Dark One [[spoiler:is a gothic version of Mio]].
* {{Expy}}: Some of the girls are blatant parodies of other characters.
** Iro looks like [[WesternAnimation/MyLittlePonyFriendshipIsMagic Rainbow Dash]] in human form.
** Luna fairly closely resembles [[Anime/{{Slayers}} Lina Inverse]] with elf ears, even trying to use a version of Lina's Dragon Slave named [[GratuitousJapanese "Doragu Rabu Sureigu"]].[[labelnote:Funny Fact]] "Luna" also happens to be the name of Lina's [[TheUnseen unseen]] older sister -- a.k.a, the most powerful sorceress in the ''Slayers'' universe and the only person Lina is afraid of.[[/labelnote]] See:
-->'''Luna:''' Dark stuff beyond midnight! Scarlet beyond a bloody nose! Buried in the... litter box of time is where your power... Wait, I forgot the words...
** Eva is one to Rei from Anime/NeonGenesisEvangelion.
** While [[VideoGame/YandereSimulator Ayano]] doesn't count since her appearance was more of an IntercontinuityCrossover until her removal and replacement with Ayeka, Generica is Kokona Haruka in all but name.
* ExpressiveAccessory: Quill's cat ears, despite clearly being a headband, will still droop and fold like [[ExpressiveEars the real deal.]] [[spoiler:Her tail is one too, as it's often seen mimicking her mood in her portrait, but her Lovers scene clearly demonstrates that it's an anal toy.]]
* ExtremeOmnisexual: If it has a pulse, Nutaku will lust after it. Adorably, though, she seems thoroughly infatuated with the main character.
* ExtremeOmnivore: If you purchase a toy plushie for Bearverly instead of cake at Acquaintance level, she'll still say "I EAT THIS NOW!"
* FailedASpotCheck: Waiting an hour for Generica without noticing her bloodied shoe right in front of you?
* FeaturelessProtagonist: The player avatar is depicted as a featureless blob in a humanoid shape. Lampshaded by some of the girls as they try to describe him. You can add hair and a hat, and you're provided with facial features (butt-ugly at first, becoming gradually better-looking as you develop your hobbies), but always staying monochrome.
* {{Fireballs}}: Luna uses them against annoyances:
-->'''Luna:''' "I'm not much of a "friend" type person. People annoy me and I tend to fireball them. But I'd be willing to give it a shot."
* FlowersOfRomance: Flowers are one of the gifts that you can buy. Well, two, actually, since you can also buy a single rose at a ''much'' lower price.
* FollowThePlottedLine: The "Phone Flings" are a downplayed version of this. Most of the time, the girls on the phone send various messages to the phone. When players reply, there are two options, which vary in tone but usually result in the exact same replies, with the end results being the same.
* FreeLoveFuture: Fumi hails from one, finding it remarkable how much the past is obsessed with quaint notions of things like "relationships", "dating" and "monogamy" instead of wanton lust, and considering her very revealing lingerie as titillating, rather than ''modest formalwear''. Interestingly, it also seems to be a PostApocalyptic BadFuture of sorts, where human libido has become ravenously unhinged following the "Lustpocalypse". [[spoiler:An event you [[NiceJobBreakingItHero directly have a hand in causing]] by accidentally unleashing Pamu on the world.]]
* FreezeFrameBonus: At random intervals, Ayeka's portrait will go from her innocently smiling face to a creepy grin for a split second.
* FrenchMaid: Nina, although she's Scottish. Though, if anything, her outfit is even ''more'' fetishy. She addresses this after you become Lovers. [[spoiler:Texting with Willow reveals that, while Nina refuses to dress like one herself, she will employ an army of them to help keep your estate in good order.]]
-->'''Nina:''' "Oh? You're curious why my uniform is so colorful? Well, I'll be dead in the cold ground before I dress up in French attire."
* FunWithAcronyms: One Phone Fling, Blanche, is a doctor at the '''C'''entre for '''L'''earning '''I'''ntimate '''T'''echnologies, or the '''C'''entre for '''U'''nderstanding '''N'''utritional '''T'''echnology if you're on the mobile version.
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Tropes G-H]]
* GamerChick: Mio's whole personality.
* GenderBender: You can change your sex at any time. A Seduce quote from Bonnibel discusses it:
-->'''Bonnibel''': You're looking rather dapper, sugar! Is that a new hat? Did you change your gender?
* GetARoom: One of Cassie's Seduce responses:
--> '''Cassie''': Hey hey, get a room. Don't you be starting with the public displays and what not.
* GiantEnemyCrab: Eva fights one during a beach date.
* GirlsLoveChocolate: Well, every girl can be given chocolates to get Hearts, Ayeka has them as her preferred Gift, and others request them too, as requirements to get to the next Relationship Level. Like BigEater Bearverly, who wants 50 boxes to get through Frenemy Level.
* GirlsLoveStuffedAnimals: A Plushy Toy is one of the gifts you can give to the girls.
* GogglesDoSomethingUnusual: Fumi's glasses apparently allow her to see lots of other things, like through others' clothing.
* GoingCommando: {{Conversed}}. Luna says she is as one of the Seduce responses:
-->'''Luna:''' "Oh, this armor feels SO HEAVY today... If only I were wearing something underneath, so I could take it off... Tee hee!"
** Cassie will admit to indulging in going without underwear occasionally in the uncensored version if Seduced while naked.
-->'''Cassie:''' "Truth be told- I don't wear underwear very often anyway. It makes wearing a skirt an adventure."
* GoldDigger: Nina. The only gifts she'll accept are cars, which are the most expensive gift in the game [[spoiler:before unlocking the 'Wizard' job]] at a whopping ''$14,972,675,477''. Not to mention that frequently, you'll need to reach a certain threshold of money in your bank to get to the next level with a girl – but she'll never actually take it from you. Not so with Nina – one of her early requirements is a million dollars, and ''she snatches it right out of your bank account''. This can be particularly annoying the first time you encounter her, as you have no idea this'll happen and might have been saving up for something.
** Iro has hints of it after becoming your girlfriend, bragging about how she's going to do bad things to your wallet and repeatedly mentioning making you buy her things, in addition to being the first girl to ''require'' being bought a car.
* GroinAttack:
** Implied via a rather unpleasant DoubleEntendre from Ayeka
---> '''Ayeka:''' "'Box cutter' is a great name for a tool. Because there's all sorts of boxes you can cut with it." [[note]]"Box" is an obscure slang term for a vagina.[[/note]]
** Doctor Wood complains that Spectrum kicked him in the balls in Spectrum's introductory cutscene.
--->'''Doctor Wood''': Go dammit. She kicked me inna balsh. Right on da coin pursh. I'm blacking out...
--->[Doctor Wood's [[UnusualEuphemism "Coin Purse"]] -- CRUSHED!]
* GunsAkimbo: The art for the Slaying job has the character dual wielding crossbows.
* HaremSeeker: The game is set up to depict the hero as this, although he usually meets the girls by accident. Fumi also expresses an interest in developing a harem of her own.
* HaveYouComeToGloat: Mio asks you this when you transition from Adversary to Nuisance.
-->'''Mio''': Wer der yer wernt? Kerm ter rerb mer ferse irn yer verktry? [[labelnote: De-garbled]] What do you want? Come to rub my face in your victory?[[/labelnote]]
* HeartbreakAndIceCream: Non-romantic example. [[GamerChick Mio]] is so devastated by some random stranger (aka you, the player) beating her high score on a video game that she starts guzzling down ice cream.
--> '''Mio''': Derrs errs cream... Ert ders nerthing fer mer pern... [[labelnote: De-garbled]] This ice cream... it does nothing for my pain...[[/labelnote]]
* HeroicSacrifice: [[spoiler:What either you or Q-Pernikiss have to do to save the world.]]
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Tropes I-J]]
* IdenticalStranger: Elle discusses it:
--> '''Elle''': "Someone said I was one in a million. Does that mean there are 7000 others like me out there?"
* IdiotHair: Eva, once her helmet is removed.
* IHaveThisFriend: LighterAndSofter question from Quill:
-->'''Quill''': Hey, you don't happen to have a feather, some string, and a stick? I'm asking for a friend.
** Also done by Bonnibel when you become Awkward Besties with her:
-->'''Bonnibel:''' Oh dear. See, I've got this... friend who's got a problem. She's super attracted to a friend of hers. Do you think there's a chance they like her back?
* IllBeInMyBunk: Fumi has this to say after a sightseeing date as a Crush...
-->'''Fumi''': I have collected significant data on courtship rituals. I must return to my domicile to [[DoubleEntendre get hands-on]] with the results.
* ILoveTheDead: One of the acquaintances reaches out via the phone, with an awkward writing style. She still retains the beauty before her murder, and is still in love.
* TheImmodestOrgasm:
** Nutaku will moan with pleasure when she's poked at any level, culminating in a very loud sex scene.
** Bearverly is quite vocal during her sex scene.
** Fumi warns about this when naked in the NSFW version, [[InformedAttribute but you don't hear while interacting with her]].
* InJoke: Ayano's dialogue was filled with these toward ''VideoGame/YandereSimulator''.
** The Dark One also counts, but is orders of magnitude more obscure.
* TheInspectorIsComing: for Bonnibel, if [[{{Yandere}} Ayeka]] is [[UnreliableNarrator to be believed]]...
-->'''Ayeka''': Did you hear about Bonnibel's "secret ingredient"? Apparently the health inspector will be investigating soon...
* InterfaceSpoiler: The uncensored version's launch page on Nutaku (the website, not the girl) [[spoiler:depicts Alpha and Bearverly in their fully human form. Completely naked, no less]].
* ItWasADarkAndStormyNight: The cutscene to unlock Luna starts off like that:
--> "One dark and stormy night, while meddling with forces beyond your comprehension..."
* IWantMyBelovedToBeHappy: Implied in some of Nina's dialogue, post-Lovers. Part of her job is coordinating all of your rendezvous with your harem, and now that she's developed genuine feelings for you, performing that duty has become very awkward and even a little emotionally painful. [[spoiler:Or more enjoyable, if her hints of being a [[{{Cuckold}} cuckquean]] are anything to go by.]]
* IWillShowYouX: Said by Pamu if you poke her at low relationship levels.
--> '''Pamu''': You call that a poke? I'll SHOW you a poke!
* TheInsomniac: Elle mentions that her doctor diagnosed her with temporary insomnia, as one of the things she responds with when you attempt to Atone at the Adversary relationship level with her. He, of course, took the opportunity to note her bizarre confluence of being a narcoleptic insomniac.
* ImpossibleHourglassFigure: Referenced when Bonnibel mentions shopping for a new swimsuit. The sales woman described her admittedly quite curvy figure as "cartoonish."
* ImprobableAimingSkills: The player character needs improbably ''bad'' aiming skills to successfully take out a motorcycle driving down the road despite aiming ''up''. Even Iro admits that [[LampshadeHanging it was an impressive shot]] when you apologize.
* JustFriends: Becoming Awkward Besties with a girl causes her dialogue to become noticeably flirtier without any actual kissing going on yet.
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Tropes K-L]]
* KidsPreferBoxes: Quill, after you get her a gift at Sweetheart level:
--> '''Quill''': I like this. I'm going to leave it here and ignore it, and play with the box it came in. Bliss.
* LastSecondWordSwap: Ayeka does this a few times.
--> '''Ayeka''' [-(describing her new knife)-]: "Guaranteed not to slip, even when covered in... milk."\
'''Ayeka''': "When I look at you, I see someone worth fighting for. Worth sacrificing for. Worth killing... time for."
* LeetLingo: Mio uses 53xy for sexy.
* LevelUpAtIntimacyFive: Basically the whole point of the game is to max out your relationships with all girls. Gaining a new relationship level for the first time grants 1 diamond, with the final rank granting 3 diamonds and providing a huge boost to the number of hearts you get whenever you chat with a girl. Also, you can buy outfits for the girls once at Lover rank.
* LittleBitBeastly: Quill and [[spoiler:the final form of Bearverly]], who are basically humans except for animal ears. Tessa is a little bit more so, though only because [[spoiler:her tail is a real tail, not a sex toy like Quill's.]] Suzu, being a fox girl, also counts.
* TheLoad: Among the first seven girls, ''Quill.'' Emoting with her from the start only nets you 20 hearts each. Her desired trait (which generates hearts and increases hearts earned for emoting) is Luck. Unfortunately for you, the hobby associated with the Luck trait is ''the last hobby you unlock!'' So until then, have fun clicking the crap out of her image just to level her up.
** Ayeka is another roadblock, it's easier (and cheapier) to max out the next three girls after her than it is with her and her 1000 items required stages. Then there's the requirement to get three traits to level 60.
* LosingAShoeInTheStruggle: Generica lost her shoe (and her life) in her intro cutscene, thanks to [[{{Yandere}} Ayeka]].
* LoveConfession: Every upgrade to Lover level gets one from the girl.
** Iro:
--> If you're frightened of commitment, you're not going to like what I want to say. You cool with some serious talk? [OK]
--> Okay, here goes. I like your sexy body and your voice gives me funny feelings in my tummy. Phew! Glad I got that off my chest! [...]
** Ayeka:
--> Senpai... Do you love me...?
** In Generica's introduction scene:
--> With blushing confidence, you approach your high school crush, Generica, and give her a love note confessing your feelings. It works- she has a crush on you too!
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Tropes M-N]]
* MagikarpPower: The Actor and Wizard jobs both take up a large number of time blocks and initially give you only ''$1'' per run-through, but if you have the patience to level them up, they become two of the best-paying jobs in the game.
* ManBitesMan: A selection quote for Cassie at Lover level:
-->'''Cassie''': Pay attention to me, or I'll bite you!
** Poking her at the Lover level also implies that she enjoys getting nipped.
-->'''Cassie:''' "Hey! You're supposed to bite your dessert, not squeeze it!"
** Bonnibel hints at a similar appreciation for feeling her lovers teeth on her skin
** Bearverly just comes right out and says it, asking Marshmallow to bite her since she likes it rough.
* MarilynManeuver: Pamu does it when Sightseeing.
* MarryThemAll: You can do this, if you buy everyone diamond rings.
* MeetCute: Every. Single. Introduction. Usually ending up with the player character wrecking the girl's life.
* MiracleFood: In Luna's arrival cutscene, you use magic to create food:
--> "you begin to cast a spell to create a delicious pie."
* MistakenForSubculture: In of Eva's Awkward Besties Flirt quotes, she said she was mistaken for being a submissive of the UsefulNotes/{{BDSM}} subculture:
--> '''Eva''': Someone mistook my Connection Suit for something meant for... immodest roleplay. They tried to sell me a ball gag.
* {{Multiboobage}}: Fumi mentions that 3 breasts is something future women have.
** Quill will ponder why Li'l Quill (her cat) has six nipples while she only has two.
* {{Microtransactions}}: has these in the form of diamonds you can purchase, which do all kinds of things, from speeding up time to buying in-game items, although you can get a limited (but still sizable) amount simply by playing the game itself: each first time you reach a new level with a girl grants you one diamond, while reaching her final level gives you three.
** Lampshaded in an early chat by Pamu.
--->'''Pamu''': I hope you haven't spent real cash on this game. [[BreakingTheFourthWall What part of "Free to play" confused you?]]"
* MurderIsTheBestSolution: While Ayeka's daily murder attempts on Senpai's other girls are nothing new, she seems to reserve her homicidal tendencies for those she considers a threat to her Senpai's affections. When you go on a Movie Theater date with a girl, the place is shown to be entirely empty but for you and the girl you're taking. However, with Ayeka, there are several ''very clearly murdered people'' in the rows in front of you. [[UnusuallyUninterestingSight Somehow this is not unsettling to the player character]].
--> '''Ayeka''': "What a great movie! I'm sure glad nobody talked during it. That makes me SO mad!"
* MyEyesAreUpHere:
-->'''Nina''': Let me guess -- ye've been practicing in the mirror? ''[yes]'' Ha, I can tell, because ye keep lookin' at me navel like ye're makin' eye contact. I'm up here, slick!
* MythologyGag: Three of Morgan Long's pets are hidden in the game.
** Quill's {{Catgirl}} theme and behaviors are directly inspired by the fact that she's based on one of the creator's cats.
** Mio is a stylised version of Morgan Long, head of Sad Panda Studios, with some traits of another of her cats.
** Tessa ''is'' one of the creator's dogs.
* NakedOnArrival: Fumi, wreathed in CensorSteam. Which remains in a perfectly concealing cloud around her until you get her to second rank. Unless you're playing the uncensored version, where she's on full display.
* NerdsAreSexy:
** Bonnibel, the curvy, plainspoken, hard-working baker, admits that the creativity and passion of artists gets her hot and bothered. In fact, several of her rank up requirements involve advancing down the Artist job path. She's also the only girl whose Preferred Stat is Wisdom.
--->'''Bonnibel:''' "The sexiest organ is the brain, sugar. A little wisdom upstairs is worth all the smolder in the basement, if you catch my meaning."
** Goes both ways with Mio. She's a nerd herself and she's sexy, and she expresses an interest in dating a computer programmer.
* NeverTrustATrailer: Many of the banner ads for the uncensored version make the game out to be much more pornographic than it actually is.
** Elle is depicted as an [[AllWomenAreLustful insatiable sex fiend]], often licking and biting her own nipples or being touted as a trainable slut, in stark contrast to the [[ShrinkingViolet shy, romantic]] [[spoiler:and virginal]] girl we see in the game. [[note]]The "biting her nipples" pose is actually from her Halloween costume, where she transforms into a slimegirl.[[/note]]
** Almost every girl in the ads has huge breasts. In the game, the only really busty girls are Elle, Bonnibel, Karma and [[spoiler:Qpernikiss]].
** The sex scenes are depicted as interactive. They're not, beyond being able to click on the girl to have her make an o-face.
** Most egregiously, the ads have animation while the actual game doesn't!
* NiceJobBreakingItHero:
** Not only do you usually cause many bad things to happen to the girls during your first encounter with them, but unlocking the Wizard job causes you to carelessly create a Dark Portal that threatens to end all of reality.
** You accidentally free Pamu, who threatens to cause the Lustacolypse that Fumi mentioned.
** At Acquaintance level, Q-Pernicus admits '''''she''''' was the cause of the random pigeon strike that caused you and Cassie to collide... effectively causing ''everything''.
* NightmareFetishist: Pamu seems to enjoy being hunted...
-->'''Pamu''': Wow! Some broad has been stalking me with a knife! She's so disturbed and adorable - I love her!
-->'''Ayeka''': I think that Pamu might not be human... She laughs when she's stabbed... [[OrSoIHeard I hear.]]
* NoBulkDiscounts: Previously {{inverted|Trope}}, where the player was charged an ''additional'' 10% as a "processing fee" for buying more than one of an item in a single click. It wasn't a big deal with most early gifts, but added ''trillions'' to purchases. The price increase was removed in V0.287, thus making bulk purchases act as normal.
* NoFourthWall: Most girls appear aware that they are in a game, and in this particular genre of game too. Nutaku is happy about it while some others tend to tease the player. The only girl consistently denying such awareness is Ayeka, who replaced Ayano, a licensed character from another game (and much like her, Ayeka is an UnreliableNarrator, so she might conceivably be aware too, just lying about it).
** Averted when it comes to the Phone Flings, however, as most of the girls are unaware of them being inside a game, resulting in confusion when the player character casually mentions game mechanics in their conversations.
* NoIndoorVoice: BEARVERLY ALWAYS TALKS IN ALL CAPS! VERY EMOTIONAL.
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Tropes O-P]]
* OffstageVillainy: Alpha, when she catches a virus.
-->'''Alpha''': I got some malware yesterday and turned evil for a few hours. But no worries - I'm all fixed up now!
* OnlyLikeCanCutLike: Ayeka briefly ponders if, in order to stab a holographic girl, she'd need a holographic knife.
* PantyThief: [[spoiler:Ayeka]] stole [[spoiler:Eva's]] panties.
--> '''[[spoiler:Eva]]''': I think someone stole my panties. That's unfortunate, because I don't own many pairs.
* ThePasswordIsAlwaysSwordfish: Mocked by Nina.
--> '''Nina''': Your [[BlandNameProduct Jazzers]] account was hacked again. I took the liberty of changin' your password from 123 to "imabloodyeejit".
* PlayboyBunny: Elle dons a bunnygirl outfit for the 2017 Easter Egg Hunt event. Completing the event earns you a pinup of her in the costume with her butt front and center. [[DoesThisRemindYouOfAnything While she's sucking on a carrot.]]
** In the uncensored version, she's completely naked except for [[YouCanLeaveYourHatOn the ears and the paws]]. [[spoiler:And has decided she'd enjoy the carrot a lot more if it was in her anus.]]
* PlayEveryDay: The game got a daily event system in late 2017 that encourages this by giving players opportunities to gain free money, time skips, and even diamonds by dedicating some of their time blocks to run the event's activities for a certain amount of time. Event tokens can also be acquired every day and collecting enough of them earns you a pin-up, outfit, or some other special reward from the current event.
* PointOfNoReturn: The last two girls unlocked, unlike all the other girls, become unavailable once you get them to Lover status: [[spoiler:the Dark One because she gets killed by ThePowerOfLove, and [=QPernikiss=] because either she sacrifices herself to save the world or you decide to take her place which resets the game]]. This means that you will never be able to purchase outfits or see special Lover greetings for them.
* {{Polyamory}}: The girls can all become your girlfriends, and all seem to be on relatively good terms with each other. Except for [[{{Yandere}} Ayeka]].
* PunnyName:
** Bonnibel, in her Awkward Besties selection quote, says she named her banana nut muffins, "Going Bananas". It is possibly a reference to "Going Bananas" as a euphemism for "going crazy" and "nutty" as a synonym for "crazy".
--> '''Bonnibel''': Ah, nice to see you darling. Here, try one of these new banana nut muffins. I call 'em Going Bananas!
** There's also both forms of [[spoiler:the love goddess from the beginning of the game, Q Piddy (of Cupid) and Q Pernikiss (of Copernicus)]].
* PurelyAestheticGlasses: Ayeka, in reference to Fumi:
--> '''Ayeka''': It's so funny when girls wear glasses when they don't need them. It's a bit silly, don't you think?
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Tropes Q-S]]
* ReallyGetsAround: Apparently, the Marshmallow.
** Unleashing... I mean, unlocking Pamu prompts what is known as the Lustpocalypse. Yeah. Fumi mentions that when such event comes, is a good time to invest in lube.
** [[{{Yandere}} Ayeka]] [[UnreliableNarrator claims]] Bonnibel has had sex with an absolutely astounding number of people.
* RecursiveCanon:
** Fumi mentions the Crush Crush theory of existence.
** Pamu offers to play ''Crush Crush'' with the protagonist.
** Ruri is playing ''Crush Crush'' on a handheld system.
* RecursiveReality: Fumi believes the universe exists within a simulation, known in her time as the Crush Crush theory of existence.
* RefugeInAudacity: Taking Pamu on a sightseeing date brings her back to where she was sealed away. She [[LampshadeHanging lampshades]] it, naturally.
* RhetoricalQuestionBlunder: Bonnibel says one if you poke her under Lover level:
--> "You rogue! Do I look like a batch of dough that needs kneading? Wait, don't answer that..."
* RomanticWingman: Nina will offer her services as one to help you pick up girls once you reach a high enough relationship with her. Specifically, upon becoming your girlfriend, which has very [[{{Cuckold}} interesting implications]] about her.
* RosesAreRedVioletsAreBlue:
--> '''Nutaku''': Roses are red. So is this wine. I'll be the 6, if you'll be my 9.
* RussianReversal: Twice over with Ayeka. She and Nutaku are the only ones whose messages on reaching a new level don't entail, i.e. "You are now Frenemies with [x]"; while Nutaku's are instead increasingly sexual comments, Ayeka's message instead have comments like "Ayeka is now your Frenemy!". Meanwhile, [[VideoGame/YandereSimulator YanSim]] veterans will find themselves in the unpleasant situation of being her oblivious Senpai, helpless to prevent Yan-chan's machinations.
* SaveGameLimits: There are two manual save slots in addition to the AutoSave slot.
* ScaryShinyGlasses: Fumi gets them when you go on a Moonlight Stroll.
* SchizophrenicDifficulty: The girls are generally unlocked in order of difficulty but some girls' level requirements can be surprisingly easier or harder to meet than others'.
** Ayeka's requirements start out in line with her unlocking position between Bonnibel and Fumi's but hit a big difficulty increase after she becomes Friendzoned and her Lover requirements are much more difficult to complete than any girl's before Pamu.
** Eva is unlocked at almost the same time as Luna but many players get her to Lover status ''long'' before Luna because of Luna's absurdly expensive gift requirements.
** Karma and Sutra both require multiple hobbies at the maximum level of 75 to complete, which will take days to do even if you have the highest bonus multiplier possible (pity the poor players who don't have enough diamonds to [[BribingYourWayToVictory buy speed boosts from the store]]...). Once you've finally reached Lover level with them, however, your maxed-out hobbies and jobs make completing the final two girls after them [[AnticlimaxBoss a walk in the park]] in comparison.
* SchmuckBait: Diamonds are a precious commodity, available only through the [[RevenueEnhancingDevices cash shop]] or in ''very'' limited quantity through achievements. The game will cheerfully allow you to spend them on mundane purchases, like gifts and dates, instead of money -- at a laughably unfair exchange rate.
* SealedEvilInACan: Pamu, theoretically.
* SetRightWhatOnceWentWrong: When you reach Sweethearts level with Fumi, she'll say that if she needs to [[TimeTravelRomance alter history]] for the two of you to stay together[[note]]In a flirt, she says that 'she finds it humorous to see [[spoiler:your civilization succumb to global warming]], like watching a trainwreck'[[/note]], she'll do so without remorse, because [[ScrewTheRulesIMakeThem 'Screw the future.']]
** A later flirt of her may even be referencing her making preparations for this.
--> "I have used my Computer to perform several simulations recently that would likely get me court martialed from the Librarian Assassin's confederation."
* ShameIfSomethingHappened: Some of Ayeka's remarks about the other girls.
--> Cassie's ponytails are gorgeous! Let's hope she doesn't get them tangled in a car door and dragged for several miles.
--> So Cassie doesn't have health insurance? Oh, I hope she doesn't have another accident!
--> I was reading about bear traps, and how inhumane they are. Sometimes the bear has to gnaw off their own limbs. So sad.
--> I heard Elle talking about her narcolepsy. She should be careful. That would be an easy way to drown in a bathtub.
--> I heard people with narcolepsy sometimes slip and fall and stab themselves with knives 20 or 30 times. How awful!
--> When Iro gets her new bike, she'd better keep a close eye on the brakes. Now THERE'S an accident you probably wouldn't walk away from.
* ShamelessFanserviceGirl: Cassie and Nina are both exhibitionists, with Nina preferring to be naked in general, calling clothes "the work of the devil." Technically, all the girls can qualify in the NSFW version by "gifting" them their birthday suit.
* ShapeshiftingLover: [[spoiler:Bearverly, believe it or not...]]
** Pamu transforms into the player character to go "knocking boots" around. [[spoiler:To be precise, with Bearverly. Huh.]]
* ShoutOut: It has [[ShoutOut/CrushCrush its own page]].
* {{Sleepyhead}}: Elle mentions her narcolepsy in many of her emits. She even carries around a pillow just in case.
* SlidingScaleOfFreeWillVsFate:
--> '''Fumi''': I find considerable mirth in the existential crisis provoked by attempting to reconcile free will with the determinative nature of physics. HAHAHA!
* SophisticatedAsHell: Upon making Lustat your Girlfriend, she'll tell you how she wanted to write a sonnet in your honor, but since sonnets are no longer popular, she decides to tell you straight out how hot she thinks you are:
--> '''Lustat''': "Damn! You are one fine mofo, yo!"
* {{Spoonerism}}: Pamu states she loves snatching kisses. And vice versa.
* StopPokingMe: If you try to poke one of the girls after scoring enough hearts to reach the next relationship level, she'll yell at you. At higher levels, though, they start giggling and will chide you for getting handsy outside the bedroom. Nutaku will enjoy it at any level.
* SurprisinglyRealisticOutcome: Fumi should've known that [[{{BreastExpansion}} expanding her breasts]] to Elle's level would mean severe back pain, as unlike Elle, her back/spine was used to carrying smaller breasts.
* {{Sweatdrop}}: Bonnibel has one in her Nuisance level art.
* SymbolSwearing: Iro, in her intro cutscene, after her motorcycle's CRUSHED.
--> '''Iro''': #%$&@!
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Tropes T-V]]
* TakeOverTheWorld: Discussed by Ayeka regarding pigeons.
-->'''Ayeka''': Did you see that pigeon? They freak me out. I feel like they might take over the world someday.
* TamperingWithFoodAndDrink: Mentioned in a selection quote for Nina if you select Ayeka immediately before her:
--> '''Nina''': Someone. Poisoned. The stout. Someone. Is going. To PAY.
* TearsOfJoy: Elle when she gets to Lover level.
-->'''Elle:''' You make me so happy, I think I'm going to cry. Happy crying is weird, but I like it.
* ThatCameOutWrong:
-->'''Mio''': You're my [[BestialityIsDepraved GOAT]]. Wait. That sounded better in my head.
* ThisIsThePartWhere: Flirting with Pamu at Sweetheart level...
-->'''Pamu''': Here is where I compliment your unending dedication and strangely magnetic personality!
* ThreesomesAreHot: Nutaku will often suggest you bring in another girl you're wooing so you can both have fun with her. In the same vein, Fumi will occasionally propose having one with Nina to you.
** [[spoiler:The end result of reaching Lovers with Karma or Sutra is a sex scene where the other girl gets involved.]]
* ThrillSeeker: Iro shows a lot of this.
-->'''Iro:''' You notice how there's never any cool stories that start with, "Remember when we did that safe thing?"
-->'''Iro:''' We should go skydiving together sometime! Nothing says "romantic date" like plummeting towards the earth at terminal velocity.
** Cassie has hints of it once you become Lovers.
-->'''Cassie:''' I'm rewriting everything on my bucket list to include you. I hope you like wingsuits!
* TickleTorture: Fumi, when poked at Friendzoned level:
-->'''Fumi:''' Tee hee! Your physical interaction has caused an unforeseen gargalesis response! STOP! It is delicious torture!
** Cassie, at the Girlfriend level:
-->'''Cassie:''' Ahahaha! Stop! This is just a defensive response, I actually hate this, I swear!
* TitleDrop:
** The result of getting [[spoiler:[=QPernikiss=]]] to Crush level is:
---> [[spoiler:[=QPernikiss=]]] has a double crush on you! A Crush Crush!
** A Flirt with [[spoiler:[=QPernikiss=]]] at Crush level is:
---> I've got such a crush on you. Like a double crush. A crush crush, if you would.
* TooDumbToLive: Discussed by Bearverly if you poke her at low relationship levels.
--> '''Bearverly''': DO NOT PET BEARS! YOU ARE POOR SURVIVALIST!
* {{Tsundere}}: The first girl, Cassie. The achievement for completing her route is even called "Tsundere Tamer". At the Lovers level, she will sometimes ponder the idea of writing a book, "Attracting People Through Hostility", based on her relationship with Marshmallow.
* UncannyValley: Implied with a batch of Bonnibel's cookies. [[invoked]]
--> '''Bonnibel''': I tried making cookies in the shape of your cute little face, but they came out a bit, umm... [[GoneHorriblyWrong Melty. Scary melty.]]
* VirtualPaperDoll: Once you reach the Lover level with a girl, you can purchase new outfits for her to wear, with each girl having their own [[CostumePorn permutations of each outfit]]. These outfits can only be purchased with [[{{Microtransactions}} Diamonds]], however, and they have to purchased for each girl separately. With twenty girls and six outfits each (four in the censored version) costing 10 Diamonds a pop, this gets very expensive very fast.
** The swimsuit option for each girl is glimpsed momentarily in the Beach date for most of the girls. Elle's is a surprise since she spends it in a BeachBury.
** A couple outfits can be won during seasonal events, which technically don't require Diamonds to acquire, but if you miss the event you're [=SOL=].
** On a meta level, all the artwork of the girls, since, according to [=SadPanda=], each girl is first drawn naked, then has her clothes drawn on top of her. This streamlines the process of creating new outfits for the girls considerably, especially since the Birthday Suit option just turns off the clothing layer.

[[folder:Tropes W-Z]]
* WardrobeMalfunction: Discussed by Alpha
-->'''Alpha''': Umm... If my clothes don't load properly, please let me know. There was an incident at the Super Bowl last year...
* WhateverMancy: Luna mentions Erosmancers in a Girlfriend Flirt:
-->'''Luna''': Oh! I get it! You're an Erosmancer! No wonder I keep imagining all those inappropriate things about you!
* WhamLine: Initiate the romance with Generica, and the ensuing cutscene goes along well, if a bit abnormal and devoid of the usual relationship-starting problems. [[BaitAndSwitch Then]]...
-->''[[VideoGame/YandereSimulator Rival for Senpai]] - [[MurderTheHypotenuse CRUSHED!]]''
* WingdingEyes: When a girl reaches a high-enough level, her eyes gain heart emotes when first visited. Fumi and Eva even reference it.
* WingedHumanoid: Q-piddy, the fairy, has wings and is humanoid.
* WhatTheHellPlayer: Several of the girls lay on serious guilt trips early on, particularly Quill. Not that you really have any choice about crushing them!
** Pamu pulls a rather distressing one in her middle tiers by demanding to know if you feel bad for romancing so many girls simultaneously. [[spoiler:Then she tells you to stop being a stick in the mud since all the girls are clearly okay with you not being monogamous.]]
** Shibuki's introduction has her Sensei killed by you CRUSH-ing him.
* WorldOfSnark: Unsurprisingly, given how the game doesn't take itself too seriously, quite a bit of the humor is snark-based, and most of the cast (barring specific characters like [[{{Cloudcuckoolander}} Elle]], [[NiceGirl Bonnibel]], and [[InterspeciesRomance Beaverly, for obvious reasons]]) engage in it.
* WorldOfTechnicolorHair: Quill's hair is naturally white, Elle and Wendy's hair is pink, Iro's hair is an entire rainbow of color, Nina and Honey's hair is bright orange, Generica and Sawyer's hair is purple, Willow's hair is green with yellow tips...the list goes on, and that's not even including the deities and girls that arrive through an interdimensional rift.
* {{Yandere}}: Until December 2023, Ayano, the protagonist of ''VideoGame/YandereSimulator'', was a guest love interest and aptly enough disliked the other love interests to a murderous extent. She was later replaced with an original character named Ayeka.
** And by 'murderous extent' we mean [[NotHyperbole literally]] attempting to [[MurderTheHypotenuse kill the other love interests]]. She never seems to succeed at all, but [[{{Determinator}} that doesn't stop her from doing it again and again and again...]]
* YouALLLookFamiliar: As seen in Nina and Alpha's introductions, seemingly everyone in this world who isn't one of the girls resembles Marshmallow with different accessories.
* [[YouKilledMyFather You Killed My Next Of Kin]]: In a flirt with Nina, she'll tell you that while going over your will and testament, she has added the request to "avenge your death" to your next of kin.
* YouRemindMeOfX:
** In a Sweetheart Flirt, Bonnibel will compare the player character to a wooden spoon and giggle. See the CasualKink entry.
** In an Awkward Besties Flirt, Eva will tell you that she's met Cassie, and that she reminds her of a colleague of hers. See the ShoutOut entry.
